I booked an OLA cab to take me from home to airport on 20th night.
People warned me that OLA has this nasty habit of cancelling taxi bookings after having confirmed the booking initially, but I went ahead and made the booking for midnight pickup.
Sure enough, I received a message from OLA at about 2330 hrs that my booking was cancelled. While I was shocked and thinking what to do, I got another message with the driver name and car number!!
Anyway, I reached the airport and I got a message on my mobile to pay 399/-
But driver showed me his mobile that said the bill was 663/- !!!
An argument started between us. He called somebody who he said was from OLA and that person told me on phone to pay what the driver demanded saying the invoice would show that amount.
So I paid up 663/- because I was in a hurry and did not have time to call OLA myself. I got the invoice on my email which was only for 399/-!!!
my email to OLA brought no response. I would like an immediate credit of the difference between invoice and what I paid if OLA is a professional and honest company!

    I got a promotional sms from Ola stating that if I ll take 5 rides within a stipulated time period they will give a voucher worth ₹10000 .when I enquired through mail they asked me to send screenshot of that sms.I mailed the screen shot but they didn't reply after dt.I have sent so many reminder mail but no one is responding.

        This morning we had booked an auto via ola service. We clearly mentioned to the subject mentioned auto driver that he had to come to Ganapathy street in mambalam from 5 lights direction but instead he was standing at the entrance from Ayodhya mandabam road. Due to this time got delayed and we took a different auto. On courtesy grounds I wanted to inform the driver and when i called him and said i was sorry, he asked me if i am playing the fool around with him. Exactly called me a "mental fool" in tamil.
        Do you people at Ola give some proper speaking training to those under your label. Atleast inform everyone to speak decently to customers or as well stop your services if you are not capable of running this kind of business.

          Today (26.02.2016) I booked a cab with OLA in the morning for 3 times for a distance of 5-6kms. Each time the drives saying that, I am in a long distance please book another cab. Second driver says that, Cab will only be running for more than 7-8kms.
          So is this the OLA company running and treating the customers emergency.
          we booked a cab for hospitalization to my child who is suffering from fever from last night with 101 F. I am in a very critical and emergency to book a cab in hurry and want run to hospital for treatment. But this type of response from this company made me delay in all my commitments.
          So I need a proper reasonable answer from this OLA.

            The number of the OLA Auto is TN 01 AL 9687.

            Date: 24th Feb 2016. Time: 9.15 PM. Location: Purasawalkam, Chennai.

            We booked the OLA AUTO through the Mobile App and we found AUTO driver didn't turn on the Meter throughout the entire journey. Once we reach the destination, then the auto driver demanded excessive amount. (35Rs for less than 1KM) On not agreeing to pay what he demanded, he started abusing us and talking unnecessarily. Please take necessary action against the auto driver.

              The service is very bad. almost 5 drivers accepted request and when we are waiting they are cancelling without letting know.

              Not sure why they are running the auto service why they are accepting request....

              Ola company is nothing but an organisation established to incur fraud with innocent consumers. I deposited some money in to my OLA money account few days back and since then i am not able to book the cab.

              Despite raising 3 complaints with the company, nobody actually bothered to call me or rectify the situation. What's worse is that they close my complaint request on their own.

              Now, since i was so frustrated with the company services and don't intend to avail taxi in future, i asked for the refund. To my surprise, company executive didn't agree to their fault and said money can't be refunded.

              This is nothing but a clear case of mental and financial harrassment done by OLA. I wonder, how many people would have been cheated like this and their money would have been absorbed with ola through these means.

              I would want to sue the company for this harassment. My contact number is [protected]. Would invite people with similar instances to join me in pursuing the legal actions.

                I had booked a taxi for sure cab through the ola app on 21st february 2016 at 5.17 p.M vide booking no. Tfs-pp-c59251753, but to my disappointment the driver cancelled my booking without my permission. I was really stranded for 35 minutes till i booked another cab and reached my destination. I really do not expect such service from ola. I request the concerned authorities to take necessary action against such drivers who cancel customer's booking for their convenience.

                  I had booked a cab to day for 9.00 am with cRN[protected]. But it did not turn up till 9.10am. When i called the driver he refused to come. Your above act of indefrenes and ireesposible behavior has caused me huge loss of money, time and energy which is un acceptable .To top it all you never informed me about your inconvenience to send the vehicle till now.                     I am a frequent user of OLA Cabs in Kolkata. On 16th Feb 2016, I have booked a MINI for Kolkata Airport Drop. The Invoice No is[protected].
                    I am surprised to see that Rs 100 has been charged for Toll/Parking Fees. This was the first time I was charged for parking at Kolkata Airport. It was very unfortunate to pay for parking when I booked the Mini only for Airport Drop !!

                      Respected Sir,

                      I am hereby providing my handset and phone no lost on 22 Feb 2016 in Ola cab while getting off from the cab.

                      Cab driver made excuses to check the handset on our request-

                      Cab driver details:
                      Name: SYED AHMED ([protected]) for CRN[protected].
                      Silver Ritz KA03AB8393 to pick you up @ 1:36 PM, 22Feb.


                      he drpped us to the destination. after 15 mins i realised that i had forgotten my mobile (lava iris x8) in the cab. after repeated calls to my number which was ringing and no answer, we finally called the cab driver to look for it in the back seat of car.

                      on first call he said he will park the car and look for it.

                      on second call he said he is dropping another passenger .

                      on third call he said he has another pick up cant attend my complaint

                      on fourth call he said he is coming back to the spot where he dropped us at rajajinagar so we could check in the car. we waited for an hour he did not come.

                      on fifth call he said he has another customer cant come and reported my case to ola complaint centre. which he did not as we checkd with ola customer care cell

                      when probed if he does not want to return our mobile he did not answer us.

                      please help us fight this incident inorder to curb unsatisfactory services and growing intolerance among commoners like me.

                        This regarding the loss which i incurred due to ola.i had booked ola cab. And i said that cab person to take one pickup from another location far only 1 km. But he has denied and i said to him that i don't want cab. Even he has not started the meter even then he said i have to pay full money he frighten me.

                        I have made my mind to complaint in consumer court.
                        Prior to that i will see how u tackel my complaint. Training cost was 1 lakh 80k

                              I booked a Taxi on 20th Feb for 21st Feb 0955 Am pickup via App from ATS greens village Sector 93A, noida for drop to sector 21 Noida. The details of driver were sent by SMS. The driver called me at about 1005 am, but did not want to come to my building to pick me but instead wanted me to walk to the main road with my luggage.driver name Dinesh as per SMS. Supposed to be a Indica Taxi.
                              He claimed to be a " GUJJAR" was rough in talking . He asked me for my address again.
                              Next I get a SMS in a few seconds that driver unable to contact me so ---
                              Ultimately I had to go by alternate means.
                              Very poor service an below standard drivers.

                                  I was driving in Park Street, when the signal turned red at Park St- Free school St crossing.
                                  I halted my car instantly. And suddenly the Ola cab driver, driving merilly, came and banged into my car from the back.
                                  My mudguard has fully broken.
                                  On being confronted, the Ola cab driver started shouting and giving slangs.
                                  The car number is: WB 25F 6800. The incident took place around 11:43am on 22nd February, 2016.
                                  I hope some strict action is taken against such ruthless drivers. Looking forward to a strict prompt response from your end.

                                      Based on our booking for my relative, your cab had sent ola driver Mr.Swaminathan G [ Mobile No.[protected] ], silver Etios Car No. TN 54K 0454, Ola CRN 18929, time 10.08 pm. for drop from T.Nagar at Chennai to Adambakkam, chennai. After prolonged waiting, he came late and refused to take 4 members [ 1 male and 3 female members ] and on seeking clarifications he had used abusive and filthy languages against my relative and attempted to manhandle. Such drivers need to be criminally dealt with through police as his behavior warrants criminal action. Yet I bring this matter to your kind notice for taking stringent action against the driver and giving me a timely feed back.
