I have booked a cab from Gurgaon sector 21 till sector 23 dwarka in ola mini, first I have received a msg for free upgradation to sedan than at my final destination I.e approx 10-12 km max charged me 548 even they have deducted from my paytm vallet for the first ride that was free. The worst experience of ola with me. Definately I do not want to use for the same destination return journey paid 160 with uber. I never expected this kind of service

    One cab was booked from Dwarka Sector-5 to New Delhi Railway station at 2.45 pm . One Wagon-R reached to residence and from dwarka to new delhi he reached at 3.55pm and he charged Rs.991.00/- . When he asked for such a high rate then he explained that whatever amount displayed on mobile screen that i m charging, then i asked about the distance then he said it is 22.5 km.
    the name of driver was NUMBHA and his mobile no is [protected].
    Kindly company reply me if the charge is this much and had been taken rightly then what the rate has been charged and if he has charged extra then how this money will be returned to me.

      The worst experience ever, the driver was very unprofessional and had a very inappropriate behavior. It was a very scary situation as i reached my destination around mid might .. the driver was completely under the alcohol consumption, he even got aggressive at several points..he wasn't paying back the remaining change n when asked he said ' ask OLA to return your money' n i said alright coz i knew he had some attitude problem and didn't wanted mess around with him so i got off the cab then again he snapped and accused me for slamming the door (it was just a slight push) again he came out off his cab all charged up, abusing and screaming very loud, and actually created and awful scene, so i just had to walk out...but still he kept on goin and goin ...i could even hear him far away...it has definitely given me a bad impression n might have a second thought before getting OLA cabs.

        Today morning at 10am booked a ola cab mini from Tiruvottriyur to basin bridge junction.. Travel bill was RS.152..

        Again I booked a ola cab white mini at 3.15pm on the same day from basin bridge junction.. The same distance travelled i n the morning. But the travel cost is RS.493..

        What's the reason for cheating the public like this? What is the motive of ola cab company? When trying to contact customer care support @[protected] lady who spoke was very lethargic and casually she was saying peak hour rate will be like this.. Peak hour rate should be increased by kilometre wise.. How come the peak hour rate is so high..

        Why the public is booking ola instead of other cabs? Cost of money is less and can reach the place on time.. But this kind of collecting money using the word peak hour rate is not acceptable and no satisfaction in travelling..

        Please take a proper action and acknowledge..

          I booked a Ola cab this morning through my app. My booking CRN[protected]. I cancelled this booking because of the poor and rude attitude of the driver. When we book a cab from our residence we expect the cab to pick us up from our doorstep. But this driver wanted us to come to the place he stationed his vehicle saying that his map is showing that place as the pick up location. even after trying to explain him that he need to come to our house which was close to the place where his vehicle was parked, he started abusing me. the driver name as per the message is Mr. Shanmugam and his phone number [protected]. Being a senior officer in the Ministry of tourism, Govt of India, I think it is necessary to bring this to the notice of the Ola officials. I think the officials will take necessary action against the driver. This kind of attitude will not only bring bad name to the Ola but also to the tourism industry in India.

            First of all i was a big fan of OLA and i used to book OLA regularly.
            Though there were some issues, i used to inform them to improve better services. I found that they deducted OLA money without any information. When i asked about the reason, they said it is due to their system upgrade and they promised to inform me the reason. They buy a week times but never update me status though i followed them multiple times. After 10 reminders finally i get in touch with their executives who again said 'it is due to their system and server issue, not done manually'.

            What a nonsense, if your server did that and you are not aware of that, just blaming customer. OLA is a cheated company and OLA money is not safe. All bad name now a days is due to the irresponsible attitude of ola customer care. Customer care behaves like worst to worst. I am really surprised that they are simply escaping telling it is due to our system and server did. We will not update you the reason. It is completely nonsense and OLA money is not safe. Let people to aware about this cheating company.
            After this mail, OLA blocked my account. If you tell the truth they are behaving like they are the super power.
            I asked them to return my money with them, they are now refusing it.

              Unprofessional and unexpected rude behaviour of cab drivers

              I booked an ola cab today from bangur complex destined for belur(forum pravesh to be precise) and expected to get a comfortqble and easy ride, completely unlike the the treatment i was meted with.
              The driver did not know the actual and the preferrential route to the destination.he took me to some very inner lanes to increase the duration and at the last blamed me for it.he started humiliating me as a customer and even blamed the company...

              Have logged a complaint to OLA on 13th feb but no reply till date

              I booked ola from T nagar to novotel hotel egatur chennai . First two driver cancelled rides and third made my day miserable. When I took the cab my purse was in my hands and I came straight to hotel . With in 15 minutes I realised that I have left the purse in your car. But when we called the driver he made n number of excuses not to come back. Then I had to ask tamil speaking hotel staff to push him to come. Finally he came and told that check the car. The way he was talking and making excuses we all are 300 percent sure he stole it.I even complaint to ola on 13th feb but till date no revert. It shows that company knows about it and is avoiding the same.
              also the hotel did see 1000 RS notes in driver pocket. I had INR 5000 cash also.

              I had to lodge a police complaint as my documents are in the purse against ola and the driver

                Booked cab on 8th March 2016 in Amritsar at 1100 hrs .

                SMS shows driver reaches at 11.26
                But neither he reached nor he was available on phone as he switched off the phone. I tried hard dialling again and again.
                To my surprise to receive message:
                Thanks for travelling ola cabs and Rs 98 invoice is ready for on its way.
                After that Rs 98 deducted from my OLA account.

                Then after driver switched on his phone and I talked to Driver Lakhwinder Kumar, he said I picked you along with two other guys and dropped them at Queens Rd whereas my drop off location was Hyatt hotel.
                Whom he picked and dropped
                And charged from my account?
                I complained repeatedly at Jalandhar support centre but nothing done.
                I talked to driver he was very rude and challenged me to report where u want.
                Now imagine my condition...

                    I booked a mini cab on Wed, 09 Mar early morning from Besant nagar to IIT Madras. I tried to contact the driver but the reception was improper at his end, so I couldn't communicate the exact pickup point. I tried calling several times but the same thing happened. The driver ultimately did not turn up. I booked another cab, and some time later I got a message with the invoice of Rs 147 for this cab that did not arrive. So I'm assuming the driver went to the drop location and ended the meter and charged me. I would like to clarify what has happened with the billing. My Ola money was empty and so nothing was deducted, but if I am to recharge again, I might risk a deduction.

                      OLA SHARE OSN1546519 . Driver : Krishna Singh ([protected]) Cab Number: HR55X7733 .
                      The cab driver delayed me to the drop location..I reach safdurjung enclave from Malviaya nagar in maximum 15 mins and it took me one hour to reach. He argued on everything... he did not have change to return me back and charged me extra.

                        We booked Ola cab from Kochuveli to Chavadimukk and on the way we had to drop a person in Sreekariyam. At that time Cab driver Asok Kumar CRN[protected] indica cab no KL01BU2401 asked us to book a separate ride from Sreekariyam to Chavadimukk(distance between these 2 is just around 1km) and told us there is no difference in cost if we book two different cabs. He told us he always asks his customers for different bookings whenever there is a drop in between. He insisted on two separate cab bookings and assured us there is no change in money.
                        And then on arrival of our destination, we had to pay additional 90/- just for this 1km and then he told us there is a minimum charge of 90/-. Already we played 140/- till Sreekariyam.
                        We used Ola in Trivandrum for the first time and this was a very bad experience. Hope you will take care of this issue.

                            I took ola cab from mahdevpura to Banglore Airport on 07.03.2016 at 7 PM alongwith my wife.
                            Driver took a route that was too long(approx.55 kms instead of 28 kms) and unsafe.and finally charged more.
                            When I resisted to pay more He also mishbehaved and took total payment. The whole journey I felt mentally tortoured and tensed beacuse of driver . He was not even knowing the route and gave excuse of new entarnts to ola.He took two hours.I was scared for may i will misss flight.My wife was too scared the route he followed.I request ola to improve the service and check the driver credentials properly otherwise you will be History in this country.With geart difficulty i reached airport and finally reached to hyderabad and I took Uber. And I am satisfied Uber customer. Interestingly on the same day I took five rides three from ola and two from Uber I found ola driver was rash charged high compared to took two rides o[censored]ber.Uber driver was well behaved, educated and charged very less compare to ola.I want ola to refund my money and remove such taxis from ola.
                            otherwise I will never take ola.almost i have shifted to uber and also not recommending my friends & relatives for ola.my contact no [protected].

                                I had booked a cab from ola today around 12:30 and it had been confirmed by driver, But later on he refused to take me at my location. So I haven't arrived in his cab and subsequently the other driver called me at 01:57 for same booking . SO refused to cancel the booking as it was not my fault and that driver starting arguing with me .

                                This was my very bad experience with OLA.. Pls do not book a cab from ola.

                                  Today morning I booked an auto and was confirmed with the following details

                                  Auto driver RAGU A for KRN[protected], Auto TN06E7085.

                                  The driver was slightly late and as I traced the navigation, he went the opposite side. When he reached I asked him whether he went the other side and I have no clue what made him so agitated. He gave me an irritable look and as I sat in the auto he did not start the auto for quite sometime. Thereafter I asked are you going or not and he asked me to get down and refused to go.

                                  If you keep such kind of drivers, it will only spoil your reputation as there are innumerable such agencies these days with very decent drivers. Now, it is upto you if you want to take any action on such drivers or let them continue ruining your name.

                                    Ola is advertising /emailing about offers and discounts. But they don't message about prime time charges. At the time of booking, through app many pops up comes in and asked us to agree on it. Ola made this pops up such a way a that people unknowingly clicks on to it and pay hefty amounts.

                                    I had paid Rs. 835 for just 10km distance in the big gamble name prime time charges. Auto-Rikshaw never charges such amounts.

                                    Please give us a reply OLA.
