Seriously pissed! I booked an OLA cab from Kolkata airport on 26th December 2015. I did not read about the airport charges but was charged Rs. 100 (1/3 of the total fare) for the cabs parking charges at the airport. I don't think it's fair that I had to pay the car's parking charges when the car had come to drop off someone at the airport and parked his car at the airport waiting for the next airport booking. To top it off I had applied a coupon AIR25 to get a 25% discount. I had to pay Rs. 254 when the fare excluding the airport parking charges was Rs. 203. The app should remind the customer of the charges before booking the cab...In case he did not read the fine print. Prepaid taxi would have been cheaper and getting a prepaid taxi at the airport is not so difficult. What is the point of OLA if the customer is getting ripped off. I'd rather use the usual services than be subjected to fine print.

    Dear Sir, Today I have booked a ola cab at 3:22 pm and get a confirmation for 3:24 (within 2 minute). In the same time I have got a message 3:23pm for cab is waiting for travel. I have called to cab driver at 3:28pm and give my location and he said I am just coming at your place. He reached at my location at 3:38pm. When I have completed my travel and check the invoice detail then its included the travel time of 15 minutes before reaching my place. I asked to driver Mr Atul then he said you have to immediate call otherwise we will start the journey and not treating the good behaviour. I am first time feel this type of cheating from a ola driver. I request to you pls take immediate action on the cab driver so that customer always happy from ola.       I booked a ride through app on my mobile [protected] . The driver contacted me. I told him that I was standing near Yeswanthpur station exit on Tumkur raod opposite MTRO FORD . As soon as i told him, he started telling his car is not starting due to cold start. Since i booked this car ride, i sent away Auto who was willing to take me. When his car was not ready, why the driver called me in my phone. This is simply tactics to avoid a inconvenient route . I AM UNHAPPY WITH SERVICES OFFERED BY YOU. THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AGEOLD TAXIWALLAS AND OLA CABS.

        The driver of cab WB 07 J 2004, Pradip has picked up passengers from dakshin behala road anandanagar at1:48pm 24th december 2015 and was told to drop the passengers at Heart Clinik Saltlake(hospital). One of the passengers was suffering from kidney disease. At the crossing of Chingri Ghata the driver dropped the passengers and after repeated request by passengers he did not take them to the hospital. Due to this the passengers had to suffer lots of trouble which is bad for the reputation of ola cabs.

            After Reliving i asked HR about my PF, But They told me to apply after two months, after 2 months i went there they told me that its all about online process, So I came back & sent the mail for further process. i was requesting for procedure but i was not getting replies up to 4 mails, now i couriered all my documents to get my PF as they said, But now also the team is not Responding, From there negligence still i have not received at-least an acknowledgement of PF.

              Dissatisfied. Your driver cheated our relatives. He picked up our relatives at Haripuri Colony, NTR Nagar in Hyd, bad and drove to RTC Cross roads through LB Nagar and Uppal where the distance is double. He can ride through Musarambagh, Tilaknagar, Nallakunta and Vidyanagar.               Please let us know the status of my query. Refering ticket number 7714368 for the same.

              We have uninstalled your app and using alternate mode of transportation from the day ola driver cheated us.

                    I booked Ola cab from mori gate to molarband (badarpur). driver BABU SINGH ([protected]) for CRN[protected]. White Wagonr DL 1 RT 4818 to pick you up @ 9:45 PM, 22Dec. I was coming from my native place along with my mother, wife and two heavy bags. When we reached madan pur kaadar we got traffic jams he got angry and used abused words. When we entered colony he refused to enter it and started argument with us. He again abused word. So we had to leave it and paid it.

                        CRN[protected] found a car but the driver cancelled it because he couldnt come and had other work to do so we camncelled that ride and booked another one and travelled. all the while the previous cab's status was in progress tried to cancel it but there was no option to cancel and after 3 hours i recieved an invoice for the ride we didn't take . I hope you look in to this matter and refund our money.

But your Ola cab charge me 329 rupee include 153 rupees toll plaza rent. On the other hand toll fare is 28 rupees only.. than why you charge me extra money ??                               Ola added the Cost for time taken for the ride. How can the company charge the customer based on the Time, even though they are charging the customer based on kilometers..? This is purely looting money from the passengers. Please take action on the Cabs as they will invent more and more to option to loot money. Attaching the Image of the bill. They charged me 50 Rs. for 50 min and also on kilometer basis.
                              Seriously its not right. How come any company can charge money for travel time. There should be only extra charge for Waiting time not for Travel time.

                                    I travelled ANVT railway station(delhi) to Cyber city(gurgaon), which is about to only 34 km, I checked the fare on OLA android application and it shows only 445 to 517 max. I booked cab, the driver was very nice guy and very decent. But when i reached the bill came 1376. i just shocked i asked the driver, but he also didnot know how the bill generated. I called the customer care and the representative said to me that, the actual bill is 458 but they will took 458*3=1376/- . I asked why?, they said there was notification that i clicked OK. This is the way they are harassing people, after a lot of argument and when i said i will make a police complaint they agreed to take 600/- and extra amount will be pending. That was very painful for me. they just harassing people to pay more bill.

                                      I hve travelled in ola cab with driver LOKESH S ([protected]) in Silver Indica KA 51 B 6544 @ 12:46 PM, 21Dec. I teavelled for 2.6 KM and bill amount is 106 as per OLA Bill. But driver lokesh terrified me with his harsh words and tried threatening me and took Rs.200/- as charger and said extra 94 rupees is for my luggages. At the time of boarding I was not informed by the Driver that I have to pay extra for luggage. I was threatened by him and he was about to hit me.

                                        Your contention and clarification is misleading..Firstly, Sunday afternoon at 12.30 is NOT peak time..its the leanest period in Bangalore.. You are taking unfair advantage of trust reposed by ordinary people ..they accept without looking at the fine print..Secondly, even if you wish to charge higher in PEAK periods, the extra/additional charge has to be reasonable ..it can be additional Rs 50/100/150 .. cannot and should NOT be 3 times..If your routine fare is Rs 10 per km, additional/maximum charge can be Rs 20 per km, BUT to charge Rs 45 per km is a CRIME..My objection is on these two grounds and needs to be addressed..You need to Acknowledge, Accept that you have committed a blunder, then Desire to make the Change..As a start, Refund the additional amount charged as the First Healing Step towards Reformation
