I took a share cab from hosmat hospital bangalore to green glen layout. On the way the software was hanged and the trip got cancelled because of which i was dropped nowhere to my knowledge and had to wait and book a cab again. the inconvenience caused in terms of waiting time tht too at night is irreperable....

Using the app on my mobile I booked a cab and got a message (reproduced verbatim below)

Yesterday evening 7:52pm i booked a cab crn number[protected] white indica TS05UA1421 driver Saida Naik. First he said he is near my home i said ok from signal take right and then second left he said ok .. later after 10min i called him he said he is on same route i directed him again he said he knows only telugu i dont understand how hard is it to understand right and left.. later he said he is new and cant find directions he was repeating...

I had a future booking and number is CRN[protected]. It was booked on 14-Feb-2016. Today I got the SMS at about 8.15 A.M about booking confirmation and SMS text was "White indica KA36A4500 has been allocated".

Then suddenly after 2 mins, I got the SMS saying "OLA Driver could not locate the address" and their system has cancelled the booking. It was quite astonishing that I am quite astonished that their driver did called me...

On the morning of 12th Feb 2016 I booked a cab to travel from Kollathur to Adyar without noticing the message the charges will be 3 times the usual fare. It was in the morning 10.48 am on the above mentioned date, the vehicle no is TN05 BA5854. The amount paid by me was Rs.1105/- for a distance of 23km which is exorbitant, in future I shall not book a OLA cab for my travel the same complaint was mentioned in the feed back through my mobile...

I have booked an advance booking (1day before, booking no. CRN[protected] Ola cab from IIT, Hyderabad. Without any prior notice they have cancelled my booking and after conversation with customer care got to know that there is no cabs in my area, they requesting me to choose some alternative way.
Then What is the **** use of the advance booking system.
It's really a BS service they are providing.

I booked one Ola share today at around 8 am. Driver came n picked up on time. He did one more booking for the same route, in middle he got one more booking for which he went 3kms back again crossing same 2 big signal which we crossed before with great difficulty just to get his incentives.
Not only this being the first person to book the cab I got the last drop after traveling 2.5 hours . He also asked people to give him 5 ratings....

I have faced a series of issues with Ola in the recent times compelling me to withdraw myself from its future services.

Ola cheting to customer for last month its happend so many user . They deactivated all coupan for user without say. And if we ask they say stupid answear as per voilance policy you coupan deactivated..and they not say proper answear what voilacence.its a just trick start for promotion and now they cheating.i already complaint it about but no action taken.i say if i do voilance so who give you righ to deactivated my coupan code.my coupan code...

My email id is [protected]@yahoo.com and this is regarding complaint ticket # 579492 raised with OLA support team . I emailed them 10 times about asking them reason for deactivating referral benefits in my account. Every time i am getting same response from their support team that system automatically detected some violation but they are not providing me exact violation details w.r.t my account and hence they do not have any right to block...

I booked a cab today at the mean time driver didnt answer my call. I was quite shocked at this irresponsible duty. The distance between my house to bhubaneswar railway station is 9 km at maximum and the ride fair is around rs140.bt it showed 15 km and i was charged rs200.i just couldnt get it that hows this possible.i need my refunds .....

I booked two ola cab on 30th jan from Whitefield Borewell road Bangulru to Majestic at the same time and for same location . The 1st is KA 02AB0592 CRN[protected] and 2nd was KA41B1912 CRN[protected] . The fair of 1st was Rs. 559 and 2nd was 1017. How it possible . This is corrupt practice of business and cheating the public who are in hurry . This is also a one type of scandal who are cheating the public in broadaylight in very smooth way...

Complaint against Driver B RAJU ([protected]) for CRN[protected]. Silver Indica TS07UB0979 pick up time @ 5:30 AM, 11Feb, 2016.The driver called at 5 am and asked the drop station. When it didn't suit him he didn't bothered to turn up or pick any call. Such services are kept for customer satisfaction and not for driver convenience.

I will not recommend ola cab to anyone rather will spread its bad name because this incident lead...

This guy who picked me up doesn't know where to pick me up first at last he came, very rash, we got into the cab he asked where????? With two horns on head.. I said vasanth nagar from belandur. On the way hsr will come stop there for a minute. Ka 01 ad 8993 This silver colour Indica the driver and company were drunk and also was drinking in public place and rash driving honking and miss behaving and had cover the alcohol Bottle with hankie and smoking inside the car itself and caused trouble for many within the car and outside one of the worst service please check the drivers are they genuine or not and are they worth atleast driving...
