I took ola cab from mahdevpura to Banglore Airport on 07.03.2016 at 7 PM alongwith my wife.
Driver took a route that was too long(approx.55 kms instead of 28 kms) and unsafe.and finally charged more.
When I resisted to pay more He also mishbehaved and took total payment. The whole journey I felt mentally tortoured and tensed beacuse of driver . He was not even knowing the route and gave excuse of new entarnts to ola.He took two hours.I was scared for may i will misss flight.My wife was too scared the route he followed.I request ola to improve the service and check the driver credentials properly otherwise you will be History in this country.With geart difficulty i reached airport and finally reached to hyderabad and I took Uber. And I am satisfied Uber customer. Interestingly on the same day I took five rides three from ola and two from Uber I found ola driver was rash charged high compared to took two rides o[censored]ber.Uber driver was well behaved, educated and charged very less compare to ola.I want ola to refund my money and remove such taxis from ola.
otherwise I will never take ola.almost i have shifted to uber and also not recommending my friends & relatives for ola.my contact no [protected].

      I had booked a cab from ola today around 12:30 and it had been confirmed by driver, But later on he refused to take me at my location. So I haven't arrived in his cab and subsequently the other driver called me at 01:57 for same booking . SO refused to cancel the booking as it was not my fault and that driver starting arguing with me .

      This was my very bad experience with OLA.. Pls do not book a cab from ola.

        Today morning I booked an auto and was confirmed with the following details

        Auto driver RAGU A for KRN[protected], Auto TN06E7085.

        The driver was slightly late and as I traced the navigation, he went the opposite side. When he reached I asked him whether he went the other side and I have no clue what made him so agitated. He gave me an irritable look and as I sat in the auto he did not start the auto for quite sometime. Thereafter I asked are you going or not and he asked me to get down and refused to go.

        If you keep such kind of drivers, it will only spoil your reputation as there are innumerable such agencies these days with very decent drivers. Now, it is upto you if you want to take any action on such drivers or let them continue ruining your name.

          Ola is advertising /emailing about offers and discounts. But they don't message about prime time charges. At the time of booking, through app many pops up comes in and asked us to agree on it. Ola made this pops up such a way a that people unknowingly clicks on to it and pay hefty amounts.

          I had paid Rs. 835 for just 10km distance in the big gamble name prime time charges. Auto-Rikshaw never charges such amounts.

          Please give us a reply OLA.

              Therefore I request you please find the falt and refund my money to me please.

                I am very upset on rude behavior of cab driver hired from T3 airport at 12:42M today for Noida sector 20 the driver was not carrying money with him i have to pay the toll charges then his desigl was finish near rajnigandha he was litlery started abusing us for not able get money from us as i have always keeping my balance with ola unfortunitely i coukd not get any help from ola costumer care service as they have put the receiver of the phone out from system which was showing engage for entire more than one and a half hours i and my wife walked for an more than 3 km with lugguage and reached home at 2.20AM.the car no was DL 1YC 6720 hite indica and the costumer care number we tried was[protected] which had not responded at all what can a customer expect security from ola now this matter will be taken up to court against ola neglency

                  This is Mitesh Jani .I booked OLA cab on 5th March 2016 @10.22 PM from Mylapore to Thoraipakkam .While booking for the cab in OLA APP, it did not even showed single notification for 2X peak hour booking.The charges are double when compared to normal booking charges.Once after the booking the cab .an automatic notification message is triggered to the booked consumer number.Stating the 2X peak hour booking .

                  This is absolutely tricky way of cheating the customer.Consumer should be aware of every extra charges applied before booking for the cab.

                      Driver swipped his atm with wrong pin & asked me to give 300 for diesel, his atm got blocked since he entered wrong pin in his atm. Driver had said that he will be returning the money by today morning, yet i have not got, for security he had given his adharcard to me.                         Dear Sir,

                        This is to inform you that cab was booked to Delhi from Gurgaon, CRN[protected], dated 04/3/2016, cab driver name - Prakash Swami, Cab no. HR 55U7309.

                        While getting out of the cab forgot Samsung Grand mobile and minutes after it got switched off, on calling the driver on his mobile completely refused that there is any mobile in the cab. I would like you to look into the matter while I have registered my complaint at Ola centre yesterday itself which they have promised to revert in next 24-48 hrs but I have not received any mail or sms in this respect for my complaint register number.

                        Pl. appropriate action and revert in case the mobile is found in the cab, looking forward for positive response

                          We had booked an ola cab to drop us to the railway station, mangalore. SHAHEED [protected] for CRN[protected].
                          the driver arrived but could not wait. he had cancelled the booking before we reached the cab.
                          very bad service, he even spoke harsh to us on the phone.
                          the driver was still down our apartment. but when asked he said the booking was cancelled.
                          we as customers, book ola cabs for convenience. not to be scolded at.
                          then we had to hire an auto to reach just on time to the railway station.
                          hopfully the next booking, we dont have to face a similar situation.

                            I travelled through ola cab today from Noida film city to Ashok vihar. I have always given around 360 for the fare...but they charged me 480 today at not even a peak time. I had to stand for more than 15 min as the driver had no clue how to estimate the fare of journey. Charged very high and very bad service. I wil make sure i never recommend ola to anyone. The customer service guy Nikunj also was not at all amiable. The driver was clueless about anything. Very bad service. Will never use ola again.

                              I (Richa Jaiswal) left my mobile phone in ola sharing cab on 2nd march, 2016, when I contacted driver for my phone, initially driver denied that he does not have phone with him.

                              After giving threatening of police, driver accepted that phone is with him only, but he is not ready to give the phone back and was using very abusive language and asked me to come at his home, if i want my phone to be back.

                              I requested ola people many time to track this driver and get in touch with him but i didnt receive any support from their side. Every time ola company said we are unable to contact driver and kindly wait for 24 hour more.

                              And the supervisor of the company very bluntly said, You can take any legal action we cannot help you.

                                This is very unaccepted that the cab drivers are so rude. They behave as if they do us favour. It just happened yesterday. I had to go the doctor. First of all they denied duty out of no reason. After about 4 cancellations, I got one which agreed after 20 mins of inspiration. Anyways, after the doctors appointment, we had to return home. It was around 1030 at night, so a cab is the only option with a female patient. The cancellation story continues. Again, I tried to book a cab, he first agreed to come but denied on learning the destination. This is really very unprofessional. When my area is serviced by the company, how can a cab simply deny and disconnect the call. After waiting for about half an hour, luckily got a semi drunk auto, who dropped us home by charging double the fare.

                                What would have happened if there would have been no auto?
                                Under what circumstances can the cab who is serving duty within the service area, can deny duty?

                                  I boooked a cab from emc2 mahadevpura bangalore on 3/3/2016 at around 21.30. the cab was supposed to pick me by 21.37. I called up the driver at around 21.37 he said he is near Pheonix Market city and would at my place in 5-10 min. But lateer when i checked the map to track the cab i noticed that the cab is moving in opposite direction towards hoodi circle. Mean while he called me up and mentioned that he is at hoodi circle and was telling all the excuses that he is new to place etc etc. Mean while the pick up duration showned in app was more than 10 min which means i will have to wait for cab atleast 22.00. I told the cab driver that i am gonna cacel my request. He asked me toselect the option " Changed my mind" Not sure on how can the driver ask me to select the feedback. However i went ahead and selected the option "Driver is late" and booked another cab.

                                  To my surprise I got a call at around 22.42 from the same driver why did i mention that reason "Driver is late" when he had asked me to select the option "changed my mind" i said i just gave the actual reason. Then he started abusing me in kannada asking" how dare i select the option like that, is your father going to pay me 2000 Rs you are working in samsung building rite i will make sure that you will have to pay for it etc etc"

                                  After the incedent i called up customercare and raise a complaint. Ticket #1235341. But the best part is i got normal replay we are looking in to it and is striving for the best customer satisfaction.

                                  Not sure if they are really bothered about of the crime that is happening around us. Does Ola perform some minimal background verification of the drivers? Not sure how they can hire someone who talks like a rowdy.

                                      I am very much upset from your services. I book a cab for railway station in jaipur and at the last movement the cab driver call come and he cancelled tha cab service by saying that he can't come... Because he is far away from my home... This is to notify you that it's not my problem... As an advocate i can file a complain against your company and can clain compensation... Its a very sad to say that your company is a.. I don't want to say but your company is not working properly and it is very bad experience for me to speak the word ola.. This not one time that it happens it happens very occasionally.. Many users are uncomfortable from your services... And i am again saying if it will again happen then i will file a pil against your company and it will be very injuries to your company... Plz see to this complain and see to your drivers who are not working properly... See to this and make them kick out from the company... Dont use such a driver for the company who are a for the company...

                                        On 23rd Feb 2016 i had booked a cab on Ola app with "Ride Later" option and the booking was confirmed. I booked the cab (CRN[protected] to Airport for 25th Feb 2016 8:30 AM. At 8:05 AM on 25th Feb, 2016 i got the SMS of Driver details NAVEEN M but he call'd me and told he is not interested to come for my trip and cancelled. Then again i got one more cab details and he also did the same. Later i got a call from customer care and apologized for the cancellations from drivers. seeing all this i decided to go in my own vehicle and by the time i reached the airport it was late and missed flight. My loss was 9, 400. Because of the drivers cancellations i started late from home which resulted in missing the flight
