29 Oct 2015: I book the cab from Bellandur to Royal Meenakshi Mall, Bannerghatta road at 7:07PM and pickup time was 7:18PM. Total distance: 20.87 Km Total Fare: INR 775/- It means approx INR 37 for each km was charged to me. This is excessive charge to me. Ola cab is exploiting people by asking them to pay excessive charges in the name of ola mobile app.

    CRN NO[protected], booked a cab from NFC, jamia to rajouri garden which is 20 km and i was given a discount of 200rs. total bill that driver gave was 622 rs. just imagine for 20 km you being askd to pay 622rs. Ola says they charge @ 7rs per km which is not true. this is a cheating with the customer that you say some thing and offer another things. i got free upgrade still got charged @ the normal rate for the upgraded vehicle.total amount i paid was 422 after the discount and if didnt have the coupon i would have paid hefty amount of 622rs for 20km. i am not going to use this service and its due ti cheating they have managed to become billionaires.

        Hi I have never been treated in such a horrible man & trust me I had a high regard for OLA Cabs but it's all down the drain now people I booked a cab from Noida Sector 62 to I P Extension & after using a 200rs coupon I had to still pay a massage amount of 332 which is too much people revert back on [protected]@gmail.com Booking Number is CRN[protected]

          I have been charge 200 unnecessary charges peak hour charges ride charges, why the hell you guys don't inform us in advance abt these charges how come for 25 km yu r charging 560. Day 1 I was charged 350, than 450 and now 560 this means when ever I will travel yu will keep on increasing your fare without informing the customer. If your business is running good that doesn't mean you charge extra from customers. I wouldn't have paid if my money has not been added to ola money. I want a valid answer of this question. You guys are literally cheating with customers without informing them your extra charges.

            Ethical Charges:- Fare Charges & Service Tax :- 534.4/-
            Unethical charges:- Peak Price Charge (2.8X) :- 874.60/ -

            Location :- I booked ola cab from Tata Memorial Hospital (Parel) to Toyota Link Road Malad location total distance is 28.01 KM.

            Estimated Bill Amount is :- 385/-

            In my case company charged 1409 as compare to actual bill was 534.09 which is 170% more than and the actual bill.

            Illegal Practice by OLA Cabs

            1. The OLA is not showing ongoing meter reading during the travel and will come to know the bill at the end of the ride is totally unfair and fraudulent practice by the company.

            2. Company is fraudulently charges under the name of peak time charges for better services which is totally unethical practice opted by company.

            I request so many times for refund the excess amount but company is not entertaining my complaint.

              This incident happened on 6th nov 2015 at 1.00pm. I have booked my ride with a referral first free ride of rs 200/- but at the time of my payment i din't get that offer. Whom should i blame for this? but ultimately it was my loss, i have paid Rs 164 for that ride. I demand to get my loss of Rs 164 as it's not my mistake.

                I booked ola from dadar...tried calling him driver's mobile was switched off...again booked another ola...constantly tried calling him..he was busy..very disappointed with service...now m travelling by normal taxi...i paid 200rs instead having free coupon of ola...all because of inconvenience of ola

                  Booked OLA Cab for 17 Oct'15 @ 8:15pm (Sedan vehicle) for pick up Santosh Apts, Lingarajapuram Blore and drop at Cantonment railway station. Booking was confirmed at 8:54 am on 17 Oct - CRN[protected]. Called at 5:30 pm I was told i will receive SMS on driver & cab details 30 mins before cab arrival.
                  I was to board the train at Cantonment railway station at 9:15 pm with my family. The travel was planned and booked on 8 Aug.
                  Waited till 8 pm for cab details and finally ended up calling customer care. The SMS was received at 8:08 pm with the assurance the cab is on the way and will reach pickup point at 8:15 pm. Driver: PURUSHOTHAM B White Toyota Etios KA01 AB3826 contact no. [protected].
                  8:20 pm no sign of cab or call. I called the cab driver to check in case he needed any assistance with the direction . He said he was near Hennur and is on the way (which is about 3km from pick up point). Between 8:30 pm and 8:50 pm i have made endless calls to customer care and driver. The driver was very ABUSIVE kept saying different locations and customer care was confirming he is on the way and will be at pick up point.
                  It was panic with 20 mins to reach the station and the driver say, " find another cab, I cannot come" and hangs up.
                  THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
                  What is the point of booking well in advance and the cab does not show and we are told to make alternate arrangements way past the committed time.
                  OLA I will raise the issue in consumer court.
                  You guys have put me and my family under tremendous pressure and stress.
                  We were at the risk of missing a train for a vacation that was planned 3 months in advance.

                  I WANT IMMEDIATE ATTENTION ON MY COMPLIANT AND A WRITTEN APOLOGY AND ACTION TAKEN FROM OLA ON THE CAB DRIVER.

                  If OLA cannot deliver the services, they should not be on the radar of "call taxis".

                  Those you have time bound travels - AIRPORT, BUS STATION, RAILWAY STATION, INTERVIEWS, EXAMINATIONS, DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS, ... SHOULD NOT TRUST OLA TO BE THERE ON TIME OR NOT SHOW AT ALL.

                  I have been trying to call the Customer care - Bangalore number - NO RESPONSE - horrible services...

                    My friend booked a cab from marathalli to kormangala 7th block. The driver stopped at kormangala 1 st block came in the back seat told her that he was searching for something later on he started doing something in his phone. She told him to stop the journey and she went by Auto. Is this the service you are providing.? The CRN no is[protected] and the no of the driver is [protected]. I hope you will look into this. Please don't ignore.

                      I booked OLA cab on[protected] around 3:00PM from thrivananthpuram hotel fortune south park on mobile [protected] from my mobile [protected]. i told him my name and address and told him to pick me from hotel fortune south park on[protected] at 4:00 AM for international airport. I also sent whatsApp messages on this number [protected] but nobody replied. No one came to pick me up from my hotel on[protected] at 4:00 AM . I even called [protected] between 4:12AM to 4:40 AM, (9 times) but no body picked up my phone. It was really difficult to find any means of transport at that hour of the day.                         Hello Ola! The car, driver and his attitude was the worst, I've ever seen in my life. I felt like not even a rupee to be paid for the trip. Why do you charge at Rs.16 per km (Rs. 365 for 23 kms) however, all your solicitation and collateral are saying you are the cheapest! You honestly not the cheapest. Anyways, such customer experience is dangerous to your sustenance for sure. This trip made me think multiple times and to share this bad experience in my circle of friends and relatives and colleagues to use Ola for future needs. Aspiration to raise from the ground gracefully needs power to outgrow gravity, indeed!. You are terribly missing that in delivering the service and transparency in billing part!!                                 Sir In Chennai asked for a minicab, after delay get a message saying ure upgraded and sending u a swift desire then another delay and get a message saying minicab on way.                                   Yesterday i booked the taxi, he said that he is coming and we waited for 20 min after that when i called him, he said i cant come..i didn"t had any choice..so i cancelled d ride and booked other ola cab.other driver did the same thing..wen i was booking for the third tym..they blocked me...its better to delete that app and try other cabs

                                    On 11 th October 2015, i took an Ola cab from ragiguda Temple, Jayanagar 9th block to Inchara. Cab driver name was CHANDRA SHEKHAR. I forgot my valuable item inside cab. Since then i have called to this Cab driver and OLA customer care many times . Cab Driver is giving excuses and OLA customer care are not showing proper attention to this case.                                       Booked cab vide CRN[protected] on 17Oct2015. The cab driver Muttappa (Mob no: [protected]) White Tata Indica KA26 A 3844 to pick up at 1:30 PM. The driver called that he had arrived at the pick up point, since the driver was at the beginning of the road, I told him to come at the end to board the cab since had too many luggages, however he dint respond and went back without picking passengers in the cab. We actually booked the cab to board the train at Yeshwantpur Railway Station from NRI Layout, Ramamurthy Nagar. Later received msg from Ola stating We tried reaching you to confirm driver -initiated booking cancellation. Your booking stands cancelled due to no response from you. This is disgusting experience ever I had. The customer service is horrible. Finally had to board the train with great difficulty catching up autos.
