Ref booking No CRN[protected]. dated 09 Apr 2016. I have booked the cab for 0645h for taking my son for JEE exam. After making numerous call the driver reported 25 minutes late. The cab was damaged and with a broken rear view mirror, Before starting the ride I had asked the driver whether he knows the destination (already given during booking), He affirmed positively but took us to an almost opposite direction . There in a busy market place he stopped the cab and started asking for directions(what about the hi fi GPS of Ola cabs !!!). On directed by the passerby he came to the right route but in between managed to take three wrong turns, Also the cab when reported was not having enough fuel so time was wasted again on filling gas, To compensate the delay caused by him he started driving at a break neck speed with scant regard to traffic rules and safety of his passengers, He made the trip so dangerous that we felt lucky to be alive when we came out of the cab, After all these harrowing experience when the invoice came, I was surprised to observe I was charged Rs 55 for waiting charges of 11 minutes, What a paradox ? I was waiting for the cab for 25 minutes from the scheduled time and got delayed by number of commissions and omissions of the OLA guy but I have been penalized for waiting for the driver !! What a black humour. !! Moreover I was also charged for all the distance mistakenly covered by the untrained driver !! Delay in reporting as well as demanding myself to reach the convenient location to driver rather than the pick up point was not new to me from OLA, But this incident was the worst of all. Only relief is that I am lucky to be alive to write after the OLA ride.

    My mother in law took ola cab to go to kalkere main road, rammurthy nagar. Cab driver name is santosh and his mobile no is [protected]. Cab no ka 50 a. 3272. Her phone is being lost in the cab . First the driver said he does not know kannada language. He only knows telegu . But when we spoke to him to trace about the mobile he speaks fluent kannada local language. Also the gprs was not on . He was also little bit scared when we said we file a complaint against him. I request you if you can able to trace him and get us mobile .

      I have booked ola cab at 6:56 pm to reach Pune station to pick Ahimsa train no. - 11096 at 7:50 pm (Departure time). However, cab driver reached my place at 7:24 pm and dropped us pune station at 8:10 pm. Due to this I missed train.

      2nd train was from Ahmedabad to Pali Marwar, train no. - 19223 at 11:00 am on 7/04/16 cancelled due to this.

      On 8/04/16 I have booked bus from Pune to Pali Marwar.

      Me and my famuly suffered a lot due to this.

        Today (9th april 2016) around 5:30 pm we booked
        An ola mini. Booking number crn[protected]. Driver name : saikat. Driver contact no [protected]. When we called up the driver he asked our destination and refused to make the trip. First
        Of all the destination was howrah maidan which is very much within operating area of ola. The driver sounded extremely arrogant and proudly claimed even if he is a ola registered cabbie, he can refuse any trip at his whim. When we warned him about complaining he just didn't care and asked us to do the same. This is the pathetic quality service provided by ola and they have no control over their cabbies. You guys are no different from yellow taxis run in kolkata who refuses passangers in every now and then. After this incident we booked one uber and had a hassale free journey. Would request you to intervene and take stern action against that driver otherwise we are never going to take any trip with ola.

          I had booked Ola cabs yesterday. My CRN No was[protected] from Bhandup to Nerul in Mumbai. Firstly the cab is not available even when you want to book three hours in advance and this is penalizing organized customers who plan their travel. So really speaking, the dream fare always remains a dream. Secondly, when the premium fare is announced, it is stated as 1.8x when you normally assume Rs 11 per km is going to be charged at Rs 19.80 per fare. What Ola does is it charges almost Rs 30.80 per fare which is 2.8x. Ola should not take gullible passengers for a ride.

            i booked my ola cab from mumbai the cab reached within few mins we were about to catch a train, as we lodged our luggage in and asked him to take us to mumbai central station he refused us n said he doesnt knw d destination though while booking i mentioned it to ease navigation he said his gps isnt working but he was able to track me though my gps at my place he asked us to take our luggage back n to book another cab the other cab reached within few mins but as we reached our destination we had already missed our train the name of driver was nagraj achary, white indica, no. plate MH02CR5729, mob no.[protected]

              I has booked a ola cab from Karol Bagh to Noida sector 63, while riding the cab I intimated to the driver to start the ride, but he intimated that, it was already on, I made a serious objection that past many times I had taken the ride but that has to be put on when the customer rides the cab not before, but he objected.

              Sir, I had inquired many other customers on the same route, the bill amount should be round Rs.500..00 and not Rs.1322.00 which is too much high, I place my serious obejction on the bill charged with me and the overcharging made. Please revert for the too much excess billing made to me.

                I have booked an ola cab from airport to gurgaon. It has been cancelled 4 times from driver. They basically prefer the route of there home. Below are the details

                Ist booking time 9:35 pm, 8 apr 2016 confirmed osn: 24890357

                3rd booking time 9:38 pm, 8 apr 2016confirmed osn: 24892119

                If these drivers do not want to do duty then why are ola cab assigning them duty.

                It has been the worst experience.

                  I booked a cab from your company last evening at around 19.22 hrs from my residence. I requested a Mini and was immediately upgraded to a Sedan which arrived in about 5 minutes minutes.
                  The distance covered was less than 3 kilometres for which I was charged a whopping Rs 123. I received an SMS at 1946 pm..quoting the charges.
                  This was my first Ola ride &I feel totally ripped off.
                  I don't know how the GPS locator works for your company..but if this is how you charge your customers...their first ride will definitely be their last. As is mine. My CRN was[protected] & the car number WB23D3799.
                  I may well add.the driver was very polite & helpful & was as much shocked as I was. I paid him in full ofcourse...but am absolutely disappointed in your services .

                    Hi booked a cab at 7.31pm had a doctors appointment at 8.00 pm your driver kept calling i called many times but he did not show up and i missed my doctors appointment apart from this he made me walk up and down on the road saying that he was standing and waiting for us but he was nt he again changed his statement saying that he was standing somwhere else as i am sick it was tough for me but i went again he was not at the said place third time when he said that he was standing approximately 600 mts away then i told him to go to hell if this is your service then i dont ever want your service again and i am going to complain in consumer court the booking msg confirmation is pasted below.

                      Actually I booked cab for first time afternoon 3.30PM They mentioned 60/- for 4 km later on 6/- per km later after reaching 9km I asked him what was the bill he said 430/- I was shock and terrifying situation never ever expected to reach so much I travel in auto for 9 km they charge 100/- but driver told u have accepted to pay what ever the charges X 3 times of that.. Why anyone willing to give x3 times in afternoon time.. Shame on Ola for cheating people.. Government should take a look on it.. Stealing money from public.. What measures government have take to stop Ola from bangalore.. They should be real meter in vehicle where customer can see it.. Or driver should inform customer that is customer is really agree to pay x 3 times of total bill. Government is also involved with them I think
                      . Shame on karnataka government not taking action against Ola stealing morning from public...

                      1) Why should government allow illegal way of taking bills from customers, who don't even know what meter vehicle is running

                      2) why government allow private taxes with out real meter. Instead of phone service asking what is the bill

                      3) private taxes should have anlog or digit meter without meter government should not allow taxi to road

                        I travel by Ola on daily basis, I booked a cab in the morning, this driver came and was complaining other day u cancelled the ride (I cancelled because I could not understand Tamil and was unable to explain him the address). Later he was driving rash on the road, when said drive properly, he started shouting, when he dropped me to my office, my total bill was Rs. 174, I gave him Rs. 200 and 4 rupee change, he said that i don't have Rs. change and u give me 74 change instead, I replied that how can u expect me to have 75 change and u cannot keep Rs. 30 instead, he threw the Rs. 100 note on me, i kept that note on his car seat and left for office, he followed me and entered the office premises, when my guard tried to stop him, he said i want change, I told him "irritating" he started shouting on me and my office guard and kept on doing that for the next 5-10 minutes. That was so rude that I feel insecure travelling with Ola anymore. Ola has lose their regular customer with their unprofessional behaviour.

                          I booked a ola cab for a travel from porur in Chennai to tambaram railway station on 1st April . pickup time is 6.15 PM on 2nd April . The reserved trip ID is CRN[protected]. But driver called at 5.45 on 2nd April and informed he can't wait till 6.15 . He has to do minimum 15 rides each day to retain his job in ola and he cancelled the trip . So after he cancelled booked trip i was unable to get new cab for half an hour. I missed the train because of that . I complained to ola through phone and email . Complaint id's are[protected] 2516982 .But even after one week there is no reply from ola. Instead they closed the complaint . I reopened it .Still now no reply from them . The cancelled drivers cab no is TN25AQ0703. His behaviour was so bad in phone that day

                            I took an ola auto on 5 April afternoon and paid through ola money. Since it was getting late.. I gave the Otp to my driver and left the place. Driver later called me and informed tat he cudnt get money through ola money. So I called up the customer care on d same day and raised a complaint with regards to the same and I was guaranteed that they will debit my ola account with the auto fare of Rs.200. Still now it is not done and I had called almost 4-5 times asy driver sad guy was following me for the money.. I want this to get resolved today.. I pity my driver.. Why the hell should ola cheat like this.. Pay 200 to my driver from my ola money..

                              I booked ola share today.without intimating they charged 40%more fare.since it was my first share ride I was unaware of the fare chart.I came to know from the driver that I shud b charged 50%less fare but to my dissappointment I was being cheated by the ola people.I will uninstall the app and also paste my grievance in fb to let others know about this cheat app.I can send the screenshot of the details of the msg.Further dissappointed after calling to ola, she misbehave and said why have I given the money and i shud cancel the ride.such type of attitude is not acceptable.*cheating and making money app *.

On telling him that I will com-plain he stopped near a police station and asked me to go ahead and complain but he will not change. He stated that I am like that only

                                  Took ola cab to go to airport when confirming it said as 1.6 times, with a normal hoarding rate of 7 rs per km i was expecting about 15 rs per km. When reaching airport i was about to have heart attack with the total i was informed, it was whooooping 2284 for a journey of 45 km which is above 50 rs per km. As i had no time to argue with the driver, i paid and went ahead of my journey.

                                  Once reaching back in bangalore called their customer service, it was another rude shock with the way they interacted with me.

                                  I was under the impression that ola is having some ethics and values, but it is for sure they do not have any shame or ethics and values of a cheater or murderer.

                                    I am chennai resident.
                                    I have travelled around 14 km from my house to chennai central railway station.
                                    I was informed that peak hour charges as follows, rs.128 for first four kilometres and rs.16 for every kilometre after first four kilometres. As per my calculation my travel charges should be 128 plus 160 and taxes extra, therefore, total charges should be rs.288 plus tax. But they have charged rs.437 including tax, excess rs.90 was charged.

                                    They have charged ride time charges rs.90 which was not informed before the ride start.

                                    Autorickshaw driver's in tamilnadu mostly charge excess amount without switch on the meters. Olacabs plunder customers with meters switched on.

                                    With autorickshaw drivers, you need to bargain. Olacabs plunder customers without the bargain. I caution the residents to be careful with olacabs.

                                    Even after many emails to olacabs, i have not received clear and satisfactory emails from ola cabs.

                                      With reference the crn[protected] dated 22/3/16. I shocked about the bill amount. I think it is due to peak time charge, while booking i didn't knew about this peak time charge timings, (My booking time around 3 pm)i thought it may be after 6 or 7 pm.

                                      And i about to choose ola micro but that is not available in your application (Previously available) so i forced to book ola mini it is charged rs.10 per km. I usually travel this destination it will be below approx rs.275 when the km charged at rs.10 . If it is charged @ 6 per km means it will be still lesser. I choosed old because of this rs.6 per km.

                                      So requesting yourselves to refund the peak time charge (3 times )and the extra rs 4 charged ( rs.10- 6) as earliest possible.

                                      Expecting a favorable reply and refund from your end, having consider our long relationship with ola.
