I travelled ANVT railway station(delhi) to Cyber city(gurgaon), which is about to only 34 km, I checked the fare on OLA android application and it shows only 445 to 517 max. I booked cab, the driver was very nice guy and very decent. But when i reached the bill came 1376. i just shocked i asked the driver, but he also didnot know how the bill generated. I called the customer care and the representative said to me that, the actual bill is 458 but they will took 458*3=1376/- . I asked why?, they said there was notification that i clicked OK. This is the way they are harassing people, after a lot of argument and when i said i will make a police complaint they agreed to take 600/- and extra amount will be pending. That was very painful for me. they just harassing people to pay more bill.

    I hve travelled in ola cab with driver LOKESH S ([protected]) in Silver Indica KA 51 B 6544 @ 12:46 PM, 21Dec. I teavelled for 2.6 KM and bill amount is 106 as per OLA Bill. But driver lokesh terrified me with his harsh words and tried threatening me and took Rs.200/- as charger and said extra 94 rupees is for my luggages. At the time of boarding I was not informed by the Driver that I have to pay extra for luggage. I was threatened by him and he was about to hit me.

      An additional charge of rs 50 is understandable but to charge 3 times is a crime


      For a distance of 12.91 km you have charged rs 589 which comes to rs 45.62 per km


      No one in his right mind will charge such fares


      I am also aware that ola benefits from this malpractice and not the taxi driver

      Your contention and clarification is misleading..Firstly, Sunday afternoon at 12.30 is NOT peak time..its the leanest period in Bangalore.. You are taking unfair advantage of trust reposed by ordinary people ..they accept without looking at the fine print..Secondly, even if you wish to charge higher in PEAK periods, the extra/additional charge has to be reasonable ..it can be additional Rs 50/100/150 .. cannot and should NOT be 3 times..If your routine fare is Rs 10 per km, additional/maximum charge can be Rs 20 per km, BUT to charge Rs 45 per km is a CRIME..My objection is on these two grounds and needs to be addressed..You need to Acknowledge, Accept that you have committed a blunder, then Desire to make the Change..As a start, Refund the additional amount charged as the First Healing Step towards Reformation

        Ola driver BASAVANOUDA CAR NUMBER: KA 37 A 6126 was to pick me up by 7:25 at ejipoura todayb and waited an extra hour lying he was at my pick up point while i waited and waited he later stopped picking. I was able to find him after an entire hour. he wasnt in the car and would come by laughing at me. is this how you treat your customers, if this is how you do it. i'm sorry this would be the last time i would be patronizing you. i would also like to see him sacked.           I have booked ola ride from punjagutts to kapra what's CH is about 22 jm, but the driver charged for about 44 km, which is double and not in peak time. Driver number is [protected] (Lsxman)

              I had booked a Ola cab on 20 December 2015 (Sunday) from HBR layout, Bangalore to Bangalore International Airport (approx 33 kms) (CRN[protected]. To cover 33 kms these guys charged me 1900 rupee saying peak hour charges. However the cab had covered 33 kms within half an hour without any traffic. These guys are looting common people, please take some serious action against this.

                I booked taxi for sure as the Ola application showed three minutes availability. The date was 17 Dec and booking reference was TFS-PP-C48429391. Immediately the assigned driver called me and asked for my details and the destination I wanted to go. As soon as he heard the details he said it is peak traffic and it will take him half an hour to reach my place ( the application said 3 minutes). I said I will wait. After about 20 minutes I called the driver. He very casually told me that he got my ride cancelled and has been assigned another one. Immediately after that I get a call from their call centre saying the driver was waiting and I did not respond. I do not know the company can get GPS records and Mobile call records and verify how blatantly they are lying. I was late for my appointment and it was extremely embarrassing. The Company and driver do not care what a customer has to go through especially when you depend on them to provide services as promised.

                    Dear sir / Madam, I wish to bring to your notice that OLA a Private Taxi service agency is looting the people in the name of peak hours charges. Today I travelled from Chennai central to pallikaranai for which the actual travel cost is Rs.302.5/- incl tax. But I was charged Rs.726 stating that 240 percentage is peak hour charges and the pricing is called as Dynamic fare. These private taxis are looting common public like us and we are suffering heavily because of them. I request your goodself to kindly look into this issue and order for necessary and immediate action. Kindly consider this as a plea by public and not by an individual.

                      I booked a cab today to pickup my wife and 1 year old kid from her home, just about 3.5 km away from my residence. Since it is too cold out here at 8:30 in the night I preferred a 4-wheeler instead of picking them up through my bike. This is our usual routine and have availed services of OLA cab before also. When she arrived at home, the driver charged 165/- which on all other occasions has never crossed 104/- at max. Upon objecting for overcharge, the driver said it is 7 km from this place. I asked him to take me back in the same cab through the same route and if it is 7 km, I'll pay him any amount. To this, he said "don't argue with me!! don't you know this is Sonker's cab??" Having listened to this threat my wife shouted at him because of which all neighbors came outside to our rescue. Then the driver says "give whatever you want" to which we said either show the correct bill or we won't pay a single penny. Seeing the crowd gathered around, he drove away. This disturbed us a lot and we pledge never to opt for OLA services anymore. I demand strict action against this driver. The details of this person and the vehicle he was driving as received through sms are: Nitin Saini, mobile number [protected], vehicle number UP 70 ET 2187 and the CRN is[protected].
                      Even i have the same case like nishu 0612, even i booked an ola cab on 9:15am to go to dakhineswar.we rode on ola cabs for a couple of time but the charge had never crossed more than 400/-...this is the first time that it costed 960/-.i was shocked to see that huge total.on asking the driver he said that the rate has increased and it is not his mischief, on the same day i had again booked the ola cab from dakhineswar, but this time it costed only 390/- . This disturbed me a lot . I demand strict action against this driver.                         I booked a cab with OLA for Terminal 1, Delhi Airport. The driver misunderstood the pickup point and start arguing on phone, after a while he said he will cancel the booking at the last moment. After a while, he started abusing and saying cheap thing over the phone. OLA is a fraud.

                          Today, I booked ola cab for dropping to anakapalli railway station, visakhapatnam at 1:45 P.M, from ukkunagaram, vsp. I called customer care to book a cab but they said booking should be done from ola cab app. So I booked through that app. That app is asking me to mention from address but there is no room to give to address.So i booked cab (CRN[protected]:26 A.M. The cab driver called me at 1:38 and asked me 'TO' address . when i said him that address . He informed me that (anakapalli railway station, vsp) had no cab signals and he cannot go there without any extra charges . due to this issue, my plan completely got disturbed. Ola cab office need to answer us for this inconvenience to the customers.They are not providing the exact information . Its really distrubed important issues. I want ola cab to give the correct explainations.

                            I have tried to book an OLA cab from Pune numerous times but each time I use the ride later option I never get a cab as they say all the advanced booking slots are full for the requested time. The same message is repeated for all the cab categories. So what is the point of having a cab service if it is never available. I am highly disappointed with the OLA service in Pune.

                              Please find below the attached email which clearly shows how irresponsibly they have tackled my complaint. Where in the driver misbehaved with me totally and asked me to get out of the cab, half way of my destination. When I called the Call center executive - Vishwanath was the person I spoke to, he did no say anything to the driver and did not even apologise. When I asked to escalate the matter this is what I get in return a mail saying sorry. This is not the solution. I want a strict action against the two else I have to file a police complaint.                                 Hi, I booked OlA today AUTO TN07AA1398for KRN 78083855. The Auto driver cancelled the booking after i got in to the Auto. He told me the OLA request has been cancelled. I replied I am not sure what to do. He remained silent. Once I reached the destination, I gave him 100 Rupees (Meter amount was 45 Rupees). He charged me extra 30 Rupees apart from the meter amount. When I asked him to return back the correct amount, he did not return me any change and took the auto.

(going to bus station). at 4:30 pm i get the message for driver name information. after that driver call me and says that i will not come at your location at this time. i have far from you 8 km. he says call ola cabs and cancel your booking. i call customer care and says all things. customer care says we are sorry driver not near by you and we not come at that time. so i say that if you will not come then say me at morning. now i have no any transport or other vehicle to going bus station. so he says cancel your booking and we are not provide service. after 5 min driver again call me and says that i will come but i have not come exact you location because there is some kaccha road. driver says you come here and i will take you from their location. so my complaint is if he will not provide that type of service say me as in morning. some drivers are come there. this driver says i not come your location. and ola cabs tell me last time that driver will not come at your location. he is far away from your location. please take some action. thanks.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam, I am highly dissatisfied with the service provided by your side and due to poor services provided from you, I missed my scheduled flight. Last night (15/12/2015) I booked two OLA Cabs from my residence to Sindhi Camp Bus Stand (Jaipur). Before the booking schedule I've got the booking acceptance message from your side with the booked Car and Driver's details. Immediately after this I've got the booking cancel message and the same driver and car took booking for 2nd CRN That means my booking for the other CRN stood booked because i didn't get any booking cancel message for 2nd CRN. After Waiting for a couple of minutes, when Driver didn't come I called on his Mobile No. but that Driver Mr. Mahaveer Prasad not responded in proper way and cut down the call saying that He'll not come, Booking Has Been Cancelled. Due to this I missed my scheduled flight and suffered inconvenience. It was so embarrassing for me because I've booked the cab for my guests. I am highly dissatisfied and want you to take appropriate action in this matter and compensate. Screenshot of booking message is enclosed herewith.
