I have sold my car 7months back and at that time they had deducted Rs 1400/- from the total amount before sending the funds to me which they had to pay to the Mumbai traffic department to clear the fines.They have still not paid that amount and I have recieved a summons letter from the Mumbai Traffic police to be in court on 12th March. I spoke to Mr Hitendra yesterday who told me it is paid and will send me the proof of the payment, but he has still not sent and is ignoring my calls and messages. Since last 7months they have not transferred the car in their name or their clients name whom they have sold it to already in the month of November.

    I actually raised this ticket on 3rd Jan 2022. It's already more almost 45 days I didn't get proper response from you. Please don't be so much careless about customer complaints.

    Cab driver was not professional driver. We missed our flight to Bangalore. It was a worst situation that we had faced. Driver was not experienced and many places auto was overtaking our cab. We told our flight timings also but driver was really careless. He didn't had sufficient fuel also. He wasted our time at fuel station also. Really worst experience with Ola.
    If you need I can proved you tickets details also. We were 4, all o[censored]s missed our flight to Bangalore and had rebooked our ticket.
    Okay made us to loose almost 20k.
    Looking forward to hearing from you.

      On 26th December last year, we booked and availed an Ola ride from Kandivali to Powai. After the ride was complete, the driver asked us to make online payment. We offered to pay cash but he insisted we pay online and gave us a number to make the payment. We paid on that number and also showed him the payment screenshot. Later on, when we were booking another ride, we found, to our utter surprise and shock, that it is showing that payment is still due from us and we are not being allowed to book any other ride till the dues have been cleared. We called the driver’s number and the recipient identified himself as the driver’s brother and claimed ignorance. We called the number the driver gave us, the lady who received our call claimed ignorance as to the entire transaction itself.

      We have attached screenshots of payments, details of the driver, details of the number given by the driver and our Watsapp communication, requesting the driver to rectify the error and sent formal email to Ola on support.[protected]@olacabs.com and also sent reminders, however till date there is no response from their end. We cannot book another ride as we have to compulsorily clear these dues first.

        Ola owe me money because my lots of ride has been cancelled while booking for airport and for work . Therefore I used the service pay later and am not gonna pay them back . They owe me bigger amount of compensation as compared to this 500 rs for pay later. I have been receiving numerous calls and msg . Therefore I decide to file a petition against ola and let's the court decide the money for my time and flight Tickets that has been cancelled due to ola driver issues .

          I have not received my products
          App doesn't show the status of the orders

          There is no in app support feature. The app is not made properly - being integrated in Ola app but there is no way you can see past orders or raise complaints.

          Money is already deducted from my accounts and i have full proofs of payment to ola foods

          The customer care number provided on the website doesn't work.

              I am customer of ola today i took a ola ride in which the driver wanted to cancel the ride just to make money on his pocket I didn't let him cancel on the middle of the ride or on the beginning of the ride because I trust ola company today the rider not even took extra money from after paying online but also gave a harsh attitude to me he said "agar apka aukad nhi hai ola bhara dene ka toh aap ola mat book kijiye" i frequently use ola and i always clear my ola money by online mode or offline but today i felt so bad by this kind of attitude of the rider it just broke my trust on ola i have complain about the money which he took extra to ola app i have received the refund from ola but this is not a way to speak to a customer he insulted me

                    I booked a ride on Sat, Sep 25, 10:44 PM at Noida. My CRN number :- [protected].
                    Pick-Up Time:- 10:44 PM.
                    Pick-Up address:- B-5, B Block, Pocket B, Sector 20, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301, India
                    Drop address:- C.p, Block E, Connaught Place, New Delhi

                    I paid the amount in cash to driver, still they keep sending me text messages about pending bills, i called the driver to check at his end he told me that he has completed everything from his end, i should talk to support. I wrote emailed them everything on [protected]@olacabs.com multiple times, never got any reply. I finally decide to pay the amount again and resume my services after that again same incident happens, still they are not responding to my emails. They keep sending me text messages instead of responding to my mail.
                    This is not expected from such a renowned taxi service company

                        I booked Mini old at estimated fare of Rs 450 to travel from Grant Road to Malad Mumbai on 9/2/22 night around 8.30pm. When I tried making online payment on my card, the old app did not permit me to make payment. When I reached destination I was told by driver that the trip is paid for which in fact I did not pay in the first place. The next day I received a note from Ola asking me to pay fare of Rs 524ie Rs 74 more then the est fare. There was no deviation on route. There was no waiting period and hence I questioned customer service. They are unable to resolve. My simple question is what prevents Ola from charging me Rs 1000. Where is the transperency. The same distance I travelled in the afternoon at 1 pm I was charged Rs 390. I have been travelling by Ola for last 5 years but never faced such mismangement in its service . I need resolution by higher management team as the customer service team just gives standard response without resolving the issue of higher charge

                          • Firstly the driver hesitated to travel further & said in a bad manner due to worst condition of road in our area.
                          • Back left door glass window was jammed & wasn’t fixed & moreover AC was not turned on due to protocol, when my wife asked why so, very sarcastically was replied
                          • Thirdly, phone call was constantly attended by him, when asked by us to not attend since we’re in to on time for an appointment he started to yell & use abusive words. Moreover the traffics is more.
                          • Finally, in the middle of a signal he abruptly stopped the car & asked us to get out & started using more filthy words against my family & started to take snaps of my family & started threatening my family that by tonight we’d face the consequences. We’ve many witness of how the driver behaved.
                          We’re are senior citizens & since he dropped us in the middle of the road how’re we suppose to pay some amount ?
                          I kindly request you to take immediate action against the driver & take it legally. We won’t pay the amount, ask the respective driver to pay.

                            Time take -61.8 min
                            Ola Rental was booked at Rs. 249 for 10km @1hour.

                            At the time of booking the fare was shown as Rs.249, but at the end of ride it showed Rs.840. The bill breakup showed Rs. 64.7 Charged for extra kms and time, but Rs. 465.76 +Taxes were somehow added to my bill termed as "Fare increase". On contacting customer care, no one has any clue why it has been charged as there is no surcharge applicable on rentals, but no one is also ready to refund the amount incorrectly charged, and after so many days of follow now they have blocked my number from dialing to their customer care.

                                    Hello Sir,

                                    I have booked cab on 04/02/2022 @ 5 Pm and while booking the amount was Rs. 375 and applied chn50 code rs. 50 Discount and cab has reached at 5.10 PM after entered into OTP the amount is Rs. 1035 and asked for driver regarding this Nd customer they said once the invoice generate will know the price. Reached the cab destination at 5.55 PM and contact driver said don't know any price. I contacted customer care they said you have to pay the amount.

                                      My humble request to you that as on dt 05/02/2022 I have book olacab for return to home from Hospital with my mother.
                                      When I book the cab then shown Rs1219/- but when reach the destination then taken Rs 1646/-
                                      They have given the bill that showing extra kilometres run and extra time taken charge. I just returned my house with my mom who was Hospitalizes. We are straight return to home and not taken extra time.
                                      I want my money back.
                                      Please kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
