Updated by dukenandi I booked a ola cab from 'KHIDDERPORE/HASTING CROSSING' on 21/01/2016 vide CRN[protected], Driver Samsuddin Mola Car No.WB 11A 9757
at 7.48 pm using OLA APPS. To my utter surprise, after knowing the destination as 'SALKIA CHOWRASTA, HOWRAH', the said driver started grudging and
behaving in a rude manner and was insisting me to take another car in course of the journey. After covering some distance, he abandoned
the journey at 'BABUGHAT' stating that the car was out of order. Invoice of Rs.110/- was generated. I along with my family were in a
very bad situation as there was no comminication available. I contacted OLA, who gave assurance that they will take necessary action.
After waiting for about 30 min. I some how managed a taxi and reached the destination. Again while returning back home, I booked OLA
CAB FROM SALKIA CHOWRASTA HOWRAH, a SMS indicating CRN[protected], Driver Pappu, Car No. WB 19D 5454, pick up time at 10.23 pm was received
by me. The said driver contacted me over mobile to know the destination. After hearing the destination as 'BEHALA, KOLKATA' he refused to
come, stating that he will not go to 'BEHALA'. After a while, I got SMS from OLA stating that it was a driver initiated booking cancel
and advised me to book again. I was very much annoyed by the way of working of OLA. I lost faith in OLA and took other mean to return back
home. OLA should ask for the destination at the time of booking. Cabs should be available on basis of destination in order to avoid harassment
of passengers. I had a very bad experience with OLA. No further communication from OLA after registering complaint.
