I was charged rs/- 50 as cancellation fee, but driver said 3 minutes and after 10 minutes the driver still hadn't arrived. I don't think I should have to pay this.

    I am Arpit Gupta, an Ola customer with mobile no [protected].
    On 01/03/2016 I took ride from Infospace Gurgaon(sector 21)(KRN[protected]
    After booked auto ride driver reached to me after 20 mins and when I sit in auto and started ride just after 2 mins he end the ride in OLA App and OLA app deducted 28 Rs fom my OLA money.

    This is Really Horrible experience and even bugs in OLA business model, Please consider below points seriously
    :-
    1) If a customer book a ride and there is delay in cab/auto then he should able to cancel the ride without any charges
    2) If a customer is taking ride then with a driver customer should also have right to end the ride, if driver ends the right then why should customer has to pay without reaching the destination

      Ola cab is having many hidden charges. I took ola cab from iit gate to ito total k.M was 12.86 (app 13 k.M) and for 13 k.M i paid 320/-. It means app 25/- per k.M i paid . Where there sight says it is 8/- k.M. When i gone for the bill it shown rs100.83 peack charges (time was morning 8 a.M) ride time charges 29.83 why peack chages charged

        I'm a regular user of Ola share. Usually my share companions and I have a similar route to work. But sometimes the driver gets constomers with their final destinations and pickups very off from the original route they are in the first place. This causes inconvenience to the customer who has already hired the cab first as well as the driver who cannot reject the new customer as well.
        Ola needs to develop a route optimisation for their share cabs as because of this the journey gets very frustrating for the customers.

          Regarding this ride, I have to enquire weather the route taken by your driver is the shortest as far as my view

          if he had taken the Madhya marg then go down to 43 sector by 17 - 18 intersection would have been straight

          and shortest route.Pl. do the enquiery and reprimand your driver for wilful taking long route​

              I booked a Ola cab for 27th-feb-2016 4:15 AM.
              CRN:[protected].
              Got a message of driver detail, name: Sanjay Gothwal, with mob. no.: [protected]. Calling him first time he totally refused that he is not scheduled for my trip and after that calling him again he didn't give any response. At early morning this was the worst and very irritating experience with Ola service. I missed my train too.
              No rating from my side. Even 1 start will be also much more for your idiotic service. You don't understand your customers urgency. Cancellation of any pre-scheduled trip at end time, is just a joke for you.

                  I have booked a cab on 26th Feb, 2016 from my Home to Airport. Driver assigned was ASHOKA V ([protected]) for CRN[protected] at 3.35pm. I had few relatives going to airport. The driver didn't say at the start of trip that he doesn't know where airport is, after almost 1hr 15m he lost his way and told he doesn't know the way. Then I tried guiding him, and I called customer care who tried guiding him too. But He couldn't make it to the airport.
                  I was also going to airport on a different cab, that driver is the witness of this whole episode, finally he dropped me and came back to pick rest of my relatives from midway till the airport.
                  I had to book a new flight for my relatives with a surge price, which costed me Rs. 49, 300.
                  I want OLA to take stern action against the driver and their appointment committee and do thorough check before appointing a driver. Also I want my money back with an apology from OLA.

                    I booked an OLA cab to take me from home to airport on 20th night.
                    People warned me that OLA has this nasty habit of cancelling taxi bookings after having confirmed the booking initially, but I went ahead and made the booking for midnight pickup.
                    Sure enough, I received a message from OLA at about 2330 hrs that my booking was cancelled. While I was shocked and thinking what to do, I got another message with the driver name and car number!!
                    Anyway, I reached the airport and I got a message on my mobile to pay 399/-
                    But driver showed me his mobile that said the bill was 663/- !!!
                    An argument started between us. He called somebody who he said was from OLA and that person told me on phone to pay what the driver demanded saying the invoice would show that amount.
                    So I paid up 663/- because I was in a hurry and did not have time to call OLA myself. I got the invoice on my email which was only for 399/-!!!
                    my email to OLA brought no response. I would like an immediate credit of the difference between invoice and what I paid if OLA is a professional and honest company!

                      I got a promotional sms from Ola stating that if I ll take 5 rides within a stipulated time period they will give a voucher worth ₹10000 .when I enquired through mail they asked me to send screenshot of that sms.I mailed the screen shot but they didn't reply after dt.I have sent so many reminder mail but no one is responding.

                          This morning we had booked an auto via ola service. We clearly mentioned to the subject mentioned auto driver that he had to come to Ganapathy street in mambalam from 5 lights direction but instead he was standing at the entrance from Ayodhya mandabam road. Due to this time got delayed and we took a different auto. On courtesy grounds I wanted to inform the driver and when i called him and said i was sorry, he asked me if i am playing the fool around with him. Exactly called me a "mental fool" in tamil.
                          Do you people at Ola give some proper speaking training to those under your label. Atleast inform everyone to speak decently to customers or as well stop your services if you are not capable of running this kind of business.

                            Today (26.02.2016) I booked a cab with OLA in the morning for 3 times for a distance of 5-6kms. Each time the drives saying that, I am in a long distance please book another cab. Second driver says that, Cab will only be running for more than 7-8kms.
                            So is this the OLA company running and treating the customers emergency.
                            we booked a cab for hospitalization to my child who is suffering from fever from last night with 101 F. I am in a very critical and emergency to book a cab in hurry and want run to hospital for treatment. But this type of response from this company made me delay in all my commitments.
                            So I need a proper reasonable answer from this OLA.

                              The number of the OLA Auto is TN 01 AL 9687.

                              Date: 24th Feb 2016. Time: 9.15 PM. Location: Purasawalkam, Chennai.

                              We booked the OLA AUTO through the Mobile App and we found AUTO driver didn't turn on the Meter throughout the entire journey. Once we reach the destination, then the auto driver demanded excessive amount. (35Rs for less than 1KM) On not agreeing to pay what he demanded, he started abusing us and talking unnecessarily. Please take necessary action against the auto driver.

                                Ola company is nothing but an organisation established to incur fraud with innocent consumers. I deposited some money in to my OLA money account few days back and since then i am not able to book the cab.

                                Despite raising 3 complaints with the company, nobody actually bothered to call me or rectify the situation. What's worse is that they close my complaint request on their own.

                                Now, since i was so frustrated with the company services and don't intend to avail taxi in future, i asked for the refund. To my surprise, company executive didn't agree to their fault and said money can't be refunded.

                                This is nothing but a clear case of mental and financial harrassment done by OLA. I wonder, how many people would have been cheated like this and their money would have been absorbed with ola through these means.

                                I would want to sue the company for this harassment. My contact number is [protected]. Would invite people with similar instances to join me in pursuing the legal actions.

Tfs-pp-c59251753, but to my disappointment the driver cancelled my booking without my permission. I was really stranded for 35 minutes till i booked another cab and reached my destination. I really do not expect such service from ola. I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action against such drivers who cancel customer's booking for their convenience.

Your above act of indefrenes and ireesposible behavior has caused me huge loss of money, time and energy which is un acceptable .To top it all you never informed me about your inconvenience to send the vehicle till now.                                       I am a frequent user of OLA Cabs in Kolkata. On 16th Feb 2016, I have booked a MINI for Kolkata Airport Drop. The Invoice No is[protected].
                                      I am surprised to see that Rs 100 has been charged for Toll/Parking Fees. This was the first time I was charged for parking at Kolkata Airport. It was very unfortunate to pay for parking when I booked the Mini only for Airport Drop !!
