Drivers of ola cabs are very rough.They do not know how to talk. Now they do not accept ola money and canel cabs booked without any notice. I booked a cab for a round trip on 17 april but the driver left the can only after completing first part of the trip. I called the driver multiple times but he did not even care to pick the call. The service offered by OLA is worst in Bangalore.
Drivers of ola cabs are very rough.They do not know how to talk. Now they do not accept ola money and canel cabs booked without any notice.     Dear sir,

    We booked ola cab on 17.04.2016 at 9.14 pm to travel from old bowenpally to gudimalkapur of hyderabad-telangana state from mobile no. [protected]. At the time of booking it was not communicate that travel charges will collected double and there is no sms from ola cabs for extra payment. After reaching my destination driver show me the sms from ola cab for rs. 499. When enquire in detailed he said that we agreed for double charge thereon, we informed driver that we have not received the sms for the same. But, he will not respond. We will pay the amount of rs. 499 whereas actual fare is 250 only. Further, we have not received any sms for the fare too after reaching the gudimalkapur.
    In this connection we are here by requesting you to do the needful

      This is to inform you that toiday i.e 18/04/2016 i had booked ola share cab at 8.05, then driver received 1 more pic up he had turned cab from Asoka road to baba khadak singh marg, then again driver catch ashoka road way after after that gal to shangrila hotel, i was shocked and surprised and asked to driver Mr. Jasmer Malik, y are you choosing barapulla road, insist of ITO or Pragati maidan, he had told me i always used DND Flyover den again iam asking y r u choosing long way he was quite, then again he revived a call from mayaur vihar metro station for pick up he had turned cab pura ulta from dnd to mayur vihar. And i reache dmy destination around 9.08.

      The ola cab members kindly look into this matter i booked car first and reached almost last, I was ride 1st time with ola cab and having very bad experience they thoughts peoples are full who booked sharing cabs.
      I ones used service . after that day my mail id is used by that driver so many time. daily on my name mess. came.. the name of a driver is wasim ali white ritz... am from ghaziabad plz dont tell my name

        I have been forced to cancel multiple Bookings in the past 5 days for the following reasons:
        1. Cab distance shows as 2 mins away but after booking the waiting time changes to 10 mins.
        2. Driver can't read GPS to locate my position
        3. App cannot locate my position, it shows previous location as pick up point and I have to manually type in my present location, otherwise cab is misdirected
        4. Sometimes as happened today (April 18, 2016) two Cabs got booked at the same time. I booked one at 9, received a message with cab details, and then when cab was delayed at 9:15 I got another message with booking details of another cab with different number plate headed for me... Total chaos!

          Last Monday, April 11th, Ola cab # KA 48 3838 hit my car from behind while I was waiting in my car for my tun to proceed. I have the picture of the car's number plate, car and driver's photo. In the first 2 days the so called owner of the car Aadil (mobile # [protected]) was talking to me and promising that he will pay for the damages for now has been missing in action and his mobile is not reachable. My car has been extensively damaged. Please help!

            I had booked a cab for 17th april at 6am early in the afternoon of 16th april, as getting a cab in the morning is difficult. I got this message from ola cabs at 5.45am on 17th april:

            Say ola to your driver raushan kumar ([protected]) for crn[protected]. White wagonr dl1rt6129 to pick you up @ 6:05 am, 17apr.

            The driver called me as soon as i read the text and said he would arrive in 5 minutes. I waited for 15, thinking maybe the cab was having some difficulty in finding my location. I got a message that he cancelled my ride as he waited for 10 minutes and couldn't reach me on my number.

            I called him and asked him to come back, saying there weren't any other cabs available this early on, but he said he already got a different booking. He was extremely rude to me, and said i could complain if i wish.

              I book ola cab in advance with crn[protected]apr, 5am. I call ola costumer care, they assured me for confirmed booking.
              Ola refused next morning.
              I was in big trouble, as i had to catch international flight from igi.
              I managed with lot of trouble to reach airport.
              Don't book ola cab in advance.
              Don't trust ola costomer care executive.
              Always keep alternative option as open whenever booking ola cab

                I booked ola cab today 17/4/16 at 7.30pm but due to some reason i was not able to start on time ola cab driver came to me, scolded me, abused me very badly, which is very terrific experience for me. Meantime i spoke to customer care and informed to add waiting charges they agreed. But this useless car driver he left the place without informing us n few mins i got msg the driver has cancelled.
                please take some strict action against the ola driver so that he will not repeat again with any customer.

                  i booked sharing ola cab today 17/4/16 at 5pm but due to some reason i cancelled the cab, so ola cab driver called me, came to me, scolded me, abused me very badly, which is very terrific experiance for me.
                  please take some strict action againt the ola driver so that he will not repeat again with any customer.

                    Hi Team,

                    I took an Ola cab from( timing 15:30) kunwar singh nagar Nangloi delhi to A2 Paschim vihar Eakta Appartment on 17th of April'16.
                    It takes around Rs. 150 maximum for this journey approx distance between 9km from pickup point
                    However, I was charged thrice the amount, driver said Rs. 450.( CRN[protected] I was shocked by this,
                    I called customer care and they said "Sir, you please give the amount now, Customer care said its peak hour charges.
                    But actually not peak hour time or not peak hour zone .Customer said that your area in peak hour zone
                    but not properly explained how to overcharge taken .
                    I will ask someone to check this for you and you will get the additional charged amount back in 24
                    hours.

                    I haven't got back anything. I need my money back immediately otherwise
                    I would need to take some legal action on this fraud.

                      The driver's name is Samit Champ.Phone number--[protected]. The driver at first started to argue for change..then he wasted 15 mins in a petrol pump..then he told us not avail cab if we dont carry change and didnt want to return our balance and the most irritating behaviour was that he used abusive and slang languages ..i would expect a instant and fruitful action to be taken against this cab driver..he is very dangerous for ladies..we felt unsafe..

                        1) I tried booking OLA can from Yeshwantpur railway station & the driver Mr Naveen K, took my booking. But he never turned up, after waiting for 15 min & checking the map. I got a feeling the driver is travelling the opp direction. When I tried calling the driver, he never picked the call. At least have some professionalism or business ethics if you want to turn down the request for booking. Can you provide justification. Also why this bill CRN[protected] is under my name when I have not traveled. Please explain before I raise a mis-use of my identity case.

                        2) After the above booking, when I tried to search for other cab the fare price raised to 1.8x times the price at 5:10 AM, stating peak hours. Peak hours at 5:10 AM, on Sunday 17th April strange. I guess OLA has its own rules & definition of creating peak hours & pricing.
                        Still no solution provided, Help us to act on such fake buisness purpose guys

                        I have also faced the same problem. Its unfair to charge on the basis of Peak hour that to 1.6 times or 1.8 times or sometimes more than 2 times . How do they justify that. We feel cheated on this behavior of OLA
                        Still no action or justification given, the company is not following any professional standard. Its license should be removed & strong action should be taken against the stack holder people.

                          Hi, I booked an ola auto from Jaya Nagar Pump House to Majestic, I needed to board a bus and I was late, as I got down from the auto the auto guy said 160 and I did not receive the message from ola about the amount and he charged me this amount, although afterwards I received the message that the bill amount was 114 from ola, I want my money back. Or else raise a complaint against that auto driver.
                          KRN[protected] is the auto number.

                            Hi team,

                            I took an ola cab from noida sec 135 to lakshmi nagar on 8th of april'16. It takes around 250 rs for this journey. However, i was charged thrice the amount, driver said 924 rs. I was shocked by this, i called customer care and they said "sir, you please give the amount now, i will ask someone to check this for you and you will get the additional charged amount back in 24 hours.
                            It's been more than a week now but i haven't got back anything. I need my money back immediately otherwise i would need to take some legal action on this fraud.

                            I am from panchkula and yesterday 16th April, 2016 I booked ola cab from panchkula sector 7 to Mohali phase 1. I always paid rs. 180. But yesterday driver given me the bill of rs. 423. I shocked for just 20 kilometers and bill is doubled. I was not pay him. He called the police. But police understand and shouted on ola driver and slaps him. Then settled amout of rs. 300/- I paid. But I think thousand of people suffering like me. If both Uber and ola doing like this. Stopped this fraud service of both cabs.

                              I have made two bookings today from Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad to DeshBandhu Appartments, Kalkaji which costed 771/- ( morning 16/04/2016)
                              &
                              From DeshBandhu Appartmens, Kalkaji to Crossings Republik, Ghaziabad, which costed me 465/- (same evening 16/0402016),
                              The driver overcharged me during the morning ride, not applying the Discount coupon which I received on my registeres mail id on 15/04/2016 &
                              During the same evening ride, the driver was rude enough to ask me that how long will he be waiting for the client to come and board the cab, as he is waiting n the client was no where around? I said in return that if he is having problem in waiting then he can cancel the ride on his own.
                              May be from next time, I will not be very keen on taking ride with OlA.

                                Dear sir,
                                I had booked a cab on 16 april for 8pm for going to dehradun railway station. I got d detail of driver and cab details at 7.40 pm. Got d call from driver sandeep statiing that he can't come to pick me up. I was supposed to catch train masoorie exp for delhi. Then i got details of another driver at 7.55 pm called as mazhar khan. I tried his number hundreds of time but he was not reachable. The cab didn't come even till 8.30pm.

                                I m sorry to mention here that the drivers of ola r useless and are ride as per their own convenience.
                                I would be moving to court with all facts and figures. Since i had missed my train because of ola, i would lodge a complaint for refund of ac i fair from dehradun to delhi and also the compensation for embarrassment caused to me because of ola.

                                  I am using ola cabs from 1 month.Today i charged 3x.When booked your cab i got your too many unneccesary messages thats y i coudnt seen that messages and i charged 3x.I have 4 ola accounts as respective [protected](Akram bagwan), [protected](Munir bagwan), [protected](Matin bagwan), [protected](Akram bagwan).From today onwards i will not hire your cab and also i advertise this fruad to social networking.

                                    As you don't seem to have cabs available even at peak hours in my residential area & i had to cancell an important assignment that was booked on your can more than 12 hours in advance, please refund the rs 900 transferred to you . Do check the availability of cabs in upkar spring fields, chandapura/ thirumenahalli / neralur area pin 562107 area yourself . You don't serve the area at all .

                                      I had the sadest of the experience with and the driver abused me. He denied the service when I called saying you have done wrong booking and he mentioned that He don't go to Gurgaon. I requested him to cancel if that is the case. He said I will not go and cancel it. I kept waiting for the cancellation till 10.50 after which I called him 3 times but he didn't pick then I cancelled it. The moment I did it I got a call from him saying that I am mad. I retaliated then he went worst and abused like anything.
                                      Pls take immediate action against this person who is maligning the imag of the company for personal petty interest.

                                        I'm a regular ola user. More often than not I've noticed that the destination I enter and the one that the cab/auto driver gets are different. Because of this the drivers don't accept the ride in the first place. Even if they do, they're not pleased when they hear the destination is different from they got on their phones. And that's understandable. Kindly fix this location issue. Eg: sometimes when I enter Anna nagar, the driver gets the destination as Choolai.
