Dear all, i traveled from lv prasad hospital (hyderabad) to boduppal on 08january2016 at 3pm. It is 22.8kms they charged 890 rupees, and the travel time was 48 minutes. And the correct fare was 320-340 rupees, i used uber & taxi for sure. And the the fares are 320-340 rupees. But these ola guys charged 870 rupees & saying that those are peak hours, unfortunately the driver reached me in 3 minutes at pick up point & saying those are peak hours. Don't use this cheating service. Why because they charged 200% more than normal fare & the vehicle is ""indica". Please be aware ...

      I am Nevedhitaa Aravindhan from Ganapathy, Coimbatore. I have Travelled on JAN 7th 2016 (CRN[protected] from Bharathi Nagar Ganapathy to GKNM Hospital in indica car where the taxi fare is Rs- 105. I have Travelled again on JAN 8th 2016 today. (CRN[protected] from Bharathi Nagar Ganapathy to GKNM Hospital in indica car where the taxi fare is Rs- 128. I have taken the Same Route for both the days which i travelled. Railway Gate has be put on JAN 8th 2016. That is not the customer problem. same petrol charges for the travel. How could i have the difference in the Fare? This is really unfair. Very Worst and cheat on the taxi Fare. Nothing wrong about the taxi and the Taxi driver.

        I booked my cab from iffco metro station gurgaon.I had to go Amity University Haryana, Manesar. I checked my drop location and booked my cab.But the driver refussd to go beyond mansear and drop me om my location instead dropped my on my highway. 1st why hell our search showed my drop location i[censored] dont travel there 2nd your driver was behaving in very inappropriate manner.. and I also going to complain in consumer forum

          I Booked an Ola mini today around 8.45am. Booking CRN[protected]. Showed an auto upgrade to sedan which was ETA 15 mins. I called the Driver Mohsin Shaikh Mob [protected], twice at 8.52am and 8.57am. No response!! Waited till 9.15am for him. Had an urgent meeting at 9.30 am at Vikhroli. As there was no response from the driver, and the Ola app also kept showing ETA 15min for the driver to arrive, i finally managed a cab to reach the meeting 15 mins late! Once the meeting started, i got two calls from ola, which i couldnt pick up as i was in the meeting. The sms at 9.52am read that the booking CRN had to be cancelled due to no response from my side!!! Is this how you manage Ola?? Keeping me hanging for 30 minutes and then putting the blame on me! How convenient!

              Due to Delhi Government odd even registration rule, I booked a cab today on 06.01.2016 at 3:10 PM. I boarded the cab white Hyundai Xcent HR 61 C 0141 from Bishanpura Noida 58 location. The CRN is[protected]. While moving towards Gurgaon for a very important official business meeting scheduled at 5pm, the cab was stopped by Delhi police on DND flyover. They found driver carrying driving license of some other person. number plates were not as per compliance. Car has no details of owner etc. driver was not in uniform. The car and driver were taken in custody. driver tried to run away also. since the car was seized, me and my colleague were helplessly standing at booth number 5 without any help for almost 1 hour. I made attempt to seek the help from Cab operator but felt harassed when no support was given. I intimated the same to the Cab company. My meeting got cancelled due to delay and I faced a business loss. While standing at DND for an hour I suffered from cold also. I need compensation towards the risk incurred over all the above mentioned dangers. Such casual approach of cab operator caused me losses. Taxi due diligence is the responsibility of the operator. Such carelessness could lead crimes of different nature. I paid the amount online also from Ola money.

                I have a serious complaint with Ola Cabs. I had booked a ride with Ola for 3rd jan -2016 at 8:06 6:45 am in Delhi on the same day 3rd jan 2016 which was confirmed and the CRN was[protected]. wjite amaze DL 1 Rt 7402. (driver name - Md Mustaq khan). I was at the Nizamudin railway station with My old mother, My Wife and two kids. The Driver called me and said he is coming in a minute but he never came. I saw him picking a foreigner instead ( by checking the cab number DL 1 Rt 7402). When i called him he said there is some issue with the cab but i tried to confront him he said " Jo karna hai karle Tum salee tip toh de nahi saketee" and he hung up on me I was left stranded! The services of Ola have been pathetic. Without informing in advance the driver refused to come, Ola made no suitable alternative available. This is definitely not acceptable I am really disappointed with the service. I really want some to call me up and give an explanation. Kind regards, Shivender kayshap
                I have a serious complaint with Ole Cabs. I have ola money 200 and without any reason they blocked my account and they are sending promotional mail. I am requesting you to please give my ola money back. I hated your service. It is horrible.

                    This is the n-th time that I am writing the complaint for the coupons that are been cancelled for no reason. I have written at least 10 times to the ola support but each reply was that the investigation is going on. I cannot invite any of my friend nor the coupons are given back to me. This is really the wordt thing, which Is not expected from a company like ola. Really upsetting.

                      I had charged ola money in my mobiile in Mangalore and didnt use it at all for 4-5 months. When I booked ola cab in Mumbai on 28th Dec, I got credit of Rs. 224 only. On 28th December I charged ola for Rs. 599 again. I booked ola cab, it didnt show credit at all. I had to pay cash. on 1st Jan 2016 I booked ola cabl at 11:00 am from Ghatkopar W. it charged me 3 times more, cause its peak time. I do understand at midnight, cabs charge double or 1.5 times, 3 times is unimaginable. they took Rs. 1, 344 from Ghatkpart to Borivali. I booked ola cab on 1st Jan from Chembur Gymkhana at about 12 midnight, i received driver name and vehicle number, where as different driver and different vehicle arrived. When I showed him the message from my mobile, he is showing my name on his devise. I was not confident to take the cab, and refused to get it in. I would not use them again.

                        Hi, Please note that I took OLA Cab from Bandra Turmins to Airport on 04Jan 2015 in the early morning, I got taxi number MH02- CR 4654 Driver Name VIJAY NIMONKAR ( [protected]) . When I reached Airport my Mobile Got discharged and could not check bill amount, I asked driver about the charges, he told that You will get message in your phone, Charges are Rs 350/- When i Checked my phone charges were Rs 149/-, I was shocked how this driver has done cheating with me, When i called him he did not pick my phone.                             Dear sir, I took this cab from Hyderabd air port to. Srinagar colony. The driver asked for Rd 200 for paying toll at toll counter, , , I enquired if this is a part of total bill, , he said no, , , this toll amount is to be paid separately, , , at the end of the journey, , , he informed the bill amount was Rs720, , , , I paid 750, , , , , that means I paid Rs 950. For this ride, , which is very high by all standards, , , , MERU costs about Rs 720 only for that ride, , , after some time I got a message and mail indicating the ride bill is only Rs. 699 which includes toll, , that means your cab driver cheated me for Rs 250, , , please clarify whether is it true that your cab driver charges parking and toll extra, my OLA ride details are INVOICE NO.[protected] 30 Dec, 2015 OLA Phraoith out a bill, , , Please clarify, Regard PHRAO

                              First of all, OLA says on its twitter handle that the peak time is Mon-Fri between 7am to 10am and 4pm to 7pm.
                              I had booked a cab for just 14.7 km ride at 2:27pm today and I was charged Rs. 754/- which seems to be almost equal to my Kerala train ticket. The only mistake was by my wife that she didn't read that we will be charged a 3.0x peak time charge for the ride as she was in hurry, had to rush for train. I mean who charges a 3 times rate for a afternoon ride where people hardly travel. These all are OLA's tricks of making money saying "we want to encourage more drivers to login to the Ola app and be available for bookings". Also the driver said I will take you through a shortcut as if he is knowing all the routes and actually took a way long route. And finally giving the most common stupid reason saying, "Sir I am new here in Pune." It means I was an to show him the correct route. This was my just second ride from OLA one from my account and this one from my wife's account, and its never gonna be OLA again.

                                Make Ola Cabs to provide estimate of the total charge beforehand whenever they are charging 2.5 times the normal rate during peak hours. In that case, I would suggest people to take auto and taxi which are waiting outside railway station. By not providing the esimate they are indirectly looting the passengers.

                                  Team, Thank you for explaining me the peak hours and peak charge of 2.6 times on your billing amount. But i am using OLA from past 1 year and i know while booking it shows peak hours. But i am 100% sure it didn't show me any such notification. Is there a way you can track this. I have never seen any popup regarding the peak hours and i never saw the I agree button. I just click on conform and it booked my cab. Please don't chit customer like this. The Beauvoir of the driver is Honorable. Please look into this ASAP else i have check for other options.

                                    Recently(2nd Jan 2016) I traveled in OLA from Tirumala to Tirupati(down hill), when i enquired about the prices with driver before starting travel, he said it is normal OLA charges and no fixed/additional charges, when i reached my destination the charges were 316 rupees(CRN[protected], the driver denied to take the amount instead he said the bill is 650 rupees and started yelling at us for not paying the amount he asked. I strongly argued because the ola app in my mobile and his mobile was showing 316 rupees, he made so may calls the drama continued for more than 45 minutes, and OLA people also made a new bill (CRN[protected] of 499 rupees, and i was forced to pay this amount. this is highly disappointing behavior from OLA if there are fixed charges you should do so in app or driver should inform about it, and not do this way like charging for something and asking for more. I didn't know OLA is so money minded. I am highly disappointed. I was told my whole money will be refunded from one of your OLA executive, these cowards don't allow to lodge complain in their app, and i was never called back for this issue.

                                      I am a Chartered Accountant and Ola customer since long. I and my wife had Ola ride later booking at cochin on 2nd, January, 2016 of sedan car at 12.40 pm for evening 5.45 pm cochin airport with confirmed CRN no.[protected]. To my utter surprise no body turned up and when i called cochin Ola landline number, i was informed that no cars available. It was utter non sense on part of Ola to keep us waiting and inform that i have to make alternate arrangements. Cochin airport is at 2 hours distance. While arranging alternate transport at fag end caused missing our flights. Because of Olas deficiency of service, we have suffered mental, physical agony and financial losses. Why legal action should not be taken against Ola for such a disastrous service/

                                        On 1st Jan 2016 at 21.19 pm I booked OLA Cab via my app to pick me from my Residence premises D-8, 8009 VASANT KUNJ NEW DELHI for a drop next day early morning 6.30 am, 2nd Jan 2016 to New Delhi Railway Station. I received a confirmation message with CRN No.[protected] from OLA Cab saying that the booking has been received for 2nd Jan 2016. Next day morning I received a message at 6.12 am with Cab (White Swift No DL1YD 7301) & driver (ALOK KUMAR # [protected]) particulars. I kept waiting for a call from the driver until 6.20 am and called him many times, after 3-4 continuous calls he picked up my phone and I asked him where he was, he kept telling me that he's on his way. Until 6.45 am he did not come and we had to catch our train at 7.15 am from New Delhi Railway Station. Finally we he came at 6.55 am ridiculously replied that he slept and my husband told him that he should not take night shifts then to which he replied I will get you to the station howsoever. He drove the car so rashly, jumping all the red lights from vasant kunj to new delhi railway station. With no regret or apology in his behaviour he kept driving rash and was almost on the verge of hitting with an accident. At 7.15 am we were still outside the main red light of railway station, we had to just pay him and run from the main red light to inside the station which is about 1 km. Because of the OLA Cab Driver's negligent/irresponsible attitude towards his services/customer, while the train had already started, we ran and caught our train with luggage in our hands in much difficulty. I want OLA Cab to respond immediately on this and compensate the trauma incurred because of them.
