Dear ola team,
On this ride while i selected google pay but the driver not accepting for Google pay when riding auto, so I paid cash amount. On the next ride while i choosing the destination Ola app asking for Google pay for previous ride so I paid in Google pay also. I paid as an double payment .Kindly repay the amount of Rs.153 as soon as possible.

    My name is Poornima. And my ola registered number is [[protected]]. I have been daily receiving a call from your end asking to clear postpaid amount. This incident happened in March 2022, when i used ola cab service at Bangalore. I had full amount 1500 to respected driver. You guys activated postpaid thing to my account without intimation. And now though i cleared my bills via cash, you guys have charges some overdue and late fees of 200 along with 1500 and asking me to pay in full again. You people call and sms me every now and then and literally harassing me now to clear the bills. I registered complaint via call and email but you dont respond to any of them. And finally today you send sms saying legal action would be taken.
    I am never going to pay you twice for same ride.
    Kindly look at my issue.
    I have taken a ride from Ola Cabs last month. Fare was 650 around, I just booked it through app and when i finished this ride it was 1130.
    Anyway i have paid this through AmazonPay
    But Yesterday again when i created Ola Postpaid it had again charged 850.
    It means fare of ride was 650 and i paid 1900 approx
    They are manipulating people and increasing own worth, One of the my friend also having same problem. What is this?
    I never recommend to anyone in my friend and family to ride through Ola Cabs.

      On 5th march 2022, I took a ride through OLA Cabs of INR 171 which I paid through the application which was linked to my Gpay account. I paid for the ride with Gpay, received the invoice and left. From the next day it started showing as unpaid and to clear the due, I talked to the customer care who asked me to mail the transaction receipt and invoice. Even after sending all the required details they did not remove the charge and started to increase the amount on daily basis. The amount went up to INR 425. even when I try to open the app and see due payment is against the same ride that I already paid for. I've tried everyway by talking to customer care and sending mails but NO ACTION IS TAKEN. From the last month I've been receiving random msgs from OLA on my whatsapp stating that they are filing legal action. I tried to talk but NO RESPONSE. the are continiously calling and harassing me by sending me threatful whatsapp messages and calls. I've tried to mail and ask for support instead I just receive standard msg that someone will get back to me regarding this. Meanwhile my whatsapp is filled with threat msgs from random numbers .

        Date of Incident : March 25 2022
        Ola booking Reference number : CRN [protected].
        Description of incidents :
        I had a ride in OLA from Hyderabad airport to Secunderabad on March 25 2022. CRN [protected]. The total charges for the ride is R1264.00.
        I have paid entire amount through cash to driver as he requested for cash.
        Now I am getting a message from Ola that you have paid Rs 264 in cash and Rs 1000 through Ola money, so please pay Rs1000.
        First of all I am not sure How this Ola money has been activated. When I ask Ola customer care this is a default option and you need to change the option if you want to pay through cash.
        Please review the ola app and if you see there will be a small icon (attached the picture for reference ) in bottom of the app, which no body can identify.
        Its been never informed to customer that there is an option available as ola money.
        I am not sure how without informing customer how they can give a credit to customer.
        When I raised a customer complaint to Ola they are mentioning we checked with driver and he confirmed you paid only Rs264 so you need to pay charges to Ola money and they are asking do you have any evidence.
        Resolution :
        Requested to refund the money and take severe action against Ola.

        I humbly request to avoid these kinds of frauds and taken action on OLA.
        These ola money should be regularized formally. Its like a credit card. Assume if they started taking money like this from each customers 100Rs they can make a big fraud like chit funds.

          Some time ago I have booked an ola electric scooter for rupees 499.
          But after some time I changed my mind to buy such product. Hence I cancelled my pre booking and initiated request for my refund rupees 499 but unfortunately i still didn't received any money. I think ola electric scooter company Making fraud with me..

            I took a ride on 17th March 2022 by OLA Auto from ISBT Bhopal to Regal Town Bhopal. The CRN number of those rides is [protected].
            I have paid 112 rs cash to the driver after the ride and my ola postpaid was also deducted with 112 rs. I have complained about this at the support centre.
            I have been getting continuous calls, messages and mails regarding the due of 112 rs to be paid. As i said i have already paid this amount in cash so why i will pay again.

            I am frustrated with these daily calls and messages. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue.

              Dear Team,

              Refer to CRN # [protected] the bill of this ride is reflecting as pending in my Ola app however driver has taken this amount of 828/- from me in cash. Since there is NO CONTACT NUMBER updated on Ola app, I couldn’t register my complaint with them on the same day. However I have registered my concern on their twitter handle on the next day i.e, 16th Mar’22.

              But I haven’t received any response from them for almost a week, then I wrote them email on 24th Mar’22 and since then I have sent them numerous emails/reminders but no one from Ola Cab called and addressed my concern. Rather they have sent me an emails thrice, confirming reversal of this amount in 72hrs. But nothing has happened till date.

              To my surprise I have received an email from ola saying, I have raised this issue on the real time basis hence they can not reverse this amount.

              I am constantly getting reminders for these dues which I don’t own. Please have this resolved asap as it’s hitting my CIBIL score too since my ola postpaid has also been utilised here.

                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cab

                The issue that I have experienced was: I hv booked Ola on 11th April, as drivers Always asked to pay through Gpay or cash and not accepting request if payment is through ola money .I have paid driver through Gpay.But till now it is showing outstanding payment in my account.I hv several round of words with Ola services..They said they hv recovered the 700Rs from driver and issue has been resolved just it is taking time to reflect in my account...Now it hs been 11 days I am waiting..Every time they are saying that they have put up the issue with Ola technical team and it will be resolved in some hrs...But till now no solution provided...Now when I am reiterating my complain now even they are not responding to it.

                Pls tell me how to deal with it.

                  Driver Ravi na has picked us and asked us to pay cash because his online payment is not working... So we paid 140 rs cash to him..and after ride..ola has deducted money 136 rs from my paytm wallet

                    I made a booking on tuesday on ola cabs from Sector 43- Sector 27 which is hardly 1 km distance (CRN[protected]), while charging the cab it was showing cab charges of INR 54 however I was charged INR 121 for the same.

                    Moreover I also booked the cab from Sector 27 to Sector 43 (same location CRN[protected]) however for that I was charged INR 53 correctly.

                      I have been constantly getting calls and messages from ola team regarding my dues pending for amount of rs 151 for which i had travelled on 13th march 2022 from model town to domestic airport and had paid the auto driver registration no MH03 CN 8170 name kaleshwar and paid cash to the fellow.
                      Please someone look into this matter very soon as i am fristated of picking their calls every now and then while on drive.
                      Can someone let me know the ola team head email id so that i can get to him directly and solve this matter.

                          Ola cabs is charging extra amount in the name of Covid Care package policy. The Ola App does not have the option either to choose or refuse the covid care package by the passenger. After the ride, one can find extra amount, which is included in the fare with respect to the Covid Care Package Policy.

                          The option either to choose or refuse the insurance policy provided by Ola cabs shall be vested with the passenger. After the ride, Ola cabs sends a mail to the passenger with the attachment of insurance policy by saying 'thank you for choosing the Covid care package policy' wherein the passenger does not have the option to refuse. Such practice shall be stopped by the cab company and there should be option in the App either to choose or reject the policy provided by the cab company.

                            CRN [protected]..i took ride from ggn to akshardham and paid online..but after
                            ride ends ola driver forced me to pay cash..there was no option to contact ola..I
                            paid cash..i contacted ola support and its now 6 months and they have not
                            initiated refund..they call me once every month and provide me fake promise of
                            refund(attached snapshot) ..since many weeks there is no call or email from
                            there end.. i wasted my 6 months, recharged my regd number just to call them
                            and wasted my 1000 rupee till not just to get refund of 500 rupee..they r playing
                            with me and they r a fraud medium to stole money..i want to file case against
                            them and wanted my money back asap with all my expences and compensation
                            for wasting approx half a year.

                              OLA cabs are constantly harrassing me over unpaid dues. I have informed them repeatedly that I have paid the driver in cash. I should not have to pay double the amount.

                                I updated my Ola app due to some issue after which the payment option went to Ola postpaid automatically. I took 4 rides after this and paid normally through my Gpay for all these rides. The last driver told me, 'Madam, the payment has been made.' I denied saying no, i do not have an online payment option and paid him. I reached home and checked my app to understand that the ola money option was chosen. Again, I had not chosen this option. I sent an email to ola reporting the same. I realized that there is absolutely no way to reach out to their customer care. I soon started getting messages from ola to my phone. I then started getting messages from random people on my whatsapp asking me to repay the amount or they will proceed with legal action. I replied to at least 5 of them asking to let me know how to talk to a customer care executive. None replied. I called to those numbers and either they do not pick up or they have no incoming calls options. Once person finally picked up and i asked him if he was an executive. He first hung up. On calling thrice, he picked up and said that he does not work on sundays. I asked him then why have you messaged me on a sunday. He said he would call me the next day. I tried the next day, he never answered my calls after that. I also received calls from 3 other executives to whom i explained the entire situation and they said they would escalate it and clear the dues. Nothing happened. The last executive asked me to share the payment screenshots for proof. I was waiting for my bus hence requested her to call me after 2 minutes. Obviously, never called back. Everyday I receive messages from at least 3 new people. I feel harrassed. I also sent an email to the security email of Ola and messaged on their instagram handle. I do not know what else to do.

                                  I took a ride in ola Cabs on 3rd April 2022, Sunday .

                                  From : Indian Coffee House, Rabindranath Tagore Marg(Near Railway Station), Indore

                                  To : IIM Indore, Rau-Pithampur Marg, Indore

                                  Ride : Prime Sedan

                                  Total Fare: 399/-

                                  We were three people and we paid total 400/- in cash to the driver.

                                  Issue :
                                  Though payment is done I am being asked to pay online via app again.

                                  I had informed them that payment is already done to driver and they later agreed too. They offered me 399/- coupon which i didnt get andasked me to pay via neft and other payment methods.

                                  I explained that payment was done on the spot. Kindly close ticket .
                                  Now they put 50/- fine and amount is 449/- and not responding to my queries on app.
                                  I have paid and they agreed too . They should close the ticket asap.

                                      I hired Ola Outstation cab from Mumbai to Pune on 17th April. The total amount charged was Rs 2681. As per the break-up, an Additional Time Fare* of Rs 150 was charged which the cab driver halted to refuel the cng gas and was charged to me. In addition, Additional Distance Fare* of Rs 182 was charged which the cab driver intentionally de-routed from the original path shown by google map. When a customer onboards an outstation cab he/she may not have full knowledge of the route driver is taking and you only come to know at the end of the ride in the bill. Ola Cabs doesn't have any means to track such gaps and you are left with driver with no support from Ola representatives.

                                        On 14th Feb 2022, We had a outstation ride with OLA and due to total amount was more then 3000 we paid ola via upi, which later on ola has confirm with driver that driver has received full amount. Still there is due showing in my ola postpaid which is 3000 + all the late fee they are attaching . I mailed many time to ola and they asked my bank detail so that they can send 3000 to my account which i will use to clear ola money due, its over a month since they took the detail and still I have not received any amount from ola. OLA money keep sending lots of threatening messages as well as call and every time i explain the person why due is still pending and got assurance that it should get resolve in 48 hour but nothing is happening and I am still getting those calls and WhatsApp messages everyday.
