I booked the cab for 7:27 PM, but the i got the driver details 10 minutes before after calling the costumer care. After that i got a call from driver at 7:23 about my location, when i tried to tell him the location, he said that am new to that area, and he told me his location at around 10 kms from here. Then I gave him 10 more minutes (I waited till 7:30), Again I called him, he was still 5 kms away, and he was still very confused about the way. Hence, I cancelled the cab and tried to get the train by my own car but couldn't catch since the train was at 7:48 PM, but due to all these mess i was i was already too late.     I booked ola cab for my mother who suppose to go for medical checkup here in Hyderabad BBR Hospital, which is well known Hospital in Hyderabad. The pick up time was 10am and after multiple calls the driver found out our address and he took 3 hours to reach BBR Hospital which is very unlikely and he gave us lame excuses and over charged us by saying he doesn't know the route and he started driving only from last 1 month as if its my problem. I spoke their Customer Care executive and their just there to convince me that they wont repeat it next time(there is nothing like next time ola). The Driver does not even how to use the navigator properly which is surprising.Just to expand their business these folks are hiring every Tom, Dick and Harry and not considering the customer safety and security. My mother was so panic that she started crying and the driver just roaming here and there to increase the meter(Bloody cheap trick). Please guys get some dignity. Shame on you.

      I booked ola cab in kolkata near niccobar park and The driver is misguiding us, even after telling him the correct address (nicobar park gate in kolkata), he does not reached our address and goes on making excuse that its not in their(olacabs) radius, but soon i saw another ola cab reaching there...such a irritating and stupid drivers you have...take strict against him..wasted my half an hour in this process..useless drivers you have in kolkata...Trust will fade away soon if continue this process of misguiding.         Today we tried to book an Ola Indica Cab through our mobile phone but the customer care told us that it is not possible to book a cab through call centre without a smart phone app. or it should be booked through ola cab website. What would people who do not have access to smart phone or internet connection do? Does this mean that everyone should be techno-savvy to travel by Ola Cabs. What would the others do? This is simply ridiculous. Ola Cabs owe a logical explanation to this.

          Too long route taken by the driver for taking more money

          On[protected] I, with my friends booked Ola from sargassan road to kankaria lake in ahemdabad. It took 24 kms to reach the destination with the amoubt costing Rs. 308. On the return journey, i booked another Ola. The driver told us on his own, that he would take us through a route with less time.We nodded in 'ok' to him, upon the condition that he was sure of his words and the route. But he instead not only took 20 minutes more, but also...

          R/Sir yesterday 4.00pm I have booked a ola cab at Raipur chhattisgarh for going to bhilai.CRN NO was 90671612 white tata indigo car CG 07 AW 1057after completing my journey bill amount was of Rs 425. When i paid the drive Rs 425 he asked for Rs 425 more and said that as it is out of city journey its double will be billed as returning charge and took rs 425 by rudely arguing

            This Ola driver was busy talking over the phone while crossing from side lane to a mail road. Our vehicle was in the main road and without noticing us he ramped. Our vehicle almost fell then we told the driver to not use the phone while crossing the main road as per traffic rules, suddenly driver turned extremely Abusive and he telling scolding in the local language. We spoke in Hindi so he started telling to go and learn Kannada to speak to him and started yelling in the mid of the road, it was a very bad scene created on the road which was uncalled for. He was asking whether we want to slap him... we noted this driver's number and raised a compliant in the Ola helpline number. Hope Ola team will take necessary action and warn the guy and inform him not to be racist and abusive.

              One of OLA driver had parked the card in middle of the street and he was talking to another OLA driver who had his car parked properly. When I asked the driver to park the car properly initially he said it's alright i'm only asking address etc and later when i started noting down the number, he threatened and abused me. I've been a regular OLA user in the past and now I don't feel safe to take OLA anymore because of these kind of drivers. The vehicle no was KA41 A 6896 and this happened at around 3:30 in shettihalli, jalahalli(West), Bangalore. Please don't take Ola cabs as I've seen most of their drivers not courteous and too rude.

                  To whom it may concern

                  It is rather indeed a matter of deep regret because of the behaviour of your staff at guwahati office and kindly take note of the following points noted below:

                  1) we have been to ola cabs guwahati office 5 times and also attended the conference that was called for to address the entrepreneurs / drivers interested to put up their cars.

                  2) we were fully confirmed to put up a car (Ford figo) in ola mini service but were shocked upon different talk every other day from your staff who called us to office and there were vast differences on what was told over the phone to us a week back and what was told upon arrival in your office after conference.

                  Esp. Kishore baishya refused to talk to us and the security refrained from allowing us to talk to the concerned manager in ola cabs guwahati office.

                  It's not that we want to quarell but fact is we want clear information to what was told to us in your conference few weeks back.

                  Please remember we are dignified citizens and hold good service but want to put car as we were interested right from the very beginning we heard about ola coming to north east.

                  Please take this matter very seriously indeed and do something about this lacklustre casual and bossy attitude of these stupid people who are occupying your office.


                  If not, we are consulting our lawyers to suspend your services and also your office out here because your staff are the front end of the people represent the image of a good concern like yours and it is shameful to be treated like this after sincerely visiting your office with an earnest motive.

                  Hoping you would take necessary action at the earliest possible or else we are considering alternativesa t hand.

WE got the message at 3.30 that he would reach by 4.15, we gave a call back to him but he did not receive our call . Then we called on costumer care no. then he connected our line directly to driver ( Name – Mr. Sunil Kumar, Ph. No. – [protected], Cab No. – UPCT – 1288, Our Booking No. –[protected]. he told us that he would reach by 4.15 but he did not come and not picked phone call too and customer care no. did not respond also so we missed our train and we had to face a heavy loss .                           On 12june 15 i was shocked to see that KaO3 4146 ola cab driver was not only rash in driving but when confronted with was very abusive and threatening please reprimand him or he might cause accident soon this untrained rash driver was not only violent but seemingly unmindful of basic public safety after having complained to ola no action seems to have been taken ola continues its substandard services nd hiring its dangerous criminal like drivers there helplines are very inaccesisble I would request ola to immediately cancel this drivers license.

                            Hi there, I am a regular customer of Ola at New Delhi. Yesterday night, my experience with your driver was like a night mare (CRN[protected]. Just after ride I requested driver to turn on AC, he replied AC is on and if you need cold air come on the front seat, but am sure that AC was not working. I told my destination; that was known to him, but in the middle he diverted as I was on a call so couldn’t intervene him. Once, I asked about the diversion, he started giving lessons and at one point of time told ‘ If you ride radio taxi then you should know we know better knowledge of routes’ . Probably he was Drunken and constantly making threatening arguments. He was continued taking vehicle in lonely routes and on interruption and at one pint of stopped the vehicle for the arguments. Immediately, I contacted Ola customer support and they have arranged another vehicle and I reached to my home at 10:30 night. I sincerely suggest you to remove this driver from your crew as he is dangerous and might be more dangerous with the customers who are not strong- such as women or girls. But he said that ola people are not giving money so collected fare with extra 10r.s tooo... if it is the case why ola is asking us to recharge our account... this happens frequenty when we use ola auto service.                                 Crn90246663 & Crn89971952 were travelled for the same distance. From railway station to maniyakarapalayam and from maniyakarapalayam till railway station. However the fare for crn90246663 for a mini was INR 173 and for cnr89971952 for a sedan it was INR 114. Kindly let us know the reason for the difference in the rate.

                                    As usual the taxi booked got delayed and had to miss my flight and ultimately my friends wedding. This is the 2nd and last time when I have to pay such amounts for using ola cabs. They are never on time and they cancel the booking at the very last moment leaving GOD to your rescue. Everyday new type of charges they create and levy just in case they fulfill the deal. Before booking and after service (just in case you are the lucky one) pray to GOD and thank God instead of ola.

                                      I have traveled 10 kms in hyd today in ola cab. I was told the charge would be 1.8x . Assuming the fare to be 180, I hired the cab and I m charged 326 rupees. The driver also has no clue why! When I call the customer care, I m told the rest after 180 is service charge. Who on earth would pay an almost equal amount as service charge. Why should I choose ola if this is the case. I would advice everybody that I know against ola! This doesn't make sense to me. The same ola cab last week did not charge anything extra. Disappointing service! Would never hire another ola
