Hello,

I took the OLA cab yesterday from Kormangla to Whitefield which is about 18 km stretch at 730 AM in Bangalore. I booked the mini cab and I was charged Rs. 630 for the same which was really outrageous. I usually pay 700 for going to Airport which is like 50 kms away.
Today I took the same route but booked an Uber instead and I paid only 225.
The reason was 2.2X times the fare you guys charge even for normal office timing.
This is really disappointing and I would not mind spreading the word to all my friends/colleagues.
This is just not right and highly unfair. I expect a compensation for the same.

    Booked a ola cab and travelled from mylapore to redhills. Normally we will get a bill of amount 350 only but this time we got a bill amount 1150. We shocked and talked to customer care they said like peek time charges 3 times than normal fare. We booked at 9pm only. Is it a peek time? We need justice.

      We travelled using an OLA CAB. We left our handbag in the car and we called the driver and got the bag back EXCEPT FOR THE JEWEL BOX. The driver told that his name is Muthu and his car number plate number is TN 32 H 1113. We seriously suspect him. Please take action

        Was travelling from Gurgaon to delhi. Booked the OLA cab applied code NCR49 as per below promotion message the travel cost should be 49

        Promotion message received from Ola stating "Ola! NCR49 is back.Now travel anywhere in Del-NCR in a cab at just Rs49. Book Via the Ola pp. Use code NCR49. valid from 24th Jan.

        when used the cab and bill generated when i questioned its should 49 then the customer care says its between NCR-NCR not delhi to ncr.

        So why this fraud messages being sent.

        Is consumer a fool?

        No problem in paying the bill that's why didn't argued with customer care or driver. But this wrong and should be condemned

          I have a complaint that whenever I use Ola Cabs no change is available with the driver as if they intend to do that and pay them more. If they really believe in customer satisfaction they have to be more cautious because there are different type of customers.

            This is a complaint related to ola cabs. Yesterday on 25th January night I took a cab from T3, international airport, delhi and had a very bad experience, the car was not functioning properly and after some time the car stopped on the ridge road and did not start after that. The driver Sandeep had no solution except for leaving me to arrange for some other cab on my own. Since it was night time, no other cab was readily available. He has taken Rs 100 in cash although an amount of 466 has been deducted from my Ola wallet I need the entire money back from them, car number is UP 73 A 3198, Santro, white colour, my Crn is[protected]

              I have booked a cab vide CRN[protected] at 11.10 PM on 23rd January to pick up from Rampratha Greens, Vaishali to going Bikaner House, India Gate.

              Driver Mr Niraj (Mobile No. [protected]) of White Eeco DL 1 RT 1886 has reported and drop at my destination.

              However, during journey he asked to paid MCD tax of Rs. 65/- on crossing UP border even after informing that undersigned never paid earlier such tax but he was reluctant to get money towards MCD tax, finally undersigned paid Rs. 65/- to avoid further delay in reaching at destination. undersigned having receipt of payment.

              On perusal of invoice for CRN[protected] received on email, It was surprised that an amount of Rs. 65 again charged in total fare. on talk over phone with Mr. Niraj (driver) in this regard he denied to refund excess amount of Rs. 65/- charged towards MCD tax.
              Hello,
              I booked Ola cab once on Oct 06, 2020 from Vaishali, Ghaziabad to Patparganj, Delhi and again on 24th Oct 2020 from Vaishali, Ghaziabad to Agha Khan Hall, New Delhi, and on both rides Ola charged me Rs 200/- as State/MCD tax, whereas it should be only Rs 100/-.
              I checked the Oct 06, 2020 bill late, and they refused to entertain my complaint as I made it after 7 days of the ride. I wrote to Ola support, they asked me to report it on Ola App, but it doesn't entertain my complaint.
              It's not a good business practice on the part of Ola.

                Dear ola cab,
                You need to put up destination drops in yr app. I booked a cab today from your app but it didnt take me as i had to travel to vasai. In 14th jan and the next week as well i did a booking from your app and you did drop me off in vasai. Now, suddenly you stopped your travel to vasai... 3 cab left me on road toady...i was stranded. Is this the kind of service u provide? Other cab companies r costly but they never do this to the customer. Highly dissopointed with ola cabs.

                  The destination point pin doesn't move as per my exact destination point when I go for ola share category. Few days back the driver refused to go to my destination point and asked to get down of the car very rudely. It's frustrating to argue with driver and the customer care staff as they repeatedly asked to fill the exact destination point from next time. So how can I fill the exact destination from the same location when the application would not allow me to move the pin. here I am looking for a solution. Thanks

                    please refer to the bill/invoice ref no CRN[protected].
                    In this regard I observe that:
                    On Sunday, 24 January 2016, I booked OLA Cab and traveled 17.65 Km as per your captioned invoice showing total fare Rs 607/-.
                    The bill is highly inflated as other cabs charge less than half the amount shown in your invoice.
                    While closely scrutinizing the same, it is observed that you have charged peak time pricing Rs 313.16. This wrong as:
                    • It was a non working day being Holiday, peak pricing does not apply.
                    • Secondly, I was not informed beforehand, (for which I have every right to be informed) while confirming booking, else I would have opted for other better priced alternatives. This is unethical & restrictive practice.
                    You are requested to please reverse the wrongly charged entry and credit the same to my account failing which I reserve my right to approach appropriate authorities for redressing my grievances.

                      The cab drivers are so bad.One cab driver name is laxama. It was my first ride and also i got one referral also. He did not come and also he deducted the money. Dont keep that type of drivers. we booked booked another cab. The other guy took into different location and also long route. Finally we reached. The OLA drivers are so bad. How the rule and regulation. Without picking up they are deducting the money. I will not suggest anyone and also i will not use OLA ever.
                      Bad OLA service. Don't try ola ever. Try some other cab service but not OLA.

                        Auto driver [protected] . u better remove this rowdy from the ola service to provide proper customer service. No use of talking to first level of ola employees. It's better u forward the mail to higher level managers. The auto man was a rash driver. Has not switched on meter machine. He over charged keeping plenty of change in pocket and using abusive language. U better bring in proper drivers who have basic human values. Call me on [protected]. It would b great i[censored] take action on this. If no action is taken I'll raise a police complaint.

                          I have booked an Olashare through the Olacabs App. Here are my driver detals. Driver name: SAMPATH KUMAR, Driver number: [protected].
                          I booked this Cab from Bangalore International Airport. As while choosing option to book Cab it popped up as sharing and I clicked on that, Ola share got booked and I called the driver. At first he called me where he parked his vehicle. Later when he started the trip, he saw that I was with my wife but after starting and moving vehicle out of the BIAL he told that as you have booked shared Ola I cannot take you both till destination that was Electronic City Phase 2. I requested him to take amount for 2 person but he told that as it is charged Rs 447 I will stop the vehicle after crossing the toll booth and cannot move further. I again requested the driver that I will pay the charges whatever will be there for 2 person and if you will get booking of other passengers in share you can take 2 other person as well. He was.not ready for that as well. At last when I told him to drop me alone asI booked the share, he told he cannot do that as well because he brought 2 person out of Airport which he did not informed when he started the trip. At last he left me with only 1 option and left me and my wife on road with luggage and took Rs 474 and a free trip from Ola as well which was included in that trip just for 8 kms and eventually I have to book another Cab and that too around 9 :15 pm as the driver left me on road with no other option. If Ola cabs have such rude and disrespectful drivers, its a shame on having you as a brand which instead of helping people leaves family on road and take money as well without dropping to destination.

                            We took ola cab service every week since 2mnths, but this time today 24/01/2016 ola service charged high from us this is not a complaint against driver this complained is about ola service. I called in customer service dept. Nd they said u received one pop up regarding same but i didn't get this information, we gave charges every week 300 rs. But this time we hve to gve double charges atleast ola people should take care of their old customers nd should gve all informations this time we got v. Bad service if there is no solution from ur side thn we have to move out from ola to uber and i wl inform to my lotz of frndz about ur services so tht they wil not suffer.

                                I had booked cab from Noida to Sarai Rohilla station Delhi for which I got the Message You've got a free upgrade! CRN[protected] Driver SUNIL KUMAR SHARMA ([protected]), White Indigo UP 32 DN 2563 will pick you up @ 23Jan, 5:45 AM.
                                But when the driver didn't come and we called him he rudely said there was double booking made by company and talk to them, don't ask me.
                                I had missed my train because no other cab was available for early morning.
                                Shameless people, pathetic service
                                Never use their services for going to airport or railway station specially in odd hours or you will also miss your train or flight.

                                  Booking Ref No: CRN[protected]. Called for the Cab at 9.45.am. The first call from the driver Anand was very rude stating that pick up address was wrong and that he would lose his incentive. I told him I had called another cab from OLA at 8.45.a.m. Ref : CRN[protected]. He came at the required time and had no complaints. He also took 2 lugguages and dropped my brother at Bannerghatta Road at 9.45.am. - NO PROBLEM AT ALL.

                                  This driver Anand ( mob no-[protected] ) was very rude and arrogant and the trip was planned to Koramangala for the medical check with prior appointment up of my father at Mission Road Hospital. He refused to accomodate the 2 lugguages in his car and cancelled the trip. Now we lost valuable time. How can we be at the mercy of such arrogant, irresponsible drivers. He must be made accountable ... with penalty. I am expecting a reply to this soon.

                                      I booked a ola cab from 'KHIDDERPORE/HASTING CROSSING' on 21/01/2016 vide CRN[protected], Driver Samsuddin Mola Car No.WB 11A 9757
                                      at 7.48 pm using OLA APPS. To my utter surprise, after knowing the destination as 'SALKIA CHOWRASTA, HOWRAH', the said driver started grudging and
                                      behaving in a rude manner and was insisting me to take another car in course of the journey. After covering some distance, he abandoned
                                      the journey at 'BABUGHAT' stating that the car was out of order. Invoice of Rs.110/- was generated. I along with my family were in a
                                      very bad situation as there was no comminication available. I contacted OLA, who gave assurance that they will take necessary action.
                                      After waiting for about 30 min. I some how managed a taxi and reached the destination. Again while returning back home, I booked OLA
                                      CAB FROM SALKIA CHOWRASTA HOWRAH, a SMS indicating CRN[protected], Driver Pappu, Car No. WB 19D 5454, pick up time at 10.23 pm was received
                                      by me. The said driver contacted me over mobile to know the destination. After hearing the destination as 'BEHALA, KOLKATA' he refused to
                                      come, stating that he will not go to 'BEHALA'. After a while, I got SMS from OLA stating that it was a driver initiated booking cancel
                                      and advised me to book again. I was very much annoyed by the way of working of OLA. I lost faith in OLA and took other mean to return back
                                      home. OLA should ask for the destination at the time of booking. Cabs should be available on basis of destination in order to avoid harassment
                                      of passengers. I had a very bad experience with OLA.

                                      i am r.S. Natarajan from chennai. I am using ur services from the date of inception in chennai. Initially it was very very good. Now ur services become very bad. For example, you are charging peak hour charges apart from regular charges. First of all i want to know when peak hour starts in morning as well as in evening. I hv utilised ur services two months back, on ward it was around rs.300/- while return it was around rs.600/-.

                                      On tuesday, i hv used ola auto for local ride within west mambalam. Normally rs.25 plus rs.10/-. But ur ola auto driver chares rs.55/- (within two kms). I humbly request you to take strict action against some auto drivers as well cabs. Otherwise, u are going to loose ur market in chennai and some body catch ur market (like 'uber')
