Dear ola,

We booked ola cab and didnot reach our place. Instead of picking up he
picked the wrong person. Driver mobile was switch off. Driver also
misbehaved while talking to us. The service experience was very bad. Ola
has cheated us by this type of service.

Poor service. I booked a cab from kandivali east mumbai 0n 12 march 10.30am. The cab came 40 minutes late after showing in reaching 5 minutes -7 minutes. I booked another ola cab at 11 am and it arrived at 11.35 am. Finally i had to take an another cab. Terrible client service....

I booked a taxi and it was told that it will come in 4 mins, but it came after 20 mins, I travelled 6.56 km and I was charged Rs.357, the cab no was WB25F8067.I don't get it that how it is possible. One cab was booked from Dwarka Sector-5 to New Delhi Railway station at 2.45 pm . One Wagon-R reached to residence and from dwarka to new delhi he reached at 3.55pm and he charged Rs.991.00/- . Today morning at 10am booked a ola cab mini from Tiruvottriyur to basin bridge junction.. Travel bill was RS.152..

Again I booked a ola cab white mini at 3.15pm on the same day from basin bridge junction.. The same distance travelled i n the morning. But the travel cost is RS.493..

What's the reason for cheating the public like this? What is the motive of ola cab company? When trying to contact customer care...

I booked a Ola cab this morning through my app. My booking CRN[protected]. I cancelled this booking because of the poor and rude attitude of the driver. When we book a cab from our residence we expect the cab to pick us up from our doorstep. But this driver wanted us to come to the place he stationed his vehicle saying that his map is showing that place as the pick up location. even after trying to explain him that he need to come to our house...

First of all i was a big fan of OLA and i used to book OLA regularly.
Though there were some issues, i used to inform them to improve better services. I found that they deducted OLA money without any information. When i asked about the reason, they said it is due to their system upgrade and they promised to inform me the reason.
