Sir, I am not clear or happy the way Ola charges the peak hour rates, No clarity or statement on the same in their advertisement. They are really misleading the public as cheap operators. They are charging 30%, 40% & even 60% without any proper explanation on the same. So request you to provide proper justification on the same to us. Regards Ravi M: [protected]

    On 30/06/2015 @5:30 PM, i booked an ola sedan economy cab with CRN 95787322 . Driver name : RAMESH P Driver number :[protected] Car :Silver mahindra verito TS 09 (as mentioned in the message ), i didnt get complete details about the cab also . 1) Cab did not reach my place . 2)The cab driver should come to my place and then he should call me and should ask address for my pick up point . 3) From the pick up point the driver should start the meter counting . These are the reasons and without travelling in his cab he deducted 121.00 Rs. from my ola money without any notice, this is the important reason behind my complaint .. I need my ola money back into my account as soon as possible, if else i proceed legally or through media .

His phone number is [protected]. The details are above mentioned. My drop point was cantonment station, when I told all the landmarks (St.Sebastian church, New carmel school, Car garage, IISc D gate, Triveni road's Rajkumar's statue) nearby to my house, the driver simply said 'NO, I don't know any of the landmarks', finally when I said I'll cancel the trip, he immediately said 'OK'. He told me that, he knows only Triveni road petrol bunk(Indian oil) and Mathikere bus stand. He told me to come there and take a cab. Such an irresponsible answer during an emergency time. First time I am facing this kind of experience with ola. This is completely unfair.

        I booked a cab from OLA cabs on saturday 27th june to travel on 28th June 2015 at 7.20 A.M for Indra Gandhi Airport Delhi from Noida. My booking was done from Karnataka and the guy was calling from the same station to pick me up.I was left with no other option rather than to book cab from other company at double rate.who is responsible for my financial loss.

            I booked ola cab from Pune airport to Magarpatta city on 23rd June, 2015. My friend booked it from mobile ([protected]) for me. Due to huge traffic jam, I reached destination late. On seeing the invoice, I was shocked to see the distance taken between Pune airport and Magarpatta city as 23.27 Km. I travelled from Uber other day from Magarpatta city to Pune airport and paid only Rs 156 for 11 kms. It is very disappointing from Ola Cabs that they are encouraging drivers to take longer double routes to charge more. It is very dirty tactic from the company and is not at all expected. Due to longer route, I reached late, had to pay more and lot of inconvenience was caused. Please look into the matter seriously and I want full refund for problems caused. I booked Ola to save time but it was completely unexpected behaviour. I am attaching invoice with the mail. I paid Rs 630 as cash and 200 was deducted from my friend's Ola money.               Today, 29th June, 2015 we had a booking through mobile apps, and accordingly one Mr.Ravi Kumar, Driver having mobile number[protected], having Indica AP 09 TV 6296 reported at Panjagutta to Budvel covering 16.5 kms in 45 minutes stating that peak hours 2.2 times the charges will be applicable on this booking is mentioned doesn't not expected of Rs.513/-. Hence, you may specify the charges for first 4kms and additional kms will be like this, so that whether we can avail your cabs or not ok.

                Hi I have took a ride of 10kms from CMR IT to HAL . I have accepted 2.5 charge but . I never thought that you will add up the charge to the original. The original is 140 change i am ended up paying more then 325. This kind of charging i ahve never experienced for small distances that in middle of Bangalore. Any way you might have reasons to justify but i am unable to digest that i ended up paying 325 rs where i can reach with min 20rs for an BMTC bus. I have deleted my OLA app and hopefully i will never use it again. Thanks Venkat [protected]

                  To whom so ever it may concern, I am writing to express my dissappointment & displeasure of highest degree at your services and customer support. I had registered a complaint on the 17th June'15 stating that your OLA cab bumped into my stationary car with a great impact from rear. The impact was so strong that my vehicle in turn bumped into the vehicle right in front of me. There has been considerable damage to my vehicle and the vehcile in front of me for which I hold yourselves responsible. On the very first day I was told that the driver would reach out to me to settle and resolve the issue which hasnt't happened as yet. Infact he is not acknowldging our calls anymore. Everytime I call yourseleves I am subjected to the standard script of 'Sorry for the inconvinience' which adds to the frustration. What further adds to my frustration is that on each occassion I am asked to contact the driver directly which I fail to understand. Please understand that it is not my responsibility to contact the driver but it is yours to take action against your reckless drivers and address my concerns. On one occassion the agent I spoke to conferenced the driver who then on call promised that he would visit us but then again it has been over 5 days now. Yesterday when I called yourself again and the agent tried confernecing the driver a couple of times but he did not answer the call wich doesn't paint a very good picture of your internal co-ordination. While speaking to one of your 'Floor Coach'I was very categorically told to much of my surprise 'OLA is not responsible for it's drivers' and was asked to contact the driver. I was abruptly told by the same floor coach yesterday to file a police complaint against the driver and pursue this matter further. Please be acknowledged that i did not need your permission to file a police complaint, the only reason we did not proceed in that direction is because We were assured by your representatives that this would be resolved & settled. It's been 10 days since this complaint was filed and despite numerous calls to yourselves and the driver your lack of intent & the commitment to resolve the issue is quite evident. What further worries me is that OLA hasn't barred the driver responsible for this mishap and he continues to ferry the rides which in my opinion is a threat to public safety, as he keeps on calling me thinking i called him for pickup. Furthermore to your knowledge the third party ( whom my car bumped into) has been harrasing me for compensation and has been calling me numerous times per day adding to the frustration. The rear impact has caused injuries to my spine along with other passengers which will also find a explicit mention in my report. After these 10 days of hassle and harassment I know the following for a fact: 1. OLA is not responsible for it's drivers so if in future there is crime/accidents commited by one of your drivers you come out clean. 2. You have the worst customer care or support who lack empathy & intent to resolve issues. 3. OLA lacks accountability. 4. I am no longer a prospective customer and along with me 2 dozen of my relatives who were witness to this accident. 5. I am going to share this incident on various public forums along with the pictures of my bumped car. Regards

                    Ola cabs claims 10 per km for mini and 12 for sedan. Earlier there was occasional charges of peak hour extra. Now its invariably charged for all rides, whatever be the time. The charges ends up more than the normal taxi rates. Do they think Indian consumers are nuts? In addition to per km charge they charging per min charges. They also add toll charges even though it's paid by the consumer. We have to take action or at least create awareness on this service provider looting approach.

                      on dated 28/06/2015, vide CRN 95214588, I booked a cab. vehicle no. TN-32/L-9598 reported for pick up at perambur railway station. After dropping at BBC city paark, valasaravakkam, driver D. NATARAJAN (cell no. [protected]) demanded Rs, 598/-. The normal fare as per the system reported by OLA was Rs.299/-. Without informing the customer, OLA had assumed and applied on their own without the consent of customer, a high demand criteria. In this instance, OLA claiming that they have informed for the rate of 2 in the email confirmation. The confirmation email attached shows that such a confirmation is not there. This amounts to a near cheating of the customer. OLA claims to be cheap and best. But it has an hidden agenda and levies the double rate in the name of high demand(peak time).                         She booked indica car to go to vadapalani to madanantapuram through your app.
                        Driver mr.Yesuraj cell: [protected]. Indica car.
                        My daughter got information about rate estimate would be rs.126 to 144/- for that distance.

                        After reaching there driver asked me rs.365/- ( crn[protected] and told me that he has got smsfor rs.185/- as his charge and showed that sms also.Balance will be for ola.

                        I enquired about this discrepancy to your customer care personal mr. Satish and he told that this charge was for peak time service.

                        I really do not understand when there is no traffic on the road and being sunday how it can be a peak time.

                        You asked the customers be polite, avoid using caps letters or abusive language.

                        But you will only loot the customer with out giving proper information.

                        This is nothing but day light robber. If i talk to you personally i will use only abusive language because you only deserve that by stealing somebody's work and staling other person's money without doing any service. You will loot the customers.

                        If you want to resolve the issue refund the money.

                        If not i will consider the extra money given to a pimp who steals money from women who sells their body for their living.

                        Your service is nothing but pimp by doing a cheating service.

                          I hired an OLA sedan (Swift Dezire TN09 BZ 3641) driven by Mr Gopinath from Usman Road, Chennai, TN at 7pm on[protected] to go to Chromepet along with my NRI family members. We were 5 Members and since it was raining quite heavily and since OLA PRIME vehicles were not readily available, I had no option but to engage a Sedan although I am aware of the fact that the permitted passenger capacity for a Sedan is four only. When the Taxi arrived, I informed the driver about my extra passenger problem. After mumbling and cursing me for not booking anOLA Prime, the driver agreed to take five passengers by paying an extra Rs 50/- over the actuals which I agreed. The driver's antics started soon after when he heckled at me for wearing a passenger seat belt. When I told him that it is a safe practice which I always do, he commented circastically that I should believe in God and not on seat belt. When I told him that I had travelled several times by OLA and hired cars in India, he heckled saying that "so you already know that a car has a steering wheel, tyres, brakes etc". When I told him to mind his business and drive the car and I would lodge a complaint with OLA about his disrespect to the passenger, he retorted saying that he doesn't care whether it is OLA or GEELA and would frame and hang my complaint in his house. To avoid any further precipitation of the matter, I kept mum until we reached our destination despite his attempts to provoke. I have been patronizing OLA services regularly as may be verified from your database, this is my worst experience with an OLA driver, who is very rude, abusive and lacks minimum courtesy while dealing with customers. My NRI family owed not to engage an OLA cab in future after this experience. In my opinion, such drivers would certainly harm the reputation of OLA as an efficient service provider and I strongly do not recommend this driver for passengers who are keen about good customer service.

                            I am C V Bhargava, my cell no.[protected]. I travelled from House no.6-279, Bank Colony, 1km away from Suchitra X Roads, Medchal Road. I reached Flat no.501, Concrete Cornett Apts, HUDA Layout, Hyderabad, 500019, Driver`s name is Shri Ram, Car no. TS07UA4927 ( Maroon Tata Manza). The fare as per GPS received in the message was Rs.383 (25 kms). But the driver demanded Rs.431(29 kms). As per our sms message, the distance is 25kms and the driver`s version was 29kms. How can there be such a discrepancy? The A/C in the car is not working and we suggested a shorter route to reach Lingampally which the driver bluntly refused. If the discrepancy is Rs.10 or less, it is understandable. Rs.50 is too big a sum. Please investigate into the matter.

                              Cab was booked for a pick up at a particular time but it did not arrive. We have waited until 5 minutes after and called the driver. The driver then tells us that he is at a far off location and will not be able to make it on time and asks us to look for alternate cabs in the app. Website says that booking a cab immediately is possible only through a phone call to 33553355. But no one has answered our call. Driver has no responsibility to call and inform the customer in advance. At the last moment we could not find transport to the airport and we got delayed for check in. Our connecting international flight was also affected by this negligence.

                                I booked an Ola Cabs on 27th June. I requested to go Dakshineswar(Kolkata). Driver said that It was not within region. I told them I go many times, but still he can confirm from Ola cabs once. He called Ola Cabs and they confirmed that it is within region. Then I complaint against that driver that without knowing area he was refusing to go. Hearing me complaining against him, he immediately got down from cab and told me to get out of the cab immediately, he will not go. He threaten me that, he don't have fear with Job. I told him that I would complain against Ola Cabs, he aggressively told me do whatever you want to do. Then when I was standing in front of Car, driver pushed me with Car and roughly flew away. I told him not a single abusive word, i was talking with Ola Cabs support in English, and he told Ola cabs that I was abusing in english and talking about him. this is one of pathetic service from Ola cabs, and in last 2 weeks, 3 time Ola driver refused to go heart of the city saying that its not their region. I want a strong action against this.I am going lodge a complaint against Ola cans in police.                                   I booked one cab at 2:54pm vide ref no CRN94912853.After sometime the driver called me and told he was at dakhineswar and as there was huge traffic jam he refused to pick me up.and clearly told me to cancel the booking.I didn't know what to do bcoz it was already 3:30.but before my cancellation I think he cancelled the booking.then another driver pawan Singh called me and reached my home around 4:10pm. The first driver Mr. Paw an tiwari ([protected])also refused to tell his name as bcoz every message I got was being delayed very much.when the second driver came (bikash Singh) I felt very insecure to board the car as becoz I didn't get any msg from your side.I left the 2nd car at about 4:45pm but I got all the msg after 5pm.I do not expect this type of inconvenience from your side.otherwise we have to think to travel by OLA cab for the second time. I also want to tell you dakhineswar is very near from my home and that road is very clear to travel as it is on the way of my workplace. Today also I passed that area at about 2:30pm.

                                    dear sir/madam i had booked ola cab well in advance of 1 hour my customer id is 94445021 but i am sorry to say that your service is getting pathetic day by day and upon all your customer care executive are so rude that they said you should have made an alternative arrangement well sir if i had to use that alternative arrange why would i equire your service well sir i will never ever take ola cab and will advice all to avoid the ola PATHETIC OLA AND ABOVE ALL PATHETIC ITS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

                                      Respected Sir, I have a complain against ola cabs ambala.I booked a cab on 22nd june at7 pm from my registered no[protected] for my relative to travel to the railway station for the visitors train to delhi which was to be boarded at 7:40 to delhi.The driver came at my residence at 6:50 and started the cab in a minute in which only my relative outside of the city was to travel and was told to the driver to drop at the railway station.But later on we came to know that the driver has taken a totally wrong route, he had deliberately travelled totaaly incorrect route made a round trip and then returned to the starting point to take the right route thereby taking up about extra minutes for a journey supposed to be completed in 10 minutes and charging us about 100 ruppess extra and causing my relative to miss her train causing her damages of approx rs600 for the missed train and another 400 odd for buying new ticket and also in the process of buying a ticket due to the tension her mobile(apple iphone) got stolen all because of ola cabs.So in short that ola ride has caused us 184+600+400+20000=Rs22084 in damages ++ a lot of mental agony, inconvenience, frustration, tension and pain.Now she was left without any help only because of ola cabs who hire drivers like these .On bringing it into notice of ola cabs they did not do much only refunded us Rs50 accepting their mistake.It was all the fault of the driver of ola cab.We suffered great inconvience due to the deficient services from ola cabs so we want adequate compensation upto Rs50, 000 for the misfortune and harassment caused by them. Our ride details are---- Total fare-RS184 (should have been 80-90 rs) INVOICE NO.93595947 22 Jun, 2015 TOTAL DISTANCE: 12.32 km(should have been 7 km) TOTAL RIDE TIME : 30.0 min( should have been 10min) I hope you look into the matter and compensate us accordingly.                                         I had booked OLA cab for Airport Pickup from T3 on 19Jun-15 at 10:00AM. Driver "RAJENDER" ([protected]) with Maruti Swift Dzire "DL 1 YD 7413" was assigned and came to pick us up. My father accidentally left off his Specs in his car. We called him repeatedly for 1 week and he would say that he will come to give the specs. We stay at GK-1 and once he was in GK-2 for his duty but still couldn't take time to come and give the item. Today we called him and we even agreed to pay him for Petrol price for round-trip but still he would not come and showed no Interest in returning. I asked him to submit the Specs in OLA headquarters/office from where I can collect but he refused saying that there is no such office. Please help.
