Hello Ola team, Today, 4th june 1.20PM i booked cab on ola cab app.cab was near to narhe bridge 10-15 away from Ambegaon pathar. Driver asked me for adress on phone . When he reached near to location he said on phone its too far he dont get money for this distance. I orderd a ola cab in jamshedpur(TATA), State- Jharkhand dated 6th of june 2015 (7:45PM). Order id:[protected]. i did recharge of 200rs in ola recharge.immidetly it was debited from my bank account. but i didnt get money till yet.i was calling 4 5 times in customer care n even send mail also but there was no action. n i lost my money only in ola recharge so dont use ola cabs its just n just fraud......

I traveled Ola on 20/05/2015 in chennai at 11.45 am with my 3 year Kid.The car which had send by ola it was in worst condition and A/C was not not working. We had worst Experience with OLA. I had opted your service on 1st June 5, 2015 from hotel Formula 1 to Pune airport. But till now I did not receive the invoice. Two times I called to your call center & was told that the email Id is rectified and invoice is send. In velachery signal for past 100 meters he is banging the horn n coming was travelling in bike .. Once he reach to signal he was trying to bang the public through car I went n ask he is fully drunk.. Today morning I arrived at Vadodara Station via Shaptadi Express at 11.20 and booked ole cab on mobile App & got confirmation call from driver cab number 1366 to go to Ranoli, ie within city limits 10 kms from station to my work place, but regret on hearing the same he refused to ply and asked to pay double charge for to & fro or else to leave the Cab . I normally use to take ola cabs but unfortunately yesterday i thought of taking ola auto to poonthamallee all the way from ambattur to poonthamallee. Its really my fate i took ola auto. We were traveling with a patient to kolkata early morning from NJP via sharabdi express @4:30 am. We booked ola cab to go NJP railway station. But at the end moment it messages that sorry we are unable to send a car. In a believe that ola cab will come we didn't book any other car. i booked a cab on 30 th may time 10:30 pm from Madhuram Royale-jodhpur to Airport Road Jodhpur.Time of arrival of cab was 10:40 pm and i boarded the taxi on 10:49 pm.delay was of 4 mins but Ola charged me for 24 mins.Spoken to customer care three times till now(Abdul, Shahrukh and Saumya) all three agreed the extra charged and saying money will be credited to my ola account within 24 hours, but no such refund is there in my account. wrote...

I had taken a cab on May 29, 2015. My balance in Ola money was Rs. 119 at the time of booking. I had recharged Rs. 500 after I was picked up, the recharge was delayed for some reason and did not reflect in the Ola balance. My ride was complete and the total bill came up to 431, the app showed that I had to pay Rs. 312 after deducting that 119 (my old balance). i had never seen such type of poor service of customer care of any company. i written a mail to ola cab customer support regarding unjustified bill of cabs, normally 8 Kms charge comes 90rs to 95rs but ola cabs charged 150/-.i didnt received any response when i requested to ola cabs to provide that bill while i send the mail several times. i am completely unsatisfied from there services....

I had made a booking for a Ola Cab Mini on 31st May 2015 for 05:00 Hours on 1st June 2015. The same was confirmed immediately via SMS. i booked cab from new ashok nagar to katwariya sarai from my email [protected]@gmail.com and the estimated cost of my ride was 300 to 400 but when my ride came and i told him to take from shortest path he said all paths are of equal length.
