Ola cabs claims 10 per km for mini and 12 for sedan. Earlier there was occasional charges of peak hour extra. Now its invariably charged for all rides, whatever be the time. The charges ends up more than the normal taxi rates. Do they think Indian consumers are nuts? In addition to per km charge they charging per min charges. I have very pathetic experience with OLA. They are not bothering about we people who has very bad experience. In the last moment just before 5 mints they are sending sms that we are sorry to cancel your booking, how pathetic it is. If an old person is there to travel, what they will do? And they will do at the very last minute. I will never use this service and will tell my whole corporate friends not to use it....
