Silver indica tn 60 - p 4539. 1.4 times peak charges applicable ! (Why ?)
The driver did not come at the appointed time and when contacted, wanted me to cancel the booking. I refused. I got msg from vm-olacab : ' ola ! Sorry, driver canceled your booking crn[protected]longer than max wait time after waiting for your pickup.' the driver never came to pick me up. I kept waiting for more than 15 mts when i was sent another msg at 1352 hrs stating that another cab would be sent with a new crn[protected] driver rasuldeen tn 68 - d 6693. The vehicle arrived at 2.12 pm and after my boarding the cab, the driver refused to ply and asked me to get down ! This sort of service and attitude of the drivers shall only bring down the credibility of olacabs.. This is also a bad advertisement for ola !

    I had booked an ola cabs for ride later and without my intimation the cab got cancelled after i received the booking details. This is highly unprofessional and due to this issue i had almost missed my flight but luckily got an auto but the harassment I had to go through due to this is very bad and I need an explanation for the same. I dont know if they will work on this or not.

      Please refer my crn[protected] for pick up from sec-3 mvp colony vizag to vizag airport, the driver is demanding for additional rs.55 for parking charges which is unethical and against customer satisfaction for which i heavy told him to drop me before the parking toll gate. This practice will surely spoil the reputation of ola cabs. It is advisable to o instruct the drivers accordingly. Thanks and regards anil kumar dora. [protected].

      I hv availed ola share and the driver asked for cash, afterwards I found that the same amount has been deducted from my ola money. Please look into the mater and arrange for cashback if possible.

        Complaint :

        Sub : Cheating by OLA –Taxi Driver.

        On 26th April, 2016 – Tuesday, We arrived at Bangalore Domestic Airport around 9 am.
        We were trying to book OLA Taxi and were unable to book due to non availability of mobile signal.
        We came out and spotted an OLA taxi waiting for some one else, but the person who booked did not come.
        We approached the driver and realised that he was waiting for Mr. Kappor. The driver was willing to cancel Kapoor’s booking & take us to our destination Jayanagar, 7th Block. We started just before 10am .
        List of Cheating:
        At the Toll gate outside Airport, he asked us to pay the toll money and we gave him cash Rs.140 and paid. We asked him why we should pay.? He said that is the procedure.
        It was very hot and we asked him to switch on the A/C. He refused and he said that the petrol was less. He drove for about 20 minutes with out A/C till he reached a petrol station.
        I also found out, he had enough petrol to run the A/C, but he purposely did it.
        He took around more than 2 hours to reach Jayanagar.
        After reaching Jayanager, he asked us to pay around Rs .1380 and we paid him, which is very high.
        We paid total around 1380 + 140 ( Toll ) = Rs.1520.
        I do not have his car number or name. But I feel you can find out from your records with the help of above details.
        I hope that you will take necessary strong action against the driver and inform me the outcome.

          First he take 80 rs. Without taking a ride...
          Secondly he charge me 4000 for his already broken phone which was kept in tensionally over my luggage while im taking out my luggage from the cab...

          Thirdly i miss my flight for the second reason as he take an hour to mess with me...
          All the people including the crpf man came out n feel sorry for me today...

          Never take ola...nor i"ll suggest...

            I had confirmed a booking of ola cab on 23/04/2016 at 2:02 pm. Booking
            Tfs-pp-c71332447. As there was a delay in the cab arriving to pick me
            Up, i happened to check the registration number of the cab which came
            To pick me up.

            I was shocked to realise that the cab had a different registration
            Number ae6374. (I was not able to note down the complete registration
            Number). I refused to board the cab and called customer care to lodge a
            Complaint.

            The scariest part was that ola has shared my registered mobile number
            To all the drivers, as the cab driver who came to pick me up too had
            Called me on my mobile number. But this cab's registration was not
            Matching with the one in the message that i had received on my
            Mobile.

            I strongly protest and take stern exception about how did this cab
            Driver, who is not authorised, have my mobile number?

            I would like this to be investigated and ola has to revert back
            Confirming what action has been taken and what precautions are in
            Place to avoid such unpleasant experiences.

            How could this information (My mobile number) be compromised?

            I immdtly called up customer care, but till date there has not been any revert from ola.

            Ola Cabs — Misleading / False Advertising

            Ola showing advertisement on TV that they only charge 6rs pkm for micro cab but they don't mention that 100rs for 4km is fixed. It is a clear case of misleading.

            failure of credit

            I shared my OLA cab ref feral code with my 3 friends but I did not receive any OLA balance after they took rides in it.

            Driver charged me extra money apart from bill

            My bill is 201 and driver had taken rs251 from me. When I asked him why rs50 extra then he told me because of your luggage. This is not professional n right way to charge extra money.

            Ola plz take action on this type of drivers otherwise no one will prefer to travel by ola...n refund me my rs50

              Ola is cheating in the name of micro cabs. When we look for micro cabs it is available but when we book it shows 1.6x or 1.8x rate which is ridiculous at 10:30 am in the morning. They are taking advantage of the situation. Karnataka government should take this seriously and avoid such thing to happen at first place. This is absolutely fraud and cheating in the name of service.
              Same thing they did with us also on 28th April 2016. I am also trying to complaint against this. Putting the ad all over bangalore that for MICRA they are charging 6 rs/km but exactly they are charging more than 20 rs/km.

                Yesterday i was travelling in my own personal vehicle from juhu to lokhandwala. As soon as i reached 4bunglows there was a old cab which tried cutting me off throughout the market and almost crashed my car this went on for 5-7mins
                He kept trying to cut me and almost crashed into my car. After the signal he tried cutting me off again but as he came from the left he couldnt really overtake
                His driving was rough and unacceptable for the safety of other people around. He overtaked in after sometime and kept playing with his lights and kept braking hard and switching his lights on and off in order to mock me this went on till lohandwala till we parted ways. I have never travelled in your cab
                And after this experience
                I am sure i would no like to be a part or even register my self in or company.
                I would like you to take a strict action against this.

                  #olacabs ... have been promoting ola since its easy to travel ... but off late ola rides has become super expensive .. santacruz west to lower parel 636 rs ... reason peak charges ... thats 2.6 times ... afternoon peak charges ... evening peak charges ... night peak charges ...

                  Peak charges is for quick availability of cars thats the reason u pay a super premium .. spoke to support ... Mr. Vignesh floor supervisor waved off 50 % of peak time charges thts 175 rs ... further debate got me another 150 rs in my ewallet .

                  I book another#olacab for return ...driver insists I pay cash ... I told him will pay from my ewallet... makes me wait for 15 mins and doesn't turn up... switches off his mobile .

                  This is sheer cheating since we only know the amount at the end if the ride ... not like #kaalipeeli where the metre is ticking and u are aware... ola is taking the customers on a jolly ride !!!

                  Attaching 1 of my bills, I plan to take this up with #olacabs heads!!

                    Yesterday i booked ola cab for sitapura (Jaipur) from lata circle (Jotwara circle, jaipur). And they have charged from me 542 rs for just 19.47km far destination. The service was ridiculous. The driver came 30 min late after my booking. It was okay, but on the way he literally refused to put on ac saying i dont have much petrol. It was my exam and i reached late just because of their service. According to the driver i had to pay 2x fare i dont know why!! I am writing this because i want my cash back and for that if i have to go to other sources like consumer court, i"ll choose this instantly if i don't get my money back.

                      This is the complaint against the surge prices or peak time prices levied by ola cabs in Pune.

                      We are noticing that they are continuously charging 2 times to the regular fares even in the normal morning times, and tugging the customers.This is when there is an availability of cabs showing in the area.

                      I have attached a snapshot of their app, where they charged us 2.5 times, which is a regular process for them and collecting huge amounts from the customers

                        The driver Akbar Seikh charged me Rs100/-for Airport parking. After I boarded the ola share cab, I paid him Rs 140/-as my share fare instead Of Rs136/-and my ride was started.Then after reaching the exit he forced me to
                        to pay Rs100/-more for parking, though I boarded my cab within a minute it came to me.
                        He didn't informed me about the charges at time of boarding the cab and argued that it was implied that passenger has to pay the airport parking fee. It was not his duty to inform me.
                        Didn't expect such discrepancies from Ola..being a frequent user.

                          On 26 April 2016 (yesterday) at 10.40am at Taramani link road toward Vijaya Nagar, Velachery Chennai, your driver car regn no. TN 22 DB 9121 (see photo also) was seen at front of my car, fighting with another taxi after stopping his car. Obstructed my road passage for a minute and was manhandling the other taxi driver through the window, presumablyto settle for nuisance enroute.
                          Dangerous and violent in stopping way to my car. Caused traffick block.
                          Discard this car driver.

I have been receiving messages that a driver named ANIL KUMAR with his Car UP14FT1764 is working under me, but I have no idea who he is. Please look into it so that I don't get any further annoying messages regarding the issue. I have attached some screenshots of the messages that I have been receiving.

                              Ola Share is a disaster.

                              I am riding Ola shared cabs for last 3 weeks and each time I get a delayed pick up.

                              But today I got the worst from Ola share. Below are the details.

                              I booked the cab on 9.57 am this morning and I got the details of the cab. I was waiting for the cab to pick me up. i was also tracking the ride. After around 20 minutes, the cab reached near my location and I called the cab. The driver replied that he already has picked up someone else and going to some other place.
                              I raised a complain against the driver through Ola App. At that point, I was not able to cancel the cab as it was showing an Ongoing Ride. Consequently, I could not book another cab. Because the status was reflecting as Ongoing. So, I had to take the public transport to reach office. By the time I reached office, I noticed that Ola Money worth INR. 87/- has been deducted from my account. No, I also got a mail from Ola Support that they are taking necessary actions against the driver and also they have refunded the Ola Money. But when I checked the Ola Money balance, I got INR. 19/- only.

                              So, in the total trip what I got from Ola ?
                              1. An unprofessional driver who even does not know whom he is supposed to pick up.
                              2. A lot of harassment and a missed meeting
                              3. A false statement from Ola regarding my Ola Money Balance.

                              Shame on you OLA.

                                The service is tollally nonsense.
                                After booking specifically for airport from jalahalli cross,
                                On arrival of the taxi ka13b8507 - the diriver refuses to go to airport.

                                None of your sms give any help number - this is another blunder by ola.

                                To add salt to injury - instead of compensating for your non-sense service, i have been debited a sum of rs.92 - crn no[protected].

                                We expect ola to work with some sense of responsibility.

                                    Booking reference no-'crn[protected], driver-'shashikant kamat, white sail odo1j3422. I am your regular customer.On my way back home from office, i hsd bòoked tge ola as usual and was waiting gor almost 5 mins
                                    I phoned the driver and he informed me that he will be reachong eithin 3 mins . After slmost 6 mins, i again phonef thr drivrr and found his line engaged. After trying gor some time i hot his line and came to know that he had gone in the wrong route and so have cancelled the booking. I was surprised to hear this. How could he cancel my booking?Subsequently i got a call from your customrr.S careto confirm the csncellstion but i responfed thst i have not csncellef the bòoking. But surptised to get a sms immefiatrly stating that since tthey receivred no response, they havr csncelled my booking. How csn a reputed service of yours make such a mistake. Please investigate thre matter snd let me know tje reason for duch injustice of the driver. This will durely spoil your reputation.

                                      Today morning 26th april 2016 i booked cab 3 times . But 3 times driver deliberately cancelled the booking . When contacted driver venkatrao(Crn[protected] & raju(Crn[protected] crn[protected] they are denied the duty & stating that they are not interested.

                                      When contact ola customer care there is no proper response from them. Due to this unethical behaviour of ola customer care & driver i lost credibility in front of my own family members.

                                        The incident happened on 26th April. I had pre-booked an ola cab on 25th April (evening) for 5.30 am, 26th April as I had to catch a flight at 8.00. I stay in Noida and I had to travel to international airport, gurgaon to catch the flight (it takes around an hour to travel from my house to the airport).

                                        At 5.20 am, Ola automatically cancels my booking and I get a text message saying- we have cancelled your cab as there are no cabs available. I called the call center and checked but no could offer no alternate. It was 5.45 am. I had nobody at home to drop me to the airport, there is no public transport available at that time of the day, and no other cabs were available nearby. After frantic attempts of over half hour, I managed to find an uber. But it was too late. The flight had left by the time I reached the airport.

                                        I have been taking early morning flights and have been booking ola cabs in advance for 4 years now, so I was confident that the cab would arrive on time like always. But this incident had left me totally bitter towards ola.

                                        Ola is to be blamed for the missed flight and the client meeting I had to miss because of the same (the consequences of which have been very bad and have resulted in mental harassment). Therefore, I would want to get compensated for the amount I had spent on booking the flight (as for the mental harassment, it can't be reversed and I plan to avenge for that by never ever taking an ola for any purpose).

                                        I hope the issue will be resolved and I shall be refunded the required amount.
