Hi,

I booked an Ola auto on 15th Apr 2022(CRN [protected]). Although I selected the payment mode as Amazon pay and the money was deducted from my wallet, the driver kept insisting me to pay cash as the deducted amount was not visible in his account. He forced me to pay cash of rupees 120. I raised request in Ola but no proper resolution happened neither their support number works. I need to get my deducted amount reversed.

Also the auto that picked me up had a different number than what I booked. Hoever the driver was able to start and stop the trip. I am attaching the image of the auto.

    The Ola cab drivers dont switch on the ac stating that the diesel prices have gone up. We are paying for the services and not getting proper service this is misuse of our trust in conpany and such fraudulent activities must be condemned

      I booked a ride with Ola on 29th March and paid the driver in cash. Now I have been getting messages that I have to pay Ola Rs 179 for Ola Post pay. I never activated such service and I have never used it . Ola does not respond to mails and Ola has no working customer care number. My CRN for the ride was [protected]

      No resolution till now. I am still getting the messages of amount to be paid for postpaid.

        I had booked Ola for my old grandparents travelling from Dombivli to Borivali. Its a 50km + Journey and the cab was book in the afternoon. From 2pm to 4pm my grandparents were suffering in the heat as the car's AC was not working. I called the driver and he threatened me by saying that he will cancel the ride and leave my grandparents in between. I raised an emergency alarm but no one got back to me from Ola. I tried reaching out to customer service numbers but no response.

        I had to start from borivali to pick them up at Dahisar. I was extremely scared about their safety as the driver kept abusing. My grandfather is 80+. 2 hours of travel in non AC car during peak afternoon with constantly abusing and threatening driver ruined my granny's health. She had a sunstroke and was unwell for the next 2 days.

          I have paid the driver after finishing my ola ride on his scan but the App is still showing that the payment is still pending . I have paid Rs. 364 to the driver the amount have been deducted from my account yet the payment is pending

            I booked a cab on 19th of February from mumukshu bhavan Varanasi to Varanasi airport.CRN [protected]. After boarding the cab in route the driver ask me to pay cash. Normally I pay with ola postpaid. Indistrip as the driver asked for cash I tried to change the mode of payment to cash. Unfortunately the app said it can't be done after booking a cab. I was already late to catch my flight. After reaching the airport I found that my postpaid account was debited with 690/-. I show that to the driver and said my account has already been debited then I can't pay cash. But he insisted for cash payment stating that he has already said this to me. I could not argue with him because of language. I am not well worst with Hindi and he do not know English or Tamil. I asked the driver then how come I get my already debited amount. He said I can right to the ola customer care and get my refund. Believing him I paid him cash. I didn't have enough cash with me and I asked driver whether you have GPAyor Paytm. He said he doesn't have any such facility and I should pay only cash. For a fraction of a second I thought of contacting ola customer care. But as it was already delayed to catch my flight and I was running short of time I had no other option than to get cash from my wife and pay it to the driver. After reaching daily I just contacted through app and launched complaint stating that my account has been debited as well as the driver demanded cash. Till date nothing has metalised. Everyday I get an SMS and a mail stating that I should pay with penalty. Whatever explanation I have given in mail has fallen in deaf ears. Hope this issue will be resolved at the earliest time so that I am not being harassed by frequent emails and demanding WhatsApp messages from multivarious numbers.

                I was shown an estimated fare of ₹176 at the time of booking the Ola cab from my college to home, but was charged ₹230 on completion of the ride. So I was overcharged, and the driver even did not turn on the AC throughout the ride. Ride CRN is [protected].

                When I contacted Ola, they said I had not applied any coupon on the ride. I have mailed them the invoice as a proof that I had applied the coupon, and I have attached a screenshot from the invoice here too.

                  I on-boarded the can from Raja Bhoj Airport to Gulmohar Colony. Thr estimated charge was Rs 534 but the amount paid was Ra 584. In addition the break up of Rs 534 had Rs 7 charged for waiting, however the driver went to pick the car from the parking and there was no delay from customer end. Request you to please look into the issue

                    The money got deducted from my ola money and the driver took cash from my parents too. And now when I am calling the customer care they are just telling that the driver is refusing that he has taken any cash, so they can't refund. This is ridiculous. Ola customer care is of no use.
                    I hired Ola can yesterday evening. The driver did not come. I got alert that driver cancelled trip. (CRN [protected]). Immediately driver search started and I got a Desire allotted - Driver Shridhar Salian (CRN [protected]) 05.23 pm.. After riding for about half a km, another driver Shrikant (CRN[protected] - .05.16 PM) called up twice from phone no.[protected] at 05.27 and 05.29 pm to ask if I got a cab - much after I had already taken the cab at 05.23 pm . I advised I was already in an Ola cab. Still Ola have charged Cancellation fee of Rs. 50 today on ride no. CRN [protected]. How can Ola penalise me for not taking a cab while I am already on another Ola ride on same route at the same time. Driver Shrikant contacted at 05.27 and 05.29 pm only after I had already taken the Ola Cab at 05.23. I demand credit of Rs.50 immediately and an explanation from Ola why they allocated two cabs to me at a time ?

                      My registered mobile No. [protected]

                      I have booked Ola s1 pro and subsequently canceled the order on 23rd March 2022.

                      Thereafter I have frequently contacted for refund of amount Rs.130000/- but no response till now. Every time I request for refund, I got same response, wait for next 7-10 days.

                      And till now there is no refund received. God only knows when their 7-10 days will come.

                      I sincerely request Ola to please refund my amount at the earliest.

                        I booked a cab on 10th April, and trip was charged as per the app as 660. This driver, wanted me to pay 1800 for pick up and drop which I didn’t ask for. I felt he’s not being right, and when I told why he has to do this…he started about the increase in diesel price. This latter went on to abuses and he ended up at my pick point threatening to hurt me. Pathetic behaviour and he has really made my family worried. Not even an iota of decency.

                        Disappointing services. Worst behaviour for a service industry.

                          I would like to inform you that I have paid 2 time my fare to ola on below trip on same day, one paid on 211 which was actual fare and one was Rs, 450 by mistakenly, i have complaint against the ola customer care but they didn't return my 450 amount, only they were allowed 267 voucher, i was agree on that but my registered number got disconnected i asked the ola customer care to transfer my amount to my other number which you offer me but they didn't allow, now I want to complaint to to you for all 450 amount, all schreenshot am sharing you please take action against him.

                            I am Dr Sureshkumar from kerala. I came to panchgani blue mountain resort on 7th of April awith two other Drs. I got booking of ola car from their office at pune Airport. At 3 05 pm.Their app showed 2615 Rs to the hotel. We got a swift desire MH 12 NX 0101 The driver on reaching hotel showed Rs 5739 and threatened us to pay it as it is a return charge made by company. He tried to strike us too. I request the police to take immediate legal action against driver and return the excess charges taken fom us

                              In the first week of march OLA delivery Truck comes and find out that he doesn't get our scooter and they return back the truck after 10 days OLA gives us RC of scooter with number however till today i.e. 10th day of april 2022 we did not receive the scooter. OLA does not respond to our complaint. We mail them many times. Kindly help us in getting our scooter. Even first installment is also deducted from our bank account.

                                  I Vishwa Deepak, have booked a cab on dated 07 April, 2022 from my place to Omaxe mall Greater Noida. The driver Mr. veer Narayan reached at pick up location with his white Hyundai Xcent (CRN[protected]). Once I boarded in car with my family I asked him to switch on the AC because it was hot weather outside and parallel there was bad smell and mosquito in his car. He refused and gave excuse of CNG prices hike. I told him that in my fare there was no terms conditions written where you can refuse my request but he was adamant. I called on your support number and he asked him to switch on but he also failed to convince him. And meanwhile I have reached my destination without AC. after that he was so rude and misbehaved with my father as well when he was telling that it's customer right.

                                      Debited transactions resulted into error - paid by cash to driver-ola settled only one transaction but no response on the other.

                                      Issue happened in Oct 2021 with 2 failed debited transactions one failed debited transaction got settled but no response on the other. Followed up several times. Raised several support tickets. No response on the other debited transaction. Got calls from the support team I was asked to take rides where settlement can happen through vouchers but nothing happened till now.

On 4/4/2022, I linked my Amazon Pay account that had a balance of Rs.1000/- to the Ola app. On the same day, around 5.00pm, I booked an auto (with Amazon pay selected in Ola App for payment) which got subsequently cancelled as the driver did not respond. After the cancellation, I see that Amazon pay account's balance reduced to Rs.847/-. Why was the amount deducted from my Amazon Pay account when I haven't taken any rides? Opening balance of my Amazon pay account before booking the above ride ('CRN [protected]') was Rs.1000/-. After the ride was cancelled, it became Rs.847/-. Why did ola deduct Rs.153/- from my Amazon pay wallet?

                                        2. On 17/3/2022, my opening balance of Ola wallet was 459/-. I took a ride during the morning (CRN [protected]) and paid it through ola postpaid. During evening I tried to book another ride but were continuously been cancelled by the driver. After that I cleared my Postpaid dues of 165/-. Now when I check my ola wallet account, it shows 129/-. Where did the balance amount 165/- go? Provide my ola account's full statement starting from the date the ola account was opened till date in excel or PDF format.

                                        I raised around 10 tickets so far in Ola customer support but I always got stock replies without solution.

                                        Please investigate into the matter properly and resolve the issue.
