We have booked mini cab on Sunday of this month by 2 pm. For 11.36kms they have charged of rs 480, which is double time of normal fair. Also the double the auto fair. After so many arguments for 20mins they agreed for the normal fair. Also the driver was not aware of this issue. I would wish to complain against OLA Cabs authorities who have attached my vehicle without my permission and moreover violated the compliance and integrity of the vehicle owners. I rasik khurana! living in janta colony shivaji vihar. I booked a taxi of your company. I choose nearby option for finding the taxi in my nearby at old delhi railway station. But, every taxi driver whom I booked in nearby. Telling me the location very far away from me but, the location inside my device is showing me 2 minute distance from me . I had booked a ola cab @ 3.30 PM on 23/10/15 at chennai . When I got down I was shocked with a bill of 2.4 X. It was a day robbery by ola . I can't undestand peak hour pricing @ 3.30 PM. On 22 Oct 2015 i 'd booked OLA cab from Jessore Road, Bangur, Kolkata to Sealdah railway station.While at the time of booking the OLA apps has shown fair between Rs.149 to Rs.179 but after reaching Sealdah station it was very surprising to see the car fair charges which was Rs.360.After talking to the Delhi Customer care he has told me the taxi fair charges was correct as they had charged extra for " Peak Pricing charge (1.6x) ₹127.73"...

Driver denied and misbehaved with senior citizens when requested for turning the Ac on at 2 pm and asked to cancel the deal and get out of the cab. And then upon getting out of cab within 10 mnts of the start of journey the passenger obviously denied any payment, the driver threatened that I will get them banned from booking any more cabs .

Please note that OLA Cabs informing to book the Cab through their APPS. When you booked through the APPS, your booking will be confirmed. After reaching your destination the amount will be come which will be 4 Times of the amount ( i.e if actual is 150/ -, they will collect Rs.600/-). So don't book OLA CABS. If anybody book then OLA will Cheat....

Dear Sir, I have travelled in a ola cabs from Nesapakkam to Chennai Airport at 6:30 AM on 15/10/2015 and reached airport at 6:45 AM. Driver has not paid any toll at Airport. But they have charged Rs.100/- extra as toll charges. The money has been deducted from Ola money (wallet). I have received a fraud bill from OLA Bangalore for a ride which I have not availed at all !! Shame on OLA Bangalore. Being one of the biggest taxi aggregate they will have to keep minimum level of ethics and transparency. If such things become rampant, they will definitely land in trouble and shut themselves off. I booked ola cab for the first time by downloading the app form gkm colony, chennai to st. thomas mount, chennai. My wife, aged mother in-law and my children travelled in that cab. For around 2 KMs travel, Ola charged me INR 266. Reason: There was a multiplier of 2.5, whihc I believed would be charged on the actual charges I incur but no, they charged that multiplier on the base minimum charges which was INR 100.
