I had booked a taxi for sure cab through the ola app on 21st february 2016 at 5.17 p.M vide booking no. Tfs-pp-c59251753, but to my disappointment the driver cancelled my booking without my permission. I was really stranded for 35 minutes till i booked another cab and reached my destination. I am a frequent user of OLA Cabs in Kolkata. On 16th Feb 2016, I have booked a MINI for Kolkata Airport Drop. The Invoice No is[protected].
I am surprised to see that Rs 100 has been charged for Toll/Parking Fees. This was the first time I was charged for parking at Kolkata Airport. It was very unfortunate to pay for parking when I booked the Mini only for Airport Drop !!...

This regarding the loss which i incurred due to ola.i had booked ola cab. And i said that cab person to take one pickup from another location far only 1 km. But he has denied and i said to him that i don't want cab. Even he has not started the meter even then he said i have to pay full money he frighten me.

I have made my mind to complaint in consumer court.

I was in wadala, I booked ola with my 100 free points ride. The driver himself showed the pick drop time and didn't picked mee. Driver name is salman shaikh CRN[protected] white Ritz MH01BT7683....

I need to remove my number [protected] from other's ola app having [protected]@gmail.com as earliest. I am getting frustate by having these types of messages of ola cabs. In case, it will not stop earliest, I will file a complaint against ola cabs...

I booked a Taxi on 20th Feb for 21st Feb 0955 Am pickup via App from ATS greens village Sector 93A, noida for drop to sector 21 Noida. The details of driver were sent by SMS. The driver called me at about 1005 am, but did not want to come to my building to pick me but instead wanted me to walk to the main road with my luggage.driver name Dinesh as per SMS. Supposed to be a Indica Taxi.
He claimed to be a " GUJJAR" was rough...

I booked ola cab for the distance of kms:21.7 they charged Rs: 446/-. When I call to customer care they r not giving replyand said call to bangalore customercare....

I was driving in Park Street, when the signal turned red at Park St- Free school St crossing.

I applied a cupon of rs 200/-
And it showed that the coupon has been applied
But after the ride is over the driver charged the money without adjusting the cupon amount which is just not xpected from such a renowned company!!!...

Unusually, it is showing wrong destination in ur apps. This is simply your fault. More or less every time ur destination shows wrong direction& it is nt effected me as because never I booked in share or pre calculation fare. Now using your share, instead of discount, I faced double charged. This is totally unfair and u r taking money from the people to make them stupid. Whatever I ve typed in ur apps, always it is going in its wrong direction,...

This is regarding Ola driver driving Ritz car no MH 02 CR5838 nearby Sahar Airport. Speeding his car, the driver hit a balloon wala who was along with his kid. Instead of taking him to hospital the driver came out & thrashed the poor man who was bleeding profusely. It is very sad to know Cab aggregate Ola recruiting such goon drivers jeopardising lives of locals. Strict action is needed with this driver....

As far as driver's behavior is concerned, they are quite polite and well mannered.
But in majority times, they don't know the route. They don't know how to use navigator on android.
I had to travel from Pitampura to Delhi Cantt in Delhi and once from Pitampura to Karol Bagh in Delhi and on different occasions but the drivers didn't know the route. It wastes time. Sometimes they take longer route which enhances cab fare.br...
