Did not take ride at 2007hrs on 3/4/2016, at Kolkata, but bill of ₹63/- generated and deducted from my ola money.Crn[protected].Ola can't control Kolkata drivers but master in generating bills .A cheating practice and generating anger in educated rich people.
Next time will ride and would not pay, can handle the situation.Rectify my ola money balancecorrectly or will go to the court for ₹63.

    Look in maqtter & rectify deficiencies.

      Hi,

      With due respect, i beg to say that without prior pop up option ola mini has charged extra money for my rides in the situations when i had emergency. Me and my mother had to suffer multiple times.

      First instance, for 2.64 kms being charged rs.242, whereas the base price for for first 4 kms is only rs. 80. Also, was not intimated about the charges as there was no pop up populated while booking the cab. Crn[protected]. Also, i was not well and did not want to fight with the driver as a female. But unfortunately i did not get any help from customer care also.

      Second instance same as above, for 29 kms i was charged rs.1601 through peak time charges.

      I want to understand that during the emergency times, would i be charged anything just to make business and taking advantage of my helplessness.

      I want to know if somebody can help us, the people of india living in a metro and having middle class status. Should not these peak time charges be regulated through india? Are we not living in a democratic country?

      Need a strict action towards regulating these unnecessary peak charges and somebody in our country should not take advantage of our helplessness.

        I booked a cab from delhi to mahipalpur..Normally i pay 300 350 rs...When i book the cab ..There were three booking made automatically ..And then i took one cab ..Out of three ...After recieving back to back calls ..And i booked 1.5 x...They said i selected3x...Because of the problem in there
        App i have to pay3times ...And not only this i spoke to manger he is shouting on me ..And driver was misbehaving with ladies staff...I was not there otherwise i would have call the police or i would have broke ola cab. .Misbehaving ...I think ola services should be no longer in delhi ..It s not safe ...I filed a consumer complaint and filed fir with the police well. ...Not suggest ola to anyone ...Rather go by non ac bus ...Not safe for women and they cheat people with there fraud app...

          We booked a ola cab for 2 elderly people (Age 75 +) and i was trying to guide the driver on the exact address where i was along with them. It was actually a 2 min drive for the driver from the location he was. The driver was not polite and wanted us to reach the destination where he was waiting. Inspite of repeatedly telling him that there were elderly people, and he needs to just travel a 1 or 2 min in advance, he refused to drive to our location and cancelled the booking. We had to wait for almost 20 minutes in the hot sun due to this arrogant driver. This happened on 2 apr morning at valasaravakkam.

            We booked a cab from Ola from the phone no +[protected]. After the drop at shangrila just after I got out of the cab I realised I left my phone on the seat while giving money to the driver, I immediately called on my no several times after so many call the phone got switched off. Phone's battery was 40% and after making 10 calls it is not possible for the phone to get switched off. The driver switched it off. I request you to pls take strict action and help me get my phone back. It was iPhone 5s gold.

            myself Aditya i have booked ola cab from malakpur, greater noida to gama1 greater noida through my phone, , [protected] around 2am, 23062019, which was left on front seat, driver name Dhirendra sigh, white car, most probably desire, now I am calling back to back and he is not responding.tomorrow I am calling cops
            similar incident with so many people.

              for my relatives, I Booked Ola Micro Cab on 02-Apr-2016 night at 11.41 PM from Koper Khairane Sec-12 to Grand Hyaat Hotel. I mentioned about the destination Grand Hyaat verbally to driver.

              But the driver Mr. Santosh Yadav ( [protected]) closed the trip in the system before the said destination of Grand Hyaat Hotel and I received the message of payment of Rs 286 /-. Immediately I called my relative travelling in that car and inquired that whether they have reached the hotel or Not. Then they said that not yet reached. I called the driver and asked how much time it will take to reach the destination, he replied it will take 10 more minutes. After reaching hotel, my relatives told me that driver had charged approx Rs 500/- .
              Some drivers are doing this to save on money they vow to OLA. But few may do it for other illegal activities. Where is the safety in travelling by OLA, when driver closes the trip in the system before we reach the destination.

                When we book an ola cab drivers are asking where to drop, and if the pick up point is little far from there, they just off the mobile and dealy in picking up and if asked any thing they say to cancel booking. Please i want you people to have a look at it.

                  We had booked a cab at 6:00 and it was almost 6:20 so we had to cancel it and book another cab through another cab service.. So we had cancelled it and by now it was already 5 mins since we had cancelled it.. So by that time.. The ola cab driver had come and had started to swear at us, we were around 4-5 guys and 2 girls.. Things would've been far better if hebhad explained it but no, he decided to swear at us for no reason... If this is how ola cab drivers respond to the customer's then anyone can easily make out that the cab service has to end soon!

                      I piyush gaur have travelled in your cab up14 et7799 from sector 6 vaishali ghaziabad to mtnl building jawahar lal nehru marg opp to ram leela ground delhi 19 kilometer and i paid bill rs 872.

                      It is big loot with the common man. Please treat this as notice, i shall go against this bill to consumer court. Please try to resolve this problem.

                        Driver details: name Javed, vehicle no. HR38R6073, tried to ride from Sarai Julena to uphaar cinema green Park. After confirming I received the above driver's detail, asked bhaiya aap kahan tak pahuche maine abhi aapki ola se booking ki hai. He answered very rudely and misbehaved "tu bata tujhe jana kaha hai and all." After listening to him I was very much disappointed and I decided not to hire OLA anymore though I was a regular rider of OLA. Please let me know what will happen about my complaint. Thanks

                          I Want to lodge a complaint against the company as I faced a lot of difficulties with Ola in Mysore on 28th Feb at around 11:15 pm. I had to catch a train which was to leave at 12:30 am. I booked once and a driver's contact no. was given ( Santosh L, no.[protected], Car no- KA552881 ) from whom there was no response and after calling, the no. was out of reach. I booked again and this time I got the no. of another driver ( Sanjay R, no.-[protected], Car no.- KA01AA3350), who answered the call and said he would arrive in 10 mins, but even after waiting for 15 mins he didn't turn up, and when I called again he was speaking as if for the 1st time I had called and he also sounded drunk, again he said he'll come but ultimately didn't turn up, and there were no more cabs available in my area at that time and as I was getting late I had to find other means of transport to the railway station. I consider this behavior from your drivers very much unprofessional and I understood that your services in smaller cities like mysore is not even satisfactory. Though I stay in Kolkata now, I would like you to please see to this matter and contact the drivers mentioned to make them know how they should behave with customers & I also request you to please improve your services in smaller cities. After this incident I never use Ola and obviously I don't recommend it to anyone I know. That day I felt really Cheated.

                            I had booked a OLA cab 02/04/16 and driver had arrived for pick up, but there were two more bookings from different customer. Driver called to OLA service and asked about the issue. But driver showed me bookings from my number and the OLA said my booking was cancelled by driver, how tat can be possible because i could see my bookings.

                            And now OLA said driver to move on from my place where i was waiting for an hour. I never thought OLA is so negligible with customer.

                              Hi,

                              OLA Cabs Prime Facility chosen which is supposed to have WiFi. Paid a preimum of 1.8x since wanted to use WiFi facilities on the go.
                              Car did not have WiFi working. Informed OLA Cabs Support immediately moment i sat in the car.
                              Suffered a business loss due to no WiFi availabie despite being promised. Feel cheated and need to be compensated.

                                Hi, i faced very hassle with ola service. Without showing the billing charges they have charged me the amount. It has twice with me. Since i am in hurry i paid the amount. Is it my mistake to book ola cab or is it driver mistake who had stopped the ride unknowingly. I spoke with customer care supervisor, where he offered rs 100 coupon where i am not happy with that. No promo code will work, even if we use rs 300 coupon and travel for rs 200 again they will charge excess amount. Cheating the customer's and making a lady to stand on road in the midnight for cab. Pathetic service!!! Kindly refund the amount which was charged extra to my ola wallet.

                                  We tried booking cabs in the morning today(02.04.2016). We booked 4 different cabs from 2 numbers as it was an emergency and all drivers denied to come saying too far or too much traffic.. Firstly i[censored] r on the roads there will be traffic.. secondly if its too far then y is getting mapped by the app. and thirdly its a saturday, there is hardly any traffic. If the cabs are gonna choose customers and locations as per their convenience whats the point of the app. Very disappointed.

                                    Booked ola prime as self was having luggage. Ola cab Hundon X cent arrived which had no space for luggage as boot space was occupied with CNET cylinder. Requested driver to keep the luggage on seat as there was no space in boot area but he was very rude and arrogant and refused and simply ran away with his car. Driver details: via lumbar mob:[protected] cry[protected] white X cent DL1RTA4233. I suggest to remove all those cabs from prime which does not have boot space

                                        Yesterday i have booked a ola cab from chrompet to osman road, t.Nagar at afternoon for my uncle who had came from kerala. Driver name was somu, mobile number: [protected], was cheated us by travelling via long route(Hence kms increased) and high pricing. Though we have booked the cab(Somu, mobile number - [protected]) on peek hours it was shown 2.2x actual rate, so we were expecting 540 inr as bill, but it came as 1098 inr. We had booked a ola cab from osman road, t.Nagar to chrompet on yesterday morning and its bill came from 270 inr. This is the service you ola provide to a customer, this is how your drivers treat to a person who is new to chennai city. Feeling shame on you ola to appointing such a pathetic driver who cheats his customers, greedy for money and spoiling the name of a reputed cab service providers ola. I want to raise a compliant against this driver - somu, mobile number - [protected] for cheating by uncle by high pricing. Please take necessary actions against him. Expecting your response asap.
