I have cleared all the payments till now but again it is showing pending payments clear dues there is no any pending payments till now please resolve it I couldn't book cab for any emergency because of that.

    I hired Ola Outstation cab from Mumbai to Pune on 17th April. The total amount charged was Rs 2681. As per the break-up, an Additional Time Fare* of Rs 150 was charged which the cab driver halted to refuel the cng gas and was charged to me. In addition, Additional Distance Fare* of Rs 182 was charged which the cab driver intentionally de-routed from the original path shown by google map. When a customer onboards an outstation cab he/she may not have full knowledge of the route driver is taking and you only come to know at the end of the ride in the bill. Ola Cabs doesn't have any means to track such gaps and you are left with driver with no support from Ola representatives.

      On 14th Feb 2022, We had a outstation ride with OLA and due to total amount was more then 3000 we paid ola via upi, which later on ola has confirm with driver that driver has received full amount. Still there is due showing in my ola postpaid which is 3000 + all the late fee they are attaching . I mailed many time to ola and they asked my bank detail so that they can send 3000 to my account which i will use to clear ola money due, its over a month since they took the detail and still I have not received any amount from ola. OLA money keep sending lots of threatening messages as well as call and every time i explain the person why due is still pending and got assurance that it should get resolve in 48 hour but nothing is happening and I am still getting those calls and WhatsApp messages everyday. Please look into this matter

        Hi ola cabs,

        On last three auto rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down.
        As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and i didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the payment.
        But now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues - 180/-.

        From the last few days, started getting harassment calls to clear the dues.

        Why should we pay the amount when we have already paid to the driver.
        This looks some kind of fraud is going with this kind of post paid services, without providing proper information/ notifications to the customer.

        First streamline your business process properly and then start the services.
        Don't harass your customers with this kind of half-baked business process models

        I request ola please provide proper support and stop this harassment to your customer.

          I had booked ola cab and I did travel in intracity banglore which I had paid to driver through UPI, ola app keeps on haunting me of pending due whenever I try booking another cab ride.

            I have booked a Ola cab for mini where at the time of booking CRN [protected] it had shown an amount of 445 and at the end I was charged 926. When I tried to escalate via app it never worked and when called callcenter they mention about notification which never came and when I see breakup there were charges for prime play which was never used and not worked in the cab. This is creating trouble for me with multiple follow ups for additional charges and not being resolved. Would like to bring this concern as this is cheating the customers who are charged exorbitantly without right information and for the services which are not used by customers. The support mechanism is unable to resolve issues through all the mechanisms.

              I paid to the driver through Google pay after the ride taken on 17th April at 04:52 pm As drivers do not get money paid by Ola immediately, they ask passengers to pay cash after the ride or pay to their GooglePay account instead of paying online. Now Ola app support does not have any option to complaint about double charge. Please look into this matter since there is no proper way to issue a complaint.

                Hi Ola,

                For CRN [protected].

                Money from my wallet got deducted which was amount rs 316.

                And driver told that he didn't received it. I checked the app the transaction was pending. Then driver told me to pay in cash i paid rs 225.
                Then when I checked transaction again I saw that the transaction was again retried and it got successful. Now my money got deducted both from wallet and i paid via UPI too to the driver which was Rs 225. I have all the screenshot attached. U can also confirm the same with the driver.I request you to refund the extra amount ie 225 either to my Paytm wallet number.

                Since I have paid extra rs 225.

                Please settle the dispute with driver.

                  By default I have selected Payment method as Cash but Ola changes it to Postpaid. When I have taken ride the drivers are not taking online payment so I paid cash but for my those ride Ola charged me and created bill in Postpaid and now they are charging me dues paneity. I request to this forum to look into this and resolve my query as earliest and take an action against OLA cabs.

                      Hi,

                      I booked an Ola auto on 15th Apr 2022(CRN [protected]). Although I selected the payment mode as Amazon pay and the money was deducted from my wallet, the driver kept insisting me to pay cash as the deducted amount was not visible in his account. He forced me to pay cash of rupees 120. I raised request in Ola but no proper resolution happened neither their support number works. I need to get my deducted amount reversed.

                      Also the auto that picked me up had a different number than what I booked. Hoever the driver was able to start and stop the trip. I am attaching the image of the auto.

                        The Ola cab drivers dont switch on the ac stating that the diesel prices have gone up. We are paying for the services and not getting proper service this is misuse of our trust in conpany and such fraudulent activities must be condemned

                          I booked a ride with Ola on 29th March and paid the driver in cash. Now I have been getting messages that I have to pay Ola Rs 179 for Ola Post pay. I never activated such service and I have never used it . Ola does not respond to mails and Ola has no working customer care number. My CRN for the ride was [protected]

                          No resolution or mail from Ola. Still getting the same message to pay.
                          No resolution till now. I am still getting the messages of amount to be paid for postpaid.

                            I had booked Ola for my old grandparents travelling from Dombivli to Borivali. Its a 50km + Journey and the cab was book in the afternoon. From 2pm to 4pm my grandparents were suffering in the heat as the car's AC was not working. I called the driver and he threatened me by saying that he will cancel the ride and leave my grandparents in between. I raised an emergency alarm but no one got back to me from Ola. I tried reaching out to customer service numbers but no response.

                            I had to start from borivali to pick them up at Dahisar. I was extremely scared about their safety as the driver kept abusing. My grandfather is 80+. 2 hours of travel in non AC car during peak afternoon with constantly abusing and threatening driver ruined my granny's health. She had a sunstroke and was unwell for the next 2 days.

                              I have paid the driver after finishing my ola ride on his scan but the App is still showing that the payment is still pending . I have paid Rs. 364 to the driver the amount have been deducted from my account yet the payment is pending

                                I booked a cab on 19th of February from mumukshu bhavan Varanasi to Varanasi airport.CRN [protected]. After boarding the cab in route the driver ask me to pay cash. Normally I pay with ola postpaid. Indistrip as the driver asked for cash I tried to change the mode of payment to cash. Unfortunately the app said it can't be done after booking a cab. I was already late to catch my flight. After reaching the airport I found that my postpaid account was debited with 690/-. I show that to the driver and said my account has already been debited then I can't pay cash. But he insisted for cash payment stating that he has already said this to me. I could not argue with him because of language. I am not well worst with Hindi and he do not know English or Tamil. I asked the driver then how come I get my already debited amount. He said I can right to the ola customer care and get my refund. Believing him I paid him cash. I didn't have enough cash with me and I asked driver whether you have GPAyor Paytm. He said he doesn't have any such facility and I should pay only cash. For a fraction of a second I thought of contacting ola customer care. But as it was already delayed to catch my flight and I was running short of time I had no other option than to get cash from my wife and pay it to the driver. After reaching daily I just contacted through app and launched complaint stating that my account has been debited as well as the driver demanded cash. Till date nothing has metalised. Everyday I get an SMS and a mail stating that I should pay with penalty. Whatever explanation I have given in mail has fallen in deaf ears. Hope this issue will be resolved at the earliest time so that I am not being harassed by frequent emails and demanding WhatsApp messages from multivarious numbers.

                                    I was shown an estimated fare of ₹176 at the time of booking the Ola cab from my college to home, but was charged ₹230 on completion of the ride. So I was overcharged, and the driver even did not turn on the AC throughout the ride. Ride CRN is [protected].

                                    When I contacted Ola, they said I had not applied any coupon on the ride. I have mailed them the invoice as a proof that I had applied the coupon, and I have attached a screenshot from the invoice here too.

                                      I on-boarded the can from Raja Bhoj Airport to Gulmohar Colony. Thr estimated charge was Rs 534 but the amount paid was Ra 584. In addition the break up of Rs 534 had Rs 7 charged for waiting, however the driver went to pick the car from the parking and there was no delay from customer end. Request you to please look into the issue

                                        The money got deducted from my ola money and the driver took cash from my parents too. And now when I am calling the customer care they are just telling that the driver is refusing that he has taken any cash, so they can't refund. This is ridiculous. Ola customer care is of no use.
                                        I hired Ola can yesterday evening. The driver did not come. I got alert that driver cancelled trip. (CRN [protected]). Immediately driver search started and I got a Desire allotted - Driver Shridhar Salian (CRN [protected]) 05.23 pm.. After riding for about half a km, another driver Shrikant (CRN[protected] - .05.16 PM) called up twice from phone no.[protected] at 05.27 and 05.29 pm to ask if I got a cab - much after I had already taken the cab at 05.23 pm . I advised I was already in an Ola cab. Still Ola have charged Cancellation fee of Rs. 50 today on ride no. CRN [protected]. How can Ola penalise me for not taking a cab while I am already on another Ola ride on same route at the same time. Driver Shrikant contacted at 05.27 and 05.29 pm only after I had already taken the Ola Cab at 05.23. I demand credit of Rs.50 immediately and an explanation from Ola why they allocated two cabs to me at a time ?
