    I have took a ola ride within delhi on 21 Nov 2015.
    Driver took 487 as a ride amount which is unexpectedly higher then the normal charge.
    On enquiring driver told me that they deducted toll tax also, (even though it was within Delhi).
    Ola Customer car representative was also not helpful although they have provided a complaint number 7118013. But still I am waiting for the solution.
    It's a fraud, Because if I would not enquired than definitely they would have not refunded my money.

      Invoice of Rs.1322 for your ride CRN[protected]. I felt that I was robbed in broad day light when ola charged me 2.5x peak charge on a Sunday afternoon when the road was all but empty. When my onward charges were only Rs 500/-, the return bill of Rs 1322/- was not only exorbinant but also very clearly an extortion. The pathetic part is the driver does not get anything out of this surcharge though he gets to ride in the peak hour. He gets an incentive of only Rs 100/- as against Rs 700/- that ola loots from us. This is very clearly a bad business model and requires government intervention. This id not just supply and demand as the demand cannot be manipulated through an app as here.

        On 21st Nov evening I booked a cab from Velachery to TNagar. He charged Rs 160. While return I booked the cab at 8.30 pm. When I reached home, he charged Rs 420. Why this huge difference. They are cheating us in the name of peak hours. It is advisable to use Fasttrack or call taxis during peak hours.
        yes, i do agree. Same experience for me too... Cheating in the online way.

          They charged Rs.693 for a ride on Indica car for 17 km, and a toll charges of Rs.44 (Actual toll is Rs.22). A prepaid taxi (FASTTARCK Call taxi) from airport would have cost me Rs.600/-, or an Aviation Express Innova would have cost me Rs.800/-.
          It was a ripper of all sorts.. Avoid OLA if possible..
          They charge much more than published rates, by multiplying the fare by a factor. In my case, the factor was 2.5, i.e., pay 250% more than the actual charges (350%) !!!
          Be careful while booking as one prompt comes in between to indicate the extra charges.

            Request your help to take action against Ola
            There was an emergency to travel outstation from Hyderabad to Jalandhar for my parents as my maternal grandmother was in ICU. I have made an advance Ola cab booking for the airport drop in the morning and also got the confirmation message for the same. However, their driver refused to come in last minute . I immediately called customer care department to help me out with alternate cab, however they have put me on hold for 10 minutes and then cut the call. Both the driver and customer care failed to deliver their service to us and gave us the mental trauma. As a result, my parents missed their flight to Delhi and connecting train to Jalandhar, which resulted in huge loss of money of around Rs.10, 000 beside mental tension. Rs.10, 000 is not the small amount for the middle class person and losing it due to other person negligence is unbearable. It has been more than 72 hours, I have been trying to reach Ola for refund of my flight and train cancellation charges due to their negligence. However, I am not getting any positive response from them. They even did not bother to call us back to understand our problem. Such a pathetic attitude they are showing to us.
            Following are the words of Mr. Bhavish Aggarwal- CEO of Ola on IIT – B alumni website- “At Ola cabs, we are trying to provide hassle-free, reliable and technology-efficient cab service to Indians in a deeply fragmented and highly unpredictable market of car/taxi services where there is a significant shortage of easy and comfortable on-ground options for transportation be it within a city or outside”. However, company failed to deliver what their CEO itself speaks about!
            I request to kindly help me out for my refund as it’s a big financial loss I have suffered because of OLA and only you can help me out for the same.

                Even after confirming to driver as he reached my premise that I will get down in 10 mins, the driver left without prior intimation. I tried to call around 30 times on his cell phone as I got to know that he left from the security guard. But he didn't take the call in order to escape. This is really unprofessional behaviour and such attitude of drivers in long run would surely tarn the image of your company apart from causing undue harassment to the customers.Details of cab booked:- driver IQBAL ([protected]) for CRN[protected].                   I booked a Cab on 18th of oct for 6th nov travelling @ 2:10Pm from kharghar to LTT . I booked this because i have the train at 3:30Pm .
                  Ola cab person has cancelled my booking Just 5 mins prior from the Pickup time which can never be fair due to which i did not reach station on time so lost my train to catch it. Huge loss due this unfair deed.

                    I booked a cab from Bandera and driver called me immediately and asked my destination, upon telling where I need to go, he said he is too far to come out time, kind of stupid excuse to decline, though in map it was showing he is 5min far from my place. I cancelled and tried booking and same guy accepted again and cancelled. This was continued for 4 cancellations and later I booked Uber cab. BTW this is not the first time it happened, this is the practice all Ola drivers are doing. The most stupid part was, with out calling me on why I cancelled that many booking, Ola team blocked my account, when I called customer care to know the reason, they said, I didn't call before cancellation that is the reason they blocked my account and the customer care was very rude to convey that. Requesting all, when ur in urgency, be careful in booking such low garden service cabs..

                      I paid 857 for a 16 kilometer ride on ola cab. The break up of ola bill does not make sense.

                      Ola is more a customer exploitation company and not a service provider. Below is the break up of my bill. My ride was 16. 7 kilometers which is 207. 7. Whereas ola charged me 857 which includes 3x peak charge and ride time charge.

                      Yes. I agree.. DONOT accept OLA if they are prompt with a PEAKHOUR Charge message while booking... It will be a rip off...you have no chance to escape as the charges will be known after you reach the destination
                      Its not just peak hour charge. It is also about the ride time charge with which they are looting customers.

                        Pathetic service ever had in OLA . first time am using OLA share, & came to an conclusion that people should not use the OLA Share @all. I book a cab using OLA share today in my primary contact number [protected]. Driver dint drop me @the mention location he left me middle itself.I asked him why .he said he can't go further .I mentioned drop as srinivagilu ejipura but he refused to go.He took excess amt of 2rs also the amt was 57rs, out of which 9rs has been deducted from OLA money n I paid him 100rs he gave me only 50rs only. I called to the customer care and person called yeshwanth was not @all agreeing the mistake of the driver he was supporting the driver n refuse to take the complaint . I wanted you the higher official to raise a complaint on this on both driver and executive to be penalized on this issue. No resolution has given yet.

                            I had received 1 coupon for OLA Cab @ 300/- by other friend approx 2 month ago. Today dated 20.11.2015 I have used this coupon & ride with OLA cab from 11, Lala Lajpat Rai Sarani, Sreepally, Bhowanipore, Kolkata, West Bengal 700020 to Resarve Bank of India, 15 N.S. Road, Kolkata 700001, (OLA CAB Trsn ID. CRN[protected] when i had leave this ola cab, Cab Driver Mr. Shiva Sanam Lal told me that " Please pay Charge Rs. 129/- for 5.36 Km, i had asked this person "Why i can pay this money because i have used OLA Rs. 300/- free coupon, so why taken charges for this ride? he connected some other lady by phone & i had talk with her, she getting firing & she force me pay money Rs. 300/- for this ride. so i had paid Rs. 300/- in cash for ride to driver ( Mr. Shiva Sanam Lal) then he leaved this place. I am very very dissatisfied for OLA Cab Service. Ola is a very bad company & this company chit with me...

After that two time I speak with driver and he confirm that he will be reaching with in soon but he could not reach. I was waiting him and the I tried to call him but he could not pick my phone. I wait him 1.20PM but he could not reach even not pick my phone and cancel his booking then I come to know that he will not come. My Plight was on 2.50Pm so I start searching new taxi and I could not catch plight.

                                First I booked a cab of taxiforsure through ola app with my pre paid account, details : Receipt for Booking ID TFS-PP-C42627754 Driver details: Amaresh(Tata indica, KA36A5551), [protected].Driver reason for rejection of ride is, he doesn't know the destination, so he wanted me to cancel the ride from my side where I don't have the option to cancel it in that ola app) since I had an appointment with my doctor in cloud nine, old airport road, I booked another cab from same app and reached hospital.By the time I reached the hospital, I got another bill details: Olacabs invoice for CRN[protected], with Rs.323 which I actually used. I expect a refund of Rs.122 into my account, or the company has to face the consequences. If the same is not happening, I will be approaching the consumer court for the same with large compensation.

                                  I have booked a cab, through OLA App from Periyanaickenpalayam to R.S Puram, Coimbatore (roughly 17 Kms) by 09:55 am. I have booked cab for 05:30 pm, bearing the ref.No. CRN[protected]. Till 05:20 pm i did'nt received any calls or any sort of driver information message from OLA. On contacting the customer support, i received a sms stating contact no. of the driver. On contacting him, he replied that he is too far away from the place. I contacted customer support again and came to know that the issue behind this problem is that it was cancelled by the driver himself "JUST LIKE THAT". It is utter waste to have this fake App downloaded in my smart phone and relying on this for our urgency looks foolish. Even if it could have informed well in advance, i could have planned for some alternative arrangements. Whether OLA would bear such losses of its cutomers ? Having a support team, and rendering such outdated services is not we expect from OLA. Frustrated out of such poor service,

                                    Ola Cab Cheating customer in Ola Money Management

                                    I booked a cab thru Ola Application. After booking I got the phone number of the drive who accepted the booking.

                                    I called the driver and asked if payment can be done thru Ola Money in which I have a balance in the same account. He confirmed that yes payment will be done thru Ola money.

                                    After reaching the destination, he asked for the complete amount and said as Ola money did not have the cab so they send me.

                                    First – There is not surety that you will get the cab from Ola with the driver who is verified.
                                    Second – No sure if the drive accept payment thru Ola money.

                                    When I complaint about this in Ola cab customer care, they said. You should have called Ola customer care at the time of incident and the amount did not get deducted from Ola money due to some connectivity issue.

                                    Means – Ola Cab is not accepting their fault.

                                      I had booked a sedan cab in Ahmedabad well in advance i.e @5 hours before the travel time. I had to go Railway station and had a train at 10.30 PM from Ahmedabad and my travel booking time was 9.05 PM. I did not received any communication from Ola regarding driver and cab details till 8.50 PM so i called up support team for the same. The support team said sorry and wait for the details. Eventually they send the details of a Mini cab instead of Sedan so again i called up to the support team but they said at present no cab is available and we dont have any option. I asked about such a irresponsible behavior and said that should i post such a case on social media and i surprise to listen that ok sir you can do what ever you wish and we dont bother and care. Really surprised with the attitude and behavior for being in such a valuable service industry. Eventually i had to book with other service provider to reach my destination on time.
