This is regarding Ola's irresponsible behavior. On friday 0ct 16th 2015, I boarded a cab from balewadi till bibwewadi. To bring to your notice, the driver assigned to me said the device he is carrying is off because of low battery and hence he said he could not" start the ride". He assured me Ola will take care of it.Though I was doubtful I trusted Ola for the same.The driver suggested me a longer route(I was unaware of the distance difference) and so the ride started.At the end of the ride I received 2 messages from Ola for the same ride and driver insisted me to pay the same.He even called the Ola office and confirmed the same.The invoice amount was 830 Rs. which I paid (obviously shocked and irritated I was).Now today morning I checked a mail from Ola saying they waived off the amount since there was some error from their side(which I appreciate).But there has never been a money refunded nor is there any mail/approach to do the same. I do no understand what is the mail for? Ola, kindly take this matter into consideration. I have been a regular customer to Ola but after the incidence on Friday, I doubt if I would continue to be one. I want an answer for my money, where has it gone...?     Today I used ola cab, tis is regular pick and drop point and even time. Usually tis will charge rs.130, but they charged Rs.393.. they are not giving clear picture of explanation... Replied peak hrs.. etc wt tis on previous days... Tat to today Sunday night 9.50pm... Wt to do with is people... ?????

      Our CRN number was[protected].we were all ladies in our car.as we are Muslims we wear veil.The driver said bad comments about our religion and abused us. We want you to take strict action against the driver or else we will lodge a police complaint soon.He purposely took long route so that he can increase his meter.

        Hi. This is Shubhankar Verma(mobile [protected]). Your driver(Mohd Uvesh, mobile no. [protected]) was supposed to pick me up in 11 minutes. He took 18-20 minutes(no offense, I understand traffic conditions were not good yesterday). But when I called him, I got to know that he has picked up some family instead of me and my friends. There was no communication gap as I had called him 2-3 times before that. He gave me the number of another driver, some Mohd Saeel([protected]) and asked me to contact him, saying Saeel was in the same area(outside Chandni Chowk metro, gate no.5). That driver's number was switched off. I called Mohd Uvesh again and he started giving lame excuses like the family he's giving a ride to has an old lady and that family needs the ride ride desperately. He finally asked me to book another cab(which meant waiting for another 15-20 minutes). I argued that I had booked the ride and he should've picked me and my friends, but again he started singing the same 'the family is in need' rhyme. I booked the cab, waited for 20 minutes and this is what I get. I am highly disappointed by the conduct of your driver Mohd Uvesh.

          I had money in my Ola wallet. After the ride I still had to pay cash . I had made this payment to Ola before ride for 200rs. After reaching the destination the auto driver was demanding money. I told him I have money in Ola wallet. Auto driver was rude and started fighting. Called up customer service told them I have cash in my Ola wallet and I would like to use it. They told me to provide OTP to the driver. Since there was no OTP sent to me. Told them I don't have it. They advised me to pay by cash. I told them I don't have cash. What's the use in we using Ola wallet? When I m not able to use my money. I requested them to refund my money back. They said I will have to send an email. Either I can use that money for Ola or my expenditure. They have still not refunded my money back. Complaint# is 6213620 and I have the complete call recording.. Customer service is worst after speaking to them for more then 1 hour. They were not able to help me. Why should they still have my money which I can't use it. I would suggest people not to keep money In Ola wallet. It would be charity. I suggest u guys not to use Ola at all.             On oct 10, I had to go to Madhapur which is close to 22 kms distance from my home. I usually book Uber cab for long distance rides but because Ola was running a 50% discount promotion so I changed my mind. Usually I do not add money to Ola account, I only pay cash mostly whenever I use Ola service. But the promotion requires minimum Rs 200 balance in Ola account. So I recharged with Rs200 on same day (oct 10) and then applied promo code OM50 & booked the cab. Before booking the cab, it showed me "promo code has been added successfully" message after i added the promo code. So I boarded the cab, it was a good journey. To my surprise, When driver clicked on "End trip" on his phone It showed bill of Rs 321. I paid the whole amount and then immediately called Ola customer care. Agent on the phone said, don't worry it must be some technical error where the server did not take the promo code. Agent asked me to send an email to Ola support with Invoice copy. I sent Invoice copy of the bill to customer care and the reply I get is "you never applied the code". The bill does not show any promo code been applied. I tried to explain them that I did apply the promo code and it was problem at their end but they refuse to listen. One agent sent an email acknowledging there was server problem but was of no help (check screenshot attached). Ola agents keep saying there is no promo code applied and they cannot do much. Well, at least they can answer few questions below. 1. Was there a 50% discount offer running or not when I travelled ? 2. Did I not recharge with Rs 200 to Ola money on Oct 10 and then immediately booked ola cab ? 3. Did I not call customer care immediately when I ended my trip and complained about the issue ? Cont driver & told he was not nearby. @ 6.04 pm Ola sent Sorry msg. With great difficulty in heavy traffic by auto with mental tension reached stn 10 mts dep. time. If train left, who will resp. Krishna, Hyd.

                I booked a cab through OLA App at 9.24 AM on Friday (16th October, 2015) from Dhanori Lohegaon to Model Colony Shivajinagar Pune.
                The cab was scheduled in 9 minutes. I called up the cab driver and he confirmed that he is near my place and will be reaching my place within 5 minutes. After continious call he reached at my place after almost after half an hour.
                On asking why was he late and lied about the timing/ location and couple of dialogue exchange the conversaition started heating up.
                He literally through me out of the car and cancelled my booking.
                Kindly take an action.

                  Hi team, Its really a sad thing to say that these days OLA has become too much money minded rather than providing good quality services. Below mentioned was my bill but the driver took Rs 371 from us. Later when we realised by seeing the sms the customer care is not refunding back the money and they are only saying we are looking into your request. Its been more than 2 weeks I am waiting for my money back but in vain. Kindly assist. OLA! Your total bill for CRN[protected] is Rs 171.                     I have booked a cab today morning in Kolkata..the Booking ID is CRN[protected].. The driver name is Sunny Modi. I clearly told the driver to reach Tobin Road bus stand, he was coming from dunlop. He didn't ask anyone the location where as the location is pretty straight from dunlop. He moved forward then again took a u turn almost 1.5 miles ahead and go back to dunlop. I called up customer care told my location clearly and requested the customer care representative to ask the driver to come to Tobin road bus stand. Again I have seen the driver crossed me and moved ahead. I called him up to know why he didn't stop at Tobin road, didn't get any clear answer. I instructed him to wait where he reached and started walking under scorching heat. When I reached near driver I have seen he started the car and went away. Upon calling I got a reply that he has cancelled the Booking. I Want to know why I have to take this kind of harassment when I was in a hurry to reach my office.. When we are ready to provide premium charges for the service this kind of harassment is not at all justifiable. For sheer negligence of driver I have to suffer standing in the road for more than 45 minutes..

                      I had booked a cab on OLA website at jabalpur on 10.15 AM for 6.30 PM (Narmada Road to Railway station, Jabalpur). CRN no provided to me was[protected] and booking was confirmed. After which i did not receive driver name, mobile number till 6.08 PM, then i had to cancel it and this all troubled a lot. Please see to it.

                        I have booked an ola for bandra station.I used coupon for my ride then also driver has charged me 250 INR. How disgusting your service is.You looted me.If I do not have cash at that time then what I had done at that time.My friend has got COUPON of 300 INR after my ride.If I have not applied the coupon so how he unlocked the new coupon.                           Dear Sir/Madam I was Charged RS.1059/- Naktala to AIRPORT distance 27 KM total CRN[protected] INVOICE NO.[protected] 23 Aug, 2015 No JAM it took only 57 min I was charged 2.4 time from Naktala to AIRPORT means more than double which I never expected . This is the reason I never want to ride on OLA which may be sometime more than double even roads were clear it was 8.30 PM final bill was 240%. so the over and excess bill was charged. At the same time no TAXI was charging more than double charge I stopped using OLA .Many of my friends stopped using ola.I recommend Each People please stop using OLA before you get cheated.

                            I booked Ola online can from my APP, i traved from TC Playa to CMH hospital indra nagar. the distance is hardly not more than 10-12 KM, but bill showed its 28KM and collected amount 396 -trip number -CRN[protected] seems some fraud in online app bill or driver did some fraud in bill. the same day, i traveled back from CMH hospital to TC palay, the bill amount is 207 -Trip number[protected]. how does this variations happens in bill for same distance. i rasied a complaint of ola cabs, but no use as i dint got any reply from them.

                              On 3 October 2015 i booked a cab for 4 'Oct 15 at 1.00 am, since i had to catch an international flight. I got a confirmation that my booking was confirmed -CRN[protected]. Since i did not get any message about the vehicle or driver i called Ola Cabs at 12.40 pm.I was informed that i would get the details.Meanwhile i got a message that the taxi had arrived early and i could board the same(though it had not).I subsequently got a message that a driver Naveen Kumar ([protected]) would pick me up.Since there was no sign of the vehicle for more than 15 minutes i tracked the car and found it was near Brigade Road.Since there was no way he could pick me i called Ola Cabs and was informed that the vehicle was near Viveknagar and there was a mistake-the booking would be cancelled and could i rebook through the app.I shouted at the executive that it was their company's mistake and they had to make an alternative arrangement.

                              I got another message after 5 minutes that my booking CRN[protected]Driver K Krishnamurthy ( [protected]) would pick me up at 1.15 pm.I called up the driver just to reconfirm after my bad experience earlier.He said he was near Chikkalasandra and could not pick me up.Here also i had got a message that my taxi has arrived ahead of time and i can board it.

                              In both the above cases i also got an invoice, for a vehicle which had never arrived and a cab in which i had not even stepped in!!

                              I called up ola cabs again .The executive apologised and informed he would send an alternate cab immediately.I received a message that booking was CRN[protected]Driver Pradeep Kumar HS([protected]).There was no time mentioned!Since it was getting late and i didnt want to miss my flight i called the driver.He said he was near Banashankari and he would pick me up in 2 minutes! Since he did not turn up after 15 minutes i called him again he said he was very near my house and asked address and direction.Dont the drivers get the address?After 10 minutes i again called him and he blamed me for giving wrong directions and not mentioning the address earlier and that he was far ahead of my house.He asked me to cancel the booking!!

                              After such tension and extreme inefficiency and incompetency from Ola i had to walk to Jayanagar complex in the rain and pick up a private taxi, who charged me double the normal charge.Also some credit in my account had been adjusted against the fake bills received by me earlier.

                              What would have happened to a customer who would not have access to any other vehicle and was living in a remote place?What would have happened if i had missed my flight due to the utter negligence, inefficiency, incompetence and carelessness of Ola?

                              I submitted a complaint and mentioned that i want my mail to be answered by their Bangalore Head of Operations and also to send me the e mail id of their founder and CTO-who are the poster boys flashed across all magazines.

                              I also said plan to take this matter to the press and start an online campaign for people to know how inefficient their company is and also for their gullible investors to know what a bubble they are and that they should not invest in them anymore.
                              Absolute Silence, My complaint was not even acknowledged.

                                I used Ola Cab in Chennai CRN[protected] from Royapettah to Padur (28th Sep 15). There was some issue in the Driver’s Ola aps, he couldn’t generated charges through aps and asked call center to generate receipt. Which was higher than usual bill (charged me for 40km in place of 33km). I paid driver cash of Rs. 1012 and Ola money deducted Rs. 999 for the same trip but reflected on my receipt which I received later in mail. Same driver was waiting for me and charged Rs. 960 (as I got down little early) but still charge was way high. Usually other Cab service could have charged me Rs.[protected] for this trip but I end up in paying around Rs. 3000 to Ola. I lodged a complaint with Ols cabs next day (29th Sep 15) and send 4-5 follow up mails and called their customer service at 33553355 but no resolution so far. They don’t have any tracking management, you need to start from beginning each time, they won’t call you (I doubt if Ola cabs have outbound calling facilities. One day I had two call drop all three time I need to repeat my story without any result. May I request forum to advise me other escalation options and let me know if I can move to Bangalore consumer forum or complain should be in Chennai only as service used in Chennai.

                                  Ola Worst service ever...instead of giving tha cupan some technical isue hapn u didn't apply ur cupan so pay ur bil just lk dat thy l say wen u get down frm cab.thy r handling some tricks. How to cheat people just lk dat.I called ola customer service ..indiscipline response from them u hv to pay nu thy r telling. .I lost 300 bcz of this ..irutated about this service. Dnt people preferd dis ...froud ..cheating worst coustomer service ..I called swathi ...coustomer service gals such a worst response frm her u pay n go nu she told. .n cut D phone..:@ this s nt fair..thn y thy r customer care :(..hate ola

                                    am srinivasan from chennai near Koyambedu, I came last Saturday ( 10.10.2015). For an attachment of my innova and swift dzire which was previously run in FastTrack call taxi, on that day officials says that you have to remove the sticker and come on Monday, I said OK and came today and fill the attachment form by 2 pm and waited more than 4 hours, finally they waited me and says you have to check the condition of the vehicle, now you go and come tomorrow, I asked that officials and said why you didn't say me before almost I have wasted 4 hours in my life time, now I feel irritated about your officials, now also removed fastrack sticker and I can't run my vehicle for more than 3 days.This is first time I came to ola and I don't know the rules sir, even security also not behaving in good manner, Now I need the justice. Help ola team.I love ola and I am still awaiting for your attachment.thank you.

                                      The cab driver refused to come for a drop claiming it was too short a distance. When we asked him to cancel the request with an uncouth tone and yelled saying he will not and taunted us to cancel if we wanted to book the next ride. This kind of attitude of drivers will spoil Ola's reputation for sure. The driver's details for reference- Sarath Babu C, TN-11-Y-6103

                                        I use ola cabs almost each day. But today I came across a highly uncivilized and shameless driver. I sat in the cab and told him to take me to Kandivali, he even checked with me which way to take from, the journey was going smooth. I even felt he was sleepy but I thought I shud pardon him as these guys have long working hrs. Sudnly he was taking me on the way to goregaon when I stopped him that he is going the the wrng direction he said I havent told him where to go. I told him if I havent told him then where was he taking me from the last 20 mins ( was he driving blindly). Hwever I got him to the right direction. Suddenly he said that I shouldnt have spoken to him like this. The argument went so long that he used the following lines to me (a customer) : 1. tu mujhe nahi khilati hai. 2. Ladies log to aisa baat nahi karna chaiye 3. Tum log bhikari ho 4. And started abusing BC/MC. 5. Said uparwale ka shukriya kar, terko itni akad hai. 6. sau sau 100 rupee ka discount milta hai to mu utha ke atte ho
