Hello Team I have hired cab from OLA for the first time to send my family(wife and a 3 yr old kid) and this is a pathetic service from the drivers side who does not a any decency to speak properly to the customer. He was so impatient saying he has several bookings and cannot wait till booked time. The driver was so rude till the point I had to literally ask him to get out of the cab so that I can take him to the police station to lodge a complaint. His name is Satish, and the booking for the cab was done on [protected]. If he needs to earn money then he better needs to know how to speak to a customer. It took me 4 hours to book a cab and literally this guy came to me at 3:45. Cab was boarded at same time and the cab booking was at 3:57. He started speaking so rudely that he owns the car and OLA hired his services and he is his own manager. He then left my kid and wife on the road and left off by the time I reached out to the cab. I will take this to the highest level and see why this guy is so frustrated working for a corporate cab service. I had a good opinion on OLA cabs but this guy has made my first experience literally worst. I work in corporate organization and feel so pathetic about this service. Regards Veera

    Ola blocked me and reversed all coupons. After launch complaint Ola unblock me again but still i have not received my earlier coupons. While discussed with customer care executive, he Promised that they will provide all coupons but still not received. Also contacted via Email.they denied & just done cheating. given excuse of VIOLATION word. When they need promotions, they offered share & earn referral policy.Now i need to used Refeferal coupons, they just blocked.I need my Rs 500 × 3 nos and rs 300 × 1 no coupons back with extended validity. please help me.       AFTER ACCEPTING BOOKINGS THEY DO NOT TURN UP OR TURN UP LATER THEN ACCEPTED. Not once but this was third occasion when this has got repeated.This time I kept the records / proofs to validate the same. 1. The last of the three instance was on 30 Nov 15. CRN:[protected], booked around 22:51h, I was told that driver will pick up at 11:07PM i.e. 23:07h. The driver did not come. 2. Second booking then taken around 23:15h, CRN:[protected], told driver would pick up at 23:29 PM. The driver did not turn up. 3. Called up call centre from mobile: [protected], the call celntre did nt assist. 4. Stopped a cab passing by, after hackling for fare when i sat inside I saw the Mobile on its dash board, then asked him who he is employed with, he replied OLA. Then again on the third attempt he was booked on APP, this time the CRN:[protected], I was just lucky to have stopped him other wise after waiting for almost 40 minutes and false assurances I would have missed this third booking also.

        Driver- Prohlad Biswas Booking -Dec 5, 2015 8.30p.m TFS-PP-C46324936 Hatchback WB19F1564 Kolkata We did not took the ride but still ola money has been deducted from my account.We called the driver but he did not pay any heed.Please look into the matter..such cheatings are not expected from ola.

          Team, In last 3 months have faced severe service issue with OLA cabs, during the 1st ride the driver acted like goons with family member ie he kept female family members stranded on road for 1 hr during night time in name of discrepancy in bill amount. 2nd time driver was rude, unprofessional, abusive and stubborn through the ride and took long route for short distance travel, inspite of advising to follow certain route he never followed...

          I booked a mini ride from pragati maidan, New Delhi on 26 Nov 2015 at 3.28pm with CRN[protected] with driver named Mr. Sarwar but driver cancelled the trip before its get started on its own. Later on we called him to confirm the issue he said I am standing at the spot and you can come at the point. We travelled the journey which is about 25 kms to Dwarka sec 23 New Delhi. He charged us with 650 rupees and on asking about the bill or the complete bill, he said we don't give bill or anything regarding the bill. Please clarify the issue as soon as possible and arrange for the refund if any. Because I don't think for about 25 kms you charged 650 rupees.

            I had booked a taxi from model town to malviya nagar around 1 pm that time I was charged 1.7 times in name of peak hour charges which costed me around rupees 687 for travelling 29 km and for the same distance I earlier paid rupees 380 with peak hour charges now the distance is same and at 1 pm which is not a peak hour they are charging this much which is not justified. In customer care I m told that they are helpless they can't do any thing which was very much shocking .they should change the name of CUSTOMER CARE to OLA CARE BCOZ THEY ACTUALLY DON'T CARE FOR CUSTOMERS.

              I selected my first ride from kalupur station to vastrapur lake. But Driver will not come and when I book another ride, the driver was dropped me at my location and he is charged me. But in my app I show that my first ride is free. Although they charged me. I want my money back. Thanking you.

                I took ride from uppal to secbad railways station with a coupon of first ride of Rs 220 off. CRN[protected] SEDAN CAR. It took me to the station at right time, appreciate it but my first ride coupon did not work. The driver showed me a fare of Rs 192. My ride details also show that i had paid Rs 1 but actulally paid Rs192. please refund my money and update the app in windows phone.

                  I had made an booking today i.e on 03/12/2015 having CRN[protected] after that i got a call from driver and he asked about my location details and drop point later that i got a message from ola that my ride has been started but the driver didn't reach my location but my ride has been started how can he do so.I immediately called ola executive and he said that i am on trip and he said that he will make an call to driver and arrange conference and i dont know while on the call itself i got my trip completed showing 83rs of bill but i didnt took that ride.How can ola do so kindly check with the executive and also your driver and make sure that it doesn't happen to other customers.

                    Receipt for Booking ID TFS-PP-C45597359 The driver said that the fare would be incorrect as the internet was not working for sometime during the trip. He called the call centre to get the correct fair and charged me 465 + 65 (toll). I still have not got the bill for this. Can you send me updated bill

                      From past few days an ola car is getting parked in our lane in Patna.The lane belongs the three houses surrounding it and all o[censored]s are facing problem because of it.We tried complaining about it then his owner said its the lane of the colony which its not so he will continue parking there. So I will request ola to look into this matter and take required action against him. It is a white coloured Indica with no. BR01PF6980

                        Ola Share is a scam and Ola has the worst kind of Customer Care. I would strongly advice against this service. Today I took an Ola Share cab OSN960299 from BTM 1st Stage in Bangalore to Sarjapur Main Road. The fare was Rs 145 which I prepaid to the driver.As soon as the cab crossed the HSR Layout flyover on the outer ring road, the driver stopped the car and told me that the trip is over and I should de-board the cab. I called up the Customer Care and talked to a Wasim and a Nagraj.These Customer Care executives start telling me I was at fault, as the cab had reached the destination and I might have entered the destination wrong. The distance between Sarjapur Main Road junction and BTM 1st stage is 6.7 km, I was dropped at the 4km mark. So I basically paid 36.25/km in a sharing ola indica cab, got dropped off at a location where I couldn't find an auto or any other means of transport. I had to walk for around a km to find an auto. Then got harassed by their driver and their customer support. I would really advice every customer to rather take any other cab service or an auto rather than using OLA, because OLA is a SUB-STANDARD, UNSAFE & UNRELIABLE cab service provides which only knows how to LOOT AND & HARASS their customers.

                            I booked a cab from "TAXI for Sure" through OLA mobile app on 27th November 2015 at 9:30AM for Udyog Vihar Phase 3 Gurgaon from Ghaziabad to attend a job interview, which was scheduled at 12:00PM. i instantly received booking confirmation and later i received a call from driver that he is on its way. After a delay of 20 minutes, i called Driver again, and received a reply that he is stuck in traffic, and available for a pickup in another 10 mins. After 15 minutes, i again enquired, and he repeated the same. After 15 mins when i called him again, he told that he is not coming, as i had raised cancellation request, WHICH I NEVER DID. After waiting for 1 [censored]ing hour I didnt got the cab, I was late, and I missed the interview. I called TFS to log a complaint, and was assured that my case would be looked upon, but nothing happened till now. Who is looking into my complaint? It was a real mental harassement. I am looking to file a litigation against the company for my loss.

                              Just one question, that why should, t I prefer airport taxi, over ola cabs if I have to pay 1500 to go to the bangalore airport, whereas airport taxi charges max 900 that too with a.c. My CRN number is[protected], booked and charget over 1.8 times the orignal fare nearly double that too at time 5pm. WORST CABS .

                                When we booked the cab it was not getting booked as it was our first ride and even the first ride coupon was not working. So my colleague used his phone to book it and used a coupon but when we reached our destination neither the coupon worked nor the customer care executive was supportive. PATHETIC SERVICE OF TRANSPORTATION.
                                The driver call centre is too pathetic that will never hear your problem. They are very rude to their own customers. Seems Old cab will stop their business, now running only because of the free coupons.

                                  OLA services has been really good since beginning. on 13Nov 2015 i used ola cabs twice. Morning 10:07 am i we took a cab for dwarka sector 10, in midway suddenly we realize that we left our important packet at home, again we went back to collect the bag, after that we move towards dwarka. Total fare was INR 397, distance covered was 28.55 kms in 95.58minutes.Invoice no.[protected] This no. is high because we have to went back for our packet. Or else fare will not be higher that INR 285-300. In return my mother book a cab for her along with my aunt. On same route. Driver was knowing that ladies dont know the exact route so he kept on driving to wrong routes.At this time i was not in the cab. Now the fare comes is INR 1087, distance covered 27.22 km in 135.27minutes. This is shocking, on onward journey we accept that we have to went back for our packet due to which fare, time and distance was more but in return driver misguided the passanger. He took 135 minutes for a distance which can be easily covered in 70minutes. Invoice no.[protected]. This is not acceptable. OLA has no control over drivers, driver took the long route to make more money.I was tracking the cab and i also spoke to driver from my aunt phone. He was misbehaving and not accepting that he took the long route. Why should we pay INR 1087 for a distance which cab be covered in INR 300. This is not first time me and my family used ola or any other cab service. We know how much is the estimated fare will be. Kindly take necessary action against this serious complaint.                                     I had booked and OLA cab on 13.11.2015 from Borivali to Domestic Airport. I got a SMS from OLA that a they will send a Brown Ertiga with the drivers name and no. However, 15 mins prior to the travel time, i got another SMS stating that the booking is cancelled due to unavailability of vehicle. This is seriously annoying as i had to rush to neared Taxi stop to hire the kaali peeli taxi. Hence, this complaint against OLA
                                    Mine was very pathetic. They cancelled the cab when the driver is with me. When spoke to the driver call centre executive one of the executive says I have cancelled and I was about to miss my flight. However the driver was nice and he accepted that. But they fired him because he helped a customer.
