Hi team,

I took an ola cab from( timing 7.37) vani n h sg palya 4th crossi to budigere cross on 17th of april'16.
It takes around rs.800 maximum for this journey approx distance between 41km from pickup point
However, i was charged thrice the amount, driver said rs. 1459.( crn[protected] i was shocked by this,
I called customer care and they said "sir, you please give the amount now, customer care said its peak hour charges.
But actually not peak hour time or not peak hour zone .Customer said that your area in peak hour zone...
Ola people are charging peak time charges without mention in the app while booking a cab. My experience was very sad and they are fraud people misleading common man. Just a distance of 41 km, they charged around 1459rs (2.6times). They at least intimate us this info while calling us. Not only this business mans, many other services doing like this. No control by the govt on their activities. We as indians should share many people and stop this. Please help to common man.

    Hi, This is to inform you that on 20th April 2016 I had lots of harassment due to your cabs and drivers first your drivers didn't had license and we're driving in wrong lane
    2. They were rude enough to cancel the booking from their end stating book some other cabs,
    Why don't you guys just shut down your operations or should we complain it to the Delhi government and pledge to throw away your company out of Delhi and black lost you guys coz your services are pathetic simply terrible and coz of you my business got hampered and I was unable to reach my place on time and from your customer care no compensation no booking bluntly saying I am sorry and book another cab - your company sucks and will also spread it everywhere ask all my friends groups to quit your services and delete the apps we have downloaded

    Ola Cabs — Cheating with higher price

    Ola cheating with higher price. Fare shows 6 rupees/km while booking and after ride they charged 747 rupees for 38 kms! For micro cab not even mini. That too for tata indica old car without ac.

      Booked ola cab on 20-Apr-2016 at 6.30 PM and CRN number is[protected].Driver name Lohithkumar and number is [protected]. Tried contacting him and he said he will be reaching in another 5 minutes. After 5 to 10 minutes i tried contacting him and he never received the call.
      Around 7.00PM got message from ola cabs saying"Thanks for travelling with ola cabs.Your total bill is Rs123.
      If ola cabs cant provide prompt service its better to avoid taking booking, instead of making customers fools. Now without travelling from where that Rs123 amount came. So cab drivers will work according to their will and wish and not according to ola guys. What a pathetic service ola. Will never try your service.
      I need your response on this issue and action taken against that driver.

        Hi, i would like to lodge a complaint against ola cab driver ajay m, cab number -ka03 ac 8313. He misbehaved with my wife who was travelling in the cab from brigade metropolis to sls sunrise apartment in panathur, bangalore on wednesday evening[protected] at around 6:45pm. Not only that he asked my wife to get down in the middle of the journey. The behaviour of the driver was really ugly and he should be penalised for his act. I would like you to take strong actions against that driver and keep us informed about the action taken against him.I hope you will react and not let him go without penalising him for his act.

          There are more than 10 OLA mini cabs available yet there is a surge in pricing, this clearly is not acceptable and should be corrected immediately else we will have to start an online campaign against this.

            I have booked your ola cab no white desire tour WB04G5647, driver rajendra on dated 16/04/2016.after showing his name i call him and i asked him how much time you taken to reach my place. he told me 10 minutes.after 15 minutes i call back to him but his phone not connected neither he call back to me within that time. then i cancelled the ride and took another taxi.after that on my half way of drive the driver call me and used rough language and scolded me like stuppied people . is it ola cab service the drivers are used such type of language.please take necessary action against the driver otherwise i am taking legal action. plz cancelled his service in ola

              This is really un fare and unrealistic thing happened to me with Old cab ride. it is suppose to be around 300 rs but Ola cab driver charged me 999. it's more than 3 times of the fare. and the driver was also very rash and not given proper reply if we were questioned him for the longest root he was taken. This is really irresponsible and head strong. ola people should not encourage these kind of people in the cab crew.

              Please take the appropriate action on the cab driver and take this one as high priority to take the relevant action and refund the money in time.

                I had booked a ola cabs from my house to railway station and this is a ride later booking. This is for next day morning 4:50 am booking. I also got the booking confirmation no crn[protected] from ola stating that they will share the driver no 15 mins before the ride. As my place is out side the city, i even called to the customer care and confirmed by booking. But at the riding time 4:50 am i got a sms from the ola stating that my booking was cancelled as they don't find a cab near by. As my place is outside the city, it will be difficult to find a cab, so i had chosen for ride later option. Ola could have confirmed that the cab availability in my area is very less and the booking can be confirmed at the time of ride in the confirmation booking sms. At last i have to search for another taxi service which eaten up my time to catch the train and rushed to railway station. This is my first booking experience and worst experience i had with ola.

                Ola Cabs — Check the number once on which somebody's booking the cab it could be a false number

                I m always getting messages from ola that your driver will be xxxx and will be on xxxx time. I never booked any cab. i just want to say kindly check once that whatever number is feeded by customer that belongs to them or not. You can call them and can ensure it.
                Please kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                  Booked a ola cab..Ref no:-crn[protected] days prior to my ride.Just 15 mins before the ride i recieved a meesage that your booking was cancelled due to non-response.How can it be cancelled after providing me the details of the driver.The driver remained unavailable.I had to cancel my appointment .Service provided is not proper, there is no review system.

                    I took Ola Cab on April 14, 2016 from Bangalore Air Port for drop at Ashok Nagar. During journey I was asked to pay Return Journey Toll at the battery limit of Bangalore Air Port by Taxi Driver (Rs. 120, I have receipt with me). This is over & above total bill amount of Rs. 753/- which was paid on completion of journey. Even though I told Driver that Bill amount is supposed to be inclusive of all tolls & taxes he did not accept and asked me to pay. Can you please arrange to refund my toll amount as well as let me know what action you are taking to avoid this situation in future?

                      On Sunday 17th my daughter booked Ola cab few hours in advance to catch a flight at Vijayawada airport. But, 15 minutes
                      prior to departure she received a text message saying that "Sorry we could not find a cab at your location". Obviously
                      she could not make alternative arrangements in last minute resulted flight got missed. Now, I can't rely any more on Ola
                      for urgent/important events!!

                        I booked the cab from karol bagh to nizamuddin railway station. Its hardly 12 km. i should have been charged Rs 180 (max). Driver said i dont know the route and took the long route and he charged me Rs 300. When i said that you are taking more than usual time, he said that i can drop you on the way right away. you can take another cab.This is pathetic.This is not fair.
                        If he does not know the route then why we would we pay.
                        i request ola peaple to look into the matter. I will try to complaint to some higher authority.
                        And at the same time i would suggest that people plz dont go for ola.

                          Ola cabs seem to have gotten on to a new scheme to fool customers by charging peak charges whenever they feel like. The drivers too seem to have caught onto this and call to cancel any prior booking which you had scheduled earlier in the day. so you are left stranded and when you re-book charged peak!

                          Ola please get your act together!!!

                            This happens to us everytime. The cab drivers should be changed. They way the behave totally annoying.we hav booked for mini ola cab but what we got is sedan car thats really frustrating when we ask a mini cab whats purpose of asking options? And the thing is they aske extra charges what nonsense? From saligrammam to egmore its just 9kms only as per the information for 5 kms its just 150 and for every additional kms 19rs/- so by caluculating its coming upto its less only but we had bitter exprience agruing in the railway station which is very annoying! And the very annoying part is if we asked the cab driver refarding the charge he s just says go ahead and complaint! The drive name is karthikeyan! Never cheat the customers saying one charge and charging us for another! This is very annoying better take some action else this issue wil lbe taken very serious from our end since we do hav connection wit media!

                              This is a shameful incident on your organization part that one of your driver's had left the customer yesterday evening[protected] in the middle of the destination.

                              The cab was booked originally from malleshwaram to cox town. But driver dropped the customer at hebbal and asked to book another cab, only because he had pick another customer from nearby.

                              Unfortunately the customer was a lady, and this incident happened at 6.30 p.M to 7 p.M in the evening.

                              Request you to take strict action against the driver. Please note down the driver details.

                                My dad has booked ola auto on 17/04/2016 benglore, in half way only the auto driver stopped and asked my dad to change for another auto, my dad also changed, after that my dad is getting message that he only changed and why you left the ola auto. How can the auto driver change to different auto in the middle.

                                  I booked a cab from bbr hospital bal nagar hyderabad, to gachibowli chandana brothers showroom, hyderabad on 15th april 2016. At 1333 hrs crn number[protected]. It was total kilo meters of 15, and i was charged rupees 668/-. The ride was horrible in age old horse cart like tata indica .Driven by mr.Tirupathi( his mobile number [protected]).

                                  The driver mr, tirupathi said it was peak hour price, 28 mins ride.
                                  And charge was very high.I don't think the price was reasonable for 15 kilometers that too in mid day where traffic was less.These people and fraud ola cabs should be checked and verified by the concerned government authorities for their fraud practices.

                                  Ola cabs are just cheating people with variable pay options .I decided to never ever travel in ola cabs to their unethical practice and unfair behavior.
                                  I suggest people, not to go for this ola cabs, they will simply cheat you people with their unfair pricing .Be careful and avoid these fraudster ola service cabs and their variable pay options.

                                    Reference to the bill dated today 19.04.2016 CRN[protected] commuted from majestic to Banshankri 1st stage 7.16 Kms overcharged 187.65 as surge charge which is against Karnataka RTO Rule Act hence i would request consumer complaint forum look into it & take further action on the same otherwise these will be a bad sign for common commuters

                                      I would like to bring to your notice, yesterday i have travelled from hosakerehalli cross to bsk bus stop. I received a bill of 336 inr as a travelling charge. When i approached ola customer care, they said that you have accepted the surge charge pop-up where the charges are more and no option for ruling out the payment. Unethical and untrusful. I understand that the karnataka govt as ruled out for paying these charges. Pl refer the quote from the transportation dept "“state transport authority, says: “they have to set up a system accommodating the new policy. But we cannot take action unless a passenger complains of the high charges.” violation of this rule will result in licence-cancellation and penalty o[censored]p to rs 10, 000. However, the penalty is imposed on the licence holder, who is the owner-driver registered with the platform, as neither ola nor uber has taken an operator licence in bengaluru…”. I have to pay 336 inr though i have told them that am going to lodge a complaint.

                                      Vehicle which i have travelled was very unhealthy situation and these unhealthy/unsafe vehicles should not given a license or approval as a taxi.

                                      Pl take up this matter and request your support to get back my money!

                                        I booked an ola cabs at 10 on the 8thigher of april 2016 for a trip at 5.20. I received a message saying that the driver details will be shared 15 minutes before my booking time, however i received a message at 5.18 regretting that you can't provide a cab for me. This is the second such incident with ola cabs, in the previous occasion the driver just didn't turn up. I am an nri who often visits india and i have used many cab services out of which ola has been the worst, just imagine if i were to catch a flight and this incident happened to me! Who would have been held responsible? I feel ola is not competent enough to provide appropriate services, it's high time you guys thought of providing proper customer service and from my end it's going to a complete no for any more ola services and i would discourage all my contacts against using yours.
