I have been using Ola's services for quite some time. I booked a cab on 10th July to drop me at the Hyderabad airport on 11th july, through their mobile app on my friend's mobile. My CRN- CRN 99017817. The pick up time was 4 am. A text received at 330 am had the driver's details. Narayana D, [protected], Grey Tata Indica, AP23 TV0799. At 4.07 am, the cab was not stil here, so i called the driver who said that it has been cancelled. Immediately i get a call from Ola repeating the driver's words. At 4.08 am, i receive a text stating there are no cabs near pickup location. Booking time 10:59 PM, 10 Jul 2015 Pickup time 04:00 AM, 11 Jul 2015 Pickup address Tammisetty Rd, Sudarshan Nagar Colony, Serilingampally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500019, India Car type Mini I was asked to find other cabs through the app, and there weren't any. I had to find a radio cab that picked me up around 445 am and wound up missing my flight at 6 am. The next flight costed me an excess of 5900 rupees. If you had informed about the cancellation before the pick up time, I could have arranged for transport in time. The customer care centre told me a complaint is registered against the driver, and I would get a call back in 24 hours. An action against the said driver would not get my money back. I have always trusted Ola and made use of your services, even after similar cancellations before. But this time, I have missed my flight and money. So please make arrangements to refund the money I lost. Rajarshi Banerjee

    Hello Support, Today first time I wanted to make ride by old cabs.I came to know that on first ride Rs 200 will be credited into my account.I tried for that but your customer care told me its not possible.You have made already one ride.I want to bring into your notice when first time I installed application on my mobile that that I was learning how to browse application to book my cab in future.By mistake I clicked on confirm button.After that immediately I cancel and informed to driver. Its not justice.Please do me favour.I want to make ride today itself if Rs 200 is credited into my account.I browsed application that why I am wanting to book.To err is human.       I booked an OLA cab for 27th morning for 4:30 AM. They confirmed my booking and also sent a CRN. On 27th morning, they sent a message at 4:30 AM that there is no OLA cab available near to my place. I had to catch a train at 6:00 AM and was in real trouble due to OLA. I want to ask from them that why they initially confirm the booking and then cancel at the last minute. It would be better to confirm the booking after looking whether it would be possible or not to have your cab in the area of booking at that time. If you want to take some time for this confirmation, you should. But you should not led a person into trouble by cancellation at last minute. .

        We are the regular customer for OLA Cabs. But now it very worst service provider. Whatever we complaint the were taking it very light and sending recorded message like and sending reply like very formal letters whether it is going to solve the matter. Following problems we had faced. For 14 Km they where charged Rs.454/-( 454/14= 32.43 Rs) If the charges are Rs.32.43/- Per Km Means whether that is cheapest rate in chennai? 1.)           Crn98424116. Traveled from sector 49 gurgaon to dlf phase 3 on 9th july 2015 at around 9.21am in the morning. Had to pay a whopping rs 616 and the distance was 15.5km, when we enquired we were told it was 2 times peak time charges. This is just plain cheating and looting. Disappointing to say the least. It is better to state the actual rate than to quote a lower rate and then collect exorbitant rates. I felt cheated, i had earlier used ola cabs during this time and i have never had reasons to complain. Hope the company takes note of this complaint and gives a refund

            CRN98407836.i travelled fr101 km but the charge ws more than wat ws explained to me by their staff.extra 800 Rs has been charged in the name of peak time charges. Moreover my discount fr 200 rs ws also nt considered. Wen asked they said they can adjust the same in my next trip. Why am I gonna opt them next time too after a cheating experience.

              6th Jul 15- CRN97520747 Can anyone also explain what is ride time charges? we are already paying for the kms we are travelling and why the heck should we pay 1Rs per min while we are travelling in the car. I had used ola on 6th Jul 15 after a very long time and understood that ola is not anymore an affordable taxi for average middle class families. The cab had been used to travel for 30kms and whatsoever the cheating being done by saying 1.8x times peak time charges I had been charged more than what would be my actual trip cost. I had called customer care as soon as I had received my booking confirmation the person said only after bill arrives they will be able to check and comment. After the bill arrived and after paying the bill amount and called the customer care there is no proper response from the customer care supervisor, I was told that that it will take 24 to 48 hrs to get back on my queries. Though I don't have any trust that I would be given a proper response I'm writing this email after 24 hours of my complaint. Should we say 'Ola sucks' and aims at overcharging people without any ground reality.

                Hi, What a bad service provided on 7th July 10 am from new Delhi railway station. Cab driver does not know the d way to sarita vihar nor ready to listen d way we told. Took us to wrong way. We left cab in between. What a low level service. No [protected] name gyan OLA cabs very useless. Again same day we booked cab at 2:15 pm from sarita vihar to nizammudin. Before 10 min driver called from no [protected] name Kapil & told that sarita vihar is too far & he can't come & asked to book another cab. Again showed uselessness of ola cabs.

                  Hi.. I have booked a OLA cab (CRN 98023655 Silver Indica KA 02 AD 8315) from my residence to drop at Manyata Tech Park.When i board i usually get a message from OLA but this morning i didnt get the message and when i checked with the driver he didnt have a GPS and he was not knowing the way too for Manyata Tech Park. He was taking me to the wrong way. I have asked him to stop, After me telling him several times he stopped and then i got down. This is pathetic and really not acceptable that the cab doesn't have a GPS. I want the necessary action to be taken on this and expecting a call back from the concerned department asap.

                    Hi sir, I have booked a cab last Friday[protected] from C-49 HCL technology to Crossing republik ghaziabad.My CRN no is CRN96716684.I have booked a cab with a successfully applied coupon FREEVJBVMM70B7 from OLA app.But when my ride completed I got a bill of 210 rs which is not expectable because I have used coupon for 200 rs off on any ride.but at that time have given 210 rs to driver narendra.But i just want my 200 rs refund as soon as possible beacuse i have applied coupon at the time of booking.                       CRN CRN95409277. Traveled from Saligramam to Triplicane on 29th June 2015 at around 9 in the morning. Had to pay a whopping Rs 411 and the distance was 11.1km, when we enquired we were told it was 2times peak time charges. This is just plain cheating and looting. Disappointing to say the least. It is better to state the actual rate than to quote a lower rate and then collect exorbitant rates.                       I have 400RS in my ola account.But your support staff says i have 0 balance in my account.I am sending you the screen shot of my ola money from Ola app.please look after this issue as early as possible as i have booked a ride tonight.

                      Late arrival of ola cab

                      The arrival msg of cab came at 12:27 pm but it arrived late at 12:47 at pick up location so what to do bcoz it d customer get late ola cab charges Rs.1 per min
                      So what if d ola cab arrives late...

                      Overcharged as toll tax

                      On today morning, i booked ola cab from abhay khand 2, ghaziabad to Noida sector 16 for office..

                      Ola has charged rs. 200 as state/toll tax in the invoice. As I told to driver to choose a way where toll tax is not there.

                      He charged me 387 while actual charges was 177 only.

                        Booking ID CRN97615912, Driver name : Mohd Vasim, ([protected]). This diver was rude over the phone and compelled injured passenger to come far away from pick-up point. When passenger explained that she wont be able to come far, without any intimation he cancelled the cab. Call back the driver to ask who and why cancelled the cab, he rudely replied that he can not come so book another cab. and he himself said i cancelled the cab. It was an emergency and we needed that cab, and we got such a rubbish and poor service from OLA. will never recommend cab to any one.

Peak pricing and break up is simply cheating methodology of OLA

                              Hi, . this is Indu, I booked a cab thru ola from Virugambakkam to Thamabaram at 11:30 a.m.The cab reached by 11:50 AM and it reached the destination at 12:30 .PM. Total Km - 21, usual charge used to get is around 300-330 but today my fare was Rs.603.which is unacceptable..We are being cheated.Its not even peak hour U cannot justify saying it is peak hour due to cab unavailablity.Definetly iam gng to make this public uncovering this cheating game.                               Hi: I am Harrison from Annanagar. Booked a cab from Collector Nagar to Guindy on September 25th at 6:14 pm, picked at 06:19 pm to reach the destination Hablis Hotel, Guindy. Due to heavy traffic near Vadapalani, driver said as shortcut and took me for a ride via saidapet and to guindy. Ride time charge for 78.34 min. Peak Pricing charge (2.5x) 481.25. Tax 44.92. Charged me a Whooping Rs. 847/=. I am being cheated by Ola. Never will be book from Ola... Guys beware of double and triple charge saying peak hour when it is not...

                                I took your cab from Bangalore airport to Electronic city (Booking no CRN[protected] in Tata Indica (taxi No: KA 05 AE 2757) and charged Rs 2210 that I think is heavily overcharged for around 54 Km distance. Can somebody please explain me reason for so much charge. I was expecting around Rs 1000 bill but handed over Rs 2200 bill for 54 KM (1 hour travel time)

                                  I book a cab on 5th July for 6th July morning 4.30 am time.I got a message on the same date for confirmation.On 6th July at 4.A.M i received a message with all the details of Drivers Mobile no.At 4.17 am i called a driver and he has given me answer that i can not come because we can not go beyond 5 KM and there is some dispute with Ola Cabs. After that i called call center and they have told me that we can not provide you a cab up to 4.50 am and my bus ticket is booked for 5 am.How can i reach at my destination. This is second time happened with me.I am fail to understand if you can not provide the service then how can you confirm the booking. Today morning there was a rain in chandigarh and it is not possible to arrange second alternate.I am harassed by this service.

                                    Hi All, We understand that OLA is the best car rental service as it has lowest price and good service. However, recently my mother traveled from Moti Nagar (Hybd) to Hyderabad Airport. The "Olacabs invoice for CRN97258698". The total distance travelled was "45.07 km' and the fare charged was Rs. 1413.00. I am surprised to know that this is double the amount what we expected and the customer case member didn't told us about the approximate fare in advance. The amount was paid by my mother, however this was totally unexpected. The driver mentioned that it is the peak hour, I don't understand the concept of peak hours. This concept is never in Mumbai or Delhi, and I hope Hyderabad is still behind these metropolitan cities. Request you to please look into the issue and this is total unacceptable.                                       I am dr miglani gastro surgeon at hospital in japandhar. I booked ola cab on 29 of june for 1st and 6 th of july. On 1 st i enquired half an hour earlier dey sent me d driver details and driver called me and said he cant come. After lot of pursuation he did take me . on 6 th of july again i enquired abt cab and jst 15 min prior dey told me dat my booking is cancelled. Dis is very unprofessional behaviour on part of ola cab . the driver told me dat we have only two cabs and we are being exploited n all. My question is i[censored] cant operate d cabs and have to cancell bookngs like dis why not close dis service rather than troubling peple like me. I would never be able to trust ola cabs again .

                                        Hi Ihave booked can in hyderabad on 5th July'15. My pickup point is SBH Colony Uppal To secunderabad stations. While booking the cab i haven't got any popup regarding double charges not i i have received any sms regarding it. Driver picked us from my location & drop us @ secuderbad stations. When our journey of 7 km complete he told me you have to pay Rs.255 total bill which is actually double amount.I dont understand how they charged this amount.Then i have complain about it to their customer care then they suddenly disconnected call thrice. Please take necesasry action about them.
