    I have booked a taxi for sure can from ola cabs app and have received a confirmation call from the driver as well. The cab was expected to reach me by 12.07 pm but when I called the driver after the eta, his no was busy and at last when the driver decided to show mercy and take the call he told me that he will be late, and forgot to inform me the same when we spoke earlier. After receiving a confirmation message and call how can they not provide me a cab? This ain't The first time I'm facing such problem with this cab service provider but I've faced the same problem multiple times in the past so I've decided not to spAre this company this time.

      I am new to OLA App, and i had very bad experience and its a major scam. I was waiting at UB mall, and since my phone network is not working I asked a OLA cab driver waiting, whether he can book the cab himself and drop me. He took my phone, connected to his wifi and made multiple bookings and then he was talking on phone to these drivers. Then he told me how much ever the bill comes i should pay, then i realized that the cab in which i sat is not actually booked and i will be ending up paying for someone else ride. so please take notes of such scams, this incident is forcing me to really avoid OLA cabs

        I wanted to attach a taxi for which I also paid Rs. 5000 to Ola Patna office as a sec. Later due to some personal issues I decided not go ahead with the plan. So I for the refund of my Rs. 5000 as it was told to me that it is refundable. Now, it has been more than 3 weeks and I am not getting any response. Forget about the refund, nobody is even bothered to call or contact. I have even followed up with the customer care with more than 15 mails but no response.
        Bound to call this company's fradulent way of working because even customer care centres are also not replying

          I was booked the ola cab on 28.11.15, from yaswanpur railway station to ramgondnahalli bangalore, and its crn no is[protected], usually i was came from there in 350.00 fare but that day the driver take me to a different route and also ola charge me peak hour rate as 2.5 of normal fare and i have to gave him 1348.00 rs, so i want my money back

              On 10th December 2015, i have booked an OLA CAB # TS 06 UA 7208, CAB Driver(Emadasetty T) #[protected], from Basher Bhag and i have not mentioned destination while booking. Am travelling along with my friend, and when i requested driver to slow down so that my friend can get out and from there i can travel to the destination. But the driver refused in a harsh way saying there is one pickup & one drop policy applies and before i say anything he stopped the ride and asked us to get down. I asked him to show me that one pickup one drop policy which i couldnt find on OLA cabs.com- Terms & Conditions, or asked him to call to his customer care so that i could talk to them on this, but he did neither and left us there in the middle of our trip. This ill behaviour of the driver is really unacceptable, and i seriously wants this to be considered. Also attached a rule point from OLA CABS - Terms & Conditions which speaks of multiple pick up points & as well as drop points.

                  They are making fool of customers at the name of new services . I have recently uses ola share and it sucks.some days back I got a confirmed booking of a ola share which was going to hsr layout although I had entered drop location as Whitfield . Driver took the entire amount and refused to pay back although I had noṭ even travelled 1 km in the cab. After fighting for 15 mins, i finally got my money back.Today again I boarded ola share. The drop location in the app was not updated and it took some default location which was on opposite side of my drop point. After traveling 4 km driver told me to get down, pay for 4 km and book another cab . When I called customeṛ care, even their response was same. Why should customers suffer when there are technical problems in your app.
                  I have faced one of my worst days of commute in ola cabs yesterday. This is related to their newly launched Ola Share cabs. I will break this up into 3 incidents. Guess what, all happened on the same day in span of 1.5 hours.

                  Incident 1: When i booked the ola share the first driver picked up the call & made up some story & said that he is stuck in the traffic, crossed the signal, couldn't take a U turn so & so. Finally, asked me to cancel the ride request & not complain about his denial in the feedback form, even though the vehicle was showing 1min away from the point where i was standing. All these drama just because, he doesn't want to accept the Ola Share request.

                  Incident 2: I wrote a complaint mail on the spot & it read something like this
                  Subject: Issue related to my ride
                  "Dear support team,
                  Your driver seems to be rudest person I have ever seen. He openly challenges me to complain as he declined my ride request. If he had to decline couldn't he do it politely. Sorry ola you teach a nice etiquette to your drivers."

                  I didn't know whether i need to fume up & be frustrated for whats happening. But, may be my patience was at its zenith or the gods of OLAs were blessing from the heaven. I went onto test my luck one more time.

                  Incident 3: Well, finally i succeeded in my booking & the cab which is suppose to show up in 3 mins(according to Ola readings) came after some 20 mins, that too after constant follow ups with the driver.I said to myself come on yaar why are you in so complaining mood, if you have come this far, you got to bare this small annoyances.
                  I managed to get into the cab & i should say i had a decent ride & the driver looked quite polite. I reached my destination & as per Ola Share i paid the pre-calculated amount of Rs 130 in cash to the driver as the driver demanded the cash.Well, if you think that we are approaching the climax with an happy end, then wait, there is a twist in the tail.As it was quite late in the night i had my dinner & went to the bed. In the morning, when i checked my Ola balance, the same amount of Rs 130 was also deducted from my Ola balance.When i called up the customer care, they are asking me not to pay the amount in cash, when i got the Ola money, even if the driver demands. On top of this the agent asked me to educate the driver about these stuffs.
                  Well, what on the earth was my mistake that i took the Ola Share. I understand that every day is not a sunday, but, this sunday was really my day.

                      I travelled from malleahwaram to Brookfield using Ola cab today. I used d free ride and however I paid Rs. 407.00. And my invoice shows paid amount as Rs.196.00. I told cab driver that I am using the free drive. I want clarify how this could solve this confusion. I want the extra amount back which I paid. Please find the attached screenshot.                         Hello Team I have hired cab from OLA for the first time to send my family(wife and a 3 yr old kid) and this is a pathetic service from the drivers side who does not a any decency to speak properly to the customer. He was so impatient saying he has several bookings and cannot wait till booked time. The driver was so rude till the point I had to literally ask him to get out of the cab so that I can take him to the police station to lodge a complaint. His name is Satish, and the booking for the cab was done on [protected]. If he needs to earn money then he better needs to know how to speak to a customer. It took me 4 hours to book a cab and literally this guy came to me at 3:45. Cab was boarded at same time and the cab booking was at 3:57. He started speaking so rudely that he owns the car and OLA hired his services and he is his own manager. He then left my kid and wife on the road and left off by the time I reached out to the cab. I will take this to the highest level and see why this guy is so frustrated working for a corporate cab service. I had a good opinion on OLA cabs but this guy has made my first experience literally worst. I work in corporate organization and feel so pathetic about this service. Regards Veera

                          Ola blocked me and reversed all coupons. After launch complaint Ola unblock me again but still i have not received my earlier coupons. While discussed with customer care executive, he Promised that they will provide all coupons but still not received. Also contacted via Email.they denied & just done cheating. given excuse of VIOLATION word. When they need promotions, they offered share & earn referral policy.Now i need to used Refeferal coupons, they just blocked.I need my Rs 500 × 3 nos and rs 300 × 1 no coupons back with extended validity. please help me.                             AFTER ACCEPTING BOOKINGS THEY DO NOT TURN UP OR TURN UP LATER THEN ACCEPTED. Not once but this was third occasion when this has got repeated.This time I kept the records / proofs to validate the same. 1. The last of the three instance was on 30 Nov 15. CRN:[protected], booked around 22:51h, I was told that driver will pick up at 11:07PM i.e. 23:07h. The driver did not come. 2. Second booking then taken around 23:15h, CRN:[protected], told driver would pick up at 23:29 PM. The driver did not turn up. 3. Called up call centre from mobile: [protected], the call celntre did nt assist. 4. Stopped a cab passing by, after hackling for fare when i sat inside I saw the Mobile on its dash board, then asked him who he is employed with, he replied OLA. Then again on the third attempt he was booked on APP, this time the CRN:[protected], I was just lucky to have stopped him other wise after waiting for almost 40 minutes and false assurances I would have missed this third booking also.

                                Team, In last 3 months have faced severe service issue with OLA cabs, during the 1st ride the driver acted like goons with family member ie he kept female family members stranded on road for 1 hr during night time in name of discrepancy in bill amount. 2nd time driver was rude, unprofessional, abusive and stubborn through the ride and took long route for short distance travel, inspite of advising to follow certain route he never followed...

                                I booked a mini ride from pragati maidan, New Delhi on 26 Nov 2015 at 3.28pm with CRN[protected] with driver named Mr. Sarwar but driver cancelled the trip before its get started on its own. Later on we called him to confirm the issue he said I am standing at the spot and you can come at the point. We travelled the journey which is about 25 kms to Dwarka sec 23 New Delhi. He charged us with 650 rupees and on asking about the bill or the complete bill, he said we don't give bill or anything regarding the bill. Please clarify the issue as soon as possible and arrange for the refund if any. Because I don't think for about 25 kms you charged 650 rupees.

                                  I had booked a taxi from model town to malviya nagar around 1 pm that time I was charged 1.7 times in name of peak hour charges which costed me around rupees 687 for travelling 29 km and for the same distance I earlier paid rupees 380 with peak hour charges now the distance is same and at 1 pm which is not a peak hour they are charging this much which is not justified. In customer care I m told that they are helpless they can't do any thing which was very much shocking .they should change the name of CUSTOMER CARE to OLA CARE BCOZ THEY ACTUALLY DON'T CARE FOR CUSTOMERS.

But Driver will not come and when I book another ride, the driver was dropped me at my location and he is charged me. But in my app I show that my first ride is free. Although they charged me.                                       I took ride from uppal to secbad railways station with a coupon of first ride of Rs 220 off. CRN[protected] SEDAN CAR. It took me to the station at right time, appreciate it but my first ride coupon did not work. The driver showed me a fare of Rs 192. My ride details also show that i had paid Rs 1 but actulally paid Rs192. please refund my money and update the app in windows phone.
