In last 30 to 45 days I have faced a problems of drivers not reporting insipte of confirm booking. looks like your company has not taken any action nor written to me on whether these instants will be resolved in future. Looks like you don't take customer complaint seriously. Just because we like your service inspite of you guys expensive at times, it doesn't mean that you can take things for granted.. Your service levels are going bad day by day.

Charging extra for tolls for all the bookings . My ride has only signal toll entry but all my booking was charged rs. 44 as Toll /parking charge . My ride does not had a parking also .

Ride Date-23 Dec 2015, Invoice Number[protected]. Ola cab was booked from C.V Raman Nagar (Bangalore) to J.P Nagar. Driver was informed that payment to be made in cash and not Ola Money. Driver Agreed. However the total fare of Rs. 300 was taken both in cash and also deducted from my Ola Money. Would want the amount to be refunded.

We bookd the ola car num Ts 08 UA4063 n driver name RAJU BERA. We travelld from sainkpuri to kukatpally hyd. In between my 2year old kid vomited a little due to sophastication. And immediatly wd cleand her . At the dropping point ur driver had created a nusence askng extra charge for the sake a vomiting purpose. We r sure that the car has didnt get any spoil. But ur driver has created a lot issue. Really shame to b a ola customer. Very very bad service n traing to your driverz. Hope u wil take necessary action on this complaint.

I am at Ahmedabad. I called a sedan cab, number being GJ01DY4351 at 3pm. However he reached late. We had our train at 4:50pm. After he came, we loaded the vehicle with around 3 lesser than 40kg briefcase and 4 lesser than 5kg polybags containing articles.He didn't keep any luggage and after my entire family sat he asked for 200/- extra. He also told that its too heavy and his car would damage.Also he started behaving badly. We got down because of erratic behaviour which was extremely disgusting. Hence want to complain for Tarlochan Sandhu.

OLA CABS (Rude behaviour) - (Poor Services)

Hi its Praveen here from Chennai (Pallikkaranai) 600100. I called a Indica cab on Dec 12 at 8.00am. However he reached within 10mins and we are 4 members and one child 10years old for that he denies to carry him along with him and he saying that " Already he feels that as he driving for lesser money in OLA CABS " so he is not allowed to carry our son along with us so he denies to start the car, after an arguments we are requesting him to start the car but still he is rude with us and telling not to moving an car... and also asking extra 200rs . kindly remove an such an cheap guy from ur services he is totally upset our day.. am frequently travelling in ola cabs i never had an experience lik this before..

I had booked a Ola Cab from Salt Lake to Sealdah Railway station on 23rd December 2015 CRN[protected] at 9 42 pm. The cab did not turn up even at 10:30 pm and all my calls went unanswered. As a result of this, I nearly missed my train. Moreover, an invoice was sent to me of Rs 111. I consider this as a case of consumer harrasment. Please look into the matter, else I shall be compelled to go to Consumer Court.

OLA is playing with our Money. Same distance I traveled within a 2 weeks. I got the different Bill for Ola Mini only for the same distance. I have done apple to apple comparison and found Toll/Parking Charges, Ride Time Charges are significantly differs. But surprisingly Sedan Charges less than Mini for travelling same distance. Details: Invoice No: .[protected] date: 01Dec2015, Invoice No: .[protected] date: 06th Dec 2015, Invoice No:[protected] date: 11th Dec 2015. Now tell me what is the solution? I want to get back my extra money.

I had very bad experience to travel in OLA on last night ( 24th Night around 7 PM ). when they started the OLA services in Bangalore its help full for any kind of people but now a days OLA doing very bad and illegal business with peoples. they are charging money like anything 4times more on min charge. going to publish the new in TIMES OF INDIA.

On 25 Dec I travelled back from Madhapur to my residence. I travelled by cab AP28TV2623. The cab was old; seats were dirty. Ola demanded 1.2x charges for the trip. Time 2.40 pm. There was no traffic on the road.. Yet Ola made me pay 1.2 times the actual fare. I paid Rs 283 for the trip, when the trip should have costed Rs 225 only. Shame on Ola!

Seriously pissed! I booked an OLA cab from Kolkata airport on 26th December 2015. I did not read about the airport charges but was charged Rs. 100 (1/3 of the total fare) for the cabs parking charges at the airport. I don't think it's fair that I had to pay the car's parking charges when the car had come to drop off someone at the airport and parked his car at the airport waiting for the next airport booking. To top it off I had applied a coupon AIR25 to get a 25% discount. I had to pay Rs. 254 when the fare excluding the airport parking charges was Rs. 203. The app should remind the customer of the charges before booking the cab...In case he did not read the fine print. Prepaid taxi would have been cheaper and getting a prepaid taxi at the airport is not so difficult. What is the point of OLA if the customer is getting ripped off. I'd rather use the usual services than be subjected to fine print.

Dear Sir, Today I have booked a ola cab at 3:22 pm and get a confirmation for 3:24 (within 2 minute). In the same time I have got a message 3:23pm for cab is waiting for travel. I have called to cab driver at 3:28pm and give my location and he said I am just coming at your place. He reached at my location at 3:38pm. When I have completed my travel and check the invoice detail then its included the travel time of 15 minutes before reaching my place. I asked to driver Mr Atul then he said you have to immediate call otherwise we will start the journey and not treating the good behaviour. I am first time feel this type of cheating from a ola driver. I request to you pls take immediate action on the cab driver so that customer always happy from ola. I booked a ride through app on my mobile [protected] . The driver contacted me. I told him that I was standing near Yeswanthpur station exit on Tumkur raod opposite MTRO FORD . As soon as i told him, he started telling his car is not starting due to cold start. Since i booked this car ride, i sent away Auto who was willing to take me. When his car was not ready, why the driver called me in my phone. This is simply tactics to avoid a inconvenient route . I AM UNHAPPY WITH SERVICES OFFERED BY YOU. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AGEOLD TAXIWALLAS AND OLA CABS.

The driver of cab WB 07 J 2004, Pradip has picked up passengers from dakshin behala road anandanagar at1:48pm 24th december 2015 and was told to drop the passengers at Heart Clinik Saltlake(hospital). One of the passengers was suffering from kidney disease. At the crossing of Chingri Ghata the driver dropped the passengers and after repeated request by passengers he did not take them to the hospital. Due to this the passengers had to suffer lots of trouble which is bad for the reputation of ola cabs.

After Reliving i asked HR about my PF, But They told me to apply after two months, after 2 months i went there they told me that its all about online process, So I came back & sent the mail for further process. i was requesting for procedure but i was not getting replies up to 4 mails, now i couriered all my documents to get my PF as they said, But now also the team is not Responding, From there negligence still i have not received at-least an acknowledgement of PF.

Dissatisfied. Your driver cheated our relatives. He picked up our relatives at Haripuri Colony, NTR Nagar in Hyd, bad and drove to RTC Cross roads through LB Nagar and Uppal where the distance is double. He can ride through Musarambagh, Tilaknagar, Nallakunta and Vidyanagar. Hence we are dissatisfied with this attitude and uninstalling the app and will go for alternate mode of transport service next time. Sreedhar [protected]@gmail.com
