Hi, This is in regards to CRN#[protected] which is for Rs 234, apart from that cabby overcharged us Rs50 extra & that too in cash & not in Ola money, saying it's a 4 seater cab & we were 5 people. While coming back, we weren't charged for an extra person in the cab? Pls explain!! Are the rules differ from cabby to cabby or what?

    For a free ride u get offer for Rs.200 and i have applied a coupon code, travelled from Koramangala to Brookefields and the charge was Rs.235 .Since it was the first ride they should have got from me only 35, but the driver got the whole amount then what is the use of giving an offer.

      This is really unfair. Today I ended up paying almost double at X 1.8 peak pricing. I had to urgently contact Ola to board a flight today at 6:55 AM . Not knowing that it would be such a high cost, I accepted the cab. I realized that this was a mistake as it had no economic rationale to pay such a high cost. This is unfair on Ola’s part to charge such heavy sums, which might be pleasing only for the drivers and the company but certainly not for the riders. My CRN was CRN[protected].

        Ola cabs Bangalore have a peek time charges that charges upto 2.2 x(distance charges).Peek time charges are for peek hour where it consume more time a traffic.Apart from that time charges(hidden) as per time taken per journey.This charges is very unreasonable since they already charged for peek time.Yesterday for 3km i paid 229 rs which is very unreasonable.Please take appropiate action on ola cab .They are making people fool by making hidden charges and making wrong money.Please inspect all cabs services also .           I booked ola auto pick up near IBIS hotel (richmond circle, bangalore) and drop to HSR sector 2. This is around 15 km. Auto took me to HBR layout and the to HSR layout. The total kilometers were around 40km. Meter amount was 590 INR. And as it was at 1.00am, auto person asked me 1.5 times meter amount. Means 900 INR. There was no sms sent after completion of travel.             I booked 2 cabs on 2.10.15 for travel on 3.10.15. Confirmation Nos. CRN[protected] & CRN[protected]. No driver called 30 minutes prior as per OLA SMS confirmation. The cabs didn't show up at the material time nor they have informed about their inability to send car. When I rang them they said no cars available. ( I made alternative arrangements at 6.00 am to reach Madurai Rly. Station. Then What is the use of advance booking). After 1/2 an hr one driver called towhom I said I was on the way to my destination. Second driver never called. OLA sent message that customer cancelled the trip. This is the message we receive whatever be their fault in not sending the cab. V.Suruliraju, Madurai

                Hello, As per the mail received on 14.11.2015 from Ola, I went ahead and booked a Ola mini from my home in Bangalore to Bangalore airport this morning . I did apply the discount coupon code AIR 25 too however it does not seem like I received any percentage or 25% of discount mentioned in the mail below . Very disappointed due to the fake promise made by team Ola. Landed up paying 738/- which is the normal fare without any discounts. Please advise a way forward if I should stick to using Ola.                   I Have booked a cab from OLA yesterday from Delhi Airport and applied a discount code for INR 200 approx distance was 60 KM to my home. When he generated the bill its was 1597 rs. When I have raised this with driver and OLA customer care they said this is the due to peak hours and tax charges..however maximum bill should be 400 rs. Kindly help.

                      My journey was commencing on 28nov at0020 hrs from chandigarh railway stn i booked the mini cab at 2325hrs but they replied on 2325 that they were unable to attend me this caused me the loss of 200ruppees by giving to autowala at1225 this led me a great panic.kindly take my complaint by cpensating me the same amount.

                        Today we booked a ola cab from thane to belapur in their app through taxi for sure and for the return trip from belapur to thane in ola mini. While the cost for the inward journey was rs.400/- for the return journey was rs.819/- even assuming the peak time charge rate of 140%, and the difference in kilometer rate which worked out rs.100/- the fare for the return journey should not have been more than rs.650/- it appears the driver has taken a circutious route which has led to difference in traavel distance also.

                          I am a regularly travel using OLa cab / Auto Wednesday 25th evening I have booked an auto . ref no KRN 70149819. the driver Benny Xavier initially accepted to come for a pick up, but later delayed . when called his way of talking was bad and asked me to cancel the booking. I had to go urgently and later I booked another OLA and travellled. These incidents spoils the reputation of your organisation . Same time my time and money was wasted unnecessarily. Kindly look in to this complaint and better not to have such drivers which spoils your reputation. These experiences makes me to think whether I should continue to use OLA services.                             Sir, I, lrfan, my register mobile no to Ola is [protected]. I have created Ola account around 7-8 months before. I collected many referral coupon by inviting to my friends. 30-40 days before they removed my coupons. After a long conversation last week they agree to refund my coupon but today they again refuse to refund my coupon. Plz do something.

                              I had hired Ola Cab on 27/11/2015 for ride from my home to work place (Global Village, Bangalore) - Booking CRN #[protected]. The trip cost me Rs. 141 which was deducted from my Ola Money promptly. 5 minutes later, another amount of Rs. 85 was deducted from Ola Money for another trip I had not taken. The invoice number CRN #[protected]. This was the first time I used OLA cabs in Bangalore. Being a first timer, Ola Cabs was nice enough to offer me a discount of Rs. 100, but I didn't know that they would take the money back with false charging. It could be a fault from the driver's side (as per the FAQ, the Ola Cab driver might have picked up another passenger from my drop point by continuing my trip), but like in the case o[censored]ber or TaxiforHire, I wish OLA CABs did an authorization of payment and payment type for each trip, from the customer before the auto-debit is made. This is a straight case of cheating by the CAB company, wherein the customer had no option left to retrieve the lost money or discontinue further services (The customer service is pathetic and the balance in Ola money cannot be refunded - they vow that RBI has instructed them so..).

                                Ola is fraud company. There calculation systems are third class. Ola charges for 22.15km from my pick up point to destination but the actual distance is 14km. Even Google map also showing 14.7 km. They cheat with me. Why should I pay extra. Please check this issue and refund my money else I will do further action
                                It's a fraud company... passengers are getting overcharged.. I had my ride on 20th Nov in d evening n the distance between my place to my destination was only 6. 45km... n the driver jamaluddin charged me rs300... when I asked the reason for overcharged he said check with my company. The car number was WB25F2621 AND CRN49960649.. it's a horrible experience.. specially be care before take the ride in ola, drivers r keeping their meter on before the passengers r taking their rides... this way simply ola is cheating to their passengers... Pls be care full from ola n don't make an account with ola. I[censored] hv delete it tody n install other cabs application... it's simply a fraud company

                                  Well I would like to re-christen them as GOLA cabs as they are giving a big gola in the name of service to their customers. If you disagree or are planning to avail their services then read ahead. I took my first ride with OLA yesterday and got cheated. My travel was from Sahibabad to Kanti Nagar Ext - East Delhi which is not even 8 km. After reaching the destination the driver pulled out his cellphone and marked the travel complete on his OLA driver's app and asked for Rs. 520. I was taken aback in shock as their estimates for this travel on their booking app showed ranging from Rs. 100 - 200 and that's what I had calculated based on their fares. I asked the driver for the bill details as the amount was way too high(520 Rs.) The driver assured that the bill was legitimate and invoice would be emailed asap. I had no choice but to pay the bill as I was taking someone to the doctor's clinic. When I reviewed the bill later on my email, to my surprise the distance listed on the bill was 24.73 km! The actual bill per their fares should've been: FARE DETAILS Minimum bill Rs 100 for the first 4 Km After 4 Km Rs 8 per Km Ride Time Rs 1 per minute FARE BREAKUP First 4 km: Rs. 100.0 Rate for 4 KM - 4 x 8: 32 Rs Free ride time(5 min): Rs. 0 Ride time charge for 45.93 min: Rs. 45.93(High ride time due to one non-working traffic signal) Total= 100+32+45.93= 177.93~ 178 Rs . This is pure forgery and bad first time experience. I then sent a complaint email to their support team(Complaint # CRN[protected]. They reviewed the bill, agreed that they had cheated and resent the correct distance but still incorrect calculations still. They only wish to refund Rs. 142 and that too through OLA wallet(see below): Ola, Thank you for writing to us. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and have informed the relevant department to take necessary action. We have initiated a refund of Rs 142/-, which will reflect in your Ola Wallet within 48 hours. Hope to see you soon on board.                                     I hired Ola cab for the first time in Bangalore, though there were other options available. I had a coupon of 200/-, so wanted to have an experience with Ola mini cab. I booked an Ola cab for my father who was supposed to go to Majestic Raily station. The first thing the driver went in a wrong way and again took an u-turn to come to get the correct route. When he handed over the bill, i found that it is overpriced (bill attached, please see) with unnecessary additions even after discount. Had i been booked other cabs i would not have spent more than 250/-. I am frequent traveller and i know this was the first time i used Ola mini cab and i was overcharged and with few unnecessary distance travelled. Please do the needful asap.

                                      I have OLA a/c by email vimlesh.[protected]@gmail.com and mob [protected]. I have referred OLA app to many friends and I have 15 OLA ride (each 200Rs). But now I have seen that i have not any these referral ride and also unable to refer.

                                      I am disappointed by the same. I have done hard work in referring OLA. But my rides are no more.

                                      Please revert back my ride as it is and also I want to refer more ASAP.
                                      If you can not do the same then delete my OLA a/c I don`t want to use more OLA :( : (

                                      Then They did`t tell anything about that.

                                        I was charged for 49.5 KM for a drive of 21 KM, I called up customer care and they told me that it was driver's meter problem and they will refund the money back and they were harsh, cut the calls 2 times though its another problem. Its now 3 days still they dint refunded the money. The complaint number they provided was 7172610.
