Please note that OLA Cabs informing to book the Cab through their APPS. When you booked through the APPS, your booking will be confirmed. After reaching your destination the amount will be come which will be 4 Times of the amount ( i.e if actual is 150/ -, they will collect Rs.600/-). So don't book OLA CABS. If anybody book then OLA will Cheat.

    Dear Sir, I have travelled in a ola cabs from Nesapakkam to Chennai Airport at 6:30 AM on 15/10/2015 and reached airport at 6:45 AM. Driver has not paid any toll at Airport. But they have charged Rs.100/- extra as toll charges. The money has been deducted from Ola money (wallet). I have given complaints about this to ola customer care many times, they have not resolved the issue. Ola Invoice no.[protected] dtd.15 Oct, 2015 I request you to solve this issue.

      I have received a fraud bill from OLA Bangalore for a ride which I have not availed at all !! Shame on OLA Bangalore. Being one of the biggest taxi aggregate they will have to keep minimum level of ethics and transparency. If such things become rampant, they will definitely land in trouble and shut themselves off. And the OLA Bangalore customer support and their escalation matrix are all 'partners in crime', any complaints raised go unanswered. They might damn busy in producing fraud bills I guess ! Hello OLA Bangalore, Please find the bill for your reference, if at all you wish to take some action on this, otherwise forget it. We think that you are poorly equipped to handle such things.
      yesterday i booked the taxi, he said that he is coming and we waited for 20 min after that when i called him, he said i cant come..i didn"t had any choice..so i cancelled d ride and booked other ola cab.other driver did the same thing..wen i was booking for the third tym..they blocked me...its better to delete that app and try other cabs

        I booked ola cab for the first time by downloading the app form gkm colony, chennai to st. thomas mount, chennai. My wife, aged mother in-law and my children travelled in that cab. During down loading the app one pop up message came and unkowingly I clicked yes. While cutting the meter the amount charged was Rs.743/- which was double the amount. The travel is for 24 kms and it took only an hour of journey. When we contacted the customer care they told that it was peak hour journey so the charge was double. I told them that it was holiday on that day i.e., on 22/10/2015 how could it be a peak hour? he told that peak hour is based on their demand. For example if we puchase a product wheather the amount will be doubled due to the demand? My wife was having only Rs.500/- at that time and she was running around for ATM to settle the amount. Peak hour charge could be a nominal amount like 10% but double the charge is too much for a middle class people. Cheating the innocent public should be stopped.           Ref: Olacabs invoice for CRN[protected] At and from HAL - Bangalore on 11.10.2015 we booked a OLA Cab for my journey to Airport. I was charged 1685/- by OLA. This cab was Replacement by OLA, who charged 2.2 times normal charge for so called peak hours. This is a deficiency. I missed my scheduled flight which cost me Rs. 8250/- for reaching Mumbai.

            I have paid amount (100/-) to OLA money using OLA app on 12 Oct but amount is still not credited. When I contacted OLA customer service, they are completely irresponsible and still could not find where the amount has gone. I have shared all supported documents regarding my payment and still do not bothered to resolve my issues.

              Dear sir/mam, we four persons were travelling in a OLA caB at chennai ..i said the driver to go slow ...but suddenly he used some abusive words at us and shouted at us to getdown from the cab in a bridge near central station at the time of 10clk...we were with two ladies...but he never mind about that...at the meanwhile i was trying to search for someother cab in ur app...i never got a result ...and we got into an auto and reached our destination ...very worst behaviour of driver and horrible service of OLA...i need a compensation for the inconvenience caused to me and for my friends...really the two girls of my friends have planned to report this to media ...we need a solution ...we were totally irritated and upset because of your horrible service...the two were totally upset from the incident which was happened at the time of 10 pm [protected][protected][protected] Ola 3.2.1 on iPhone 5 (GSM+CDMA) running iOS 9.0.2 (Ola user [protected]@gmail.com) Sent from my iPhone

                For around 2 KMs travel, Ola charged me INR 266. Reason: There was a multiplier of 2.5, whihc I believed would be charged on the actual charges I incur but no, they charged that multiplier on the base minimum charges which was INR 100. If they wanted to apply this much amount they should have informed the customer accordingly but no they chose to cheat customers. This transaction was of great disappointment to me. I hope I get a resolution to the same, so that I continue using Ola.

                  I booked ola cab from my mobile on 15/10/2015 at 03:06 PM booking was confirmed and sms with confirmation mail also. i called twice to the driver whose name and contact no. was mentioned in the mail but he refused to pick me from the main road i had to reach a very important meeting and i was with my tata officials just in front of tata indicom office 65 old ishwar nagar main mathura road new delhi. --110065. please check at your level as i applied coupen code of next75 that time which was wasted due to this refusal. please improve your sevices as details are as follows :--- CRN NO.[protected] DRIVER NAME --- MOHD.                     On 17th october, 15, I booked an Ola cab near Technopolish, Sec-V, Kolkata. The driver name was Akhilesh and the vehicle was White Maruti swift Dzire(WB 052746). Our destination place was IIM Joka. He take the route of EM Bypass-Kalikapur-Anwar Shah Road. That route was lengthy & full of Jam, so lots of times were wasted.Instead he can take us in the Park Circus-Alipore route. We were really exhausted by the journey & compelled to end our journey at Taratala. The total invoice amount was 506 INR. (Previously it was 310 in our previous journey). The behaviour of the driver was very much rude. He argue with us & dont even listen to our request. This type of service is really very frustrating & unacceptable.

                      Hello, today morning i book a cab at 9-35 am. 2nd main road, chennappa layout .marathahalli, bengaluru, kernataka.560037, india to itpl main road, pattandur agrahara, whitefield, bengaluru total 6.6 km exact it come. i am driving past 1 and half year .. every time they charge me 110 rs . and in 1.4 peak time rate it will come 154 rs. but today the cab person did not open the ride app. he will charge me 240 rs . first crn[protected] which generate 118 rs and in same crn one more bill generate 240rs. i am very much disappoint with ur miss behave of cab person and customer care. who treat a customer very rudely and bad manner. so this is my last visit and never ever book this cab in future and also i tell to my all frinds do not refer this cab any more.uber is much better service than this Thanking you Ajith Nair [protected]

                        This is regarding Ola's irresponsible behavior. On friday 0ct 16th 2015, I boarded a cab from balewadi till bibwewadi. To bring to your notice, the driver assigned to me said the device he is carrying is off because of low battery and hence he said he could not" start the ride". He assured me Ola will take care of it.Though I was doubtful I trusted Ola for the same.The driver suggested me a longer route(I was unaware of the distance difference) and so the ride started.At the end of the ride I received 2 messages from Ola for the same ride and driver insisted me to pay the same.He even called the Ola office and confirmed the same.The invoice amount was 830 Rs. which I paid (obviously shocked and irritated I was).Now today morning I checked a mail from Ola saying they waived off the amount since there was some error from their side(which I appreciate).But there has never been a money refunded nor is there any mail/approach to do the same. I do no understand what is the mail for? Ola, kindly take this matter into consideration. I have been a regular customer to Ola but after the incidence on Friday, I doubt if I would continue to be one. I want an answer for my money, where has it gone...? Usually tis will charge rs.130, but they charged Rs.393.. they are not giving clear picture of explanation... Replied peak hrs.. etc wt tis on previous days... Tat to today Sunday night 9.50pm... We want you to take strict action against the driver or else we will lodge a police complaint soon.He purposely took long route so that he can increase his meter.

                              Hi. This is Shubhankar Verma(mobile [protected]). Your driver(Mohd Uvesh, mobile no. [protected]) was supposed to pick me up in 11 minutes. He took 18-20 minutes(no offense, I understand traffic conditions were not good yesterday). But when I called him, I got to know that he has picked up some family instead of me and my friends. There was no communication gap as I had called him 2-3 times before that. He gave me the number of another driver, some Mohd Saeel([protected]) and asked me to contact him, saying Saeel was in the same area(outside Chandni Chowk metro, gate no.5). That driver's number was switched off. I called Mohd Uvesh again and he started giving lame excuses like the family he's giving a ride to has an old lady and that family needs the ride ride desperately. He finally asked me to book another cab(which meant waiting for another 15-20 minutes). I argued that I had booked the ride and he should've picked me and my friends, but again he started singing the same 'the family is in need' rhyme. I booked the cab, waited for 20 minutes and this is what I get. I am highly disappointed by the conduct of your driver Mohd Uvesh.

                                I had money in my Ola wallet. After the ride I still had to pay cash . I had made this payment to Ola before ride for 200rs. After reaching the destination the auto driver was demanding money. I told him I have money in Ola wallet. Auto driver was rude and started fighting. Called up customer service told them I have cash in my Ola wallet and I would like to use it. They told me to provide OTP to the driver. Since there was no OTP sent to me. Told them I don't have it. They advised me to pay by cash. I told them I don't have cash. What's the use in we using Ola wallet? When I m not able to use my money. I requested them to refund my money back. They said I will have to send an email. Either I can use that money for Ola or my expenditure. They have still not refunded my money back. Complaint# is 6213620 and I have the complete call recording.. Customer service is worst after speaking to them for more then 1 hour. They were not able to help me. Why should they still have my money which I can't use it. I would suggest people not to keep money In Ola wallet. It would be charity. I suggest u guys not to use Ola at all.                                   On oct 10, I had to go to Madhapur which is close to 22 kms distance from my home. I usually book Uber cab for long distance rides but because Ola was running a 50% discount promotion so I changed my mind. Usually I do not add money to Ola account, I only pay cash mostly whenever I use Ola service. But the promotion requires minimum Rs 200 balance in Ola account. So I recharged with Rs200 on same day (oct 10) and then applied promo code OM50 & booked the cab. Before booking the cab, it showed me "promo code has been added successfully" message after i added the promo code. So I boarded the cab, it was a good journey. To my surprise, When driver clicked on "End trip" on his phone It showed bill of Rs 321. I paid the whole amount and then immediately called Ola customer care. Agent on the phone said, don't worry it must be some technical error where the server did not take the promo code. Agent asked me to send an email to Ola support with Invoice copy. I sent Invoice copy of the bill to customer care and the reply I get is "you never applied the code". The bill does not show any promo code been applied. I tried to explain them that I did apply the promo code and it was problem at their end but they refuse to listen. One agent sent an email acknowledging there was server problem but was of no help (check screenshot attached). Ola agents keep saying there is no promo code applied and they cannot do much. Well, at least they can answer few questions below. 1. Was there a 50% discount offer running or not when I travelled ? 2. Did I not recharge with Rs 200 to Ola money on Oct 10 and then immediately booked ola cab ? 3. Did I not call customer care immediately when I ended my trip and complained about the issue ? Cont driver & told he was not nearby. @ 6.04 pm Ola sent Sorry msg. With great difficulty in heavy traffic by auto with mental tension reached stn 10 mts dep. time. If train left, who will resp. Krishna, Hyd.

                                      I booked a cab through OLA App at 9.24 AM on Friday (16th October, 2015) from Dhanori Lohegaon to Model Colony Shivajinagar Pune.
                                      The cab was scheduled in 9 minutes. I called up the cab driver and he confirmed that he is near my place and will be reaching my place within 5 minutes. After continious call he reached at my place after almost after half an hour.
                                      On asking why was he late and lied about the timing/ location and couple of dialogue exchange the conversaition started heating up.
                                      He literally through me out of the car and cancelled my booking.
                                      Kindly take an action.

                                        Hi team, Its really a sad thing to say that these days OLA has become too much money minded rather than providing good quality services. Below mentioned was my bill but the driver took Rs 371 from us. Later when we realised by seeing the sms the customer care is not refunding back the money and they are only saying we are looking into your request. Its been more than 2 weeks I am waiting for my money back but in vain. Kindly assist. OLA! Your total bill for CRN[protected] is Rs 171.
