I booked Ola Cab at 10.12 pm on 07.02.2016 vide CRN[protected], White Beat PB01A6227 driven by Amit Kumar was assigned. I spoke to him & told him my location. Thereafter he switched off his Mob No [protected]. We were standing on roadside for 45 minutes then took another taxi. At 11.24 got SMS for CRN[protected] offering free upgrade. Who will wait for 1 hour 15 minutes. Please take strict action.
CRN[protected], White Beat PB01A6227 assigned by Ola cabs never came

    Date of Incidents: 6-Feb-2016, 8-Feb-2016.
    I was a regular customer of OLA cab services in Pune, India.
    I booked a cab on 6th Feb to board from Shivajinagar to Bavdhan around morning 5.45.am The cab arrived on time. However I wanted to bring to notice here that, whenever I board any OLA cab, either the cab driver doesn't know the routes or he doesn't know how to use the GPS assistance app for maps. We have to guide them the whole route which is completely unfair.
    This happens even though if we are in a hurry. Are the common people supposed to be the trainers for these drivers?
    Sometimes they take us from wrong route towards our destination and again takes a U turn stating they don't know further route and again back from the place where we boarded the cab and again that stuff happens that we have to guide them the route which we know. This irrelevantly increases our bill.
    This driver took me from Shivajinagar to Deccan n again mentioned that he doesnt know that route so U turned from Deccan and back to Bavdhan via University.
    I was a guide for him all through the route.
    Generally it costs 130-140 Rs approx per trip from Shivajinagar to Bavdhan,
    But due to irresponsibility and carelessness of this Driver it charged me 230 Rs.
    This is completed wrong and frustrating. It feels like this is a SPAM thing and they are doing it purposely to increase their bills for completing their targets.
    If this is not true, then I request OLA company to please maintain some well trained drivers for hassle free services for their regular customers or else they will lose their customers some day.
    2. Date of Incident: 8-Feb-2016
    The similar incident happend today as well I booked a cab from Bavdhan to Hinjewadi Phase-II. As usual the cab arrived on time and again the same thing happened. This driver took us from Bavdhan to some military area which was banned towards further to move ahead to Mumbai Highway via Pashan.

    Then all the way it was again a U-turn towards Bavdhan and from there to Mumbai-Highway to go Hinjewad.
    Normally it charges around 170 Rs Max from bavdhan as it is 17.5 Kms from Bavdhan.

    Because of this driver's laziness and carelessness we were charged with Rs 340. almost doubled the amount.
    Please look into this issue on top priority.

      I am receiving registration details for other person cab bookings. my number was used to install ols app in his mobile, tat time after when ever he books cab through his mobile, i get all information regarding cab details, all cab drivers calling me.

          I booked Ola from Satpur road to Tarwala nagar.

          The device used by Driver is faulty. He couldn't locate my location

          He asked me to pay Rs.220 for 12.1km ride.

          Earlier I booked ride from Tarwala nagar to Satpur road, which cost me RS. 166. The distance for the ride was 9kms.

          How there is 3.1km difference??

          This is really not acceptable.

          Provide proper device to your driver.

          I hope I will get my difference amt for next ride.

            I booked cab on 24 JAN for my friends.
            Driver: Purushottama Indica KA11A 9616

            At the end of journey 448 Rs was deducted from my ola account abut driver also collected same amount from my friends.

            After speaking to the driver he said he would return the money but till now he has not returned my money and he is not picking up the call.

            I request Ola to act on this immediately.

              Hi I use Ola cabs in India and quite like it as it's easy, fast and cost efficient however I have had a sour experience this evening as I booked a cab from intl airport terminal. While conversing with one the driver I was trying to explain to to him the pick up point but I was not sure of which gate. Your Driver rather stubborn spoke very rude in Tamil slang. Trying to haggle with him I so quite upset and surprise that even ola has lost its standards. He then threatened to come and was ready for a fight on questioning him weather he was influenced with alcohol. This conclude one thing that you need to take this seriously as its not safe for people to travel with such hulligens and menaces. I will not use this app or service in future and recommend all my friends as well

                    I booked ola from Mudamma garden to marathalli, soccer city. I had a football match to attend. Because of your driver's incompetence and lack of communication skills he stopped in a petrol station and just stopped the trip. Due to this, i failed to attend my game and paid money for no reason whatsoever. I am using uber from now on and will tell friends about this and to use uber instead of Ola. Some of the previous drivers whom i cancelled were drunk by the way. Very poor. Nothing more to say.

                      Take action against this Ola cab driver for charging me twice for the ride.
                      Details of my booking:
                      CRN[protected] Driver SRINIVASA D ([protected]), White Dzire.
                      Fare was RS 175 from hebbal to Safina Plaza. On reaching Safina plaza, he deducted RS 175 frm my ola money and didn't inform me. Instead he asked for 175 RS cash and took it. This is fraud. Take action against him immediately.

                        My wife (Pregnant) had booked a cab to travel from MG Road - Bangalore to Vijaynagar -Bangalore : Booking details : CRN[protected]
                        The driver has rudely behaved with my wife and he was not aware of the route.
                        The driver has forced my wife to get down the cab and take an auto as he is not aware of the route.
                        Very Insensible behaviour by OLA driver and why is the driver not using the GPS system if he doesn't know the route.

                          Today my wife's Two wheeler hit by OLA Cab (Reg No: KA 41 B 4262) at outer ring road near Intel.

                          Driver talked very rudely and didn't even apologies.

                          How can I expect such kind of in-professional behaviour from reputed taxi company?

                          Daily We are getting mail from OLA to refer your friend, how do you want me to do the same.

                          I want strict action to be taken against driver.

                            I had a ola cab ride crn no.[protected] on 5th feb'16 pick up was from govindpuri to new Delhi rsilwai station at 4.45am my train was scheduled to departure at 6 am, I called to driver many times but hr didn't respond my call and I missed my train.

                            Ola cab have to bear fare chages of my fare and wrong comments charges.
                            Due to pathetic customer service business of ola going down day by day

                            I need immediate revert on this, other wise I'll approach to court.

                              For god damn it was just 34 km they charged me 2304 rupees instant 800 rupees.I asked to customer care told that i selected 3times while i was booking.But there was no 3time option nor i did select that stupid thing.This people are only making pocket fill from innocent public.

                                On February 2nd 2016, I booked an Ola cab (WB 19E 9694) at 6:54 PM from Narkel Bagan (New Town) to (Khushali @ 29) Jessore Road, Kolkata. The journey took around 25 mins and in the journey I called my mother too. That was the last time I used my mobile (Xiaomi MI3 IMEI #[protected]) that day. After that we got down the cab and realised only at 9:10 PM that my mobile is missing. We called to my mobile @ 9:15 PM it rang without being picked up and we called again but it was then switched off. One of my friend told that she called at 9:07PM and nobody picked up the call. Then I called the driver and querried he told there is nothing in the car. He also told that after our ride he told two rides.

                                Since phone was switched off at 9:16 PM so it would either be the second customer or the driver who has possession of the phone. Now I want you to reveal the contact number of the two customers who rode the cab after we got off it. Please co-operate with us else we need to approach the consumer care. This information would be passed on the local police who would supervise and investigate the loss.

                                Having raised a complaint with Ola they dropped me a mail mentioning that the driver told there is no mobile in the car. I am 100% sure that my mobile is dropped in the car only and OLA, the well reputed car service refused to give the contacts of the next 2 customers. This is creating bitter taste on Ola as a company.

                                  The driver was told beforehand that the drop was at karve nagar to which he said -i thought that the drop is wakad, he suddenly had a flat tyre n he asked me to get down at wakad itself, after which i had really big troubles in reaching back till karve nagar. i left from hinjewadi at 8.20 and reached home at 10.15 due to all this nuisance. it wasnt his fault for the flat tyre but he could have told me beforehand i would have booked another cab. it took me 106+300=406 rupees, instead i reach home in 270 rupees everytime. i paid him 20rs less but that doesnt nullify all the troubles i had.
                                  i booked another ola waiting there at the wakad chowk, he said he wont come this far.
                                  finally after all this i got a cab who dropped me till karve.
                                  to my further surprise, today morning i got the same driver(the first one, the one with a flat tyre) to drop from wakad to hinjewadi phase 2.

                                    I booked an Ola share from Airport Road- Business Bay, Pune and inserted drop location as Gangadham Chowk, Pune. My request was accepted with follwoing details: OSN4802729 Fare: 94 Driver: Santosh Hajare ([protected]) Cab Number: MH14FC0912
                                    After i sat he insisted on cancelling my booking and tole me several times to cancel the current booking and re book other cab because he was getting some other booking which he wanted to accept. I denied and told him to drop me at my destination since my booking was confirmed by him only. I said no so he took a wrong route for my destination and since I was new in Pune i was not aware about it. Then he suddenly stopped his car some 6-7 kms away from the pick up point at Jamnanagar by pass and told me to get off there and go by myself because he had some other booking. He talked very rudely and dropped me at a location which was not on the way of my destination.

                                    A strict action needs to be taken on such drivers so that in future they dont behave this way.

                                      Booked a sedan from Malakpet to Begumpet around 6.40 am

                                      Cab arrived at 6.55 am

                                      Picked up passenger at 6.56 am at Malakpet

                                      Dropped passenger at 7.07 am at Begumpet

                                      Distance : 12.76 Kms

                                      Journey Time : 25.13 minutes

                                      Concern : Levying Peak Pricing of Rs. 415.46 and, the responses being offered by Ola representatives is not acceptable.

                                      Ola cabs have,

                                      1. Demeaned the definition of Peak time at first instance

                                      2. Grossly ignored the peak time slots

                                      3. Not prompted clearly / loudly during booking ( through mobile app ) on peak time pricing

                                      Across the world, Peak time basically means, the rush hour ( 8 am to 11 am ) at which point in time, there is heavy / snail movement of vehicular traffic which consumes longer duration for travelling.

                                      Points to be noted :

                                      1. 6.56 am to 7.07 am in no means a peak time.

                                      2. The distance of 12.76 kms cannot be travelled in 25.13 - if it is to be construed to be a peak timing.

                                      3. It normally takes an hour to travel reach the destination in current situation where, metro works are in progress.

                                      4. It took only 25.13 minutes which indicates, the time of travel is not peak hours.
                                      5. If OLA is unable to supply to cab demands / requests, should have prompted non availability rather than sucking hard earned money from customers.
                                      6. Had we taken an Auto Rickshaw, it would have costed not more than Rs. 120 ( and without any taxes ).

                                      In view of the above, seek your help / intervention in arranging the refund of Rs. 415/- from OLA charged as peak price charges.

                                        OLA was suppose to provide first free rides using referral codes and all those stuffs right? Or atleast that was what they promoted in the advetisements..We used a referral code and received 300rs coupon, but instead the driver charged us double the amount we normally paid. The distance we travelled usually Summed up to 245rs and today we paid 502.This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!! Fix this problem immediately or else I will probe into the matter and do something about it.
