I booked an ola ride from iiit bbsr to baramunda bus stand on sat (19/3/21)...i paid the ola driver through google pay ..but at night i got a message that the amount was paid deducted from my ola money balance

    All drivers of ola taxis and autos in Coimbatore are demanding more than the final display amount. Now I prefer to use normal taxi or auto services rather than OLA.

      I had a ride with OLA rental on 14.02.22. At the time of booking fare was shown Rs. 249 but after completing the trip fare became Rs. 500.

      They charged Rs. 212.18 against fare increase and tax Rs. 35.32 which was absolutely without intimation.

      I registered complaint via phone and mail also, but they have not refunded the amount.

      Moreover, they are saying that they have intimated me abount the additional amount which is a complete lie.

      I need Rs. 247.50 to be returned with immediate effect.

        Respected Sir/Madam,

        On the 16th of March, I had taken a cab from Ola. I Paid the amount of 212 rs as cash as online method was not allowing me to do the payment that time.
        Today, I started to receive payment reminders from Ola stating that I have unpaid dues. I was shocked to see that even after paying the driver, I had received the alerts. I am trying the customer care number mentioned on the Ola site but I cannot hear anything except a ring and the call getting disconnected automatically.

        The CRN number of the ride is CRN: [[protected]] and the driver's name is Sudhashankar Ray.

        Request to please resolve this as soon as possible.

            Hi there,
            We had scheduled pick up yesterday for 9:30 am. The driver cancelled in front of me and shrugged off. He gave no explanation and told he got another pickup. All at 9:30 am, not 1 minute late. This is extremely disappointing and he didn't even was sorry about it .Very rude. What standard ola is maintaining! Very very disappointing! I was with kids and elderly father and had to wait 20 mins for another cab.

              My mobile number is blocked for some silly reason because I have it set up on ola partner app. Now when I'm requesting them to delete my number from ola partner so that I can use ola cabs app, there is no solution given by them

                  Respected Team,
                  With due respect and hope I am sharing my grievance with you. Myself SUBHASHIS SHAW resident of KOLKATA presently working at STRYKER COMPANY, DELHI, GURUGRAM.
                  On 13thMARCH while returning to my workplace I booked a OLA CAB. At 9.51am my ride started from T3 CAR PARKING GROUND FLOOR, TERMINAL3, IGI AIRPORT to 8107 JASMINE STREET VATIKA CITY BLOCK W, UPPAL SOUTHEND SECTOR 49 GURUGRAM. I paid DRIVER Rs.596 through Google payment and unfortunately kept phone onto the seat and started bringing out my luggage from the cab Move out from there and suddenly recalled about my phone that i left in Ola cab.
                  Thereafter I called to my family members and told about the incident happened and told my sister to get the details information about the Ola cab driver from Ola Customer service but they denied to give the total information instead of his Name and Cell number.
                  The driver Name is Manoj kumar and his cell no is [protected]. After getting driver number We called him and he told that you forgot your mobile here and i am in next drive with the Customer and after droping him I will give you my location you can come and pickup your mobile from me. But some time later when I call him again he didn't received the calls and and till date he is not receiving my calls I tried to call him from several another Number but No response from his side.
                  I again called to Ola customer service and told them the same situation and Asked them to give his Alternative Number and Detail Address but they denied to help me.

                  Then I went For LEGAL action to local police authority they also showed their unwillingness toward the matter and asked to place only GD . But till dated they have not filed any FIR nor helped to solve the problem.

                    I had booked cab from Dahisar to T2 terminal (Mumbai international airport) on 8th March 2022 at 9:32AM and shared the OTP with your driver. The amount was showing 518/- while booking the cab but after the trip ended he showed me screenshot which showed RS 754/- and when i told him that while booking it was showing 518/- he told me there may be some issue with the app. So please show them the bill and i will get difference amount refunded. When i checked my app the trip was showing cancelled. Hence i understand that your driver committed fraud with me and i want you to take strict action against him and pay me my overcharged amount of Rs 250/-. I have attached all the required proofs to prove the fraud hence expecting strict against such drivers who are cheating passengers in the name of OLA. He must have cheated other passengers too hence i demand strict against him. The car and driver was same. I paid him 500 (cash) + 254 (Gpay) = 754.
                    This people are supporting their drivers and giving them opportunity to loot passengers and make part time income. If we cancel the trip we have to pay cancellation charges and their drivers can cancel trip anytime without any reason and then passengers keep struggling. Their technology is crap and their drivers are making use of the loopholes to extort extra money. We should start boycotting OLA cabs. They dont even have grievances cell and wonder how they were operating for so many years without license.

                        I had paid by cash for the ride but still it is showing the payment is pending.
                        The query raised frequently with my I'd.
                        Earlier I paid the amount since without doing the pending payment, couldn't able to book for another ride.

                          My Ola account has been permanently blocked for no reason. If I would have really violated any of OLA rules let me know clearly. Without proper reason, it's unfair to block my account. Here is my Mobile No. that has been blocked: [protected]

                          Moreover, If you are thinking that I have violated some OLA policies, then the OLA company could have changed/fined some amount, instead, they have blocked my account permanently.

                            I booked ola cab from delhi airport to my home . it was showing 436 in cash. When i was in cab, i changed the payment method to paytm. When trip ended i saw i was charged rs 436 in paytm and rs 295 in paytm(remaining balance in wallet) and after that driver asked for cash only. He was so rude and we had to pay ts 436 in vash again. Ended up paying rs 1167 instead of rs 436. We want refund of extra payment made rs 731.

                              Your driver was not accepting ola money payment and was asking for direct payment to him only. Hence we have transferred the fare amount of 544 to his given phonepe account. Attached is the screenshot of the payment transaction made to driver.

                              Now for this same trip I am not sure why another 1000rs got deducted from my ola postpaid account. So I am asking refund of that 1000rs in my ola postpaid. If I don't get this 1000rs refund it would be a clear case of cheating with customer that after paying the fare amount you deducted extra another 1000rs from my account again.

                              And I am sending this screenshot as proofs multiple times now and doing multiple followups for my deducted postpaid account 1000rs. so its already a harassment to customer by ola.

                                This has reference to my recent Ola Outstation ride (CRN[protected]) on 11th March, from Prayagraj Airport to Mahanagar Lucknow (one-way trip). I took the route suggested by the Ola app (and the same route was also suggested by the Google Map) which is exactly 206 Km – kindly check the enclosed copy of the bill with the route taken and the attached Google map for the distance between the points. As the base fare was calculated for 207 Km and 5 hours, the travelled distance is clearly 1 km less than the estimated one (207-206 = 1 km). However, it was to my surprise when the bill amounting to Rs 4071/- was sent to me on reaching the destination, as the estimated fare for this trip at the time of booking was Rs 3482/- only. I understood that I have to pay for the additional 20 min I took over 5 hours and also for the taxes which were not included in the estimated fare, but this was still not enough to understand the difference and the driver also had no idea of it. Since I was travelling with my old mother and we were extremely tired, I had to settle the bill quickly without going into its detail. On finding the fare break up later, I was shocked to see that I was charged for an additional 25 km, i.e. the total distance I travelled as per the bill was 232 km. As mentioned earlier, I travelled 206 km only - which is well within the estimated distance of 207 km.

                                I reported the issue on the same day (11th March) to the Ola customer support and have talked to three executives since then; however, the issue is not resolved yet even though one of the executives after understanding the complete issue and talking to the Ola driver-partner assured me to refund the wrongly-charged amount with taxes (Rs. 398) -- call recording available. I am astonished by the unprofessional behavior of the Ola customer care where there is no meaning of customer complaints and commitment of executives. Only generating complaint tickets without resolving the issue, giving false assurances, and wasting customers’ time are extremely unethical practices.

                                In the light of these facts, I request the Ola Cabs to refund the said amount (with taxes) in my wallet or bank account without any further delay and inconvenience.

                                  I have booked OLA Cab from My place to Perungalathur which is 11km away. While booking it showed Rs.300 as upfront amount. But I am shocked when paying to Driver, it showed Rs.615 rupees. Almost 100% high than upfront. I understand the peak time surge but, I am very disappointed that it didnt showed the exact amount as upfront. Even it is peak time how come OLA can charge 100% more money. I need very genuine explanation and this charge is highly not acceptable. Please check and respond.

                                    What is wrong with your app!!
                                    I cannot pay double amount every time I travel

                                        Ola Drivers are very bad here, misbehaving with customers and charging extra money . Refusing to switch on AC and claiming extra charges for it. Treats customers very badly. No actions are being taken against drivers.

                                        The company should pay attention to this matter and should take action immediately. Ola really needs to improve their services in Kolkata
