    My family members took an ola cab in Kolkata for Howrah Station. The distance, normally, is around 11 kms. However, the driver took advantage of the fact that my family members were not aware of the route and took them in a roundabout way and they ended up traveling 22 kms. Thus where the fare should have been under Rs.200, they ended up paying Rs. 376/-.

    When they complained, the rogue driver dared them to go make complaint anywhere and asked them to go to ...!!! Such experience makes one feel that normal taxi rides are better than these fancy rides.

      I am a frequent traveller and take ola cabs for airport drop and other services. For the past two to three bookings it is observed that the bookings are not getting materialised and either the driver doesnt respond or the call centre doesnt resolve the problem.

        On 17th march, i took an ola cab from vsant vihar in delhi to sector 56. When i confirmed the ride, the app did not show me that there would be peak charge levy. When i got down, they charged me a 1.4x charge. This was automatically deducted from my ola money wallet.

        I have written four emails to ola and made one phone call to their customer care centre. My only submission to them is if they believe that it was indeed a peak time ride and if i had confirmed the 1.4x charge, they should give me evidence thereof. I have asked them to send me the log or screenshots to substantiate their point . Even after four emails, they have not been able to clarify their stand with hard evidence.

        I am extremely aggrieved by their evidence-poor line of argument and in the event they cannot prove that i am wrong and they are right or that i had indeed agreed to 1.4x charge, they ought to refund me the difference money.

          The auto driver came in delay of 25 mins after the booking time, when cancelled the ride, he called back and threatened the rider . He repeadtedly called the user and disturbed .

            Ola Cabs falsely registered my email address and is sending emails with invoices for the rides which I have not used. I have written them 7 emails to customer support and the last reply from them was that my ticket was closed and I will have to raise a complaint for abuse with the Ola Cabs. They are just not bothered to resolve the issue. I do not want to get into trouble if someone is using my email address with the Ola cabs.

            Frauds use others email address for some wrong things.

              I received a meaasge that my ola ride has been upgraded crn[protected] and it will pick me up at 2.39 pm on 18th march, though i dint booked a cab. Then i received a message that it has been arrived. I called up the driver whose name was vikram ph no-[protected] to whom i asked but he disconnected my call. Then i received a message that my ride is completed and bill is rs. 126. I dont know from where this false bookings are happening.

                Ola cab was availed on 17.3.16. A ride from hal foundry & forge division to hsr layout cpwd quarters. The driver behaved very rudely. He was not ready to take the route i wanted for picking house key from cpwd quarters and reach chickkallasandra, the place i had booked for drop point while booking the cab. Driver was yelling and talking that he cannot any stops/ waiting. The signals on the path were many where he had to wait for to get signal. But to to go around the route that i want he refused.

                  Today at 7 pm in rajarhat road towards the airport in front o[censored]nitech building in Kolkata an ola cabs left side mirror hit my hand. There was no injury but I am infuriated by the fact that the music system in the car was in full force and the driving was careless and one of the customers in the cab had their hand outside the window which might have also hit my hand. This was totally unexpected from an ola run cab. Not only the passengers but also the safety of the people on the road should be expected. Such incidents are of great distaste and ola should maintain a decorum inside the cab respecting the safety of women on the road. Such incidents should not be occurring again.

                    Booking ref: crn[protected]. Booked a cab for 4.15. Cab arrived at location at 4. The driver said he was waitin in front of the building. Went out at 4.10 and found there was no cab. Tried to call the driver several times and he didnt answer. I was taking my pregnant wife to the doctor. What a nightmare. Tried to find an option to complain...Surprise surprise apparently no option to complain on the app..Utter shame ola. Running a business without giving options to cust to complain...Shame on you
                    ola cabs are very useful for all people who wants to travel in local area.It has low price to travel and it is a main benefit is to book the car in online.

                      Dear concern,

                      I, Surbhi Tak, have taken an ola ride today for which I have been charged 2.6x extra without any prior information. It should have been informed to me before my booking. The extra charges are more than my actual charge.
                      Kindly look into the matter and try to compensate my extra peak hour charges which are Rs 332 ( total bill came Rs 572 for 13.55 km) as there was no prior information about it.

                        I have booked Ola mini cab to pickup at Podanur junction on 14/03/2016 at 9pm.Ola has informed that I got a free upgrade as per CRN[protected].Ashraf L Driver car no.TN99D8416 has picked me to drop at Perurchettipalayam thro my instruction.His mobile started to run, but touched at Kovaipudur road charge of the mobile has completely exhausted.Then the driver recharge the phone and drop me at house.Rs.147/- was charged and I gave the money.Already I have a balance Ola money Rs.229/-But as per your invoice mailed Rs.147/-was paid thro Ola money for 6.87 km and total ride time is 35.67 min.Can you imagine how a distance of 6.87km covered by 35.67 min.I want to know the total distance and riding time, trip charges after deducting 20 percent offer and the balance of Ola money I have.I think the driver have cheated me and get Rs.147/-.

                        today i have booked an auto from venkatnarayana road - tnagar to nanganallur at 19.20. received the vehicle details by 19.22
                        usually the distance is 11.6 kms and fare is 113 or some times 123/- only
                        driver name m iyappan- [protected]. in the sms the auto number was tn09ba557111- but the auto beared the number 1578. the KRN[protected]

                        he charged 15 kms and the price was 185.50.. this is atrocius and he is saying that he is driving for more than 8 years.. since it was traffic the fare is high.due to traffic how come the km will show excess for a distance 12kms as 15kms.

                        the real atrocity is the website doesnt have the complaint section at all..

                          I booked a ola cab on 11th March and the dropping point was to perungulathur( Chennai). when the cab reached tambaram he asked me to get down in the middle and asked to take a bus and go. it was nyt 8 pm. how can the drivers behave so badly.Worst cab, really irritated

                            Driver Netai white Xcent NoWB07 J 2553 was very rude playing loud music and speeding up. He was also talking on the phone when speeding up.
                            When tld to lower the speed he got irritated. He said tht he doesn't care about the feedback dt of travel 16th March 2016 time of travel 8.30 am pick up from salt lake Kolkata to madhyamgram kolkata

                              I have booked TRIP from OLA APP on dated 13 march 2016 from JW Marriott Hotel Pune to pimple gurav pune,
                              but in the invoice shown wrong data with 46km and amount is INR.442 I have paid to driver.after 10 min I got again invoice for the amount INR 213 of
                              TFS-PP-C62529102.after that I have complaint the same to to the customer care and got the call after some time and finally they
                              decided that driver will come and return the same.but after the lot of time follow up from driver they are lying every time and
                              very bad response from the customer care also.
                              please look on this on urgent basis.

                                This has happened twice to me - the driver doesn't call me, but I get a message to 'hop on' as the driver has arrived. I call up the guy, and he says he is taking a day off. (In another instance, he had diverted his calls, and I was not able to reach him). I cancel the ride, and try to book again. Now the 'peak hour charger's is 2.6x. I say, 'I will take a BMTC bus.' And I take a BMTC bus.

                                  This incident happened to me in Hyderabad. I was travelling from Kolkata to Hyderabad. I booked a cab beforehand but the driver denied the service. Next, I chose to use OLA Share, multiple times my share request got rejected. Finally I chose to ride Ola Sedan and the request got placed with peak time charges of 1.4 times and the CRN is[protected] and the car number is AP28VA0734. Driver name was Abdul Khadeer.
                                  Well, I rode the taxi. When on board, the driver told me that he won’t accept Ola Money. Instead I have to pay cash. At that time of night while onboard, I was no option left other than continue the journey. I asked the driver and he told me that he will talk to Ola and my Ola Money will be refunded. Now, as I had trust on Ola Service, I thought that things will be smooth.
                                  That day I got no call, no SMS or nothing. The next day I posted the same in Ola Facebook Page for enquiry. The team replied me after one day that they had gone through internal check and confirmed that no extra cash was charged.
                                  I called the driver and found that he was using the number I was provided while booking the cab.
                                  So, I lost my INR. 963/-.

                                    Today I booked a cab from Noida to Delhi Airport.Invoice ID is CRN[protected].Driver name-Sachin Kumar (UP 16DT 4827).The driver was unaware about the route to domestic airport and took me to international airport even after alarming him of the correct route.He didnt follow the appropriate route and ignored the directions.Later he admitted that he was unaware about the route.He didnt even concentrated on driving and was continuously busy in changing songs on his phone.
                                    On realising that he has taken me at the wrong destination he started harassing and misbehaving.Ultimately due to 10-12 kms extra travel I was so late to catch my flight and instead of admitting his mistake he started misbehaving.I gave him 1000 Rs for the bill of 846.On being asked for remaining change he denied the same and took advantage of my situation.Finally i had to pay him extra i.e.910 Rs

                                    Pl atleast refund the extra money as the travel was not intended to be till international airport and driver should be eliminated from his services as he is harmful for the fellow passengers.I hope OLA management will take stringent action

                                      We booked ola cab and didnot reach our place. Instead of picking up he
                                      picked the wrong person. Driver mobile was switch off. Driver also
                                      misbehaved while talking to us. The service experience was very bad. Ola
                                      has cheated us by this type of service.

                                        Please note on arrival on Mumbai airport, at "pick up area"!the Mumbai Airport Authorities charge 110/- to all Commercial vehicles which Ola cab asks customers/visitor to pay. Let me ask Ola cabs this question "Where on booking the ride is it mentioned that pick up charges will be applicable to customer". All international countries, in fact even competitors mention the same on their app or as a disclaimer which Ola Cab did not and we were asked to pay the same. First of all, we are already paying 4x charges from Airport, then why should we be charged extra when it is Ola Cabs responsibility to pay to make to sell airport pick up services. Secondly we as customers / visitors are not informed prior to ride about the same / intimated. How can you charge what you are suppose to pay for your service without informing! Even the fare estimate on the app did not show the same. To top it up when I called on[protected] the customer executive was so rude! He in fact told me "do whatever you want, you have to pay". In stead of being courteous and apologising and taking my feedback he was challenging me. I would request Consumer Court to please look into this and teach these unprofessional people some manners and etiquettes. They aren't doing a favour to us my introducing services when they are making money out o[censored]s and profiting and getting valuation because o[censored]sers like us! Hate OLA, not using this service again.
