this is my second time using ola cab.the first time the experience was good.but this time its too poor...or i must say pathetic. i placed a ride on 5/7/15 time 2.25 pm.within 10-15 min i recieved three diffsrent driver number...saying this person will come and all. the last number that i got saying this person will some was "Driver RAVI SHARMA ([protected]), White Indigo JH 05 AS 2440". at 2.38 pm approx when i called the driver he said he calcelled my ride by his side. he gave the reason that he called 2-3 times on my number...but the truth is i didnt had any call rather saying clearly he never called me. the way your driver was talking was too rude as if he is doing some favour or what .?? talking nonsence like burmamines where etc...i dont know from where he read burmamines and all :/ i am attaching the call record or conversation that i had with your driver with this mail.and the order number etc is as follows...     I was supposed to get picked up from railway station, visakhapatnam at 2am on 05 july. I waiting for te driver details but did not et any. I called up your call center at 0145 am and e provided me te details. However te drivers pone was switched off. I called up call center again and i was told sorry and asked make alternative arrangements at tat point of time. . !!

    At that early hours, i faced lot of problems for finding alternative and suffered a lot due to your ola cabs

      I travelled in ola cab today from marathalli to Bangalore city railway station. Distance is about 20 km. I was shocked to see the bill of Rs 657 for 19 km. I agree that I clicked on OK for 2.5x riding charges while booking on ola app. But this price is too much and want other people to know about high and unacceptable charges.

        Dear Team, I Shirchaithra Hegde placed an order on ola soter online Dtd: 30.062015 for Rs. 1004-Discount 500 = 504 and delivery time schedule on Dtd: 01.07.2015 9.00 PM order No, 218474 and next day i dint receive the order and night i tried to call but no one responded so morning i again tried then they reschedule the time Dtd:.03.07.2015 and again i dint receive my order so i again called your cc and they again told the same story and reschedule the time on between 9.00-10 A.M Dtd: 04.07.2015 now in the morning your cc called me and told that your order got cancelled. at least you could inform me the cancellation at first time only why you are rescheduling the time and wasting my time. The time you have given for delivery i simply sitting like and and waiting the order to come. and your cc don't have cutesy to inform me that we could not delivery the order, i only call to your cc and they then inform that your order could not be processed and again they reschedule the time, its simply waste of my time and money because i only call to your cc its really the bad experience i had in my life and in future i will never go with ola stores and i will suggest my friends to not to go with it in future at least do not do the same thing to other customer Shrichaitha Hegde [protected]

          Please change ola cab to loot cab or cheating cab.

          Situation - 1: i went uppal to hyderbad airport in early morning cab. In the mid of way driver told i have to give 620 / - . My meter is not working and everey day i am going same location. Once i reach i gave the money. After half an hour i got the bill 340 / - . Now i called up customer care they told 620 / - is correct then i ask why u send 320. Now they are telling their m / c is not working. So driver told meter is not working and customer care m / c is not working. Ultimate i loose my money.

          Situation - 2: yester i booked cab from hihgteck city to uppal stadium for today 5: 25 p. For very urgent meeting. Now the drama start some body called at 5:15. Where you will go. I told uppal stadium. After few minutes i got message driver caceld the cab. Just think about my cab is 5:25 they told at 5:15 i am not able to go.

          My request donot ride ola cab alway you miss somethings. Either your meeting or money.

          My suggestion it is better name shhould be cheating cab


          Once i reache airport. Driver told 620 / - i told why. E

            Hi, This is with respect to bad experience with OLA Cabs I faced. I had recharged mt OLA Money account with 350 rupees, But still the driver took cash 287 rupees. I was deducted 340 rupees from my account as well as the driver took cash. When I called customer care they are just giving assurances that the money will be refunded. But they are not refunding the amount. This seems to be a pathetic experience from OLA Cabs. My Account - [protected]@gmail.com

                Dell - Internal Use - Confidential Hi, I am writing this email because of the HIGH dissatisfaction and felt cheated on this transaction. I am a regular customer of OLA cabs services and this has been a shock to experience. On this below mentioned day I was late to office and hence hired up your services. On the map the cab was very very near to my locality but while booking there was a message that there would be 1.6 x charges applied to find a cab faster. The message did not spoke about the peak price charges and just said “so that we can make more cabs available to you and continue to serve you efficiently” which meant the charges would only be applied if and ONLY IF the service don’t find the cab nearby and to make the cab available on priority it would be levied. I confirmed the booking which was instantly done and cab arrived in just in another minute. So there was NO SEARCHING. The cab was not having proper AC and there was NO COOLING. I continued as was getting late to office at the same time thinking, as the driver said that it would cool in sometime. It never happened and I reached office in Gurgaon in about 2.15 hrs. all in sweat. GO and check the condition of the CAB it was pathetic and stinking. I think this is a NEXUS of OLA cab services to levy unnecessary charges. My questions. 1. Why was to and fro MCD charges charged ? 2. Is there any logic in deciding the charges of the 1.6x of the total price? It just comes as double. In this case the charges come to be around 450 base rupees only and it reached to 800 which is almost double the actual cost of travel. I had taken ride earlier in the peak time and never ever paid more than 600-700 rs. Even in night travel too. 3. Are your people trained on calculations? Check my previous booking the charges were shortened by 300 rs because of wrong calculations. 4. What’s the calculation of ride time i.e. 1 rs per min? how is that calculated? If this is wait time then are you telling that the wait is more than the hour time? Answer my questions as this if not resolved would certainly be on all social sites and being the cases already on OLA this would be an add on as I certainly think that this is a cheap malpractices of your company.                   I booked a Ola Cab with mob [protected] from Ghaziabad to AIIMS Hospital. Driver came with one unknown person who sitting on front seat. We got only rear seat. Why driver allowed to come with unknown person for whole journey ? We had a patient not able to sit for 1 hr regularly. Will Ola Cab take responsible for any problem caused because of discomfort.?                     Sir, I am not clear or happy the way Ola charges the peak hour rates, No clarity or statement on the same in their advertisement. They are really misleading the public as cheap operators. They are charging 30%, 40% & even 60% without any proper explanation on the same.                       On 30/06/2015 @5:30 PM, i booked an ola sedan economy cab with CRN 95787322 . Driver name : RAMESH P Driver number :[protected] Car :Silver mahindra verito TS 09 (as mentioned in the message ), i didnt get complete details about the cab also . 1) Cab did not reach my place . 2)The cab driver should come to my place and then he should call me and should ask address for my pick up point . 3) From the pick up point the driver should start the meter counting . These are the reasons and without travelling in his cab he deducted 121.00 Rs. from my ola money without any notice, this is the important reason behind my complaint .. I need my ola money back into my account as soon as possible, if else i proceed legally or through media .

My drop point was cantonment station, when I told all the landmarks (St.Sebastian church, New carmel school, Car garage, IISc D gate, Triveni road's Rajkumar's statue) nearby to my house, the driver simply said 'NO, I don't know any of the landmarks', finally when I said I'll cancel the trip, he immediately said 'OK'. He told me that, he knows only Triveni road petrol bunk(Indian oil) and Mathikere bus stand. He told me to come there and take a cab. Such an irresponsible answer during an emergency time. First time I am facing this kind of experience with ola. This is completely unfair.

                          I booked a cab from OLA cabs on saturday 27th june to travel on 28th June 2015 at 7.20 A.M for Indra Gandhi Airport Delhi from Noida. My booking was done from Karnataka and the guy was calling from the same station to pick me up.I was left with no other option rather than to book cab from other company at double rate.who is responsible for my financial loss.

                              I booked ola cab from Pune airport to Magarpatta city on 23rd June, 2015. My friend booked it from mobile ([protected]) for me. Due to huge traffic jam, I reached destination late. On seeing the invoice, I was shocked to see the distance taken between Pune airport and Magarpatta city as 23.27 Km. I travelled from Uber other day from Magarpatta city to Pune airport and paid only Rs 156 for 11 kms. It is very disappointing from Ola Cabs that they are encouraging drivers to take longer double routes to charge more. It is very dirty tactic from the company and is not at all expected. Due to longer route, I reached late, had to pay more and lot of inconvenience was caused. Please look into the matter seriously and I want full refund for problems caused. I booked Ola to save time but it was completely unexpected behaviour. I am attaching invoice with the mail. I paid Rs 630 as cash and 200 was deducted from my friend's Ola money.                                 Today, 29th June, 2015 we had a booking through mobile apps, and accordingly one Mr.Ravi Kumar, Driver having mobile number[protected], having Indica AP 09 TV 6296 reported at Panjagutta to Budvel covering 16.5 kms in 45 minutes stating that peak hours 2.2 times the charges will be applicable on this booking is mentioned doesn't not expected of Rs.513/-. Hence, you may specify the charges for first 4kms and additional kms will be like this, so that whether we can avail your cabs or not ok.

                                  Hi I have took a ride of 10kms from CMR IT to HAL . I have accepted 2.5 charge but . I never thought that you will add up the charge to the original. The original is 140 change i am ended up paying more then 325. This kind of charging i ahve never experienced for small distances that in middle of Bangalore. Any way you might have reasons to justify but i am unable to digest that i ended up paying 325 rs where i can reach with min 20rs for an BMTC bus. I have deleted my OLA app and hopefully i will never use it again. Thanks Venkat [protected]

                                    To whom so ever it may concern, I am writing to express my dissappointment & displeasure of highest degree at your services and customer support. I had registered a complaint on the 17th June'15 stating that your OLA cab bumped into my stationary car with a great impact from rear. The impact was so strong that my vehicle in turn bumped into the vehicle right in front of me. There has been considerable damage to my vehicle and the vehcile in front of me for which I hold yourselves responsible. On the very first day I was told that the driver would reach out to me to settle and resolve the issue which hasnt't happened as yet. Infact he is not acknowldging our calls anymore. Everytime I call yourseleves I am subjected to the standard script of 'Sorry for the inconvinience' which adds to the frustration. What further adds to my frustration is that on each occassion I am asked to contact the driver directly which I fail to understand. Please understand that it is not my responsibility to contact the driver but it is yours to take action against your reckless drivers and address my concerns. On one occassion the agent I spoke to conferenced the driver who then on call promised that he would visit us but then again it has been over 5 days now. Yesterday when I called yourself again and the agent tried confernecing the driver a couple of times but he did not answer the call wich doesn't paint a very good picture of your internal co-ordination. While speaking to one of your 'Floor Coach'I was very categorically told to much of my surprise 'OLA is not responsible for it's drivers' and was asked to contact the driver. I was abruptly told by the same floor coach yesterday to file a police complaint against the driver and pursue this matter further. Please be acknowledged that i did not need your permission to file a police complaint, the only reason we did not proceed in that direction is because We were assured by your representatives that this would be resolved & settled. It's been 10 days since this complaint was filed and despite numerous calls to yourselves and the driver your lack of intent & the commitment to resolve the issue is quite evident. What further worries me is that OLA hasn't barred the driver responsible for this mishap and he continues to ferry the rides which in my opinion is a threat to public safety, as he keeps on calling me thinking i called him for pickup. Furthermore to your knowledge the third party ( whom my car bumped into) has been harrasing me for compensation and has been calling me numerous times per day adding to the frustration. The rear impact has caused injuries to my spine along with other passengers which will also find a explicit mention in my report. After these 10 days of hassle and harassment I know the following for a fact: 1. OLA is not responsible for it's drivers so if in future there is crime/accidents commited by one of your drivers you come out clean. 2. You have the worst customer care or support who lack empathy & intent to resolve issues. 3. OLA lacks accountability. 4. I am no longer a prospective customer and along with me 2 dozen of my relatives who were witness to this accident. 5. I am going to share this incident on various public forums along with the pictures of my bumped car. Regards

                                      Ola cabs claims 10 per km for mini and 12 for sedan. Earlier there was occasional charges of peak hour extra. Now its invariably charged for all rides, whatever be the time. The charges ends up more than the normal taxi rates. Do they think Indian consumers are nuts? In addition to per km charge they charging per min charges. They also add toll charges even though it's paid by the consumer. We have to take action or at least create awareness on this service provider looting approach.

                                        on dated 28/06/2015, vide CRN 95214588, I booked a cab. vehicle no. TN-32/L-9598 reported for pick up at perambur railway station. After dropping at BBC city paark, valasaravakkam, driver D. NATARAJAN (cell no. [protected]) demanded Rs, 598/-. The normal fare as per the system reported by OLA was Rs.299/-. Without informing the customer, OLA had assumed and applied on their own without the consent of customer, a high demand criteria. In this instance, OLA claiming that they have informed for the rate of 2 in the email confirmation. The confirmation email attached shows that such a confirmation is not there. This amounts to a near cheating of the customer. OLA claims to be cheap and best. But it has an hidden agenda and levies the double rate in the name of high demand(peak time). Please look into the issue and let us have the earliest refund of balance Rs, 299/- to our account. LAVANYA / S, RAMAMURTHY [protected]
