VERY DISAPPOINTING !! WROTE to [protected]@olacabs.com as well. Didn’t got any reply yet. Writing here with a hope to get some concrete solution I booked an auto from Domlur to Koramangala @ 10:15am 14 July 2015. When i reached at destination point, i came to know that the driver had cancelled the Ola booking intentionally by himself after i board the auto. I was expecting that the charges will be deducted from my Ola money. He made me to pay cash and on top of it he forced me to pay extra to the bill amount. I couldn't argue with him at that time, as i was in hurry. These auto wala’s are fooling around people and i chose Ola for convenient but may not use or recommend others to use anymore.     I booked a cab from faridabad to gurgaon railway station (CRN[protected]. Driver ANUP LAL MANDAL ([protected]) with White Wagonr DL 1 RT 4246 came for pick you up @ 3:38 PM, 12Jul 2015. Driver asked me to take a route via Maharauli. I told him to go via Faridabad Gurgaon highway. But he took a wrong route via chirag Delhi then south delhi to charge more. Bill was Rs 826, that should have been around 450 if correct route has been followed. This unethical behavior of driver should be taken into knowledge of Ola management and should be acknowledged.

      Dear Ola, I have a booked a ola auto and at that time a Ola taxi - TN 12C3380 had come into my compound. A few passenger got down and we were waiting for the passengers to off load before we could take the auto. While getting into the auto the taxi driver was trying to move out and in the process I told the cab driver to wait for the auto passengers to get in. A very rude reply came, " Whatz your problem the auto driver has not complained" and after that he was turning and in the process could have run over my leg, To my astonishment this is the first kind of bad behaviour from Ola rep.I have also taken the photo of the driver.He has told that he is least concerned if any complaint is made.

          I had worst and harrowing times after I made booking using www.olacabs.com on 11.07.2013 at 2:08PM for pickup at 3:30PM (CRN[protected]. The driver details was not given to me till 3:18PM. After calling customer support only they have send driver details. They further told that the driver will be late by 5-10 mins. I called the driver at 3:41PM, but he told that the tyres of his vehicle has got punctured and he will come late. To avoid further delay, I called customer service again. This time they send the details of another driver. I called the driver and he told that he was coming. After another 10 mins he told that he was en route and nearby. I told him one landmark and waited for him there. After 15 mins I again called him. But he told that he has already picked one customer from another location. Meanwhile I get one SMS telling me that I have been billed Rs. 69 for a trip. This is the height of incompetence and cheating by OLA cabs. I will highlight this incident and will make sure that no one from my family and acquaintance use OLA cabs ever again. I trusted OLA cabs despite having less costly option like UBER and it was having very good offer at my place. You have lost my trust forever.

            Hello, This is with regard to CRN 99709531 booking confirmation with following details. Booking time 07:52 PM, 12 Jul 2015 Pickup time 03:45 AM, 13 Jul 2015 Pickup address :Saarrthi Sovereign Hinjewadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park Pimpri-Chinchwad Maharashtra India This is an intimation before i send a legal notice for the economical damage done by OLA cabs by falsely confirming the Cab booking. When driver was approached, 20 minutes prior to the pickup time ( 3:25AM), his number was switched off. I tried calling customer care which was unreachable. I missed my flight because of this. As it was very early in the morning, I could not get any other cab. I have my flight tickets to show and the proof that i could not board the flight. I have recording of both the failed attempts to reach OLA (driver and customer care). Please provide the explanation as early as possible.

              i book my cab in chandigarh for 13th July time 4.30 am with CRN99494521 .I got a msg with driver name and mobile no.I called him at 4, 20 AM and he replied that your confirmation is not done.This is your routine problem and same was happned in last week on 6 th July at same time. How can a person can manage the alternate and this is failure at your part.I am going publish this haraasment in the news paper also.

                I faced very bad experience with OLA .. I had booked the OLA cab at Hyderabad Airport on 4th of July as i thought this will be the cheapest compare to Meru Cabs & all other Airport authorized cabs .. So immediately i installed the app and booked the small Indica cab .. when i contacted to driver so i came to know that He's available at Departure gate and not at pick up area as he must have come to drop someone .. so along with all my luggage i went to departure gate to get the cab .. As per Airport rules officially no cabs are allow to pick any passenger at dropping area ( I came to know about this rule that time only as one of the security guard was arguing with Driver) .. some how we managed and went to my destination .. I traveled around 36 KM and according to OLA charges it should be 590 to 600 but surprisingly i got the bill for 1180 which was almost double of the amount .. On the spot i called to OLA customer care and complained about it then i was told that It's been charged due to demand of cabs .. I was shocked and explained all my experience then he assured me as of now you pay whole amount and I'll raise the complaint on this regards and we make sure that the differences amount you'll be credited into your account .. I trusted and paid the whole amount .. After a few days again i called to check the updates on my query. Surprise d there were no updates on that .. Again i explained the whole incident and again i was assured that will do investigation on this and making sure that you'll get differences amount and within 24 Hours you'll get a call on this .. Now it's been almost 8 Days passed but i didn't get any reply so finally today i called .. again same stories .. same incident i explained and finally i came to know that we can't do anything in this regards .. I JUST WANT TO INFORM OLA CABS THAT I HAD GIVEN YOU SMALL BUSINESS .. IF I DIDN'T TAKE THE CAB THAT DAY THEN CAB WOULD HAVE GONE EMPTY AS IT HAD COME FOR DROPPING .. THE AMOUNT YOU CHARGED SAYING THAT DEMAND OF CABS THEN IT'S PURELY UNETHICAL AS LOT OF CABS AVAILABLE AT AIRPORT .. AFTER DOING EFFORTS TO GET MY LUGGAGE TO ARRIVAL TO DEPARTURE GATE ... COMPROMISED WITH FACILITY AS TOOK SMALL CAB COMPARE TO ALL OTHER BIG CABS AT ARRIVAL AND PAID HUGE AMOUNT ... Please all user of OLA be careful while booking the cab .. There might not be the fault of OLA as according to their policies but as an individual i couldn't find this policy user friendly ..

                  On 27Th June, I have booked a ola cab .But by mistake some one have taken my booked cab.That time i have taken other ola cab. amount was deducted from my ola money for the first cab 217.00, and for the second cab which we have used to travel, i paid by using CASH . When i spoke to customer care executive they told that amount will be credited into ola money within 48 hr. After not getting the money in 3 days we spoke to another customer executive he told that he spoke with his supervisor and the amout will be credited within 24 hrs. but after waiting 2 day nothing happen so next time i called and CCE told that there is no any complain regarding this.Then they have given a below mentioned complain no. and they again told that amount will be credited in 48 hr. after 4 days the issue is still same. Today i spoke other CCE "RAJ" he told that he is dropping the mail to me and i have to reply to that mail but i didn't get any mail so told him to transfer the call to supervisor but he disconnected the call. Again when we made the call, luckily RAJ has received the call, we told him to transfer the call to supervisor, he disconnected. The staffs are good for noting, they don't have manner to talk with customer. I have spend more than Rs 100/- in calling customer care .                     I booked Cab for a ride to Yeswantpur Rly station from Yemlur at 1.30PM (CRN[protected]. Cab arrived at 2.15PM. Our train was at 3.30PM but we reached station by 3.40PM. We missed our train & Journey. I need my comensation for my tickets, strain and the Pain we have gone through.

                      Today My wife travelled from Khan Market to Radhe shyam Park (near Gagan Vihar), Delhi. the distance is around 12 km. y wife does not aware about routes of Delhi. Driver taken longest route and travelled around 20 km. total bill came 313 while for same distance one week before I paid only 185. Take action against driver and return excess money charged by him.

                        I have been using Ola's services for quite some time. I booked a cab on 10th July to drop me at the Hyderabad airport on 11th july, through their mobile app on my friend's mobile. My CRN- CRN 99017817. The pick up time was 4 am. A text received at 330 am had the driver's details. Narayana D, [protected], Grey Tata Indica, AP23 TV0799. At 4.07 am, the cab was not stil here, so i called the driver who said that it has been cancelled. Immediately i get a call from Ola repeating the driver's words. At 4.08 am, i receive a text stating there are no cabs near pickup location. Booking time 10:59 PM, 10 Jul 2015 Pickup time 04:00 AM, 11 Jul 2015 Pickup address Tammisetty Rd, Sudarshan Nagar Colony, Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500019, India Car type Mini I was asked to find other cabs through the app, and there weren't any. I had to find a radio cab that picked me up around 445 am and wound up missing my flight at 6 am. The next flight costed me an excess of 5900 rupees. If you had informed about the cancellation before the pick up time, I could have arranged for transport in time. The customer care centre told me a complaint is registered against the driver, and I would get a call back in 24 hours. An action against the said driver would not get my money back. I have always trusted Ola and made use of your services, even after similar cancellations before. But this time, I have missed my flight and money. So please make arrangements to refund the money I lost. Rajarshi Banerjee

                          Hello Support, Today first time I wanted to make ride by old cabs.I came to know that on first ride Rs 200 will be credited into my account.I tried for that but your customer care told me its not possible.You have made already one ride.I want to bring into your notice when first time I installed application on my mobile that that I was learning how to browse application to book my cab in future.By mistake I clicked on confirm button.After that immediately I cancel and informed to driver. Its not justice.Please do me favour.I want to make ride today itself if Rs 200 is credited into my account.I browsed application that why I am wanting to book.To err is human.                             I booked an OLA cab for 27th morning for 4:30 AM. They confirmed my booking and also sent a CRN. On 27th morning, they sent a message at 4:30 AM that there is no OLA cab available near to my place. I had to catch a train at 6:00 AM and was in real trouble due to OLA. I want to ask from them that why they initially confirm the booking and then cancel at the last minute. It would be better to confirm the booking after looking whether it would be possible or not to have your cab in the area of booking at that time. If you want to take some time for this confirmation, you should. But you should not led a person into trouble by cancellation at last minute. .

                              We are the regular customer for OLA Cabs. But now it very worst service provider. Whatever we complaint the were taking it very light and sending recorded message like and sending reply like very formal letters whether it is going to solve the matter. Following problems we had faced. For 14 Km they where charged Rs.454/-( 454/14= 32.43 Rs) If the charges are Rs.32.43/- Per Km Means whether that is cheapest rate in chennai? 1.)                                 Crn98424116. Traveled from sector 49 gurgaon to dlf phase 3 on 9th july 2015 at around 9.21am in the morning. Had to pay a whopping rs 616 and the distance was 15.5km, when we enquired we were told it was 2 times peak time charges. This is just plain cheating and looting. Disappointing to say the least. It is better to state the actual rate than to quote a lower rate and then collect exorbitant rates. I felt cheated, i had earlier used ola cabs during this time and i have never had reasons to complain. Hope the company takes note of this complaint and gives a refund

                                  CRN98407836.i travelled fr101 km but the charge ws more than wat ws explained to me by their staff.extra 800 Rs has been charged in the name of peak time charges. Moreover my discount fr 200 rs ws also nt considered. Wen asked they said they can adjust the same in my next trip. Why am I gonna opt them next time too after a cheating experience.

                                    6th Jul 15- CRN97520747 Can anyone also explain what is ride time charges? we are already paying for the kms we are travelling and why the heck should we pay 1Rs per min while we are travelling in the car. I had used ola on 6th Jul 15 after a very long time and understood that ola is not anymore an affordable taxi for average middle class families. The cab had been used to travel for 30kms and whatsoever the cheating being done by saying 1.8x times peak time charges I had been charged more than what would be my actual trip cost. I had called customer care as soon as I had received my booking confirmation the person said only after bill arrives they will be able to check and comment. After the bill arrived and after paying the bill amount and called the customer care there is no proper response from the customer care supervisor, I was told that that it will take 24 to 48 hrs to get back on my queries. Though I don't have any trust that I would be given a proper response I'm writing this email after 24 hours of my complaint. Should we say 'Ola sucks' and aims at overcharging people without any ground reality.

                                      Hi, What a bad service provided on 7th July 10 am from new Delhi railway station. Cab driver does not know the d way to sarita vihar nor ready to listen d way we told. Took us to wrong way. We left cab in between. What a low level service. No [protected] name gyan OLA cabs very useless. Again same day we booked cab at 2:15 pm from sarita vihar to nizammudin. Before 10 min driver called from no [protected] name Kapil & told that sarita vihar is too far & he can't come & asked to book another cab. Again showed uselessness of ola cabs.

                                        Hi.. I have booked a OLA cab (CRN 98023655 Silver Indica KA 02 AD 8315) from my residence to drop at Manyata Tech Park.When i board i usually get a message from OLA but this morning i didnt get the message and when i checked with the driver he didnt have a GPS and he was not knowing the way too for Manyata Tech Park. He was taking me to the wrong way. I have asked him to stop, After me telling him several times he stopped and then i got down. This is pathetic and really not acceptable that the cab doesn't have a GPS. I want the necessary action to be taken on this and expecting a call back from the concerned department asap.
