Hi sir, I have booked a cab last Friday[protected] from C-49 HCL technology to Crossing republik ghaziabad.My CRN no is CRN96716684.I have booked a cab with a successfully applied coupon FREEVJBVMM70B7 from OLA app.But when my ride completed I got a bill of 210 rs which is not expectable because I have used coupon for 200 rs off on any ride.but at that time have given 210 rs to driver narendra.But i just want my 200 rs refund as soon as possible beacuse i have applied coupon at the time of booking.     CRN CRN95409277. Traveled from Saligramam to Triplicane on 29th June 2015 at around 9 in the morning. Had to pay a whopping Rs 411 and the distance was 11.1km, when we enquired we were told it was 2times peak time charges. This is just plain cheating and looting. Disappointing to say the least. It is better to state the actual rate than to quote a lower rate and then collect exorbitant rates. I felt cheated, I had earlier used ola cabs during this time and I have never had reasons to complain. Hope the company takes note of this complaint and gives a refund...

    I have 400RS in my ola account.But your support staff says i have 0 balance in my account.I am sending you the screen shot of my ola money from Ola app.please look after this issue as early as possible as i have booked a ride tonight.

    Late arrival of ola cab

    The arrival msg of cab came at 12:27 pm but it arrived late at 12:47 at pick up location so what to do bcoz it d customer get late ola cab charges Rs.1 per min
    So what if d ola cab arrives late...

    Overcharged as toll tax

    On today morning, i booked ola cab from abhay khand 2, ghaziabad to Noida sector 16 for office..

    Ola has charged rs. 200 as state/toll tax in the invoice. As I told to driver to choose a way where toll tax is not there.

    He charged me 387 while actual charges was 177 only.

      Booking ID CRN97615912, Driver name : Mohd Vasim, ([protected]). This diver was rude over the phone and compelled injured passenger to come far away from pick-up point. When passenger explained that she wont be able to come far, without any intimation he cancelled the cab. Call back the driver to ask who and why cancelled the cab, he rudely replied that he can not come so book another cab. and he himself said i cancelled the cab. It was an emergency and we needed that cab, and we got such a rubbish and poor service from OLA. will never recommend cab to any one.

Peak pricing and break up is simply cheating methodology of OLA

            Hi, . this is Indu, I booked a cab thru ola from Virugambakkam to Thamabaram at 11:30 a.m.The cab reached by 11:50 AM and it reached the destination at 12:30 .PM. Total Km - 21, usual charge used to get is around 300-330 but today my fare was Rs.603.which is unacceptable..We are being cheated.Its not even peak hour U cannot justify saying it is peak hour due to cab unavailablity.Definetly iam gng to make this public uncovering this cheating game.             Hi: I am Harrison from Annanagar. Booked a cab from Collector Nagar to Guindy on September 25th at 6:14 pm, picked at 06:19 pm to reach the destination Hablis Hotel, Guindy. Due to heavy traffic near Vadapalani, driver said as shortcut and took me for a ride via saidapet and to guindy. Ride time charge for 78.34 min. Peak Pricing charge (2.5x) 481.25. Tax 44.92. Charged me a Whooping Rs. 847/=. I am being cheated by Ola. Never will be book from Ola... Guys beware of double and triple charge saying peak hour when it is not...

              I took your cab from Bangalore airport to Electronic city (Booking no CRN[protected] in Tata Indica (taxi No: KA 05 AE 2757) and charged Rs 2210 that I think is heavily overcharged for around 54 Km distance. Can somebody please explain me reason for so much charge. I was expecting around Rs 1000 bill but handed over Rs 2200 bill for 54 KM (1 hour travel time)

                I book a cab on 5th July for 6th July morning 4.30 am time.I got a message on the same date for confirmation.On 6th July at 4.A.M i received a message with all the details of Drivers Mobile no.At 4.17 am i called a driver and he has given me answer that i can not come because we can not go beyond 5 KM and there is some dispute with Ola Cabs. After that i called call center and they have told me that we can not provide you a cab up to 4.50 am and my bus ticket is booked for 5 am.How can i reach at my destination. This is second time happened with me.I am fail to understand if you can not provide the service then how can you confirm the booking. Today morning there was a rain in chandigarh and it is not possible to arrange second alternate.I am harassed by this service.

                  Hi All, We understand that OLA is the best car rental service as it has lowest price and good service. However, recently my mother traveled from Moti Nagar (Hybd) to Hyderabad Airport. The "Olacabs invoice for CRN97258698". The total distance travelled was "45.07 km' and the fare charged was Rs. 1413.00. I am surprised to know that this is double the amount what we expected and the customer case member didn't told us about the approximate fare in advance. The amount was paid by my mother, however this was totally unexpected. The driver mentioned that it is the peak hour, I don't understand the concept of peak hours. This concept is never in Mumbai or Delhi, and I hope Hyderabad is still behind these metropolitan cities. Request you to please look into the issue and this is total unacceptable.                     I am dr miglani gastro surgeon at hospital in japandhar. I booked ola cab on 29 of june for 1st and 6 th of july. On 1 st i enquired half an hour earlier dey sent me d driver details and driver called me and said he cant come. After lot of pursuation he did take me . on 6 th of july again i enquired abt cab and jst 15 min prior dey told me dat my booking is cancelled. Dis is very unprofessional behaviour on part of ola cab . the driver told me dat we have only two cabs and we are being exploited n all. My question is i[censored] cant operate d cabs and have to cancell bookngs like dis why not close dis service rather than troubling peple like me. I would never be able to trust ola cabs again .

                      Hi Ihave booked can in hyderabad on 5th July'15. My pickup point is SBH Colony Uppal To secunderabad stations. While booking the cab i haven't got any popup regarding double charges not i i have received any sms regarding it. Driver picked us from my location & drop us @ secuderbad stations. When our journey of 7 km complete he told me you have to pay Rs.255 total bill which is actually double amount.I dont understand how they charged this amount.Then i have complain about it to their customer care then they suddenly disconnected call thrice. Please take necesasry action about them.

                        this is my second time using ola cab.the first time the experience was good.but this time its too poor...or i must say pathetic. i placed a ride on 5/7/15 time 2.25 pm.within 10-15 min i recieved three diffsrent driver number...saying this person will come and all. the last number that i got saying this person will some was "Driver RAVI SHARMA ([protected]), White Indigo JH 05 AS 2440". at 2.38 pm approx when i called the driver he said he calcelled my ride by his side. he gave the reason that he called 2-3 times on my number...but the truth is i didnt had any call rather saying clearly he never called me. the way your driver was talking was too rude as if he is doing some favour or what .?? talking nonsence like burmamines where etc...i dont know from where he read burmamines and all :/ i am attaching the call record or conversation that i had with your driver with this mail.and the order number etc is as follows...                           I was supposed to get picked up from railway station, visakhapatnam at 2am on 05 july. I waiting for te driver details but did not et any. I called up your call center at 0145 am and e provided me te details. However te drivers pone was switched off. I called up call center again and i was told sorry and asked make alternative arrangements at tat point of time. . !!

                          At that early hours, i faced lot of problems for finding alternative and suffered a lot due to your ola cabs

                            I travelled in ola cab today from marathalli to Bangalore city railway station. Distance is about 20 km. I was shocked to see the bill of Rs 657 for 19 km. I agree that I clicked on OK for 2.5x riding charges while booking on ola app. But this price is too much and want other people to know about high and unacceptable charges.

                              Dear Team, I Shirchaithra Hegde placed an order on ola soter online Dtd: 30.062015 for Rs. 1004-Discount 500 = 504 and delivery time schedule on Dtd: 01.07.2015 9.00 PM order No, 218474 and next day i dint receive the order and night i tried to call but no one responded so morning i again tried then they reschedule the time Dtd:.03.07.2015 and again i dint receive my order so i again called your cc and they again told the same story and reschedule the time on between 9.00-10 A.M Dtd: 04.07.2015 now in the morning your cc called me and told that your order got cancelled. at least you could inform me the cancellation at first time only why you are rescheduling the time and wasting my time. The time you have given for delivery i simply sitting like and and waiting the order to come. and your cc don't have cutesy to inform me that we could not delivery the order, i only call to your cc and they then inform that your order could not be processed and again they reschedule the time, its simply waste of my time and money because i only call to your cc its really the bad experience i had in my life and in future i will never go with ola stores and i will suggest my friends to not to go with it in future at least do not do the same thing to other customer Shrichaitha Hegde [protected]

                                Please change ola cab to loot cab or cheating cab.

                                Situation - 1: i went uppal to hyderbad airport in early morning cab. In the mid of way driver told i have to give 620 / - . My meter is not working and everey day i am going same location. Once i reach i gave the money. After half an hour i got the bill 340 / - . Now i called up customer care they told 620 / - is correct then i ask why u send 320. Now they are telling their m / c is not working. So driver told meter is not working and customer care m / c is not working. Ultimate i loose my money.

                                Situation - 2: yester i booked cab from hihgteck city to uppal stadium for today 5: 25 p. For very urgent meeting. Now the drama start some body called at 5:15. Where you will go. I told uppal stadium. After few minutes i got message driver caceld the cab. Just think about my cab is 5:25 they told at 5:15 i am not able to go.

                                My request donot ride ola cab alway you miss somethings. Either your meeting or money.

                                My suggestion it is better name shhould be cheating cab


                                Once i reache airport. Driver told 620 / - i told why. E

                                  Hi, This is with respect to bad experience with OLA Cabs I faced. I had recharged mt OLA Money account with 350 rupees, But still the driver took cash 287 rupees. I was deducted 340 rupees from my account as well as the driver took cash. When I called customer care they are just giving assurances that the money will be refunded. But they are not refunding the amount. This seems to be a pathetic experience from OLA Cabs. My Account - [protected]@gmail.com

                                      Dell - Internal Use - Confidential Hi, I am writing this email because of the HIGH dissatisfaction and felt cheated on this transaction. I am a regular customer of OLA cabs services and this has been a shock to experience. On this below mentioned day I was late to office and hence hired up your services. On the map the cab was very very near to my locality but while booking there was a message that there would be 1.6 x charges applied to find a cab faster. The message did not spoke about the peak price charges and just said “so that we can make more cabs available to you and continue to serve you efficiently” which meant the charges would only be applied if and ONLY IF the service don’t find the cab nearby and to make the cab available on priority it would be levied. I confirmed the booking which was instantly done and cab arrived in just in another minute. So there was NO SEARCHING. The cab was not having proper AC and there was NO COOLING. I continued as was getting late to office at the same time thinking, as the driver said that it would cool in sometime. It never happened and I reached office in Gurgaon in about 2.15 hrs. all in sweat. GO and check the condition of the CAB it was pathetic and stinking. I think this is a NEXUS of OLA cab services to levy unnecessary charges. My questions. 1. Why was to and fro MCD charges charged ? 2. Is there any logic in deciding the charges of the 1.6x of the total price? It just comes as double. In this case the charges come to be around 450 base rupees only and it reached to 800 which is almost double the actual cost of travel. I had taken ride earlier in the peak time and never ever paid more than 600-700 rs. Even in night travel too. 3. Are your people trained on calculations? Check my previous booking the charges were shortened by 300 rs because of wrong calculations. 4. What’s the calculation of ride time i.e. 1 rs per min? how is that calculated? If this is wait time then are you telling that the wait is more than the hour time? Answer my questions as this if not resolved would certainly be on all social sites and being the cases already on OLA this would be an add on as I certainly think that this is a cheap malpractices of your company.                                         I booked a Ola Cab with mob [protected] from Ghaziabad to AIIMS Hospital. Driver came with one unknown person who sitting on front seat. We got only rear seat. Why driver allowed to come with unknown person for whole journey ? We had a patient not able to sit for 1 hr regularly. Will Ola Cab take responsible for any problem caused because of discomfort.?
