At first i had booked the cab !
Bearing the following details of the cab booked .Manjegowda ([protected]) for crn[protected]. Silver swift dzire ka13b6927 to pick you up @ 7:50 pm, 29mar.
I called the driver and asked him when would he pick up !
He gave me reason that he is struck in traffic and cannot come .
So i cancelled the ride and booked another cab bearing details driver jai krishna s h ([protected]) for crn[protected]. Silver etios ka02ae8975 to pick you up @ 7:50 pm, 29mar.
Ohkay i don't know what exactly the first cab guy he did
He also came the same time ..
He started to shout slimes on the road, although i had cancelled his cab ! He asked me to pay 115 rupees, even though i didn't even sit in the cab ! He used worst local language and blamed me for all of it
Very unethical behaviour !!
The worst professional behaviour
Created a scene on the road !!
Please check the photo attached hope you will understand ..
Please suspend the first mentioned cab driver ..
Used very rough language and was screaming out loud on the road !!
He was almost about to hit me on the roads !!
Please check through this matter .

I booked ola today to bring my sick child from rou tribedi diagnostic center to gd hospital but was not sure about the route. I asked the drive to switch on gps for the route. He replied that it was very familiar to him.Then charged rs.82 for crn[protected] ride.When i got the email from ola about the ride and route travelled, it's clearly shown that he deliberately roamed around in the same route more than 2times.This kind of cheating is unbearable and should be rectified. Since this dishonest cab driver is chosen by ola, it will their responsibility to retain the brand name. Very bad experience.

Last thursday (24/03/2016) i booked ola cab to pick up
My parents from coimbatore gandhipuram bus stand . And the booking request went to this person

I got call from him and i told him to contact my dad's number to know about his whereabouts as my dad is the one who was gonna travel . This cab driver was arrogant and he raised his voice and shouted at me that he would not contact my dad and told to tell my dad to cal him . He was literally shouting and talked in a higher pitch and ordered me to give his number to my dad and contact him.
And i had to cancel that ride request . And three drivers in row denied duty saying different reasons as the drop location was little far from the source .
I was so pissed and my parents had to wait for a long time in bus stand .
To be precise, ola's service is very poor in coimbatore .
I want an action to be taken
On selvaraj . And let me know what step was taken for this complaint . Or i am not hesitant to take it consumer court .
Suggestion : it will be great if feed back form for each driver is available in ola app .

It was horrifying experience first because driver switched off the phone and secondly last Minute change I was focusing on how to get back to airport not to miss my flight and I know how I ran 1 kms with suitcase on hand from lanes to main road only to find another OLA cab and totally and royally robbed me saying its peak hour and MINI rates which is double than what I usually pay and do I have any option ?

Now the best part is Mr Pradeep your call centre executive is just nothing but a rouge asking me why I did not called the call centre immediately after finding the driver mobile is switched off and now OLA works on thin timing of 15 mints at the time any sensible person will first think of reaching airport than calling call centre and wasting time and secondly Mr Pradeep says since the second driver whom I met on Road have already informed you about MINI rates why I am making a complaint and he simply does not understand my complaint kept saying I did not called the call centre and also was told well in advance about MINI fares and why I am complaining and upon fed up with his attitude and stupid behaviour and requested him to connect call to higher up or supervisor he says there are no higher ups and when I lost cool he kept me on hold and disconnected the call and I called him back again this time he simply said all lines busy and suggested to write email and according him it was my mistake that I did not call call centre after finding the driver number switched off and I was told about MINI fare

Among all this when I cancelled the old booking and got into car with new MINI booking the old driver promptly switched on mobile and never picked up the calls

Shall provide the details of all the conversation SMS received and how OLA cheated in pretext of MINI fares during the last mint changes to Charge me in my Consumer Forum case which is being filed in public utility service

Today my wife booked the cab from Besant Nagar to Mannivakkam, Chennai.
When the driver refused to drop till mannivakkam and said the Ola service is upto Tambaram only, she called customer care executive, and she also denied to drop till Mannivakkam and asking for extra price for this trip.

Why Ola cabs has to charge extra price, when we had regular trips to Mannivakkkam, and denied to drop her till mannivakkam and dropped her all alone at Tambaram, and when she said to give complaint regarding this service and the way the executive was talking with her, she didn't responded and dropped in middle of the national highway 45. from highway she came alone.

Ola executive asked to book another new cab from tambaram it seems. How can they tell this stupid answer. Is this the way Ola treat with their customers?

Need to Sue Ola cabs, chennai for being this illtreated with a lady customer.

What kind off service u r providing to public its a very bad service i kindly requested to the public dont use this service.

Yesterday I booked for raipur airport got automatically cancelled..reason given was poor location, even though my wifi and 4G was on whole night..
Asked to book now..a cab was available at 1 min duration, nearby..I booked..driver name Santosh Dhananjay..Ola cab CG 04 hx 6121..apart from my ride fair 225/- Rs
He demanded extra60 Rs for airport parking and 100 for return..in all I had to pay 385/- Rs..over that stress of delay and Nth moment cancellation..

I am very upset for this kind of service from ola..worst ever travelled..

I had booked a cab from Munirka to Connaught Palace on 22 Mar 2016.
The driver parked the car at the other side of the Ring Road and kept insisting that I cross over the busy Ring Road. As I had an urgent meeting, I finally crossed over which was a risk to my safety. The driver was not Rajesh as indicated in your SMS but one Mr. Jagdish, he was also carrying a passenger in the front seat and said he was his brother. The cab was also dirty.Later he tried to take a diversion on the pretext that he is new and does not no the route. When I objected he dropped his brother and charged him some money. Through the way he was misbehaving and kept disturbing me asking irrelevant questions, like this building called as if he had never seen the President house before. He was a totally misfit to be OLA Driver and such people will spoil not only your reputation but the clintage. Please take necessary action. At the end he also ask for tip in addition to the extra money he charged saying the bill was Rs. 200, where as it was only Rs. 185.

This is to bring your notice regarding this veh no. TN-10-AL-6480 driver Gnanakumar.S ( CRN[protected] Travel booked (26 march, 6:30 pm) from koyambadu chinamiya nagar to Tambaram mudichur- Chennai). In that cab my wife and my 8 months old daughter travelled. After 6 km they travelled when that time cab driver told that get down from my cab. Am not able to drop you on tambaram mudichur because tomorrow ester festival so I want to go to home immediately. Like that he told to my wife. Driver Stopped the vehicle in Vadapalani 100 feet road. If he is not interested. He need to cancel the booking at least at the time of pick up. And he also rudely talk with my wife. He threatened my wife to get down from the car. I just want to know. why do i book the cab for my convenience or your driver's convenience? After that strong conversation from my wife, She try to call the police after that only he agree to drop my wife and child in the pickup point (chinamiya nagar). And he ask RS -200 rudely without any bills. I have never faced such professional attitude with ola service before. I demand a strict action against this driver. This is extremely unfair practice.

The above car was nt in a proper condition and had problem with its air conditioner..Whn this was told to the driver, he acted very oversmartly..
He was rude in his speech arrogant and was adamant about his ac being correct..
" ac nahi chalat tar kay pani otu ka mi ata? "
Translation - if ac isn't working should i pour water on it..? Was what i got in return..
I doubt he was drunk. .Under influence of alcohol..
This is not the way u treat ur customers..

I have used ola app to book a cab from kalyani nagar to Wakad.
The service charged 998 rs for 20 km.
I asked the same with the driver and according to him ola charged 3 times of the amount because of the peak time.

If this the case why ola customer care didn't call me to aware me about this scenario ?
This is totally insane.
I have lost 700 rs because of this.
I swear I will never ever use this service, will post the same in social media to let people aware about this disgusting way of money making.
Guys please don't use this service again, they will steal all our money soon.

I booked a ride through ola application from my phone and booked an auto, dated :- 25/3/2016, krn[protected] from azadpur to janakpuri east starting at 2:20 p.M.

I had got a free coupon of rs 50 ( you have a free ride coupon t0p29dfq50 worth ₹50 waiting for you! ) which i applied while booking this ride but neither the auto driver got the message at the end of the ride related to the free coupon nor i could see it in my phone later. Now the free coupon seems to be used and there is no coupon left in my account.

This is not the first time i have faced such issue, the same had occurred before with me as well with my other number.

It is not just a matter of money, it is also about the trust that i had put in ola.

I booked cab on March 23rd 2016 for 12.45 pm. I got a message that cab is early and at the point. when I called the driver he did not answer and disconnected my call. Closed the booking as completed on my name and generated a bill... where in I haven't boarded the cab. Worst service by Ola and the drivers are not trust worthy at all. Driver name is NARSIMLU [protected] n vehicle is TS07UC0697 n transaction is CRN[protected]. please take action immediately. Don't play with people trust and time. I have attached the screen shots of the details.

HP01D3689 driver pawan Kumar...instead of making repetative bookings cancelled all my booking without prior notice. ...and surprisingly made a booking and generated a wrong bill against my booking ... I have never faced such professional attitude with ola service before ... I demand a strict action against this driver ... I booked a cab in shimla from new shimla ...if no action is taken I will never avail the services in future.

I just want to know. why do i book the cab for my convenience or your driver's convenience? what is this related to one person one drop.If we are 2 or 3 persons, why doesn't driver agree to drop them all to their locations.
I really don't care how do you pay them. but your driver's start fighting if i tell them you have to drop two places. i pay the bill as per KM correct not as per person. This is extremely unfair practice.

I booked cab from Ola APP, and called to driver. Driver confirmed me to reach within 3 min, but not came and didn't my call unless I call him number of times.

I was waited till 20 min but not driver responded.

This happened with me 2 times now..

So, I will request to take strict action against such a driver so that it can not happen more..

Else me and my all other friends, family members will not book ola cab again..

I did advanced booking of Ola cab on 7th Feb (CRN[protected] for a travel on 8th Feb early morning 5AM. I got the driver information on 8th Feb at 4.34 AM and few mintutes later i got a cancellation sms from Ola.

I tried calling the driver to ask why it is cancelled and asked him to come but he informed that i should book this again in APP.I looked for alternate in Ola App but could not find a single taxi in Ola app nearby for few mintues.As it was ealry morning it was a total panic situation as i need to reach the airport on time.

I will never book or recommend Ola.
