I booked OLA today morning ie, 16th JUN 2015 at 5:00 AM from JP Nagar 2nd phase to Central Railway station Bangalore. The booking number is CRN91686636. My parents took the ride to railway station. The invoice amount was Rs 148 but the driver collected Rs 250 as my parents were not aware of the invoiced amount. After they made payment they called me and informed me. My son along with two friends booked a cab from Nagarbhavi, Banglore law school to railway station on 11.6.2015, time was 7.00 pm, cab reached at 7.30pm, driver made no attempts to even try to reach station, as a result all three boys missed their train and had to travel by unhooked means of transport . One of OLA driver had parked the card in middle of the street and he was talking to another OLA driver who had his car parked properly. Crn90246663 & Crn89971952 were travelled for the same distance. From railway station to maniyakarapalayam and from maniyakarapalayam till railway station. However the fare for crn90246663 for a mini was INR 173 and for cnr89971952 for a sedan it was INR 114. Kindly let us know the reason for the difference in the rate....
