Pathetic service ever had in OLA . first time am using OLA share, & came to an conclusion that people should not use the OLA Share @all. I book a cab using OLA share today in my primary contact number [protected]. Driver dint drop me @the mention location he left me middle itself.I asked him why .he said he can't go further...

Ola have deducted my 2 ola coupon which i have earned through through through referral worth 400 rs...I am loyal customer to them but they have deducted it by saying i have violated ola policies..But i havent...My email id registered with ola is [protected]@gmail.Com...

I had booked a sedan cab in Ahmedabad well in advance i.e @5 hours before the travel time. I had to go Railway station and had a train at 10.30 PM from Ahmedabad and my travel booking time was 9.05 PM. I did not received any communication from Ola regarding driver and cab details till 8.50 PM so i called up support team for the same. The support team said sorry and wait for the details. I had booked OLA taxi at evening 7 PM. As i need to attend the function i booked ola taxi and said diver as the boarding point at JNTU, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. On 15/11/2015, I have booked a cab from Majestic(Bangalore) to Yeswanthpur at 10.30PM. Distance is around 7 Km. I thought cost will come around 200 bucks. Hi I booked Ola auto at Chennai today at 09:00 AM. Mr. Shanmugam ( auto driver) auto no TN09AV3791 had accepted the request and reached my house within 5 mins. I have to travel to Manapakkam from Jafferkhanpet. My relative booked a Ola cab to drop me from residence to Secunderabad Railway station on 6th November at 11 AM. We have availed service and cab driver charged Rs 130 from us. Latter I came to know that my relative had cash account with ola cab and the charges were debited from his account also. The driver thus cheated us Rs 130. I picked up ola cab today from JP Nagar to Bangalore Airport at 7:45am. The fare to drop airport comes in range Rs 600 to Rs 800. Ola charged me Rs 1900. There should be some rules to stop these kinds of cheating. Same day I landed in Mumbai took from Chhatrapati Shivaji Domestic airport to Marol Naka which 3.9Km distance. On 16th Nov my brother had to fly from Hyd to Delhi . Flight was 'Air India' at 6.45. He had done web check in already and requested the cab to come sharp at 5.15 am at sanath nagar. I used your service today. And it was worst experience. I feel I was cheated. Driver took different route, stopped for FUEL filling.

The same route I used on 9th Nov and it charged 162 and today it charged 296, why it has this much difference for same route.

On 9th distance was 15.57 km and today it was 25.62 for the same pick up and drop points.

This is clear that I was cheated...

I have booked ola cab from cbd belapur to bhainder (53 Kms.) . but company charged to me rs.1840/-. please tell us if company charging @ 11/per km, then my bill will be come near Rs.583/- only.
