In ola I ride the buking on Nov 2021 ...paid the amount by cash 208 rs... Then I want to buk next ride it shows still pending.. Then I paid 208 rs by GPay... Yesterday also same thing happened to me... I paid the amount by cash by cash 106 rs... But it shows still pending amount in app.. How many times I should pay the amount... Resolve the issue

    I booked a cab from Manish Tyres, JC Road, Bangalore to Abhiyanta-Inc Works, Magadi Road, Bangalore on 4th of December 2021 at 03:45 PM.
    The fair was INR 331 with CRN number - CRN[protected].

    Driver Details:
    Name: Varun Kumar T M
    Vehicle: Bajaj RE (KA 01 AL 5761)

    I paid the driver (Varun Kumar T M) on his Personal PhonePe number (+91 [protected]) as I was unable to pay from Ola application. I also paid him a tip of INR 69.
    Still now it is showing pending. Even the driver is ignorant about this.

    I am not able to book cabs from Ola, because of this, and i am getting repeated calls from Ola to make payment. Help me out with this.

      In partnership with aditya birla finance limited (Adfl). The loan amount is upto rs. 50000. 00 provided by adfl but the postpaid limit provided by ola to its customers are far less. Ola has taken loan of rs. 50000. 00 from adfl on my behalf but the postpaid limit that i have received was just rs. 8000...

        Hi Riders/Owners

        I joined this revolution on 31st December and Today ( 24th Feb ), OLA electric almost killed me! On the Koramangala main street!

        When I pushed the accelerator, the vehicle began to reverse and I lost control, falling into busy Koramangala Road, narrowly avoiding a severe accident.

          With utter disappointment and harassed, I am raising this ticket with #consumer complaints site to get a justice.

          Date of Journey: 24/02/2022

          On 24/2/2022 morning, I have booked an OLA cab from Sukhwani palms, Wagholi to Panchasil business park, baner and paid Rs 347 for same. I have attached invoice copy of same. The bill invoice includes trip fare which includes tax also.

          Same day, at evening i have booked a return journey through OLA cab from Panchasil business park, baner to Sukhwani palms, Wagholi and paid Rs 482. The bill invoice includes trip fare, taxes and ride time for distance (As if i am travelling with a PM or using OLA's extra ordinary service).

          When i booked my ride it was displaying to me the approx estimated price for return journey would be Rs 347 - Rs 357 which i ignored as it was nearly same to morning ride.

          After I completed my ride I came to know that my over all bill price was Rs 482 for which they have deducted 413 rupees from paytm and 69 rupees i had to paid to the driver.

          when I called to OLA customer service Ms Daulat had picked up the call and said to me that bill was generated correctly and she will not be able to help me in any way. I have clearly explained the issue and the scenario for which I have called to customer service. She has raised 4 tickets for same, which after 2 mins went to RESOLVED status by their team, while I am still on call with Daulat. I asked her the reason behind marking the tickets as closed, she asked me to be on HOLD and later asked me a astonished question that "Sir, did you take screenshot of the estimated price before starting the journey". I never know OLA is expecting their customers to that also. So I asked her to transfer the call to manager for which she informed me that she will arrange a call back after 30 mins. i asked her to update the same on ticket as proof she did not do that and transferred the call to manager Arfat. I have explained the scenario and the issue to OLA manager in details and then he said that there was no deviation in charge and bill generated was correct.

          I informed him that I have checked very clearly that the estimated price was Rs 347 - Rs 357. He said that as bill was correct he will not able to help. When I asked to manager, did OLA have any screenshot for same, he denied on same.

          I believe that OLA is harassing customers like this and taking money from them.

          I have attached both ride bills for your reference. I expect Consumer complaint dept to take a strict action against OLA and provide me justice.

            I purchased an OLA Cabs gift voucher worth Rs 500 on 25 Aug 2021 to be used on cab services from GYFTR site of HDFC smart buy .After 5 days of purchase, I realize that the voucher is unusable owing to stringent terms & condition. Hence, I wrote to OLA to cancel the voucher & refund the money as the guidelines written on point no 15 from GYFTR terms & condition "which says write back to [protected]@olacabs.com, if you have any issue with voucher".I registered a complain with OLA Support with (Ticket[protected] on 31 Aug 2021. After multiple follows on 24 Sep 2021, they asked me to reach out to HDFC GYFTR. When call HDFC GYFTR during Jan 2022 month they told me to go back to OLA. In all these ping pong the voucher got expired on 17 June 2022.This entire episode of lethargy used by OLA & HDFC is a like a harassment. Now, they both are not even responding to my emails.               Booked ride for my relative on 3rd Feb and they had paid cash to the driver, but it showing as pending amount in Ola app and getting numerous automated calls asking for payment without giving any option to contact Ola support team which is very irritating

                I booked the ride on 12th Feb, 2022 at night around 9:30am, with cash on completion. The CRN number is [protected], from Ghaziabad to Delhi (near JBM school).
                After the ride got over, the driver was shown the amount Rs.739 due (on-screen) and we paid Rs. 739/- in cash. After 10 minutes, I got a message that my postpaid account is deducted as well.
                I have done multiple complaints but every time being routed to another department (postpaid/olamoney/support etc). Have tried raining this issue but no one is responding correctly to solve this issue.

                His technical glitch because of Ola is hampering me.

                  I have taken ride in ola cab on April 27th 2021. I have paid Rs. 283 for the raid on GooglePay app. Immeadiately I have raised compliant and kept follow up on these complaint, finally they provided coupon for the same amount which is valid till 11/12/2024.

                  Next I have taken raid on 21/02/2022, I failed to apply coupon of Rs. 283. I contacted ola support team 8-10 times raised complaints 4-5 time. Immeadiately when I drop the call compliant will be marked as solved by Ola support Team without any solutions. I request you to get my money back.

                  Also Ola support team failed to provide provuide support for customers issue. There are many people who are facing similar/other issues with OLA. I request you to take proper actions regarding this.

                  Already 8550+ compliants are raised on Ola in consumercompleints portal, only around 200 issues are solved. Please check below link for the same.

                    Hi team, I had booked outstation cab for traveling 200 km. But due to medical issues had to travel back to home after traveling 20 kms so I travelled total 40 to 45 kms. Then stopped the ride and was suprise to see the bill of 5581. I paid entire amount to driver Sagar Sqopan Phaphale as he said u will need to raise ticket and support team will refund it. I am attaching all required snapshot and receipts for your reference. Name of driver can be noticed in booking details where I have made payment to same person. Also time of ride is 88 mins n distance traveled 346kms as per details in ola app. This is not possible even for formula 1 on Indian roads with traffic. I want ola to take amount for distance I travel and refund remaining amount to below account. I travelled only 40-45kms total. I have raised several tickets in ola app but they are not willing to refund. Also bill showing me is for 5081 which means driver have informed that I have only paid 500rs. I also have recordings of cab driver as I called him and asked did he informed ola team that I have paid you entire amount he said yes. Please help me to get this resolved. Thanks.

                      Respected Sir/Madam,

                      On the 17th of January, I had taken a cab from Ola from the Bangalore International Airport to my home. The driver requested me to make the payment offline instead of online. Even after several attempts to convince the driver, I finally decided to make the payment via Googlepay directly to his number. I changed the method of payment to Gpay on Ola app.

                      After a week of the ride I started to receive payment reminders from Ola stating that I have unpaid dues. I was shocked to see that even after paying the driver, I had received the alerts. As of today, they have locked my account and deactivated my services. I have requested their support and customer care but no one seems to take it seriously. Their customer care team are extremely rude and arrogant and never provide a reference number or escalation status.

                      Apart from the constant reminders of 72 hours, they have not solved this issue for over a month. I request the powers that be to please make them responsible for their actions and have them see the proof that I have shared.

                      I have attached the payment proof of the driver's Googlepay, the reminder due alert, and my locked Ola account.

                      The CRN number of the ride is CRN: [protected] and the driver's name is Pradeepa.

                      Request to please have Ola unblock my account.

                        This concern is for the rides we booked with CRN Number: [protected] and this ride was booked for my dad who is a senior citizen. When the ride ended my dad paid a cash of 630 to the driver.

                        Now when I wanted to book another cab today it said that payment is still pending. So when I confirmed with my dad he said he paid in cash and he had also paid in cash for the previous ride as well with CRN Number [protected] with amount of 287. Unknowingly for this I paid 287 from my GPay so that i could book another ride. My dad paid for this ride as well in cash and it gave me a message that it was not paid. As before we book another ride we to have pay the previous due so even I paid again online.

                        We paid twice the amount of 287 so I expect a return on the same. And pls mark 630 the last ride we took with above details as paid as well.

                        Why should we pay twice?

                            I booked a cab from Anubhav Banquet hall police lines Delhi late to sector 77 Gurgaon in the night and the driver asked me to make payment. As there were elderly people travelling late at night I had to comply with his request. I paid RS. 850 in cash to the driver however I am getting constant reminders from Ola to make the payment again on app. I have already raised this complaint on the app but there has been no resolution.

                                I am highly disappointed and shifting to Uber.

                                I used a ride recently late in the night with my family. The driver was slightly drunk and after dropping started asking for more money and arguing.

                                I immediately registered complain on app and tried calling the number that was being shown. But to our surprise every time we tried to select language option, nothing was happening.

                                My other family members tried and same response.

                                Then I wrote a message and asked ola team to call me immediately. No one called.

                                Today it shows issue is resolved and they have emailed me. But I have got no email.

                                This is customer safety and concern of Ola Cabs. Pathetic, disgusting and disappointing.

                                On other hand Uber did call back when my friend tries to file a safety complaint.

                                  I have sold my car 7months back and at that time they had deducted Rs 1400/- from the total amount before sending the funds to me which they had to pay to the Mumbai traffic department to clear the fines.They have still not paid that amount and I have recieved a summons letter from the Mumbai Traffic police to be in court on 12th March. I spoke to Mr Hitendra yesterday who told me it is paid and will send me the proof of the payment, but he has still not sent and is ignoring my calls and messages. Since last 7months they have not transferred the car in their name or their clients name whom they have sold it to already in the month of November.

                                    I actually raised this ticket on 3rd Jan 2022. It's already more almost 45 days I didn't get proper response from you. Please don't be so much careless about customer complaints.

                                    Cab driver was not professional driver. We missed our flight to Bangalore. It was a worst situation that we had faced. Driver was not experienced and many places auto was overtaking our cab. We told our flight timings also but driver was really careless. He didn't had sufficient fuel also. He wasted our time at fuel station also. Really worst experience with Ola.
                                    If you need I can proved you tickets details also. We were 4, all o[censored]s missed our flight to Bangalore and had rebooked our ticket.
                                    Okay made us to loose almost 20k.
                                    Looking forward to hearing from you.

                                      On 26th December last year, we booked and availed an Ola ride from Kandivali to Powai. After the ride was complete, the driver asked us to make online payment. We offered to pay cash but he insisted we pay online and gave us a number to make the payment. We paid on that number and also showed him the payment screenshot. Later on, when we were booking another ride, we found, to our utter surprise and shock, that it is showing that payment is still due from us and we are not being allowed to book any other ride till the dues have been cleared. We called the driver’s number and the recipient identified himself as the driver’s brother and claimed ignorance. We called the number the driver gave us, the lady who received our call claimed ignorance as to the entire transaction itself.

                                      We have attached screenshots of payments, details of the driver, details of the number given by the driver and our Watsapp communication, requesting the driver to rectify the error and sent formal email to Ola on support.[protected]@olacabs.com and also sent reminders, however till date there is no response from their end. We cannot book another ride as we have to compulsorily clear these dues first.
