I have used ola app to book a cab from kalyani nagar to Wakad.
The service charged 998 rs for 20 km.
I asked the same with the driver and according to him ola charged 3 times of the amount because of the peak time.

If this the case why ola customer care didn't call me to aware me about this scenario ?
This is totally insane.
I have lost 700 rs because of this.
I swear I will never ever use this service, will post the same in social media to let people aware about this disgusting way of money making.
Guys please don't use this service again, they will steal all our money soon.

    I booked a ride through ola application from my phone and booked an auto, dated :- 25/3/2016, krn[protected] from azadpur to janakpuri east starting at 2:20 p.M.

    I had got a free coupon of rs 50 ( you have a free ride coupon t0p29dfq50 worth ₹50 waiting for you! ) which i applied while booking this ride but neither the auto driver got the message at the end of the ride related to the free coupon nor i could see it in my phone later. Now the free coupon seems to be used and there is no coupon left in my account.

    This is not the first time i have faced such issue, the same had occurred before with me as well with my other number.

    It is not just a matter of money, it is also about the trust that i had put in ola.

      I booked cab on March 23rd 2016 for 12.45 pm. I got a message that cab is early and at the point. when I called the driver he did not answer and disconnected my call. Closed the booking as completed on my name and generated a bill... where in I haven't boarded the cab. Worst service by Ola and the drivers are not trust worthy at all. Driver name is NARSIMLU [protected] n vehicle is TS07UC0697 n transaction is CRN[protected]. please take action immediately. Don't play with people trust and time. I have attached the screen shots of the details.

        This is to bring your notice regarding this veh no. HP01D3689 driver pawan Kumar...instead of making repetative bookings cancelled all my booking without prior notice. ...and surprisingly made a booking and generated a wrong bill against my booking ... I have never faced such professional attitude with ola service before ... I demand a strict action against this driver ... I booked a cab in shimla from new shimla ...if no action is taken I will never avail the services in future.

          Hi,

          I just want to know. why do i book the cab for my convenience or your driver's convenience? what is this related to one person one drop.If we are 2 or 3 persons, why doesn't driver agree to drop them all to their locations.
          I really don't care how do you pay them. but your driver's start fighting if i tell them you have to drop two places. i pay the bill as per KM correct not as per person. This is extremely unfair practice.

            I booked cab from Ola APP, and called to driver. Driver confirmed me to reach within 3 min, but not came and didn't my call unless I call him number of times.

            I was waited till 20 min but not driver responded.

            This happened with me 2 times now..

            So, I will request to take strict action against such a driver so that it can not happen more..

            Else me and my all other friends, family members will not book ola cab again..

            Please cooperate...

              Sir,

              I did advanced booking of Ola cab on 7th Feb (CRN[protected] for a travel on 8th Feb early morning 5AM. I got the driver information on 8th Feb at 4.34 AM and few mintutes later i got a cancellation sms from Ola.

              I tried calling the driver to ask why it is cancelled and asked him to come but he informed that i should book this again in APP.I looked for alternate in Ola App but could not find a single taxi in Ola app nearby for few mintues.As it was ealry morning it was a total panic situation as i need to reach the airport on time.

              I will never book or recommend Ola.

                Had a really bad experience with an Ola driver. I had to go to the Chennai airport, and had done an advance booking. The driver turned up late, and on top of that, gave me a long lecture on how irresponsible I was for not calling him up early! And this when I had given him a call 15 minutes before the arrival time. He was most unprofessional, and I believe Ola is partly at fault for not providing the customer's number to the drivers. I have used Fasttrack almost a hundred times, and I have never come across such a bad experience. Ola I started using barely two weeks back and it is already giving me poor service. Driver name Shankar, number [protected]. Avoid like the plague - you will be better off paying him off and taking another cab. At least you don't have to listen to his griping for half an hour. I know the local language and I faced such problems. Imagine if I had been an outsider! Use Ola only if no other service is available. The local operators such as Fasttrack are way better. Compared to this pest who drove me today, I think even the auto drivers are better!

                  Say ola to your driver raju ([protected]) for crn[protected]. Ritz ts09actr0025 to pick you up @ 2:10 pm, 23mar.
                  Above was the confirmation msg i received after prebooking the cab before 2 hrs. Driver calls and says vehicle got punctured and cancelled the cab.I has train at 4:00pm and no ola was near by.. When i complaint to call center no help was provided. Luckily uber the saviour was available, which helped me in catching the train on time.. This is the second similar experience with ola.. Never book ola as drivers are not owned by ola and they can't do anything.. Never say ola.. I will post the same thing in company forum so that no one from my company uses ola.. No action taken, no feedback provided.No call back given to user about the complaint raised... Never say ola ...Ola services are worst

                    My last ride from T3 terminal IGI airport to nawada metro station which CRN[protected]. that time driver has charge Rs. 981.00 but generally Rs. 300.0 to 350.00. it was to much for 20 KM.
                    this service is not good only bakwas. if you ensuring that OLA is good service provider so kindly return money and charge gene vine fare. other vise i never will take again this service.

                      During peak hours, Ola charges its customers a multiplier on the normal fare and it can go upto 1.7x. This happened wth me as they charged me Rs. 762 (Booking ID: OSN[protected] when I normally pay only Rs. 400 to 450 for travelling from Gurgaon Sector 57 to Dwarka Sector 16. There is no logical explanation and my regular calls & conversation with managers in Ola Customer Service has not helped at all. According to OLA support, they charge extra so that they can pay and motivate cab drivers to be available in peak hours. But, I question the policy as a customer ends up paying almost twice the normal fare. In emergency situations, the customer having limited money will suffer as he will not be able to use the service. In my case, I cancelled the trip and waited for 2 hours on the road to get an alternate mode of travel at 5 AM in the morning

                        OK, so I was leaving from my college and had booked an ola auto which I got in few seconds. I had specified where to pick me up. When I reached my ola was there. As the auto started moving another auto came along and the driver was fuming and yelling at me accusing me of booking him and cancelling several times and taking another auto. He called me a ###. He was yelling without even confirming if I am the person who booked. It was actually another person who had booked him to pick up at the same spot. I was so shocked and tried to explain to him that I was not the person who booked him. In spite of hearing the fact he continued to show all his frustration on me. Everything happened within few seconds... It was so embarrassing. Something should be done to this maniac! I noted down his auto number : TN05 W8447. But what can I do with it! I just pray to God that he learns a lesson.

                          Hi I used several times ola cabs and so far it hasbeen fine. however I booked taxi on 19th March for 20th March morning and booking was confirmed. So I got ready and waiting for taxi for 5:05am and all of sudden I got text at 5:00 am that ola can't provide cabs, how can u do that???? Do you guys know what prebooked means???? how can u do something like that. it was so urgent for me to go so i had to take taxi from the road which costed me 1500 instead of 500 approx.
                          I would never use or recommend ola cabs to anyone, this was second time ola did to me.

                              please forward me an official id of your complaint and authorised personal . I have face a very major problem while using your ola cab services on 20 March 2016 due to which i had suffered a loss of 20000 inr.

                              i booked a cab at 11 am to travel to Chandigarh airport from my residence in sec 44. i was to catch a flight at 12:30 pm, Approximate distance to travel was 10 kms. ola sent me instant sms for pick up in 3 mins with driver information. At arounnd 11:30 am, a wrong driver came to pick me up and my original driver had picked up some other passenger. Both drivers kept on fighting till 12 o clock and lead to delay and miss my flights to delhi and ahmendabad.

                              No one took responsibility about this and none of the ola website have any complaint register measures . Poor service i have faced. I wish anyone from ola may contact me on [protected]@gmail.com or contact me on [protected].

                              This is pathetic as if any driver may rob us or abuse us in journey then who will be responsible and where is the point of contact on instant basis.

                              please share the id so i may discuss the matter in detail.

                                I booked an Ola Cab on 22nd March 2016.
                                I had to visit someone urgently to the hospital. Being a 1st time Ola user, many Ola cab icons were displayed on the screen which indicated that these Ola cabs were in my locality itself (i.e hardly 3-5 minutes away). The pickup time promised was 2 minutes. I therefore, opted for the "Ride now" option. Then, i got the driver name, contact details, car no. etc.
                                However, when i called the driver to confirm the pickup, he confidently said that he is in my locality itself and will reach in 5 minutes.
                                However, when i went down in my building lobby, waiting for my Ola ride, the cab didn't show up for another 20 minutes.
                                It was an emergency for me, and had to struggle to find a random taxi(I cancelled the ride).
                                It is highly disappointing, that being such a huge cab company, Ola could'nt deliver - what it promised to do! 2 minutes was the Pickup time, but 20 minutes later the Ola ride showed up.
                                My experience with Ola cab, has strongly discouraged me from using such private cab services in the future!
                                I would suggest, that Ola cabs be truthful and practical about their timings displayed on the booking screen i.e instead of the false timing of 2 minutes, they should display 20-25 minutes as the realistic pickup time, so that Ola users do not face inconvenience in the future!

                                  20th March 2016.

                                  i had booked a cab to pick me up from Sector 11, Samudai Kendra, Jaipur at 8:02 pm.
                                  Later, I got a call at 8:09 pm that he has reached, and i asked him to wait for 5-10 mins.
                                  When i came outside to look for the cab, he wasn't there. i called him several times, but either he didn't pick up my calls, or he kept cutting it.
                                  At 8:22 pm, i got a message :
                                  "Thanks for travelling with Ola Cabs. The total bill for your CRN[protected] is Rs.130 . Pay with Ola Money and enjoy 5% OFF on your total bill. Use Code: OMSAVE. Recharge Now http://bit.ly/OM_rech"

                                  I never even sat in the cab, and i got this message regarding my bill.

                                  This is absolutely unprofessional and highly unethical. i waited on the main road alone at that time, and the cab disappeared.

                                  Kindly look into this matter.

                                      After reaching my destination, driver asks to just book a ride back because he will not get a return trip and that he will earn his incentives. He said he will go a few km and cancel the ride. Fraud practice and regret to have 'helped' him. My Ola money got deducted and when called him again, he begged us not to inform Ola and said will return my money, on 14 Mar n no response till date. Wonder why there is no system to control such fraud.

                                        I had booked Cab for Airport drop on 17-Mar-16 From Tanisandra Main road to BIAL (Bangalore)

                                        The cab driver droped me at Airport and charged Rs.643/- which includes Toll Tax of Rs 80/-.But i am surprised, Driver has not paid the Toll fees/Parking fee of Rs 80/- .

                                        Its a cheating to the customer.

                                        OLA Admin should enquirer the matter & should take corrective action.

                                        The Amount should refund to the customer .
