I picked up an Ola Cab from Chennai Airport to T.Nagar @11 PM on 18-Jan-2016. During day time, it costs only Rs. 200 for this ride. I have so many times. On this ride the invoice payment came to Rs. 651. I am really shocked to see the amount charged. Driver was courteous and he also didn't have much to say as it was system driven.

Several time I have picked up Airport Taxi or Fastrack and it costs Rs. 450/- only for this distance....

Ola free ride (100 rs)is upto how many kilometers? We want to know upto how many kilometers v can ride in ola cabs i.e prime, sedan, auto etc...

I booked a cab today morning crn no.[protected] from rohini sec 4 to noide sec 62 and in invoice waiting time is shown as 41min and actually the cab waited for not more than 10 min so i would like to know how this happened as bipl amount aslo increased by the same...

[protected] he is so busy that he cant even wants to hear what we are saying. we group of 9 doctors booked a prime cab. cant he open the mouth and say sorry sir maximum limit is 7 or 6whatever. we are speaking to him and he just took off. we just kept shouting hey stop wat happened. are we not human beings. i am just going to file a complaint in consumer court about this issue....

I have Book cab for Rs 14 per KM and Rs 2.8 extra on peak hours but they have charged Rs 1680 for traveling 30 KM. Misguiding us at last saying it is 2.8 on total bill. means triple the bill amount. Hope this will be consider seriously to take action against OLA cabs for robbing people in daytime....

I booked a cab from ola on 17th at 11 pm, i even got a confirmation message, but the driver was so reckless and rejected his duty, i was forced to catch a local and reach airport so that I could find another cab top reach my destination, here also I got confirmation, but the driver wasn't ready to duty..my question is how can u people leave ladies on road in midnight, .where will we go i[censored] don't honour ur confirmation messages..if anything...

I have forced to pay pay an amount of Rs: 687.00/- for traveling for 16KM. Ola said that they will charge extra of 2x to 3x which states that they will charge 200% to 300% on total fair according to the booking importance. There should be some limit Max up to 50%. but not 300%...

I had booked a cab for airport from my home. It is mandatory for the drivers to carry the fare charges besides navigator tool to calculate the fare. You must clearly state what is called Prime time charges and why it is applied? Failing to do so, customers have the right to deny the excess fare. Kindly refer to the policies of Government of India - Public transportation guidelines and that is applicable to private cabs.
