There are frequent trip cancellations by the cab drivers when we book the cab from Ola app from Mumbai airport. This is so frequent that we do not get a cab even after 3-4 cancellations or approaching the Ola duty manager at the airport.

When we land at the airport after busy travel, we are sometimes running out of battery of our mobile. The cab driver accepts the booking and spends time re-fueling his cab. Thereafter he calls us to check on the destination and thereafter he cancels the cab if the destination is not of his convenience.

Fail to understand that whether the cab service is for the convenience of the users or works on whims and fancies or convenience of the drivers?

If the destination is not of the driver's choice why is he accepting the trip and keep the customer waiting only to cancel the trip eventually?

Is the driver being held responsible or penalized for arbitrary cancellation of trip after accepting the trip and keep the customer waiting the way the customer is penalized if he / she cancels the trip?

How is a customer compensated for such random cancellations by the driver(s) and for the loss of his time and money (due to rise of the fare during next booking after cancellation)?

There is absolute chaos at the airport at the Ola counter. Is Ola doing something to reduce the pain that their customer goes through?

I have noted the mobile number of such a driver when he canceled the trip yesterday night from Mumbai airport . His number is [protected]

    We have booked cab for outstation which is nearly 100 kms. The car has arrived at our home at correct time. But the driver bargain me about 500 extra from bill amount. He tells about that it was an tax. But we paid the bill inclusive of tax. *His name is Mariappan*

      I've taken an Ola Auto ride on 14th Jan 2021 from Manipal Hospital Bangalore to my Home and the fare was Rs 244. Ride Ref Number - CRN[protected]. I have paid cash to Ola driver as he has asked for. After a few days, I see I keep getting messages that pay the Ola amount for the fare. I've called the customer care and explained them the details and asked them to check with Ola Auto driver. They told that they can't help on phone and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com. I've sent the mail to them. Though I did not see any response from their side on mail, instead I keep getting multiple calls & whatsApp messages from different numers and persons multiple times daily. The messages and their language is completely threating and they will keep on sending the messages from personal phone numbers which is completely not acceptable. From their side they did not at all check with Ola auto driver and instead keep on calling and messaging me. I've never done any default on any platform and it is only Rs 244, not at all a big amount to do a default. But here the question is why should I pay it again when I've already paid to the driver as he asked. This is complete arrogance & insensitivity at Ola's part, as their behaviour is completely unjustified.

        One of the worst services I face nowadays is that of booking cabs through OLA. Either the drivers cancel the ride or they never accept the ride. With so many autos and cabs around crying for money, none of them are interested to WORK. Many a time they are asking to cancel to the ride and pay cash to take us to the destination with a little more money than in the app. Why does they - customer care never pick up the calls and when they do, they do not respond to the issue. Is there no regulation on the service companies like these in India. The ministers brag about formulating laws for all the unnecessary things. Even in case of emergency, there is no hope but to look up to the sky. When so many unemployed youth are given a chance to earn their livelihood, most of them do not understand the importance of it. Because of them many needy are getting to their destinations on time and the economy is set in motion. It may be abrupt, but I do not want to waste my time any more on this good for nothing never will fall in place useless politicians and peoples no sense of common sense in all walks of life.

        Recent experience - Even when you raise the issue, the ticket is closed with no meaningful resolution.

          Incorrect cancelation charges levied which was supposed to be removed. However it wasn't. Then in the next trip I paid the previous charges and still they say that I have to pay more.
          Support ticket :[protected] says that I did not raise cancellation issue in time, but I did. Check ticket :[protected].
          It also says the bill was 2461 and 50 was due to previous cancellation. I have paid 2007 by card and 504 to driver. Why is the app still asking me to pay 50/- then?

            For the said ride (CRN [protected]) the undersigned had paid (Rs.583) the driver (Bangar Anand Raghunath) through Phone pay portal after completion of ride. Refer attached receipt for your reference from phone pay.

            Also the said amount (Rs. 583) is reflected in OLA post paid services as outstanding amount & relecting in statement. Please be informed that the undersigned have not applied for any OLA post paid services and not interested in any such services in future.

            Request you to please look into the matter and revert the amount so that it does not reflect as outstanding in statement.

              Ola cabs are charging more than estimated amount due to incorrect Odometer.
              Ola support also not good, I didn't get any resolution and update from Ola support around 20 days. They are manipulating Ola complaints.

                I have done the payment of rupees 900/- from Google pay to on the duty services in ola partner app deposit cash, payment done successfully but duty services not started in ola partner app, kindly check on this. please find the attached payment slip and refund the money.

                  Booked OLA Auto to my office on 28th February 2022. App has navigated the driver to wrong location as my office was relocated to a different place in 2017 itself. Then I had to change my request to correct location which usually takes less than the amount I ended up paying after the ride.

                  I request OLA to adjust my ride fare to usual price and refund the difference fare amount.

                  The app says technical glitch, please try after sometime since the day I complained about high fare.

                    This ola cabs charged me ₹980 for a small distance of 16km in hyderabad. The estimated price was ₹251. But after ride it was 980 I was shocked. Please help us. There is no good customer service also. And the company didn't respond properly to us by charging huge amounts.

                          I had a ride with OLA rental on 14.02.22. At the time of booking fare was shown Rs. 249 but after completing the trip fare became Rs. 500.

                          They charged Rs. 212.18 against fare increase and tax Rs. 35.32 which was absolutely without intimation.

                          I registered complaint via phone and mail also, but they have not refunded the amount.

                          Moreover, they are saying that they have intimated me abount the additional amount which is a complete lie.

                          I need Rs. 247.50 to be returned with immediate effect.

                            On the 16th of March, I had taken a cab from Ola. I Paid the amount of 212 rs as cash as online method was not allowing me to do the payment that time.
                            Today, I started to receive payment reminders from Ola stating that I have unpaid dues. I was shocked to see that even after paying the driver, I had received the alerts. I am trying the customer care number mentioned on the Ola site but I cannot hear anything except a ring and the call getting disconnected automatically.

                            Request to please resolve this as soon as possible.

                                Hi there,
                                We had scheduled pick up yesterday for 9:30 am. The driver cancelled in front of me and shrugged off. He gave no explanation and told he got another pickup. All at 9:30 am, not 1 minute late. This is extremely disappointing and he didn't even was sorry about it .Very rude. What standard ola is maintaining! Very very disappointing! I was with kids and elderly father and had to wait 20 mins for another cab.

                                      With due respect and hope I am sharing my grievance with you. Myself SUBHASHIS SHAW resident of KOLKATA presently working at STRYKER COMPANY, DELHI, GURUGRAM.
                                      On 13thMARCH while returning to my workplace I booked a OLA CAB. At 9.51am my ride started from T3 CAR PARKING GROUND FLOOR, TERMINAL3, IGI AIRPORT to 8107 JASMINE STREET VATIKA CITY BLOCK W, UPPAL SOUTHEND SECTOR 49 GURUGRAM. I paid DRIVER Rs.596 through Google payment and unfortunately kept phone onto the seat and started bringing out my luggage from the cab Move out from there and suddenly recalled about my phone that i left in Ola cab.
                                      Thereafter I called to my family members and told about the incident happened and told my sister to get the details information about the Ola cab driver from Ola Customer service but they denied to give the total information instead of his Name and Cell number.
                                      The driver Name is Manoj kumar and his cell no is [protected]. After getting driver number We called him and he told that you forgot your mobile here and i am in next drive with the Customer and after droping him I will give you my location you can come and pickup your mobile from me. But some time later when I call him again he didn't received the calls and and till date he is not receiving my calls I tried to call him from several another Number but No response from his side.
                                      I again called to Ola customer service and told them the same situation and Asked them to give his Alternative Number and Detail Address but they denied to help me.

                                      Then I went For LEGAL action to local police authority they also showed their unwillingness toward the matter and asked to place only GD . But till dated they have not filed any FIR nor helped to solve the problem.

                                        I had booked cab from Dahisar to T2 terminal (Mumbai international airport) on 8th March 2022 at 9:32AM and shared the OTP with your driver. The amount was showing 518/- while booking the cab but after the trip ended he showed me screenshot which showed RS 754/- and when i told him that while booking it was showing 518/- he told me there may be some issue with the app. So please show them the bill and i will get difference amount refunded. When i checked my app the trip was showing cancelled. Hence i understand that your driver committed fraud with me and i want you to take strict action against him and pay me my overcharged amount of Rs 250/-. I have attached all the required proofs to prove the fraud hence expecting strict against such drivers who are cheating passengers in the name of OLA. He must have cheated other passengers too hence i demand strict against him. The car and driver was same. I paid him 500 (cash) + 254 (Gpay) = 754.
                                        This people are supporting their drivers and giving them opportunity to loot passengers and make part time income. If we cancel the trip we have to pay cancellation charges and their drivers can cancel trip anytime without any reason and then passengers keep struggling. Their technology is crap and their drivers are making use of the loopholes to extort extra money. We should start boycotting OLA cabs. They dont even have grievances cell and wonder how they were operating for so many years without license.
