My complaint is regarding my ride on 10 Jan, 2016 5:00 pm. The driver was highly unprofessional. He took as all way wrong towards Sec 50 when I have asked for Sec 15 he was not wearing belt and was driving very fast. During entire journey he was busy on his phone and was continuously abusing.I am Female reguLar user of OLA and this kind of behaviour is highly disappointing.The CRN[protected] INVOICE NO.[protected]. I am professionally transport planner and when I told him about the traffic ethics he called me and was murmuring nonsense in his language.Kindly consider strict action for the same.

    I am a regular user of ola cabs.today morning I booked a cab ...I waited.for 25 minutes.called the driver 5 times..no answer from his side..at Last he picked up and said that he has cancelled the ride...I got late for my hospital... and he did not even bother to explain why this hing happened...

      I am also had a pathetic experience met out by Ola cabs today 11.01.2016). I have booked a vehicle on 10.01.2016 at 9.19 P.M. for a travel to Thilak Hospital at Thillai Nagar, Tiruchirappalli in Tamilnadu on 11.01.2016 at 6.00 A.M. for a surgery to my son fixed at 7.30 AM. The CRN is[protected]. The hospital informed to me that my son would be present at 6.30 A.M. at Hospital sharply for pre-operative treatment and so I booked the cab for my ride at 6 A.M. instant. I have received a message on 11.01.2016 at 5.37 AM informing that a vehicle with TN45BF3384 was allotted with Driver name M.Saravanan whose contact number was [protected]. Then the driver was spoken to me from [protected] at 5.37 A.M. informing that he was in Thillai Nagar and he was not available for pickup from Srirangam with a rude manner. Then I have a received a message from Ola saying that there is no vehicle is in the nearby to my area and the order is treated to be cancelled and informed me to book afresh for some other vehicle after some time. The message was received at 5.41 A.M. In this emergency I could not find a vehicle immediately and called Friends Track and informed them the emergency situation and they arranged a cab within 10 minutes and reached the hospital in the exact time. The vehicle is booked in advance only for a safer side to reach the destination in time. But how can I trust this cab for emergency situations like today I have met? This is a worst experience I have met from Ola and the last minute cancellation triggered panic and tension to me due to the emergency of attending the hospital for surgery. How the Ola will compensate to the mental agony and torture, deficiency in service to me?

        I have booked a OLA cab for a ride for 23 KM journey. After Seeing BILL i was shocked it is 1114 Rs. They are literally cheating customers. They started saying it is Peak time charge if 2.6Xx on original amount. Actual amount for ride is 464 extra paid 650. The worst service in india, please do not book from here. Soon will be posted in face book and twitter. Invoice Number CRN[protected].
        I have booked a OLA cab for a ride for 38 KM journey. After Seeing BILL i was shocked it is 923 Rs. They are literally cheating customers. They started saying it is Peak time charge if 2.6x on original amount. Actual amount for ride is 482 extra paid 440. please do not book from here

          I booked cab on 10th jan from whitefield to Airport and as per rate card total fare should be Rs. 66.I got invoice for the same but then fare is modified without any reason and update to 952.This is clear case of cheating and making fool customers

          Peak time and its rates should have been and should be properly notified in advance for proper transparency.

          In any case, Peak time rates should be in proportion to the Ride time & distance - say 10 to 20% of normal Fare. These cannot be 260% of the normal rates as you are trying to claim.

          Charging an amount of Rs 268/- against the normal Fare of Rs.99/- plus tax for less than 10 minutes ride over a distance of 2.65 Km is an exploitation and an unfair trade practice under the Consumers Act.

            My CRN No is: CRN[protected] I have booked my OLA first ride with the free ride coupon I have received which is worth 200 Rs. But after the ride got over in drivers device it was showing Rs.207. In my device it was showing Amount to be paid in cash as Rs.0. ( Attached screen shot). I was not suppose to pay any amount since this is free ride upto Rs200. The driver took Rs. 195 from me after deducting Rs.12 OLA money which I had in my account. Why did driver take Rs195 fro me???? When I checked with OLA at same time via call the support agent played foul play with me and made some changes in amount and made it Rs.189. It doesnot even show trip time and No. of kilometers travelled in that bill. Any ways why did you cheat me by taking money from me where I was suppose to pay nothing. Since in my mobile it was showing Amount to be paid Rs.0. Check screen shot. Why did you cheat me ??? I want you to return my money Rs.207 immediately. Else I would lodge legal complaint in consumer court about the fraudulent activity you did. How can there be three different amounts one in driver device, one in my device and one at OLA support person device.

              I booked an ola cab today at 2.10 pm from nirvana country gurgaon to lapat nagar part 2 the driver sandeep vide Olacabs CRN[protected] the driver instead of taking either nh 8 or gurgaon meghrauli road changr the route from sector 55 crossing towards faridabad when protested he said it is a shorter rrouteand after about 6 km came tp faridabad gurgaon road drove for another 8 km and than joined the bypass whicj joins gurgaon mehrauri road. this extra 14 km an 15 mts increased the fare from about 410 rupees to 536 since i was travelling by buying ola money i had no other alternative as this was my first ride on ola

                My old mother 60+ and I went ti visit our doctor today in a taxi date 9th jan 2016 Driver-Ravinder Singh white Swift dezire ( [protected]) HR55 T5704 First ride- 11:37 am from Sadar gurgaon to Gujrawala town delhi- Rs 1218 Distance-55.28 km time- 236.03 m including some waiting time and 1.4 times charges invoice no-CRN[protected] Second ride- 3:51pm from Gujrawala town delhi to sadar gurgaon- Rs 376 Distance-21.82 km time-80.48m invoice-CRN[protected] The driver inspite of saying again and again took long route first time and after taking waiting charges and returning one km back ask me and my old mother both diabetic patients to do another booking and logged out I had to do the same as my mother is unwell and he only took another booking and dropped us but this time i told himto follow the route fromkarol bag. It is really bad and unproffesional on the part of OLA people to harras old customers and charge triple times for the same journey

                  Today I travelled from Katraj to tathawde in pune... CRN[protected] using ola cab white indica...and it was a horrible experience...First of call the driver did not call after booking the cab...he could not identify the correct address and i had to walk 1.5 km...to spot him...Moreover he was totally unresponsive and din't even call back to communicate his exact location...Finally after a delay of 15 min...while sitting into the cab he said he would charge 100rs extra to reach the destination..as it is an outstation location...after a lot of arguments he drove in a rash and hasty manner and finally we reached the destination... It was such a horrible time with OLA that i would never recommend it to anybody..

                    Dear all, i traveled from lv prasad hospital (hyderabad) to boduppal on 08january2016 at 3pm. It is 22.8kms they charged 890 rupees, and the travel time was 48 minutes. And the correct fare was 320-340 rupees, i used uber & taxi for sure. And the the fares are 320-340 rupees. But these ola guys charged 870 rupees & saying that those are peak hours, unfortunately the driver reached me in 3 minutes at pick up point & saying those are peak hours. Don't use this cheating service. Why because they charged 200% more than normal fare & the vehicle is ""indica". Please be aware ...

                        I am Nevedhitaa Aravindhan from Ganapathy, Coimbatore. I have Travelled on JAN 7th 2016 (CRN[protected] from Bharathi Nagar Ganapathy to GKNM Hospital in indica car where the taxi fare is Rs- 105. I have Travelled again on JAN 8th 2016 today. (CRN[protected] from Bharathi Nagar Ganapathy to GKNM Hospital in indica car where the taxi fare is Rs- 128. I have taken the Same Route for both the days which i travelled. Railway Gate has be put on JAN 8th 2016. That is not the customer problem. same petrol charges for the travel. How could i have the difference in the Fare? This is really unfair. Very Worst and cheat on the taxi Fare. Nothing wrong about the taxi and the Taxi driver.

                          I booked my cab from iffco metro station gurgaon.I had to go Amity University Haryana, Manesar. I checked my drop location and booked my cab.But the driver refussd to go beyond mansear and drop me om my location instead dropped my on my highway. 1st why hell our search showed my drop location i[censored] dont travel there 2nd your driver was behaving in very inappropriate manner.. and I also going to complain in consumer forum

                            I Booked an Ola mini today around 8.45am. Booking CRN[protected]. Showed an auto upgrade to sedan which was ETA 15 mins. I called the Driver Mohsin Shaikh Mob [protected], twice at 8.52am and 8.57am. No response!! Waited till 9.15am for him. Had an urgent meeting at 9.30 am at Vikhroli. As there was no response from the driver, and the Ola app also kept showing ETA 15min for the driver to arrive, i finally managed a cab to reach the meeting 15 mins late! Once the meeting started, i got two calls from ola, which i couldnt pick up as i was in the meeting. The sms at 9.52am read that the booking CRN had to be cancelled due to no response from my side!!! Is this how you manage Ola?? Keeping me hanging for 30 minutes and then putting the blame on me! How convenient!

                                Due to Delhi Government odd even registration rule, I booked a cab today on 06.01.2016 at 3:10 PM. I boarded the cab white Hyundai Xcent HR 61 C 0141 from Bishanpura Noida 58 location. The CRN is[protected]. While moving towards Gurgaon for a very important official business meeting scheduled at 5pm, the cab was stopped by Delhi police on DND flyover. They found driver carrying driving license of some other person. number plates were not as per compliance. Car has no details of owner etc. driver was not in uniform. The car and driver were taken in custody. driver tried to run away also. since the car was seized, me and my colleague were helplessly standing at booth number 5 without any help for almost 1 hour. I made attempt to seek the help from Cab operator but felt harassed when no support was given. I intimated the same to the Cab company. My meeting got cancelled due to delay and I faced a business loss. While standing at DND for an hour I suffered from cold also. I need compensation towards the risk incurred over all the above mentioned dangers. Such casual approach of cab operator caused me losses. Taxi due diligence is the responsibility of the operator. Such carelessness could lead crimes of different nature. I paid the amount online also from Ola money.

                                  I have a serious complaint with Ola Cabs. I had booked a ride with Ola for 3rd jan -2016 at 8:06 6:45 am in Delhi on the same day 3rd jan 2016 which was confirmed and the CRN was[protected]. wjite amaze DL 1 Rt 7402. (driver name - Md Mustaq khan). I was at the Nizamudin railway station with My old mother, My Wife and two kids. The Driver called me and said he is coming in a minute but he never came. I saw him picking a foreigner instead ( by checking the cab number DL 1 Rt 7402). When i called him he said there is some issue with the cab but i tried to confront him he said " Jo karna hai karle Tum salee tip toh de nahi saketee" and he hung up on me I was left stranded! The services of Ola have been pathetic. Without informing in advance the driver refused to come, Ola made no suitable alternative available. This is definitely not acceptable I am really disappointed with the service. I really want some to call me up and give an explanation. Kind regards, Shivender kayshap
                                  I have a serious complaint with Ole Cabs. I have ola money 200 and without any reason they blocked my account and they are sending promotional mail. I am requesting you to please give my ola money back. I hated your service. It is horrible.

                                      This is the n-th time that I am writing the complaint for the coupons that are been cancelled for no reason. I have written at least 10 times to the ola support but each reply was that the investigation is going on. I cannot invite any of my friend nor the coupons are given back to me. This is really the wordt thing, which Is not expected from a company like ola. Really upsetting.

                                        I had charged ola money in my mobiile in Mangalore and didnt use it at all for 4-5 months. When I booked ola cab in Mumbai on 28th Dec, I got credit of Rs. 224 only. On 28th December I charged ola for Rs. 599 again. I booked ola cab, it didnt show credit at all. I had to pay cash. on 1st Jan 2016 I booked ola cabl at 11:00 am from Ghatkopar W. it charged me 3 times more, cause its peak time. I do understand at midnight, cabs charge double or 1.5 times, 3 times is unimaginable. they took Rs. 1, 344 from Ghatkpart to Borivali. I booked ola cab on 1st Jan from Chembur Gymkhana at about 12 midnight, i received driver name and vehicle number, where as different driver and different vehicle arrived. When I showed him the message from my mobile, he is showing my name on his devise. I was not confident to take the cab, and refused to get it in. I would not use them again.
