dear sir/madam i had booked ola cab well in advance of 1 hour my customer id is 94445021 but i am sorry to say that your service is getting pathetic day by day and upon all your customer care executive are so rude that they said you should have made an alternative arrangement well sir if i had to use that alternative arrange why would i equire your service well sir i will never ever take ola cab and will advice all to avoid the ola PATHETIC OLA AND ABOVE ALL PATHETIC ITS CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE

    Respected Sir, I have a complain against ola cabs ambala.I booked a cab on 22nd june at7 pm from my registered no[protected] for my relative to travel to the railway station for the visitors train to delhi which was to be boarded at 7:40 to delhi.The driver came at my residence at 6:50 and started the cab in a minute in which only my relative outside of the city was to travel and was told to the driver to drop at the railway station.But later on we came to know that the driver has taken a totally wrong route, he had deliberately travelled totaaly incorrect route made a round trip and then returned to the starting point to take the right route thereby taking up about extra minutes for a journey supposed to be completed in 10 minutes and charging us about 100 ruppess extra and causing my relative to miss her train causing her damages of approx rs600 for the missed train and another 400 odd for buying new ticket and also in the process of buying a ticket due to the tension her mobile(apple iphone) got stolen all because of ola cabs.So in short that ola ride has caused us 184+600+400+20000=Rs22084 in damages ++ a lot of mental agony, inconvenience, frustration, tension and pain.Now she was left without any help only because of ola cabs who hire drivers like these .On bringing it into notice of ola cabs they did not do much only refunded us Rs50 accepting their mistake.It was all the fault of the driver of ola cab.We suffered great inconvience due to the deficient services from ola cabs so we want adequate compensation upto Rs50, 000 for the misfortune and harassment caused by them. Our ride details are---- Total fare-RS184 (should have been 80-90 rs) INVOICE NO.93595947 22 Jun, 2015 TOTAL DISTANCE: 12.32 km(should have been 7 km) TOTAL RIDE TIME : 30.0 min( should have been 10min) I hope you look into the matter and compensate us accordingly.       I had booked OLA cab for Airport Pickup from T3 on 19Jun-15 at 10:00AM. Driver "RAJENDER" ([protected]) with Maruti Swift Dzire "DL 1 YD 7413" was assigned and came to pick us up. My father accidentally left off his Specs in his car. We called him repeatedly for 1 week and he would say that he will come to give the specs. We stay at GK-1 and once he was in GK-2 for his duty but still couldn't take time to come and give the item. Today we called him and we even agreed to pay him for Petrol price for round-trip but still he would not come and showed no Interest in returning. I asked him to submit the Specs in OLA headquarters/office from where I can collect but he refused saying that there is no such office. Please help.

        I travelled from Bangalore airport to white field last Sunday 21st June 2015 and The toll fare was taken separately by the driver the amount was 120 Rupees. Initially when I asked him he said as per the management it has been decided so that toll will be excluded in the bill. But later I came to know that this driver has cheated me and I need my 120 rs back and suitable action should be taken against driver. We use ola cabs because we trust your company and for the immediate response we get from you. If your people start cheating like this it will cause a huge damage for your organization. I need an immediate reply on this.

          I book a cab on 25/06/2015 from ola cab app from my location Faridabad, ballabgarh city to bhiwadi city upto my office Location. The driver left me on the way to faridabad to bhiwadi, not to my destination point when I asked to the driver he told me that they don't have permission to go outside Delhi NCR. So I talk to his coustermer care he also told me same thing .so I asked why you don't tell me everything initially . he told me sir it's not update . now I am facing problem now .I am not satisfied with his service Ola!             I have booked ola cab on 24th...Jul have way to cheat customer ...I have called ur customer care no. 6times and they told me that my fare will 520 rs n wen I booked ur cab after ur call center assistance after the ride they charged me 1300...what the pathetic way to cheat customer...I will definitely go on social media regarding dis the cab driver was not even know The location ...dey just wasted our half n hr for that ...n after they he gave us reason of that he don't know the area... I want my money back ...ul have committed me 520 I am ready to pay but rest I want ...ul r just cheating ..customer if did is not getting resolved I will go social on DAT...freaking services freaking organization to have a service with...

              I have very pathetic experience with OLA. They are not bothering about we people who has very bad experience. In the last moment just before 5 mints they are sending sms that we are sorry to cancel your booking, how pathetic it is. If an old person is there to travel, what they will do? And they will do at the very last minute. I will never use this service and will tell my whole corporate friends not to use it.

                For the first time on 29/05/15 11.32 pm i booked ola cab. Confirmation came at 11.33 saying driver manoj kumar[protected] tata indigo up80 bt9911. Since i had to catch train at 12.15 am i tried to call the driver, he did not pickup my repeated calls. I called till11.50 pm but he did not respond. Then i picked auto and went station. I nearly missed my train. my trust was broken with this and i will think while booking ola again.

                  One of the worst experiences ever, it took some time for me to come out of the trauma. I want to lodge a complaint on this Driver and OLA. The driver was a psycho and OLA did nothing to fix the situation. There was neither any apology from the driver nor any positive gesture from OLA. OLA didn’t send another cab even on that day. Driver name - Kiran Kumar Car Details: White Toyota etios KA 02 AE 1365 Driver Details: Kiran [protected] This guy refused to travel and threatened me. He was violent and threw my phone on me just because I told I will complain. He abused me with all bad slang and kept shouting in front of my apartment. OLA did nothing on this, such a crap cab service and keeping such voilent instinct psycho drivers. The drivers mostly are such rude and never turn up on time. This wasn’t the first experience but yes this was the worst one till now. If OLA keep such drivers with violent instincts towards woman, where is the safely? I am scared and still don’t feel safe the way he threatened me. We don’t drive free, nor any extra service is being asked from you people but is this the behaviour or service expected.

                    Due to this unexpected price fluctuations the customers are running back to UBER. This has affected your business targets and Mine. Since 3 weeks OLA is not giving me much profit..I am here to do business please make the customers comfortable again to use OLA. Else ill have to go to Other companies to do business and achive my profit Targets.

                      I have samsung galaxy star pro s6272. I tried to book ola several times through phone call but they replied me that booking through call is not available booking through app only is the possible way. But the ola app is not supported in my mobile. How can I book the cab now??

                        I Booked an OLA cab from Katwaria Sarai to Barakhamba Road, New Delhi. The total fare amount for 12.4 km approx cam to Rs. 212/- approx as per meter but I was charged Rs. 475/-. I am a regular commuter of OLA and I have been hiring your vehicles in peak hours. This is my office time and I take the vehicle time at this hour only. But I never had to pay Rs. 475/-. The maximum I had paid because of peak hours is from Rs. 250/- to Rs. 290/-.I am feeling cheated. Even your vehicle driver was stunned to see the bill and he requested that he should be paid Rs. 475/- only as the same has been deduced from him. Thereafter, I can settle the account with you. I never wanted to create scene so l paid him Rs. 475/-. You would appreciated that I always take the vehicle for my office at peak hours. Many a times I have to Pay extra i.e. instead of Rs. 190/-, I paid Rs. 250/- to Rs. 290/-. In the instant case do you want to say that you are charging more than 200% than than the actual one. You should informed me earlier. Had I been aware of this, I would have never taken this vehicle. Kindly look into the matter and as I lam a regular commuter of OLA, this unjustice should not be done to me otherwise I will never go for this vehicle.                           I booked an OLACAB today 21st June 2015 from hydeguda to airport at 09.05pm via CRN93372487 driver call and suggested to re book the cab after that as I have to wait and before timing that is not my fault CRN93399477. On reaching my destination at airport the driver told me a bill of Rs 1053/- !!! It doubled the bill saying peak charges. When I called up the call center they were unable to give any correct explanation and said will lodge a complaint will receive response in 24 to 48 hours ...this every thing is make fool to people...

                            I booked an OLACAB today 21st June 2015 from Bangalore airport at 10.22 pm via CRN93421435. On reaching my destination at Koramangala the driver told me a bill of Rs 1861/- !!! That's Rs 43.10 per km. When I called up the call center they were unable to give any correct explanation and kept insisting on paying the bill. I have already filed a police complaint against olacabs in Koramangala police station. I think they are breaking government laws by manipulating service tax, toll charges, waiting charges etc. I want to ensure that people are not fleeced by olacabs in the guise of economical taxi service.

                              I booked an Ola Cab today ( 21 June, Sunday) afternoon at 2:30 PM to go to Ramkrishna Math from Jakkur. I was very impressed with my past experience with Ola. I booked a minicab (Tata Indica). I was very surprised when I reached the destination. The bill amount was Rs 668 for 22.63 km (Rs 29.51/km). INVOICE NO.93268752 21 Jun, 2015 Ola projects as if it is the cheapest radio taxi service available on earth but I am not aware of any taxi service which charges Rs 30/km for a mini! When I see the break-up of the charges, I am surprised that the surcharges are far more than the actual fare! Isn't it fooling people? I think such harassments to passengers by service providers by must be stopped by stricter rules imposed by the Government.

                                Hi, I am writing this complain to tell that I had been caused trouble by ola cab driver. First the cab was very untidy and over it the cab driver was arguing . he said that he is not able to find the pick up point so I with my sister and her mother in law who is very old needed to go the pickup point where the driver said. The whole journey he was shouting fighting with us. He was over speeding which scared us a lot. The behavior was not acceptable but we thought to keep quiet. The drop point was a mall and he didn't drop us there, he dropped us very far from the entrance of the mall so we had no choice other than to walk. I am really upset of such behavior and trouble caused. I am thinking of complaining in police but I found this site. I want a harsh action to be taken. The of the cab is 1279 from Bangalore (ola cabs) I know you can take action so please do the needful. Thank you

                                  Hi Guys, Olacabs invoice for CRN92731682 Let me share my horrible experience with OLA cab Hyderabad. These people cheats public with there hidden charges. Rate tariff shows in application is different and they charge after the trip is completely triple the amount. I have been booked cab for my parents from my home to airport while booking the cab when i checked the tariff its was 399 INR. but after they reach cab driver shows they tricky application and said its 499 INR. Saying Airport hidden charges. 2nd experience with OLA:- As i already have OLA money in my wallet i tried to book OLA cab again from Airport to my home for my parents. this was the worst experience with OLA. OLA APP did not allowed me for advanced booking.It suggested me to select ride now option i have booked cab for my parents once they arrived airport and shared driver contactnumber and left for meeting . driver was not picking the call they have waited more then 30 min's. I came to know and i booked another cab from OLA. once they reach the bill amount was 918 INR and 180 for car parking tottal 1100 INR. and Driver forcefully make my parents to pay parking fee and once they reach home he started argue for full amount. I have reached customer care for the help there response was horrible and said as we are having huge demand we allotted cab for you so we charged extra for that. instead of 399 i paid 1100 Rs. Friend they might be having huge demand but we have many cab's running on Hyderabad no one will be pay thrice for the bill. better take a cab at the airport desk atleat we will come to know how much the bill we need to pay.                                     Hello I would like to inform that while booking, some of ola guwahati drivers call last minute cancelling the ride themselves saying they are busy or unwilling to come to the location to pick up. If the drivers had to cancel the call they shouldn't take it in the first place. This type of attitude from ola drivers put me in lot of inconvenience as I tend to travel a lot. Hopefully you will look into the matter. Thankyou

                                      CRN Number 91966316. The cab was booked well in advanced with the above CRN Number. The time for pickup 12 pm By the time I could finish my meeting with the client and reached the security of the company. Around 4 missed called until 11.52 am without patience. The driver calls Driver Hotline and cancels the trip. From 11.52 am to 12.15 am the Ola Call Center Agents without any customer service attitude says booking has to be done using apps. Using apps always my mobile bill has turned out to be a nightmare. Why the hell Ola has Call Centers just for fun? CRN Number 92656851. The pickup time 3.30 pm. No driver information till I call the 33553355 for update until 3.20pm. Worst service. After a call driver is allocated. Drive calls and wastes time saying where I have to go and what is the place lost 4 minutes already. Car is not in sight for 5 minutes total 9 minutes lost. After finding a alternative left the place. Another driver is allocated at 3.32pm what a funny bone. Pick time 3.30pm car allotment at 3.32pm. After rejecting calls customer service calls and says sorry who doesn't it mean so that means if I didn't react my time for pick up the next day lol never use this service WORST WORST WORST

                                        They are frauds, i have downloaded their application with referal code, but they have never given the free 100 Rs credit, on mail they claim that this offer is not existing, but on application they are showing this offer. take on uber they are reliable my email id while downloading was [protected]@yahoo.com
