I want to say that i have took the rides on 13 & 16 oct'2021 and i have paid the amount in cash beacause driver said to me to pay in cash. but the amount still showing in pending. but i have already paid in cash. please look after this.

    I booked a ride on 05.04.2022 from my account at 2:02 PM in Delhi, whose estimated fare was Rs. 213. Upon booking the ride, the cab driver arrived and asked for the OTP to start the ride. I shared my OTP with him and he started the ride. After punching the OTP in his system, he denied to turn on the AC and said that I will not turn on the AC as the CNG has got costlier and offered to cancel the ride instead. I agreed and he said that he is cancelling the ride and dropped me right away at my pick-up point only. It has been more than 24 hours now and that ride is still reflecting as "Ongoing" in my OLA App. Moreover, my money (Rs. 213) in my paytm wallet has also been blocked since then as the ride is still reflecting as ongoing. I tried various times to contact the customer support of OLA but their support system is so unreliable and disgusting that not even a single call to their customer care got connected. Therefore, it is requested to please intimate them to update their database so that the subject ride reflects as cancelled by the driver and my money (Rs, 213) in my paytm wallet that has been kept on hold gets released.       This is regarding my ride CRN[protected]
      Date: 8th Feb 2022

      I have raised this complaint with OLA customer care but the call was disconnected

      Since last month I am repeatedly trying to contact OLA customer care, but it's showing not a valid number ( PH NO : [protected])

      Regarding the ride at Mumbai please note the following points

      I have selected cash payment for the ride
      When the ride was completed, there was a problem with the system ..The bill was not showing in my mobile neither at Drivers mobile ..During the whole ride the route map was repeatedly going on and off..The driver himself told there is a problem in the system
      After completion of the ride ..the driver insisted on paying the estimated fare ( which was shown during the booking)..So I paid the fare of 900+ something ...However after some days I got a post paid bill of 1000 + INR while I have already paid in cash to the driver
      If I have selected cash why the same was converted to post paid and what about the money I gave to the driver ...???
      Since last month I am getting multiple message which is threatning about legal proceedings...but when I try to connect OLA customer care the same is not reachable

      Please explain Why I should pay the claimed amount by OLA???
      I am subjected to repeated harrasment on my mobile from OLA representatiove

        Dear Sir / Madam,

        I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cab

        The issue that I have experienced was: I booked a ola cab from Anna nagar, Chennai to Impcops hospital, adayar, chennai which is 16km. First it showed a fare of Rs.378 which is a regular fare. After the ride instead of charging the estimated price of 378, the driver showed me a fare of Rs1030 which is so much unreasonable. At the time of booking if they displayed this fare I would have cancelled. The driver quaralled with me after the ride for an unreasonable 378 to 1030 fare. As there was no other choice I gave it to him. When I called the customer care they said it is a peak hour pricing. Peak hours pricing cannot be more than 100 rs for a 378 rs ride.

        It occurred on: 4/04/2022 10.35 AM

        I want the difference of Rs.652 as refund. I was not informed about peak hour pricing before the ride. It is an ordinary dezire car and they cannot charge this much. For 16 km they can charge a mamimum of Rs 400 as 25rs/km. Rs 1030 is unacceptable. Kindly get me the refund. The driver name is Saravanan. Car number is TN 02 BA 8392 white dezire car.           I was charged online Rs. 343 online via my Amazon Pay wallet and also Rs. 370 by Cash.

          Why was I asked by the driver to pay when I had already made payment via Amazon Pay?

          I need the unfair Offline paid amount refunded back to me asap.

                  I never used ola postpaid service. I had checked the Travel History. There is no proper Travel history in your OLA APP. I had shared many mails,

                      Good morning sir,
                      1. I am thankful to ola for providing cheaper services as compared to regular taxi services.

                      2. But there is a question on the app performance of the one of the biggest firm. Do you think that driver will leave you without completion of payment. How is this possible that customer are not completing payment even after taking ride. Every time i do the payment it shows me that payment are pending. Because of this sometimes i am paying fine as i land up in a situation where there is no option available other than ola.
                      It's true that i am facing inconvenience because of the glitch in the app.

                      3. Sometimes i hv booked regular taxi at higher cost just because i don't want to pay that rs 50 As a fine to Ola fo something which I hvnt done.
                      I request my all pending payment to be cleared.

                        I took the ride from Ola yesterday i.e. 30th March 2022 to my office. However, after going a few kms, the driver said his gears are not working properly and i must book another cab. In the mean time I have already paid for the service via Google Pay (Rs. 210). The driver called customer service and requested for refunding the amount, but they insisted I need to call. Anyways, when I tried to reach customer service from the particular ride no customer executive took my call and still now it is showing that the call was cut midway and issue resolved. I also mailed Ola support but they don't even look or check mails. If my drive was not even completed and it was the car that broke down then Why I am not getting the refund? Even the customer service of ola is worse. They treat customers as mere bugs and doesn't even bother to take calls or respond to emails.
                        Furthermore, the invoice contains the midway where the car broke down and no drop location is mentioned in the invoice. I am attaching my booking details and the invoice to provide the difference and authenticity.

                          I have paid to driver range gowda Thro Google pay for ola cab service on 10th March.
                          Every day I have been receiving messages to pay dues.
                          I have paid to driver and no dues to pay for.

                              I booked a ride on 27th Nov 2021 and paid all amount and the driver also confirmed it that time. Still, it is showing I need to give 600rs to book the next ride. I've sent so many emails to the Ola team but didn't get any refund yet. I am attaching the screenshot of the transaction here.

                                While booking the cab the estimated fare shown does not include any other regular chargels /tax like parking/toll/ mcd tax.etc

                                After completing the journey the fare is 300 to 400 rupees more which are taxes and charges.

                                This is like cheating with the customer.

                                  On 25th March 2022 I had taken a Ola ride in Bangalore for an amount of 203 which was immediately paid using gpay to the driver.

                                  But in the ola app, post paid amount of 203 is being shown as due with transaction gqm3-aqci-6tci inspite of paying through gpay.

                                  Ola is cheating customers by enabling ola post paid with out the customer's notice.

                                  PLEASE REVERT BACK THE AMOUNT REFLECTING IN OLA POST PAID

                                    There are frequent trip cancellations by the cab drivers when we book the cab from Ola app from Mumbai airport. This is so frequent that we do not get a cab even after 3-4 cancellations or approaching the Ola duty manager at the airport.

                                    When we land at the airport after busy travel, we are sometimes running out of battery of our mobile. The cab driver accepts the booking and spends time re-fueling his cab. Thereafter he calls us to check on the destination and thereafter he cancels the cab if the destination is not of his convenience.

                                    Fail to understand that whether the cab service is for the convenience of the users or works on whims and fancies or convenience of the drivers?

                                    If the destination is not of the driver's choice why is he accepting the trip and keep the customer waiting only to cancel the trip eventually?

                                    Is the driver being held responsible or penalized for arbitrary cancellation of trip after accepting the trip and keep the customer waiting the way the customer is penalized if he / she cancels the trip?

                                    How is a customer compensated for such random cancellations by the driver(s) and for the loss of his time and money (due to rise of the fare during next booking after cancellation)?

                                    There is absolute chaos at the airport at the Ola counter. Is Ola doing something to reduce the pain that their customer goes through?

                                    I have noted the mobile number of such a driver when he canceled the trip yesterday night from Mumbai airport . His number is [protected]

                                      We have booked cab for outstation which is nearly 100 kms. The car has arrived at our home at correct time. But the driver bargain me about 500 extra from bill amount. He tells about that it was an tax. But we paid the bill inclusive of tax. *His name is Mariappan*

                                        I've taken an Ola Auto ride on 14th Jan 2021 from Manipal Hospital Bangalore to my Home and the fare was Rs 244. Ride Ref Number - CRN[protected]. I have paid cash to Ola driver as he has asked for. After a few days, I see I keep getting messages that pay the Ola amount for the fare. I've called the customer care and explained them the details and asked them to check with Ola Auto driver. They told that they can't help on phone and asked me to send a mail to [protected]@olacabs.com. I've sent the mail to them. Though I did not see any response from their side on mail, instead I keep getting multiple calls & whatsApp messages from different numers and persons multiple times daily. The messages and their language is completely threating and they will keep on sending the messages from personal phone numbers which is completely not acceptable. From their side they did not at all check with Ola auto driver and instead keep on calling and messaging me. I've never done any default on any platform and it is only Rs 244, not at all a big amount to do a default. But here the question is why should I pay it again when I've already paid to the driver as he asked. This is complete arrogance & insensitivity at Ola's part, as their behaviour is completely unjustified.
