Actually I booked cab for first time afternoon 3.30PM They mentioned 60/- for 4 km later on 6/- per km later after reaching 9km I asked him what was the bill he said 430/- I was shock and terrifying situation never ever expected to reach so much I travel in auto for 9 km they charge 100/- but driver told u have accepted to pay what ever the charges X 3 times of that.. Why anyone willing to give x3 times in afternoon time.. Shame on Ola for cheating people.. Government should take a look on it.. Stealing money from public.. What measures government have take to stop Ola from bangalore.. They should be real meter in vehicle where customer can see it.. Or driver should inform customer that is customer is really agree to pay x 3 times of total bill. Government is also involved with them I think
. Shame on karnataka government not taking action against Ola stealing morning from public...

1) Why should government allow illegal way of taking bills from customers, who don't even know what meter vehicle is running

2) why government allow private taxes with out real meter. Instead of phone service asking what is the bill

3) private taxes should have anlog or digit meter without meter government should not allow taxi to road

    I travel by Ola on daily basis, I booked a cab in the morning, this driver came and was complaining other day u cancelled the ride (I cancelled because I could not understand Tamil and was unable to explain him the address). Later he was driving rash on the road, when said drive properly, he started shouting, when he dropped me to my office, my total bill was Rs. 174, I gave him Rs. 200 and 4 rupee change, he said that i don't have Rs. change and u give me 74 change instead, I replied that how can u expect me to have 75 change and u cannot keep Rs. 30 instead, he threw the Rs. 100 note on me, i kept that note on his car seat and left for office, he followed me and entered the office premises, when my guard tried to stop him, he said i want change, I told him "irritating" he started shouting on me and my office guard and kept on doing that for the next 5-10 minutes. That was so rude that I feel insecure travelling with Ola anymore. Ola has lose their regular customer with their unprofessional behaviour.

      I booked a ola cab for a travel from porur in Chennai to tambaram railway station on 1st April . pickup time is 6.15 PM on 2nd April . The reserved trip ID is CRN[protected]. But driver called at 5.45 on 2nd April and informed he can't wait till 6.15 . He has to do minimum 15 rides each day to retain his job in ola and he cancelled the trip . So after he cancelled booked trip i was unable to get new cab for half an hour. I missed the train because of that . I complained to ola through phone and email . Complaint id's are[protected] 2516982 .But even after one week there is no reply from ola. Instead they closed the complaint . I reopened it .Still now no reply from them . The cancelled drivers cab no is TN25AQ0703. His behaviour was so bad in phone that day

        I took an ola auto on 5 April afternoon and paid through ola money. Since it was getting late.. I gave the Otp to my driver and left the place. Driver later called me and informed tat he cudnt get money through ola money. So I called up the customer care on d same day and raised a complaint with regards to the same and I was guaranteed that they will debit my ola account with the auto fare of Rs.200. Still now it is not done and I had called almost 4-5 times asy driver sad guy was following me for the money.. I want this to get resolved today.. I pity my driver.. Why the hell should ola cheat like this.. Pay 200 to my driver from my ola money..

          I booked ola share today.without intimating they charged 40%more fare.since it was my first share ride I was unaware of the fare chart.I came to know from the driver that I shud b charged 50%less fare but to my dissappointment I was being cheated by the ola people.I will uninstall the app and also paste my grievance in fb to let others know about this cheat app.I can send the screenshot of the details of the msg.Further dissappointed after calling to ola, she misbehave and said why have I given the money and i shud cancel the ride.such type of attitude is not acceptable.*cheating and making money app *.

            The driver misbehaved and asked to leave the cab and take another one midway. I was requesting him tom drive faster but he continued at less than 30 kms/hr. On telling him that I will com-plain he stopped near a police station and asked me to go ahead and complain but he will not change. He stated that I am like that only

              Took ola cab to go to airport when confirming it said as 1.6 times, with a normal hoarding rate of 7 rs per km i was expecting about 15 rs per km. When reaching airport i was about to have heart attack with the total i was informed, it was whooooping 2284 for a journey of 45 km which is above 50 rs per km. As i had no time to argue with the driver, i paid and went ahead of my journey.

              Once reaching back in bangalore called their customer service, it was another rude shock with the way they interacted with me.

              I was under the impression that ola is having some ethics and values, but it is for sure they do not have any shame or ethics and values of a cheater or murderer.

                I am chennai resident.
                I have travelled around 14 km from my house to chennai central railway station.
                I was informed that peak hour charges as follows, rs.128 for first four kilometres and rs.16 for every kilometre after first four kilometres. As per my calculation my travel charges should be 128 plus 160 and taxes extra, therefore, total charges should be rs.288 plus tax. But they have charged rs.437 including tax, excess rs.90 was charged.

                They have charged ride time charges rs.90 which was not informed before the ride start.

                Autorickshaw driver's in tamilnadu mostly charge excess amount without switch on the meters. Olacabs plunder customers with meters switched on.

                With autorickshaw drivers, you need to bargain. Olacabs plunder customers without the bargain. I caution the residents to be careful with olacabs.

                Even after many emails to olacabs, i have not received clear and satisfactory emails from ola cabs.

                  With reference the crn[protected] dated 22/3/16. I shocked about the bill amount. I think it is due to peak time charge, while booking i didn't knew about this peak time charge timings, (My booking time around 3 pm)i thought it may be after 6 or 7 pm.

                  And i about to choose ola micro but that is not available in your application (Previously available) so i forced to book ola mini it is charged rs.10 per km. I usually travel this destination it will be below approx rs.275 when the km charged at rs.10 . If it is charged @ 6 per km means it will be still lesser. I choosed old because of this rs.6 per km.

                  So requesting yourselves to refund the peak time charge (3 times )and the extra rs 4 charged ( rs.10- 6) as earliest possible.

                  Expecting a favorable reply and refund from your end, having consider our long relationship with ola.

                    I booked ols cab white wagonr dl1rt8270(Upender shah [protected]) yesterday on 5 apr 16 at 6:49pm. When i was dropped at new ashok nagar i forgot to take my stuff in a red bag which consists a car cleaning brush, sony music system head of my car, gear lock of my car swift vdi and a few property related documents. I called up the driver's number but he is claiming that he is not upender. Please get this resolved asap for me as i need my stuff back for my car. I am reachable at [protected]/[protected]. I will be highly thankful to ola if this is sorted by today evening. Fyi i am a daily customer for ola so please take care that sorting the issue asap will make me a genuine continuous user for ola.

                      I had booked an ola micro cab from my location 50/2 doddabettahalli layout yelahanka to kempegowda international airport on 5th april 2016 at 3pm. The driver was nawab sha for crn[protected] white indica ka 04c6773 . The phone number which was in message is [protected] but i received a call from the driver from the number [protected] . Now that i have provided all the details let me tell that this was the worst ride ever in my life . The ac was not working in the cab . So in this scorching heat i had to travel . There was no fuel in the cab . He took us to three petrol pump and made us wait there . The diesel was not available . It was getting delayed . He somehow managed to get diesel in a bottle n put that in cab...V were already running short of time. Lastly when at last v reached the airport, i did not receive any message from the ola about the cost of my ride and the driver showed me message of rupees 663 to be paid. I had checked before booking the ride for the cost of ola micro which was pretty less . The behaviour of the driver was very rude . He asked me as to why i booked ola instead i should have come by auto ...I was already late for my flight ...I tried talking to ola consumer care...I had to pay him and leave or else i would have missed my flight ..U better look into this matter and do the needful asap..My name is dr jasmeen and my mail id is [protected]@apexdental.In
                      Worst ride ever
                      I had a bitter experience with OLA Cab in bangalore while I booked a trip to Innovative film City. They for 4 Cab drivers, each time I receive the Cab details, driver does would ask for my drop point and reject to pick me up stating his Cab does have Permit to travel destination. Even after me specifically instructing customer care to share the Cab details who is willing to travel the destination. They were repeating the same, until noon as I struggling to get a Cab with OLA and final had to postpone the trip to next day. Having had a bitter experience as mentioned before, I didnot have an option to book for a cab to drop at Majestic for my return Journey. This time I booked my cab one day in advance and had an agreement with cust care to pick me up. I reconfirmed the booking during my travel day in the morning just to ensure my booking is still alive. As my booking was to pick me up by 9:00pm, I again reconfirmed in the evening to pick me up without fail. Until then I had a positive note from the cust care. Unfortunate there was 1 hour of heavy rainfall that evening and I received an SMS by 8:45pm that Cab driver has cancelled my booking. I had totally gone mad as to where in world am I going to get a Cab at this last minute to reach bus station. Polite response from Cust care is that they have logged a feedback on this and requesting me to look for other options. Did not opt for Meru, as I had similar bad experience with them as well. Finally had to go by Auto after a very long struggle to get one. Reached Bus station 15 mins late and had a shower of scolding from Bus driver for late boarding.

                        I was wrongfully charged for toll charges in my last 2 trips. Actually there is no toll charges levied between my pick up and destination point. I contacted with support team and get back my money refunded.
                        But who will pay for my mental agony and precious time and mobile charges
                        which i incurred while convincing the support team for the same. I demand a compensation of Rs.50000/- .

                          I had a ride on ola share today. Driver: KIRAN K ([protected]) Cab Number: KA02AC2612 . Worst drive I ever had. First he denied to come to my location And asked me to walk down to his location. He was very rudely said that i[censored] come then only I drop u. I was abt to cancel the ride but later wen I said I'm pregnant, he said he will come but still he was blaming me that I should have come to his location. He was very rude and arrogant throughout the journey. He doesn't know how to behave with customer. I am feeling sad to say that I never had this kind of experience with ola cab. I request the management to give the proper training to driver before appointing them.

                            Charging INR 120 extra when picked up from the Mumbai international airport on top of the fare. Please inform customers next time in advance. You are already misleading customers and I suggest you stop this as you have a long way to go. No point spending money on marketing and PR if you cannot even sort out fundamental part of service.

                              In the morning I had booked a ola micro, Driver was Deepak Kumar. He said he'll b reaching at our place in 5 mins, half an hour we waited, during this time w called him many times nd he only said I'm reaching, I'm reaching...
                              After half an hour when we called his cell was switched off.. We had a 7am train, nd ur was missed... We had 3 tickets booked and I want my money back..

                                On some emergency when we booked a cab at 11pm and waited with family members, your cab came 30 minutes late and talked disrespectfully and nastily and gotten angry and said bloody hell i'm not picking you and let me see how do you go wherever you need go! Reasons are best known only to heaven! I'll not book anymore Ola and will spread my experience with Ola this night to all my known people, circles. I'm also seriously contemplating to book a police diary against your co, driver with the cab number details.

                                If you aren't treating your team, making them over working or whatever, we innocent customers needn't bare the brunt, are we?

                                  I booked a cab at around 8.30 pm today.Mr sumer singh with above vehicle no came late of eta for 10 minutes.I booked it from jnu to kashmiree gate. After sitting inside the cab he refused to go and said it's far away and did not go. I had bus to pick on 10 pm and requested him to go but he said that it would not be profitable for him and ended the journey meter and left. By the time i reached the bus stand by auto the bus had left.
                                  I am an ias officer and i request you to deregister driver sumer singh, indigo dl 1rta 1567 as soon as possible.Otherwise i have to take up the matter before the rto and jcp traffic.

                                    This is to inform you that this morning I booked an Ola cab to catch my flight from the Kolkata Airport. The details are:
                                    Driver DINESH
                                    CRN[protected]
                                    White Dzire WB-04G5158.
                                    To pick up at 4 am.

                                    I called the driver but he consistently mentioned that he was at Gachhtola... an area very close to my Apartment Ramvatika at 201 NSC Bose Road.He sounded very irritated from the beginning of my call. I mentioned that I had to catch an early morning flight.
                                    I waited for him for 23 minutes and called him at least thrice but he kept on saying he was at Gachh tola and knew where I lived after the directions were given... after wasting a lot of time he cancelled my booking leaving me with no options. I almost missed my flight today.
                                    This is very serious harassment and should be taken seriously. He could have refused me upfront when I made my first call.

                                    Please take note of this and take necessary measures to prevent passengers from missing their flights etc.

                                      I travelled from gandhinagar railway station jaipur to arya engineering college kukas jaipur on 3/4/16. I was wrongly charged rs 225/- for toll tax.
                                      Nowhere in the journey was any toll tax and nowhere the car stopped to pay any.Both the destinations were well inside jaipur.
                                      On raising complaint to ola the said toll was there and refused to pay back my money.
                                      Even if the toll was supposed to be there the driver should have explained me as there are other routes too between 2 points.
                                      Kindly help me to refund my hard earned money and take strict actions againgst such brands to avoid such things in future.

                                        I missed my flight because of ola my fight departure time was 12:20 and i booked a cab at 11:00. The time was mentioned that in 7 minutes driver will reach at my place but he said he will take 20 min to come i booked another cab but both did not came on time. The crn[protected] took me from my house and drop me at airport but till then my flight was missed i got message of bill amount 304 but he took extra 160 from me. I want my flight money back which was wasted by ola otherwise i will complaint in consumer forum.
