Booked a car for my father-in-law who was heading to station. The driver at first tried to pick other passengers on the way for his extra income. To add to it he also asked for a tip for his early morning service. Since it was early morning, we were already charged x1.5 and payed 282 for a mini ride for a 16 min ride.

    I took an Ola auto on 14.01.16 / 6.pm from near Lloyds colony, Chennai-14 to Valasaravakkam, Auto driver RAMKUMAR T ([protected]) for KRN 87772163. Auto TN05AE7441. He was driving very rude and suddenly he asked us to get down from the auto as he got some urgent work, hardly we traveled 3kms, 10kms yet to go, in the middle of the Road we walked certain distance to catch another auto, this behavior cannot be tolerated, please take action and let me know, before anyone else suffer the same.

      Dear sir, I booked ola taxi on Jan 10 2016 at 1430 hrs wide booking no CRN[protected] for pickup time 1930 hrs. There was a call from olacabs taxi driver at 1840, and he was asking me to which address the olacabs have to report. I have given all the details and guidance how to reach pick up point. The driver reported to me at 1850 hrs. I told him that my booking time is 1930 hrs how can I just start at once. He replied that if you want to come, come with me otherwise I am going ( left my house ). I was thinking that other cab will report on time, but at 1905 there was massage on my mobile that my booking have been cancelled and I have to rebook the taxi. I want to your kind attention that when I have booked cabs more then 5 hrs advance you are informing me to cancel the same booking 25 mins before departure and that is also not sure that I will get another ola taxi with in 25 mins vice versa I have to make another substitute arrangement with in 25 mins which is hardly impossible. Say Ola to being special!.. Find the attachment aswell My friend book a cab .. I just sit in a cab first off driver ask where u go i said i have to go noida first off they will decline to go, he was given excuse that any family member is not well I said so you can cancel the cab i can book another one so he not cancelled he said okay i drop you The driver starts driving We reached near approx pragati maidan within 30-45 mins driver said you can book another cab now ... I said for what reason I told u that time cancel that cab so i can book another one He said he want the money now for his fare He stop a car near pragati maidan and said i will not go to noida, he shouting on us he abuse on us even as .. The language of the driver - dekh luga apko and ol We even as fight with the driver the traffic police men came and handle the situation But driver was not listening They ask what happened So we explain the situation to the police men and 4-5around him the police men drop the customer at their place he said he will not he want their money now for his fare. So i said i will not give u any money now He said noida chalo waha chal ke btata hu - driver said The policemen gets angry on this hebsaid what u said he said i am go to noida So he handle the situation but we sit in a car Then once we cross pragati maidan the driver turn the AC on of his car i said switch off the ac but he is not listening that time but later on he did Then we reached at out point I want a immedite action on this I want a result I am giving u 48hrs to resolve the issue otherwise i will sent this complaint to the consumer court ...           It's a normal trend for auto drivers tampering there meters for gain extra fair, but when ola gives them there brand name. Don't they do some inspection to verify such auto should not be allowed to join the fleet. I met one today Ola ID : 2q5f How u know meter was tempered, pretty simple, I travel daily a distance of 5.8km, traffic and all those things accounted for fair comes to rs 73-76, out of generosity and lack of change we pay 80 daily. This guy showed a remarkable change in distance, 6.5km . failed google map! (Same route)Meter showed 85. Rs 5 is not a big deal perhaps but this is still cheating, there are other autos like them circulating the system, not ola's perhaps but arnt u charging rs 10 extra already, address this problem

            I need to board a train (Shatabdi) on Jan 12, 2015 in Lucknow. I booked an Ola for 2:37 PM however 5 of the drivers denied the duty. Due to this I got the cab at 2:55. However when I reached station I found my train has left 3 to 5 minutes ago. I was really disappointed as I work for one of the best companies & I am worried that I would not be able to fulfill my personal & professional commitment. Same incident happened a day ago when I was travelling in Lucknow medical college as 2 of the drivers denied the duty. I tried contacting Ola Support, spoke with 2 of the managers. They offered me 300, then 500 and at last 700 Ola money. As I wad dissatisfied I was offered a callback from an Ops Manager which I didn't receive. My concern is if they can not complete the duty they should have denied upfront so I can manage things accordingly. I am emotionally hurt & attitude of okay management is awful. Please look in to this and get this resolved, I am also raising a ticket with my Legal Advisor for this unprofessional behavior.

            No follow up or updates as of now.

            error in the bill

            today (Feb 16 ) morning at 9:50 I took the cab. I have 100 in ola wallet. At the end of the ride the bill was 160 . even after deducting the amount of 100 from my wallet, the bill came to pay 160 rs. I want my Rs.100 back.

            Left a money purse in the cab

            Today (5/6/2016), journey started from villivakkam to maraimalai nagar, we left behind our purse dark brown in color, it contained 3 office keys, the driver's name is kumar his phone no:[protected], the cab's number isTN20CY6937, KINDLY please inform if the keys are found

              Hi, You can see my ride history for 12 Jan. My cellphone number is [protected]. I booked an Ola Share from Koramangala (OSN 2540879) to Bangalore International Exhibition Center. I am from Agra so I don't known Bangalore roads. The driver dropped me at Hebbal which was almost 20km away from my destination. How is that possible that my app is showing BIEC and the driver app is showing another destination? The driver flatly refused to take me at my destination even after speaking to Ola customer rep. Since I had already paid cash and I was getting late I had no option but to hail another Ola cab to reach my destination. So at the end of the day time lost money lost all due to either fault in Ola app or the inability of driver to understand the app.

                Kindly note that i had booked an OLA cab using the mobile app - from my residence (Civil Lines) to Airport (Palam) for 5th January 2016 at 4:00 am. I called on the number at 3:40 am and spoke to the driver on the mobile [protected] as per details forwarded by OLA. He asked me where he had to come and when i told him Civil Lines - he said he could not come since he was at the railway station. Due to such rude and inconsiderate behaviour i was left stranded at the last minute and had a real tough time getting another alternate drop at the airport. This is pathetic service since later on i got a message from OLA stating that the booking had been canceled since there was no response from my side (without even verifying the facts). I do not expect anything from OLA but will certainly never use them ever again. Anuj Narain ([protected])

                  I had booked the Ola cabs on December 19, 2015 to travel to railway station. The booking was confirmed and I was waiting for the cab but at the last moment they themselves cancelled the booking. Because of that I had to drive my own vehicle to railway station and pay huge parking charges. I need Ola cabs to pay the penalty by reimbursing the amount what I have paid for parking and also, refund the Ola money which I had reserved to use their service.

                    For my trip my son booked a cab on 12 th Jan. 2016 in Chennai from Karapakkam to Mylapore at 9.30 p.m. I paid Rs. 700/- Car No: TN 12 F 6114 Ola mini. AC also not provided. Even the driver cannot give the break up details for the fare. For the same day in the morning I booked a cab and paid Rs. 324/- from Mylapore to Karapakkam. Please clarify this abnormal increase from Rs. 324/- to Rs.700/- My son' s mobile no. is [protected]. My mobile no. [protected].
                    I felt the same with OLA cabs in Chennai today morning and evening (Sunday) and they do not answer the phone[protected] also. I will try few more times to clarify the so called "Prime Time" Charge, if they do not respond, Will directly talk to my connections with Delhi Government officials. Hope the OLA management will pay attention to this. I have the right to refuse the amount demanded unless there is a clarity and transparency.

                    Mr. OLA Management - it is time to wake up. Do not come back to me latter for any negotiation or withdrawal of the complaint once lodged. I am well aware of political connections you may have since you are in the business but do not underestimate other's ability and connections.

                      Ola Cab is charging Peak time at 1 PM in day time . as we know that peak time is about 8.30 or 9 am to 11 am Or 5 PM to 6.30 or 7 pm. how is it possible peak time At 1 PM ? as they are charging 1*8 means 180% more

                        I'm filing a complaint on the driver who drives for your company, his car no. Is TN.74.AH.7812. Hez residing in the same premises where i run my retail outlet in the ground floor. He always parks his cab in front of my store, blocking the entry of my customers and causing hindrance to my business. I hv told several times to park else where during my working hrs, 10am to 8pm. But, he talks rudely to me and purposely parks his car here even after being requested by the landlords. Please ensure the your drivers are taught to be people friendly, lest I'll have to lodge a legal complaint which would tarnish your company's reputation. Hope your drivers will learn to serve the society with a gentlemanly attitude.

                          If you Compare Ujjain Tariff of your OLA cabs it was too costly as compare to general taxis and autorickshaws. Can you please make revise these rates otherwise we have to strike OLA running in Ujjain City. As Ujjain is an tourist city and we don't want to spoil our City Goodwill and present workers goodwill.                             I booked an ola cab on 7th January 2016 for 3.42 AM the same day. I received an sms with the following details.Driver name- Basavaraj([protected]) for CRN[protected]. SILVER INDICA KA02AE5144.As the cab did not come, I called up at 3.50 AM. The driver told me he had not received any communication from OLA.As I had no option, I had to take my car to the airport, park it there and drive back after 3 days once I came back to Bangalore. Later on I recd. an SMS that the booking was canceled as I did not reply to the call from the driver which is incorrect.This is a serious lapse on the part of your company and I request you to investigate into the matter as I have lost confidence in the services of your company.                               Hi guys today I have booked a ride from my residence to my office. as per booking detail ride was 10 mints away from my location. after 10 mints I got a call from the driver name Vijay sharma ([protected]) for crn[protected].white indigo ch 02aa6864. He was so annoyed with me as if I have personally booked for his car only. He said that he was far away from my location and why I have booked him for ride. But it was system generated call only . Again he called me and said that he was waiting in some particular place and he can not come to my exact place. it was so irritating. it was his duty only .he got paid for his services. it was not good on the part of ola compnay

                                Dear Viewer, I have taken a ride for 16.67 km where the charges amount is INR 677 which is calculated wrongly. As per regular rate it should be INR 270, they are making fool to the customer stating that If the peak time charge on your booking is 2.4 x then the cab fare will become 1.2 times the standard fare. 2.4 X to the total bill amount which is not acceptable at all. Dear friend please be careful while you are going for OLA Cabs.

                                    Driver kumara swamy ([protected]) Vehicle : AP28TV 4111 9.04 : CRN[protected] I have hired the above cab today morning from Rajiv Gandhi Airport Pick up point D Point. The driver charges me Rs. 130 additionally in cash saying that it is toll charges. He was also demanding Rs.507 as charges in spite of my having paid it by OLA money on line. He argued with me for 30 minutes and I had to call someone from my office an speak to him in the local language But he still di not return the Rs.130/- Please take action against him and return Rs.130/- to me immediately Thanks and regards JIMMY JOHN [protected]

                                      Drivers Name: RAVIKUMAR M, KRN[protected], TN04R2233, Booking from Pudupet to Chennai CENTRAL was the drop point, On the way to the drop point driver was speaking unnecessary talks saying that the map shows vyasarpadi and not central. Was very rude to the customer who was a handicapped. If OLA has any software issue try to rectify it so that it does not hold an impact on the innocent customers travelling. Request to take severe actions against this driver and see to that it never happens again to any body else in the near future.
                                      Very bad behaviour of the drivers just because the software shows wrong drop points it is becoming an hazard for the innocent customers.

                                        I booked a cab and traveled for 8.7 KMs (CRN[protected], and i was charged with 451 rupees stating peek hours. I would like to know who decides peek hours? The Ola started cheeting the public. Guys please don't use Ola cabs.
