On March 6th 2022, I ordered 3 ltr sunpure refined oil (1 ltr pack each), 3 ltr sunpure heart refined oil (1 ltr pack each), 3 ltr can sundrop heart oil and 1 ltr mustard oil.

Below are my concerns for this particular order:
1. Not received 1 ltr sunpure refined oil
2. Not received 1 ltr sunpure heart
3. 1 packet of delivered sunpure refined oil is leaking
4. Received 1 ltr packet of sundrop heart oil instead of 3 ltr packet
5. The delivered 1 ltr packet of sundrop heart is NOT TO BE SOLD LOOSE
I had contacted customer care chat within an hour. An executive named Sai Kumar DN said he has raised a complaint and I shall be provided with a resolution within 2 hours of that. The same was confirmed by another executive named Sanjay Allwyn. On 7th march 2022, I checked with the chat support team where an executive named Shahida Anjum first asked me the ticket ID (which was supposedly never generated) and later she said that the resolution has already been provided and asked me to check. On asking where to check, I received no response from her and then I ended the chat not waiting for too long.
There was literally no ticket reference number, no call or text from Ola customer support, no email, no notification. There was just no information from Ola. They just conveniently deducted my money (1443) and just ignored my complaint. They have also sent an invoice attached to the bag marking all the items have been packed & delivered
Let me just confirm to Ola that I will definitely not pay the outstanding Ola Money whenever the bill is generated. So just resolve this and keep it amicable or else you pay for your scam. Don't play around with public money and fool them

The refund expected is 854.25
Justification:
Received Items: 2 sunpure heart, 1 sunpure refined (The other one received was a damaged one) & 1 mustard oil
= (2*135) + 135 + 183.75 = 588.75 (Amount I should be charged)
Refund = 1443 - 588.75 = 854.25 (Amount I should be refunded)
I do not know why has kept extra 149.75 of mine. If you expect someone to pay for a damaged oil packet, noone would be doing that. And in case you want to say that you charged me for the loose packet of Sundrop that isn't for sale, I am definitely not going to pay for it. That packet is still with me. Send someone to take it away and then refund the amount. Customers do not pay for loose packets that are not for sale. It is very clearly written on the oil packet - NOT TO BE SOLD LOOSE
