Today I travelled from Chennai central to pallikaranai for which the actual travel cost is Rs.302.5/- incl tax. But I was charged Rs.726 stating that 240 percentage is peak hour charges and the pricing is called as Dynamic fare. These private taxis are looting common public like us and we are suffering...

I have tried to book an OLA cab from Pune numerous times but each time I use the ride later option I never get a cab as they say all the advanced booking slots are full for the requested time. The same message is repeated for all the cab categories. So what is the point of having a cab service if it is never available. I am highly disappointed with the OLA service in Pune....
