Hello I would like to inform that while booking, some of ola guwahati drivers call last minute cancelling the ride themselves saying they are busy or unwilling to come to the location to pick up. If the drivers had to cancel the call they shouldn't take it in the first place. This type of attitude from ola drivers put me in lot of inconvenience as I tend to travel a lot.
