On 6th nov. i was in delhi. And want to book sedan cab, because i was having 5-6 bags of luggage . Bt in cab type option nothing such was available. At last i end up booking mini, and in mini cab also luggage space was blocked with CNG cyclinder. I have mailed a complaint also regarding that. They said to re installe the app. I hav done that also. Still m having problem. Next month m again going to delhi. Nd i want to book a sedan. Bt still no option is available for that. since tomorrow i hav mailed 3 times. There is no rply from them.

    Driver did not come as on time CRN[protected] when I called the driver he said he will take 15 mins to come. There was not intimation from driver at the last minute he said he will take this lead me to cancel the cab and book other one. We were late and could not catch the flight on time. Frustrated and harrased mentally.Booked another flight for 5041 Rs, Wasted my whole day missed meeting at delhi. Please look into this issue. On complaint they are saying pls give a no show certificate. Once we give that they are now saying will give 300 ola money then 500 ola money. their below article says ola take the responsibility of refunding the money. Why should I suffer when the fault is at Ola's end? Why should I bear the loss of money for booking a new flight of 5k, loosing my entire day, missing the meeting at Delhi? I was having the terrible pain of my life?? I have posted in Twitter for this complaint. I will also take facebook now to describe this issue and spread this pain and what you have done this so far?? Attached is the missed flight ticket and the new booked ticket for your reference. Let me know what more information you would need to give the compensation and refund my loss?
    Refund the money
    This is a big blunder from OLA which cannot be tolerable .The service was very poor from OLA cabs they should take the responsibility and should refund the money. People will avoid OLA cabs if the same service was provide by them.
    Don't make us a FOOL by publishing this type of information via newspapers or social media

    OLA Drivers are responsible to drop at their destinations in time, if this is not happening then don't promise to do ON TIME SERVICE, people will at least take alternatives instead of waiting for OLA ( Which can be a huge loss like in above case).

    My suggestion is to refund money because its clear that OLA is not on time and not even mentioned the reason to cancel/delay.

    I booked a cab from Ola app today morning, the details are as follows:

    The driver misbehaved with my mother and sister.
    Also, he denied to show his ID proof.

    Need Details for my trip

    I have booked the cab on 26th jan 2015 from Coimbatore Railway station to podanur, which is approximately 9km. CNR33079776. Driver has charged 178 rupees for this trip. Provide me the details for this trip.

    I have booked a ride dated(9.6.2016) time 8:38PM., i was intimated that driver named RAMESH K R will pick me up., i was waiting and that fraud have strated the ride and was riding somewhere with out me., the incident was a real fraud and changed my reputation i had on OLA cabs., I have attached the details below.
    I made you aware of similar incidents well in advance in october 2014. you did not listen. now suffer.
    I too had similar experience on 19 Dec 2016 when they abruptly cancelled confirmed cab booking without any advance information and I missed my Flt from Mumbai Intl. Airport. One should never trust OLA or else be prepared for mental agony and harassment. Why the Govt is not punishing such unscrupulous agencies causing such hardship and harassment to common man. There should be a system to deal with OLA like unscrupulous operators and their license should be cancelled and the victim should be compensated.
    I booked the ola cab at 3:40 am was supposed to reach airport before 5:00 am. Driver picked me up and after driving 2kms said his car has some problem. After trying to book another cab ola application was crashing, was not able to book another after driver droped me just 2kms away from home. Booked another cab but till then i had missed my flight.
    Booked OLA a day in advance from Pune for next day 4:00AM for a Air line flight at 5:45 AM. In the morning it showed up as cancelled in OLA App ?! and by the time I could arrange different transportation, missed the flight which cost me 15, 000 Rs ! and missed important meetings :)

    First time ever experiencing a worst services from ola .

    here the story :-
    I booked the advance cab on 8 dec at 5 around pm for 6 o'oclock pick up as i have a scheduled train from sbc (railway station near by majestic) to bpl (madhypradesh bhopal ) at 8 o'clock
    But at the last time driver has cancelled the drive . back to back 2 cab got cancelled.
    and booked 3rd cab and that is came at 6:45 and could not able to reach station at schuled time that is 8 o'clock . We reached around 8:15 or 8:20 .

    In hurry worry i dint get the time to file a request or take a legal action on ola now i got the time i need my complete compensation/loss that i have incurred purely because of ola .
    I was traveling to my native as i was having my engagement on 11th on dec . finally i am back and writing this mail .
    I have mentally disturbed a lot, my professional and personal thing got impacted because of cab driver canceled the drive.

    I had suffred a lot, when i missed my train from sbc at 8 o'clock then i went to ypr (yeswantpur railway station ) and took a general ticket to travel 1800 km and that was really horrible and pathetic journey for me (totally nightmare) and i can not forget that night as i had to travel anyhow as i was having mine engagement ceremony.

    still a lot of thing is there that i want to share with you guys and scared to take the service from ola . and one more thing driver has cancelled the drive and i have been charged 50 rs 2 times . seriously not expecting from ola at least .

    and for writing this mail i am using my precious time which i could use in my work and ultimately that thing is impacing me till now .

      My relative booked a Ola cab to drop me from residence to Secunderabad Railway station on 6th November at 11 AM. We have availed service and cab driver charged Rs 130 from us. Latter I came to know that my relative had cash account with ola cab and the charges were debited from his account also. The driver thus cheated us Rs 130. Though the amount is not big, the morality of the driver and the Ola operators are not trust worthy. Suryanarayana Malapaka

          I picked up ola cab today from JP Nagar to Bangalore Airport at 7:45am. The fare to drop airport comes in range Rs 600 to Rs 800. Ola charged me Rs 1900. There should be some rules to stop these kinds of cheating. Same day I landed in Mumbai took from Chhatrapati Shivaji Domestic airport to Marol Naka which 3.9Km distance. Ola charged me Rs404 for that distance. I am not sure there will be any justice to this complain but I think some action has to be taken for this cab service. Pick hours or office hours customer needs a cab, there should not be any hike of price during these times. Anybody raising there price during the pick hours is just cheating the customer and eating our money. Hope some actions will be taken on this.

            On 16th Nov my brother had to fly from Hyd to Delhi . Flight was 'Air India' at 6.45. He had done web check in already and requested the cab to come sharp at 5.15 am at sanath nagar. I had booked the Ola Cab for Hyd Airport drop from Sanath nagar colony on 14 Nov night. I had asked them to report at 5am. Details---Ola Shweta! Your booking with CRN[protected] has been received for 16Nov, 5:15 AM. We look forward to having you onboard!

            To my surprise driver did not call and I have to call the driver at 5am and he said will come within 15mins we waited till 5.17am and then phoned the driver but unfortunately, the cab driver was saying he will take another 15mins as his car is punctured out of frustration we had to call the head office to ask for another cab and then they said book other so we had to cancel the cab. Then my brother booked other cab CRN[protected] just to try his luck the new driver came at 5.40 am and he missed the flight by 5mins as the luggage checkin counter got closed 5min. Then, my brother has to book new air ticket for flight at 3.40 pm Rs. 5041, he had missed his important meeting and office at Delhi today. Will Ola compensate my wastage of money, time, loosing meeting and mental harassment? Pleas help and let me know what information you would need to refund the missed flight

              Hi,

              I used your service today. And it was worst experience. I feel I was cheated. Driver took different route, stopped for FUEL filling.

              The same route I used on 9th Nov and it charged 162 and today it charged 296, why it has this much difference for same route.

              On 9th distance was 15.57 km and today it was 25.62 for the same pick up and drop points.

              This is clear that I was cheated by driver or something else.

              Moreover, when driver stopped for Fuel filling I asked him to not to stop he just told me that he has to stop for it. This thing should not be happen, I am not here to pay for this too.

I am from Perungalathur Chennai.yesterday I was in the city and around 4am I booked a mini cab from Ola and my message came saying your booking is confirmed and say Ola to your driver AYYAN RAJU([protected]) and I called the driver, surprisingly he said that he is very far away from my location and he couldn't come to me and also requested me to cancel my booking which I denied. So I called OlaCabs care, the guy said that he was sorry for my inconvenience and said he'll arrange another cab. Again the message came, say Ola to driver KANNAN([protected]). I called him and he said that he couldn't come because he was not nearby my location and to my shocking surprise; my ride had been cancelled by driver side. Again I called OlaCabs care and as always they were very sorry about my inconvenience which now I think they were just saying. And after how sorry were they, they said to arrange some alternatives for my ride because they were unable to arrange a cab for me. Actually I booked cab for Airport drop. My flight time is morning 6.30 am. I have tried many time ola cap customer care no response from OLA cap customer care.I have to arrange some alternative mean for my way to Airport. Anyhow at 5:30am I was able to find an auto and had to book it for 350 rupees(normally it would be around 150 on normal circumstances).

I called him and he said that he couldn't come because he was not nearby my location and to my shocking surprise, my ride had been cancelled by driver side. Again I called OlaCabs care and as always they were very sorry about my inconvenience which now I think they were just saying. And after how sorry were they, they said to arrange some alternatives for my ride because they were unable to arrange a cab for me. I stood by the road and talking on phone to OlaCabs and its drivers for 45 minutes to just find out that I have to arrange some alternative mean for my way to college. Anyhow at 10:30pm I was able to find an auto and had to book it for 350 rupees(normally it would be around 150 on normal circumstances).
                      Pathetic drivers hired. Impolite behaviour towards customer. The driver refused to turn on the AC saying AC is not in working condition whereas AC was working fine. This is how this company charges for an AC ride and loot its customer. Great way of saving on petrol cost. PATHETIC!!!

                        Two transactions made from my ola money account which i haven't done. This is a major security issue with your application because somebody logged in and did mobile recharges worth 480/- of my ola money. I need explanation ASAP, I have saved all my credit card details in your ola money app, who is responsible for those cyber crimes if they withdrawn amount from my credit card.? This is the complaint number 6889886 got it from ola customer care. There is no proper response since last four days from them

                          Dear Sir / Madam, It was pathetic experience while using the OLA Ride. The reasons are- - As we were with Luggage we requested driver to come to us (all the taxis were picking passenger from our place only ), while he asked to come on his way to catch Taxi by crossing the road and coming out of station even though he took U turn. Only conclusion was that he has earned Rs. 30-40 extra by doing this and doesn't care of customers pain. - You may see that he has taken the longest possible route to come to home i.e. around 48 KMs while normal route is 35 KM's (Ref: Ola old Invoice No. CRN[protected], also as per google map). - Estimated time to reach home from Delhi Railway Station to Home is 67 mins, however occasionally it may take more as festive Diwali rush extra, but today estimated time was 67 mins only as per google map but driver took roughly 110 mins. .From the above you may understand that driver doesn't have any value of customer comfort, money & time which I believe is out of principle for company like Ola. In complete trip we realize that driver wanted to make his money and that was only motive and don't even value customer time.

                            Ola is a Complete deceive. Switch to UBER for top class foul free rides. Ola getting worse each day. Any time you call Ola customer service the only reply you get is “we are facing technical issues”...this is 24/7/365 ! 1) Jasma Bhavan Rd, Vasanth Nagar, Bengaluru 560051 to Rajajinagar is 6.5 Kms, but ola bills turned out as 35.56 Kms TOTAL RIDE TIME : 16.3 min. The bill amount was rupees 430. Total cheat and a rip-off 2) Booking was confirmed using coupon A599 &the app confirmed “coupon applied successfully”. As Ola promised this should have been a ride for rupees 599, ended-up paying a bill of Rupees 868 (743+125) !! 3) Similarly MINI5 coupon failed to reflect on bill and when both driver and me called customer service, we were informed that Ola was facing some technical issues due to which capons were improperly handled by ola. A compensation was promised which never received till date. Instead subsequent excess billing instances are encountered again and again

                              OLA CAB Number: KA 04 D6126 Driver Name: AYYAPPA Phone number:[protected] CRN Number:CRN[protected] Description: It was a Nightmare, Ruthless experience by the Ola cab driver which left me stranded amidst heavy rains. After boarding the cab from my home, he drove for a distance and after coming to know of the destination(ITPL) he started driving in a slow motion. He pushed me to call the customer care since he was not willing to come and started picking up silly issues that he will not pick up my friend on the way. He played a drama with the customer care just because he didn't want to go to the destination and cancelled the ride. Instead of serving customers to their destinations, he placed an offer in front of me where and all he can drop me instead... Ola Customer care too was hopeless, Raju from customer care who handled the call could not negotiate the driver and instead tried negotiating me and supported him to cancel the ride.. All this happened while it was raining heavily. The driver rejected taking me back home and left me stranded in the rain. Such an heartless behavior from either of them left me drenched and late to the office. Hopeless service by OLA, they are ready to take you for a ride where they want and not where you need.They cite this in the name of "Company rules" that they can follow only a certain route . I would advice all to please come up with issues like this and address the general users so that they do not fall under the same trap by the ola .

                                Please do NOT book Ola for tour regular rides !!! I have had a horrible experience with them .twice ot jas so happened that I was quoted an estimated price and I had ti pay way above the estimated price without taking any detours and without heavy traffic !!! It is ridiculous !!! For a trip from mindspace to topiwala estate is already overpriced at 120 rupees and top it I had to pay 154!!! Not only that, when I complain on the ola app, , all I get is a message saying they cannot help!!! I wish the authorities bring these people to task for taking undue advantage of the public !!! I Would NOT RECOMMEND Ola to anybody ever !!!
                                I have booked ola cab from Noida sector 26 and got message to pay Rs. 286/- but he charged 380/- rupees. Explain me. And request to refund me extra money.
                                I have booked a ola cab in Kolkata from Howrah. At the time of booking the fare was displaying as Rs 475 in cash mode, whereas with the end of the trip it becomes Rs 712 in cash.
                                Explain me the reason of this discrepancies in fare and refund me back my extra charged money.

                                  We booked cab from mahadevpura to bommanahalli at 10: 20 pm on 12th Nov, 2015. We got indigo check with driver named salim. We went till marthahalli jeevika hospital and there we got traffic then he said we will go by right service road and I said it's not needed but he did not listen as he needs to handover the cab to owner as soon as possible.. then we went in service road n there also we got traffic then he turned the cab again then I said to go in the same line in jeevika hospital road but he instead asked us to book another cab... to get this cab we had to wait for one hour on the queue.. then I asked him y did u accept the booking... then he said we will go from krpuram-->indiranagar--> koramangala--> madiwala--> bommanahalli which was longest route.. if we has gone from marthahalli the bill would have come 300 around but it costed me 567 rupees and the driver was very rude he said on my face that Ola customers are worst customers and he was driving very rashily...
                                  I want strict action to be taken by Ola cabs..

                                  This is how Ola bluffs the customers.

                                    yesterday i received mail from olacabs.com regarding olamoney cashback.so i have applied coupon code OMAPP in ola money app .. but it shows coupon is not valid . i recharged 300 rs money debited from my bank account..but recharge not done.

                                      I have booked a cab ( Vehicle No. DL 1 RT 6077)through OLA app from janakpuri to New Delhi at 04:48 p.m and they have charged Rs. 1249 for the same. .Once I enquired with their call centre they are saying due to some technical issue wrong bill has been generated. EXTRA amount of Rs.625 which is charged will be refunded to the ola money account. Now this can be used for any taxi booking with Ola only.When I have been wrongly charged due to their fault why I am getting penalised for the same. .Need this amount refunded to my account or through cash or DD only as I might not book a cab for next two months or I might not use Ola anymore. ..Rgds..Anmol-[protected]

                                        I asked for an olacab and he denied Rudely saying he is busy. I was alone and stuck on a highway . when I told him I am going to complain, he mentioned its not going to hamper his business or the company's. It was very insensitive on his part and clearly shows the kind of dharma your company has. And this way the company is going to loose all the loyal customers that you once created.
