Yesterday i have booked a ola cab from chrompet to osman road, t.Nagar at afternoon for my uncle who had came from kerala. Pathetic drive i can ever have with ola.. after sitting in a cab driver tells me on the way that he don't have the permit to drop me on my location. & the heights was when i called ola customer care they suggest me to get down from the cab right away and book another cab while standing on the road. they even didnt help me in booking another cab. i will never travel with ola n suggest all specially to the female not to travel with...

I use Ola Cab service very frequently however lately i've been facing alot of inconvenience as the drivers would never be able to reach the pick-up point in time. Some of the drivers are not tech-savvy are never able to reach by seeing the location on map. This only causes greater client dissatisfaction. Pleas train all your drivers......

Hi! I had booked a sharing OLA today morning from Patparganj till Gurgaon.

Driver of the cab said that he's not suppose to go to gurgaon as he does not have permit to do so.

After some discussion i agreed to get down at race course metro station.

I dont understand why and how could this happen. Please explain, charge the right amount and reverse...

Yesterday evening I have booked ola cab from bgs global hospital kengeri to basaveshwara nagar. I have selected normal mini cab..But may be it turned into 3X without my knowlwdfed. They have charged 3X and the cost was 834.

As i have bookef mini cab so the expected rate is 250 from bgs hospital to basaveshwara nagara.

They have charged thrible..I have paid 834. Kindly help me to revert the...

Am just sending this mail to bring ur notice about the rude behavior of the driver A.Antony seelan today .I just bkd ola share fm guindy race course Rd to sastri nagar.even aftr typing the pick up address correctly he didn't turn up for quiet sometime n kept asking me the exact location again n again .and whenever I tried to contact him hia linexwas engaged n atlast wen I got the no he told me that he has cancelled my trip n ask me rebook...

Very bad, wrong billing, just for 30 km /28 km they have charged 2032rs earlier after speaking with murthy [customer car person] he informed to pay only 1141, i am not paying any more amount, this is one of the bad service which i have encountered from ola, if this torture continues i will go legally i handle u ppl. U think any thing can be charged, i am not a fool,

I booked ola today to bring my sick child from rou tribedi diagnostic center to gd hospital but was not sure about the route. I asked the drive to switch on gps for the route. He replied that it was very familiar to him.Then charged rs.82 for crn[protected] ride.When i got the email from ola about the ride and route travelled, it's clearly shown that he deliberately roamed around in the same route more than 2times.This kind of cheating is unbearable...

I got call from him and i told him to contact my dad's number to know about his whereabouts as my dad is the one who was gonna travel . This cab driver was arrogant...

It was horrifying experience first because driver switched off the phone and secondly last Minute change I was focusing on how to get back to airport not to miss my flight and I know how I ran 1 kms with suitcase on hand from lanes to main road only to find another OLA cab and totally and royally robbed me saying its peak hour and MINI rates which is double than what I usually pay and do I have any option ?

Now the best part...

Today my wife booked the cab from Besant Nagar to Mannivakkam, Chennai.
When the driver refused to drop till mannivakkam and said the Ola service is upto Tambaram only, she called customer care executive, and she also denied to drop till Mannivakkam and asking for extra price for this trip.

Why Ola cabs has to charge extra price, when we had regular trips to Mannivakkkam, and denied to drop her till mannivakkam and...

I have book yesterday ola mini crn:[protected] driver name khaja pasha pic up from state bank of india barkas branch in hyderabad drop saidabad hyderabad distance between 8 kilometer only but ola charge me Rupees: 373. What kind off service u r providing to public its a very bad service i kindly requested to the public dont use this service.
