The distance between my house to bhubaneswar railway station is 9 km at maximum and the ride fair is around rs140.bt it showed 15 km and i was charged rs200.i just couldnt get it that hows this possible.i need my refunds ..

    Today i open my ola app and i see my 5 copan code not showing me.i call to customer care talk to bhavika they say me stupid reasion .some one use your reffer code than both people coupan not show really disappointment .bad service cheting to customer if i have already coupan so how system not showing help me regarding this issued...

    I asked for a pick up in HSR layout in Bengaluru (booking No. CRN[protected] and the diver (BASAVARAJ, rating 4.0), car no KA18B8064 called me and asked me my destination which was about 3 km away. A minute later, I got a cancellation from Ola stating "Driver-initiated booking cancellation". I guess he did not like the fact that the destination was too close even though I routinely pay about Rs. 100 for that destination. I took an auto (which I wanted to avoid) as I had a doctor's appointment and some how made it on time. The next day I called the driver to ask him why he cancelled and he starting hurling abuses at me. I called customer service and they registered a complaint.Then, the driver started making threatening phone calls leaving me no choice but to go to the police. I tried calling customer service again but there is no response. I hope that the management in Ola takes note of this disgusting behavior by some of their drivers.
    Very poor experience with Ola service provider.

        I booked two ola cab on 30th jan from Whitefield Borewell road Bangulru to Majestic at the same time and for same location . The 1st is KA 02AB0592 CRN[protected] and 2nd was KA41B1912 CRN[protected] . The fair of 1st was Rs. 559 and 2nd was 1017. How it possible . This is corrupt practice of business and cheating the public who are in hurry . This is also a one type of scandal who are cheating the public in broadaylight in very smooth way and taking the hard earned money from the pocket of innocent people in big cities and taking the benefits of public need.It should be banned and there is certain rule under guidelines of Government otherwise these western companies will fill their pocket like East India Company as seen in pages of History .
        The public should be attentive and everyone should know the cheating style of such cabs company .

          Complaint against Driver B RAJU ([protected]) for CRN[protected]. Silver Indica TS07UB0979 pick up time @ 5:30 AM, 11Feb, 2016.The driver called at 5 am and asked the drop station. When it didn't suit him he didn't bothered to turn up or pick any call. Such services are kept for customer satisfaction and not for driver convenience.

          I will not recommend ola cab to anyone rather will spread its bad name because this incident lead my parents to miss their train at secunderabad station .And they are not at a age to take last minute sress.

          I will appreciate strict action in this regard.

            This guy who picked me up doesn't know where to pick me up first at last he came, very rash, we got into the cab he asked where????? With two horns on head.. I said vasanth nagar from belandur. On the way hsr will come stop there for a minute. He wantedly took wrong turn even we saying that's wrong turn and he started to fight with us saying he will not drop, complaint to ola i[censored] want. And at last hr e dropped me on the main road which is 2km far from the destination that I have to reach n he said now go. Is that the **** way??? Now my feancy in the same cab going till vasanth nagar. And I'm submitting my complaint. If I don't get proper response I'll take it further on ola.

              Ka 01 ad 8993 This silver colour Indica the driver and company were drunk and also was drinking in public place and rash driving honking and miss behaving and had cover the alcohol Bottle with hankie and smoking inside the car itself and caused trouble for many within the car and outside one of the worst service please check the drivers are they genuine or not and are they worth atleast driving

                Dear Team,

                I have a serious complaint to make for Ola Driver Puttaswamy([protected]) for Auto KA05AD8478.(Krn[protected] My fiancee booked a CAB to travel from Cambridge High School, HSR layout to Kasavanahali Bellandur.
                Time of incident 3:45 pm ist.
                In the midway of the journey via Haralur road, there was a small traffic because a truck was stuck midway. The driver abused my fiancee and asked her to get down. Scared, she got down and was forced to be there until her brother came.
                She is really terrified by the incident. I ask you, what kind of behaviour and generosity is that? How can we have faith in OLA again?
                Please take the complain seriously and get back to us.

                  Almost all the Taxi drivers drive rash inside the City which leads to others vehicles leading to a big accident. You need to escalate this issue and see to it that the Taxi drivers are taken an action for driving rash.

                    Every time it says already signed up and cannot open the app . once I booked a cab and the driver didn't turned up, he cancelled but I got a mail of bill amount 99 rs . Why ?? Very poor service and management .

                      This is really disappointing and I kind of feel cheated. While booking it was clearly shown that for first 4 km charge is 80 Rs and there after per km 10 Rs. Also I confirmed this with cab driver if there are any other hidden charges. By this calculation fare should not cross 370 Rs, but I was charged 702 Rs.
                      Request you to reverse the extra cash deducted. I never had this kind of experience with Uber. In Uber I always paid what I see while booking and also there are offers. Is Ola have this kind o[censored]nethical business model where they take hidden charges from customers?

                        DONT attempt to push your cheap marketing stunt to mask away the disastrous behavior of the cab driver and GPS system. I have talked to Asst Manager and told my problems, I want to know what action will be taken against the driver and GPS system.

                        1. Erratic GPS system
                        a. when the destination (home) is just 10 km, the OLA cab GPS takes takes me to through a route 25 km, moving thru the most traffic congestion areas. This is happening 2nd time
                        b. In one of the rides from Gurgaon (office location) to Janakpuri (home ), when the cab was about 800 m from my drop point, OLA cab driver receives a call for a pick up for another passenger who is located 1.5 km and GPS system, displays the pic up destination and ignores the drop for me. ON being asked, the driver says "I follow GPS" . Ultimately he reaches the pick up point and waits for 15 min for the "prospective customer" who never turns up !!. The GPS and erratic judgement of the driver has taken additional 45 min to reach my home.
                        c. When I enter my home location before ride for a pick up it never displays as the pick up point in your GPS with the result I have to go out of my house walk 50 m make call give instructions to driver to reach me !.

                        d. Surely a GPS system cannot DECIDE who should be dropped/ picked up first. It must be left to the human judgement.

                        2. Rude behavior of the driver
                        Even when the driver was alerted about the "long" route he continued to drive. With the result where I have to have 45-50 min riding time, it was nearly 2 h ride!.

                        3. Incomplete invoice details
                        When you make a invoice, you must ALSO state
                        a. distance traveled (in km)
                        b. duration (in minutes) of the ride
                        c. The route through which the ride has taken place

                        It must be made known that I have already paid for the service at the time of boarding the cab, and I am a bonafide customer and the services must be imparted with all spirits and intentions aiming at customer satisfaction and NOT at the whims and fancies of OLA logistics, poorly conceived regulations and rude behavior of the driver and finally OLA try to give a soap of 50 % off ON NEXT RIDE for me !. I REFUSE TO ACCEPT. If you are running a service accept and adopt TRANSPARENT, JUST and Rational approach.

                          Hi, i have taken a ride Kolkata airport to pearl hotel Kolkata & trip no is CRN[protected] on 11th June. On reaching destination ride was not getting closed & till date it is showing ride is on-going. I paid the money via phonepe. Till date i didn't get the receipt. In ola postpaid it is showing on hold money. I request you to close the trip & reimburse the money to ola postpaid and send the receipt to my email id

                            In connection with subject invoice it is to inform that it was my worst experience with Ola riding as Peak Pricing Charge of Rs.114.04 had been charged. What's the meaning of that of giving free ride for Rs.100/- if such charges are being included in the final bill. Local Taxis do not add such charges, then why should one avail Ola instead of local Taxis?

                              I had booked a taxi for sure cab from ola app today but as the driver did not reach for a longer time, I could not avail the cab. But rs 98 has been deducted from my ola account for this ride. I have raised a complaint on taxi for sure site but did not receive a response on it.

                                Yesterday I booked a cab with my wife to drop us from the Charminar in Hyderabad to our residence in Kompally. The Driver, a Mr. Dhannu Danavath came in a Silver indica TS09AATR5091 to receive us.

                                Once we got into the cab the journey became unpleasant from the start to the finish. A destination which is a 45 to 50 minute journey with regular traffic was completed yesterday in 1 hour 45 minutes.

                                Issues:

                                1. As is th case with most of the cars which form part of the ridiculous start up called OLA, the GPS was not working, which i believe is utter BS because I do not see the drivers with their intellectual abilities, in a position to find your pick up point, without the GPS.

                                2. The driver wanted to know if we were Telugu speaking irrespective of the fact that my entire communication with him right up till the time that I told him where we need to go was in Hindi which he very evidently understood. Post that he behvaed as though he didnt understand hindi.

                                3. When my wife asked him if he knew the way, he said he did. As we were leaving Old City, my wife asked him to take the shorter route which she knew as we have both been residing in Hyderabad for over 20 years. This guy insisted that he take the other route because of the traffic that we would hit on the short route and took the left turn as opposed to the correct straight route and we were stuck in traffic again.

                                4. Through most of the long journey drive, he was on the phone speaking in Hindi and when I would give him any instructions he would pretend he didnt hear. Even later during the drive my wife asked him whether he really knew the route and suggested a way to get back onto the normal route and he didnt bother even listening.

                                5. Now here is THE BEST part. When we reach the destination, he gives me instructions in hindi saying "abhi ghar jaana aur mujhe five stars rating dena". To which, post paying almost a 110 rupees extra and tolerating the long route and time wasted, I replied to him harshly and he got upset.So I got out of the car..went up to his window and give him a piece of my mind. Then waited there with my wife till he got out of the society. He didnt seem to want us to wait and wanted to see where we go by hanging around for more time..that too inside the society.

                                He finally left swearing under his breath.

                                I have no issues with swearing, but for a job done right. I tried contacting OLA this morning and instead later got a driver calling me back from Bangalore asking me if I needed a cab when I am based in Hyderabad and insisting that I booked a cab.

                                These companies that parade around chest thumping calling themselves Start ups with pride need to do a serious reality check. I am almost sure that nothing will be done about this. However would want anyone and everyone reading this to think again before calling a JERK off to take your family members around, without GPS, with no personal sense of direction and responsibility. I would say, its better to pay more for an institutionalized cab service than to depend on JERKS who just register online as drivers and download GPS packages which dont work.

                                If this cab guy happens to be the one you are getting next, my appeal would be..find another cab.

                                  I booked Ola Cab at 10.12 pm on 07.02.2016 vide CRN[protected], White Beat PB01A6227 driven by Amit Kumar was assigned. I spoke to him & told him my location. Thereafter he switched off his Mob No [protected]. We were standing on roadside for 45 minutes then took another taxi. At 11.24 got SMS for CRN[protected] offering free upgrade. Who will wait for 1 hour 15 minutes. Please take strict action.

                                    Date of Incidents: 6-Feb-2016, 8-Feb-2016.
                                    I was a regular customer of OLA cab services in Pune, India.
                                    I booked a cab on 6th Feb to board from Shivajinagar to Bavdhan around morning 5.45.am The cab arrived on time. However I wanted to bring to notice here that, whenever I board any OLA cab, either the cab driver doesn't know the routes or he doesn't know how to use the GPS assistance app for maps. We have to guide them the whole route which is completely unfair.
                                    This happens even though if we are in a hurry. Are the common people supposed to be the trainers for these drivers?
                                    Sometimes they take us from wrong route towards our destination and again takes a U turn stating they don't know further route and again back from the place where we boarded the cab and again that stuff happens that we have to guide them the route which we know. This irrelevantly increases our bill.
                                    This driver took me from Shivajinagar to Deccan n again mentioned that he doesnt know that route so U turned from Deccan and back to Bavdhan via University.
                                    I was a guide for him all through the route.
                                    Generally it costs 130-140 Rs approx per trip from Shivajinagar to Bavdhan,
                                    But due to irresponsibility and carelessness of this Driver it charged me 230 Rs.
                                    This is completed wrong and frustrating. It feels like this is a SPAM thing and they are doing it purposely to increase their bills for completing their targets.
                                    If this is not true, then I request OLA company to please maintain some well trained drivers for hassle free services for their regular customers or else they will lose their customers some day.
                                    2. Date of Incident: 8-Feb-2016
                                    The similar incident happend today as well I booked a cab from Bavdhan to Hinjewadi Phase-II. As usual the cab arrived on time and again the same thing happened. This driver took us from Bavdhan to some military area which was banned towards further to move ahead to Mumbai Highway via Pashan.

                                    Then all the way it was again a U-turn towards Bavdhan and from there to Mumbai-Highway to go Hinjewad.
                                    Normally it charges around 170 Rs Max from bavdhan as it is 17.5 Kms from Bavdhan.

                                    Because of this driver's laziness and carelessness we were charged with Rs 340. almost doubled the amount.
                                    Please look into this issue on top priority.
