I booked ola of CRN[protected] Driver JAYACHANDRAN P ([protected]), White Indigo TN 09 BQ 7221, pick time was 5 pm of 23/1/16.
When I called driver he said his car broke down and refused to arrange another car and apart from this ola messaged me that cab was canceled because of no response from my side,
Though I was waiting at my pick up site and because of all this I "MISSED MY FLIGHT"

    I had booked cab from Noida to Sarai Rohilla station Delhi for which I got the Message You've got a free upgrade! CRN[protected] Driver SUNIL KUMAR SHARMA ([protected]), White Indigo UP 32 DN 2563 will pick you up @ 23Jan, 5:45 AM.
    But when the driver didn't come and we called him he rudely said there was double booking made by company and talk to them, don't ask me.
    I had missed my train because no other cab was available for early morning.
    Shameless people, pathetic service
    Never use their services for going to airport or railway station specially in odd hours or you will also miss your train or flight.

      Booking Ref No: CRN[protected]. Called for the Cab at 9.45.am. The first call from the driver Anand was very rude stating that pick up address was wrong and that he would lose his incentive. I told him I had called another cab from OLA at 8.45.a.m. Ref : CRN[protected]. He came at the required time and had no complaints. He also took 2 lugguages and dropped my brother at Bannerghatta Road at 9.45.am. - NO PROBLEM AT ALL.

      This driver Anand ( mob no-[protected] ) was very rude and arrogant and the trip was planned to Koramangala for the medical check with prior appointment up of my father at Mission Road Hospital. He refused to accomodate the 2 lugguages in his car and cancelled the trip. Now we lost valuable time. How can we be at the mercy of such arrogant, irresponsible drivers. He must be made accountable ... with penalty. I am expecting a reply to this soon.

        That to not in peak your 9pm you people cheating people by charging 3 times higher charge for normal ride

        Do you people think charging 3 times higher in actual cost is fair one ?

          I booked a ola cab from 'KHIDDERPORE/HASTING CROSSING' on 21/01/2016 vide CRN[protected], Driver Samsuddin Mola Car No.WB 11A 9757
          at 7.48 pm using OLA APPS. To my utter surprise, after knowing the destination as 'SALKIA CHOWRASTA, HOWRAH', the said driver started grudging and
          behaving in a rude manner and was insisting me to take another car in course of the journey. After covering some distance, he abandoned
          the journey at 'BABUGHAT' stating that the car was out of order. Invoice of Rs.110/- was generated. I along with my family were in a
          very bad situation as there was no comminication available. I contacted OLA, who gave assurance that they will take necessary action.
          After waiting for about 30 min. I some how managed a taxi and reached the destination. Again while returning back home, I booked OLA
          CAB FROM SALKIA CHOWRASTA HOWRAH, a SMS indicating CRN[protected], Driver Pappu, Car No. WB 19D 5454, pick up time at 10.23 pm was received
          by me. The said driver contacted me over mobile to know the destination. After hearing the destination as 'BEHALA, KOLKATA' he refused to
          come, stating that he will not go to 'BEHALA'. After a while, I got SMS from OLA stating that it was a driver initiated booking cancel
          and advised me to book again. I was very much annoyed by the way of working of OLA. I lost faith in OLA and took other mean to return back
          home. OLA should ask for the destination at the time of booking. Cabs should be available on basis of destination in order to avoid harassment
          of passengers. I had a very bad experience with OLA.

          i am r.S. Natarajan from chennai. I am using ur services from the date of inception in chennai. Initially it was very very good. Now ur services become very bad. For example, you are charging peak hour charges apart from regular charges. First of all i want to know when peak hour starts in morning as well as in evening. I hv utilised ur services two months back, on ward it was around rs.300/- while return it was around rs.600/-.

          On tuesday, i hv used ola auto for local ride within west mambalam. Normally rs.25 plus rs.10/-. But ur ola auto driver chares rs.55/- (within two kms). I humbly request you to take strict action against some auto drivers as well cabs. Otherwise, u are going to loose ur market in chennai and some body catch ur market (like 'uber')

              I had booked cab for Dollars Colony from peenya for my customer, your driver were supposed to come at 6pm buthe did not come till 6.10pm so I called him, he asked me how are you making the payment. i said by ola money. he refused to come saying that their system problem and you cancel and book again mean while i got call from ola asking whether you have cancelled the booking I said no your driver refused to come. Ola executive told that we have sent one more driver please check. So I checked the message and called the driver.
              That driver was harsh and told that he tried calling twice and you did not pick the call so I am going to attend another customer. I told him that I did not get any call and their is no missed call also but he went on telling is own story.

              This was really very bad service from your people and I had to tell sorry to my customer who had waited for a long time.

              I had booked Ola for another airport drop at 4 am. After experiencing all this thing I had to cancel that booking also.

                The auto man cant even wait for a minute. My father has to admit in the hospital he has to come out which will take a minute at-least. He said that he cant wait and just like that he discarded our request and went off. I never expect this kind of attitude from him.

                  I would like to inform you about the rash driving on the Vehicle No MH 02 ST 0817 on 21-1-16 at around 6:15 pm.

                  He dint bother use the rear mirror and took a sudden right turn when he was trying to get on Goregaon (Oberoi Mall) flyover. I just managed to save my car getting crashed. Then later, when he was on Aarey flyover, he again took a sudden left without noticing that he has someone behind on the other lane. It seems that the driver doesn't know how to drive.

                  Request the OLA team to take stringent action against this driver. Believe me, he is dumb and he doesn't know to drive.

                    I regularly use Ola Cabs. I thought of trying your service of Ola money and hence did a recharge of INR 999 on 3 January 2016. I used INR 446 on the same day.

                    However, on 13 January 2016, I booked another cab and I paid the driver in Cash, but I realized today that for the same transaction money is deducted from Ola money as well. Booking for crn:[protected]. The amount deducted was 551.

                    Similar thing again happened on another journey on 13 Jan, remaining amount of INR 38 was again deducted from Ola Money, even after I have paid the driver a total amunt of INR 251. Booking crn:[protected]

                      I have hired OLA cab last week at 10.30 PM and traveled the distance of 21 km in chennai and the charge is Rs.308/-. Yesterday I have hired OLA on 9.50 PM same place same distance but the charge is Rs.841/-

                      whether 9.50 PM is a peak time? same distance same place of travel but the amount is more than double !! real cheating.

                        Ola vechile reg no MH13 AX1570 driving rash and made a hit and run in the khadki cantonment area. No one even cared. The car had two stickers of namely OLA as well as UBER.

                          I travelled around 17 KM at morning 6:30 AM and they have billed 920 rs which usually 250 RS always. and now after contacting them they are telling it was peak hours. How it is possible and who has given permission to take this much high amount. I travelled from native to Bangalore which is more than 650 KM by paying 600 RS and to reach home they have taken 920 RS is it correct . It is clearly cheating in the name Can service. Dont opt for OLA they have lot of hidden charges

                            I'm in Chennai have used OLA CABS couple of times, have noticed they are overcharging saying peak time charges though it was not peak time. Ended in paying after argument, they simply do not listen. I wish them go unnoticed soon from the market.

                            Better not to try OLA CABS.

                              I registered complaint no. 7839082 with Ola for Driver misbehaving, abusing and overcharging on 04/01/2016 at Bangalore Airport.
                              After multiple reminders over phone, Ola has not taken any action against driver, neither they have refunded my amount.
                              Ola's customer care service has gone down like anything.
                              Drivers are charging over the bill amount.
                              In morning, Ola taxis are not turning up causing anxiety to travelers.

                                  You charge has much as you want but it should be informed proper Per
                                  KM Rs 100 or 1000 so we can think before booking


                                  I have booked the cab online and got call from cab driver saying Rs
                                  14 Per KM and Rs 2.8 on peak hours so i said ok.

                                  I have traveled 30 KM and got shocking bill 1680 (Rs 56 per KM) I was
                                  not having that much with me at that time I barrow with other person
                                  and paid.

                                  My worry is that why not informed at the time of booking. why misleading us.

                                    I picked up an Ola Cab from Chennai Airport to T.Nagar @11 PM on 18-Jan-2016. During day time, it costs only Rs. 200 for this ride. I have so many times. On this ride the invoice payment came to Rs. 651. I am really shocked to see the amount charged. Driver was courteous and he also didn't have much to say as it was system driven.

                                    Several time I have picked up Airport Taxi or Fastrack and it costs Rs. 450/- only for this distance. The purpose I took Ola is that Airport counter taxis are expensive. Please find out why it is so expensive. Thanks.
