On March 6th 2022, I ordered 3 ltr sunpure refined oil (1 ltr pack each), 3 ltr sunpure heart refined oil (1 ltr pack each), 3 ltr can sundrop heart oil and 1 ltr mustard oil.
Order Code: onh0-sospho
Below are my concerns for this particular order:
1. Not received 1 ltr sunpure refined oil
2. Not received 1 ltr sunpure heart
3. 1 packet of delivered sunpure refined oil is leaking
4. Received 1 ltr packet of sundrop heart oil instead of 3 ltr packet
5. The delivered 1 ltr packet of sundrop heart is NOT TO BE SOLD LOOSE

I had contacted customer care chat within an hour. An executive named Sai Kumar DN said he has raised a complaint and I shall be provided with a resolution within 2 hours of that. The same was confirmed by another executive named Sanjay Allwyn. On 7th march 2022, I checked with the chat support team where an executive named Shahida Anjum first asked me the ticket ID (which was supposedly never generated) and later she said that the resolution has already been provided and asked me to check. On asking where to check, I received no response from her and then I ended the chat not waiting for too long.

There was literally no ticket reference number, no call or text from Ola customer support, no email, no notification. There was just no information from Ola. They just conveniently deducted my money (1443) and just ignored my complaint. They have also sent an invoice attached to the bag marking all the items have been packed & delivered
Let me just confirm to Ola that I will definitely not pay the outstanding Ola Money whenever the bill is generated. So just resolve this and keep it amicable or else you pay for your scam. Don't play around with public money and fool them

I received a refund of Rs. 704.50
The refund expected is 854.25
Justification:
Received Items: 2 sunpure heart, 1 sunpure refined (The other one received was a damaged one) & 1 mustard oil
= (2*135) + 135 + 183.75 = 588.75 (Amount I should be charged)
Refund = 1443 - 588.75 = 854.25 (Amount I should be refunded)

I do not know why has kept extra 149.75 of mine. If you expect someone to pay for a damaged oil packet, noone would be doing that. And in case you want to say that you charged me for the loose packet of Sundrop that isn't for sale, I am definitely not going to pay for it. That packet is still with me. Send someone to take it away and then refund the amount. Customers do not pay for loose packets that are not for sale. It is very clearly written on the oil packet - NOT TO BE SOLD LOOSE

    Having issues with Ola payments. When we select a ride with online payment and if we pay by cash with some issues with online payment, the system is not updating the payment even though driver updating the payment and closing the ride.. I have two accounts with two mobile numbers and same issue repeated.. why should user pay extra amount for the technical issues from OLA side .. they can raise with Technical team and close the issues but they don't do that.. escalating to the higher level also no use... Waste company..waste services..

      Yesterday[protected] i have take a ola ride between Badarpur to new friends colony new Delhi 110065. driver request me to pay fare directly to his phone pay no [protected] and not to pay via ola app. so i paid total fare directly to driver phone pe no. But still ola app showing payment is pending.

        I selected the payment mode Google pay while booking but while paying my google pay was not working so I paid in cash. I called the driver he is saying mere side se clear nai hua toh me q clear Karu meko ola se paisa hi nai aaya.. I told him if i paid in cash then why you need to wait for ola cash, clear my due because I cannot book my further ride I told the guy. Then I told him I will complain he said ok do.

          When Ola electric scooter booking started we also booked Ola S1 Pro priced at 1.4lakh with rs499 in the hope to get a electric scooter. Delivery was promised between October 2021 . they've been postponing the dispatches due to some issues at their side and we've even accepted for that. We were waiting for more than 6 months when they've opened final payment window on 21-Jan-2022 I've done the payment and their estimated dispatch within 31-Jan-2022. and as per their data it's dispatched on 28th Jan and still it wasn't delivered yet. I've been following up from past 40 days and they're not responding properly and the support team wasn't aware of anything they're just hooking up some stories only.

          This is bizzare, ridiculous and totally wrong of a company that has been misleading India consumers and promoting their brand falsely. Requesting your support as those who paid their full amount for an product which will get delivered in a week or so as promised by company itself and now they're just time-passing .

          recently they've sent an email stating that my bike was delivered too but when i contact support team they're telling it's just a glitch only we will get your bike delivered sooner.

          Please help!

            I have been charged twice higher rental fare by ola of around Rs. 1000.

            One ride I took on 4th Feb wherein I book an ola for 1 hr at 249 rs 10 km it showed.

            I took some extra km and time so I was expected a total fare of around 400 but for a base ride of 249 I was charged fare increase charge by ola of Rs. 600-700 rs and my total fare came as 1106. I complained in ola but nothing happened till date. Money was automatically deducted.

            Same thing happened on 15th Feb wheein for 500 ride I was charged 944 rs by ola in a similar mechanism in ola rental ride.

            Normally whenever there is peak time it shows the fare and then it's my choice to book or not but here I was charged more than 2000 rs for not even 1000 rs rental ride????

              I took an Olacabs ride yesterday on 4/3/2022 from Ahmedabad airport to Karmchari Nagar. Driver asked me to pay the airport parking fee, which i paid in cash plus when I paid him final ride amount, it was also charged into total amount. Thus, i was charged the airport parking fee twice.

                On 20th Feb 2022, we booked our Ola Cab for Meerut (Pallavpuram Phase 2) from Badarpur border New Delhi when I booked my cab it showed me the fare of Rs, 1209 but when we reached the destination the total fare was Rs, 1999 + 270 additional intercity tax from Delhi to Meerut which was not mentioned while booking the cab this so unfair to charge extra and add extra kilometres too I request you take notice at this issue immediately and pay me compensation. I have attached my screenshot of the invoice.

                  I don't know how many times I have to raise tickets and give details. I have called OLA so many times and have given all the details, also have sent it by mail but still, there is no resolution.

                  I booked OLA for my parents on 8th Feb from Pune to Thane. The total fare was shown as 2010 Rs. But the ride was not stopped by the driver for 3 days. After 3 days when I checked the total fare of the ride was shown as 12597 rs. And as the payment mode was selected as OLA money postpaid I have to pay it once the bill is generated.

                  I have also raised a complaint against the driver as he kept my parents waiting for 1 hour in between as he was fighting/quarreling with some group of people who were demanding money from him.

                  DON'T YOU THINK THIS WAS A VERY RISKY AND SCARIEST SITUATION MY PARENTS FACED TAKING OLA RIDE AND I SHOULD TAKE ACTION AGAINST YOU FOR NOT REPLYING OR NOT GIVING ANY RESOLUTION INSPITE OF CALLING SUPPORT MANY TIMES?

                  Below are a few more details which I already shared with OLA.

                  1.Total KMs traveled during the ride (Approximate kilometers would suffice). --- approx time it should take is 3 hr 30 min (158.8 km) however ride took more than 4 hours to reach the destination as the driver stopped for 1 hr in between for his personal reasons(Group of people were fighting and demanding money from the driver).
                  2. Places visited during the ride. --- No places visited it was supposed to be a direct ride. Driver stopped for a 45mins-1 hr on the way to talk with some group of known people(Group of people were fighting and demanding money from the driver).
                  3. Total cash amount paid to the partner. --- NO cash was paid but he was demanding ride total even after telling it was a prepaid ride.
                  4. Time of the ride completion. The information will help our team in assisting you more effectively. --- Ride was completed around 930-945 PM

                  I have attached a screenshot of the ride and also a recent screenshot that was received for 3919 mins.

                  We reached out to customer support on that same day at around 10 pm to inform them about this issue. The representative mentioned the issue will be addressed and the exact amount will be deducted. However, we see a 12597 bill now. I am really disappointed with this OLA ride, my parents were traveling and the driver halted in between for about an hour to talk with some people.

                  Please look into this matter on priority and help us with the correct ride amount.

                    Sir no action is taken yet, i have to clear my dues before 6 march 2022, i was charged 7 times 288rs for 1 ride which was deducted from my olamoney postpaid account, please charge me 1 time only and remove other 6times, i am attaching my recent screenshot with no updates.

                    I have raised complaint several times since 25th feb 2022 but still no resolution is provided to me, my due has to be rs 588 but they are changing me rs 2028. After talking to their agents i am still not provide appropriate resolution, all i get is 48hrs assurance to solve my problem but by evening when i check i see my complaint is closed.
                    I am attaching the proofs for my complaint, please help me.

                      I have booked ola cab from omr to tambaram...first time the ola cab driver asked me to pay through online payment...so I have paid through online which the ola cab already linked with an drivers account number..but after rides he said the payment was not received and also need to pay in hand..dont know what I have to do..I have paid it again..

                        I am regularly using OLA app for cab booking. Because it is giving fare amount and proper service. but on 19th Feb, 2022 shocked for the amount charged which i didn't booked at all. When i used ola app for booking cab from my home Uttam Nagar to T-2 IGI airport New Delhi, app showed me charge of Rs. 724 which i paid in cash. Then afterward i received message for Total Bill Rs. 4344/-. Deducting Rs. 3000/- from my Ola money wallet and Amazon wallet Rs. 1344/-.
                        Bill No: CRN[protected] dated: 19th Feb, 2022.
                        Kindly refund amount of Rs.3000/- back to my Ola money wallet and Rs. 1344 back to my Amazon wallet.
                        Otherwise need to go to Consumer court for same.

                            I have book pre-schedule cab 8 yrs before for Delhi T3 airport drop. I was alloted ride 15 mins before the schedule and after that driver approached me to ask that he can't come for ride. Even he didn't cancel the ride thereafter I cancelled that as I was getting late for my flight due to tight schedule. Thereafter one after another 3 rides I booked and ride alloted though all drivers refused to come for pickup.This is not first time it's happening with me during earlier ocassion I face this issue.

                            But this time I almost lost flight and ultimately I arrange a driver who agreed to drop thru my private car. Surprisingly just before my leaving several private taxi drivers approach me for ride...how they come to know that I have a ride book from OLA.

                            This experience was quite frustrating and I have decided not to book any ride from OLA atleast for airport drop as it's not reliable at all.

                              Ola has promised to deliver the vehicle based on the priority of the payments or booked made through their app, based on which many consumers like me has purchased the vehicle. First payment was made by me on Rs 499 as booking amount on 2-Aug -2021 and after that there was no response from Ola as to when they would open the next payment gate way, after long wait they have opened the second payments on 16th September as their app was broken entire day and after several tries I was able to make 20, 000 payments and the delivery date was given Feb between 01st to 28th Feb which does not make any sense. Anyways they have opened the 3rd payment on 21st of Jan and they have mentioned the vehicle will be allotted on first cum first serve basis and they mentioned the payments will open sharp at 5.00 pm however as expected the app got crashed and after several tries I made the final payment at 7.00 pm. However, there are customers who have made payments on 29th Jan and got deliveries within a months time, which is not fair trade practice, the manufacturer has taken money from lakhs of citizen in context of delivering on FIFO basis but they have failed to manage what they have promised. Here Ola has made false promise about first cum first serve bases which many customers like me have paid in corers of hard earned money in Ola's hand. Now I am trying to reach their customer care to check about delivery however I don't see any response from them on the email wrote to them. On 18th of Feb ICICI insurance has been issued on my name, though I don't have the vehicle in my possession. When I checked in the Telangana RTO portal I can see the vehicle is already registered on 17th of Feb but Ola is hold the vehicle for no reason. Now due to their ignorance and delay my vehicle insurance is getting lapsed & I have already lost 11 days of my vehicle insurance and not sure how long they would continue to do so. Legally is it not fair to pay for something which is not in my possession or services which I have not taken. Therefore, I request the Honorable Court to take stringent action against and save several consumers like me who has paid and waiting. Due to Ola's inefficient app I had to go through several mental trauma to make the payments first and get the delivery but their app has failed miserably. Once again I request Honorable Court to interfere and support the citizen of the country to get justice from corporate cons like Ola

                                I have booked ola cab to Chandigarh railway station at around 0600 hrs in morning today. I contacted driver at his m.no. [protected] and he sure me for pickup and reaching my place within 5 minutes. But after 15 minutes I saw my cab was cancelled which makes me in trouble and I have also missed my train due to cab driver.
                                Request take serious action against him

                                    On 19 oct 21, a ride was booked with postpaid as mode of payment. However the driver after reaching pickup point refused the same and cancelled resulting in deduction of 148 rs. After a lot of emails to ola in oct 21, they agreed to refund. However it is still being shown as due. Now even the app is not opening the particular ride to enable me to take out the details. The ola support is not helping and they keep asking for the ride details.

                                        Booked Ola outstation in the morning from Gurgaon to Bareilly for my parents. The fare showing to us was 2776 excluding toll but final bill came out to be 5519including toll . Toll charges in this route is not more than 700 but driver took us 1060. Ola added extra km charges also in the total bill which is unfare. Bareilly to Gurgaon distance is only 290 km. My parents and driver both agreed that they didn’t travelled any extra km.
                                        Tried calling Ola customer care but they are marking issue as resolved.
