I booked an Ola Cab today ( 21 June, Sunday) afternoon at 2:30 PM to go to Ramkrishna Math from Jakkur. I was very impressed with my past experience with Ola. I booked a minicab (Tata Indica). I was very surprised when I reached the destination. The bill amount was Rs 668 for 22.63 km (Rs 29.51/km). INVOICE NO.93268752 21 Jun, 2015 Ola projects as if it is the cheapest radio taxi service available on earth but I am not aware of any taxi service which charges Rs 30/km for a mini! When I see the break-up of the charges, I am surprised that the surcharges are far more than the actual fare! Isn't it fooling people? I think such harassments to passengers by service providers by must be stopped by stricter rules imposed by the Government.

    Hi, I am writing this complain to tell that I had been caused trouble by ola cab driver. First the cab was very untidy and over it the cab driver was arguing . he said that he is not able to find the pick up point so I with my sister and her mother in law who is very old needed to go the pickup point where the driver said. The whole journey he was shouting fighting with us. He was over speeding which scared us a lot. The behavior was not acceptable but we thought to keep quiet. The drop point was a mall and he didn't drop us there, he dropped us very far from the entrance of the mall so we had no choice other than to walk. I am really upset of such behavior and trouble caused. I am thinking of complaining in police but I found this site. I want a harsh action to be taken. The of the cab is 1279 from Bangalore (ola cabs) I know you can take action so please do the needful. Thank you

      Hi Guys, Olacabs invoice for CRN92731682 Let me share my horrible experience with OLA cab Hyderabad. These people cheats public with there hidden charges. Rate tariff shows in application is different and they charge after the trip is completely triple the amount. I have been booked cab for my parents from my home to airport while booking the cab when i checked the tariff its was 399 INR. but after they reach cab driver shows they tricky application and said its 499 INR. Saying Airport hidden charges. 2nd experience with OLA:- As i already have OLA money in my wallet i tried to book OLA cab again from Airport to my home for my parents. this was the worst experience with OLA. OLA APP did not allowed me for advanced booking.It suggested me to select ride now option i have booked cab for my parents once they arrived airport and shared driver contactnumber and left for meeting . driver was not picking the call they have waited more then 30 min's. I came to know and i booked another cab from OLA. once they reach the bill amount was 918 INR and 180 for car parking tottal 1100 INR. and Driver forcefully make my parents to pay parking fee and once they reach home he started argue for full amount. I have reached customer care for the help there response was horrible and said as we are having huge demand we allotted cab for you so we charged extra for that. instead of 399 i paid 1100 Rs. Friend they might be having huge demand but we have many cab's running on Hyderabad no one will be pay thrice for the bill. better take a cab at the airport desk atleat we will come to know how much the bill we need to pay.         Hello I would like to inform that while booking, some of ola guwahati drivers call last minute cancelling the ride themselves saying they are busy or unwilling to come to the location to pick up. If the drivers had to cancel the call they shouldn't take it in the first place. This type of attitude from ola drivers put me in lot of inconvenience as I tend to travel a lot. Hopefully you will look into the matter. Thankyou

          CRN Number 91966316. The cab was booked well in advanced with the above CRN Number. The time for pickup 12 pm By the time I could finish my meeting with the client and reached the security of the company. Around 4 missed called until 11.52 am without patience. The driver calls Driver Hotline and cancels the trip. From 11.52 am to 12.15 am the Ola Call Center Agents without any customer service attitude says booking has to be done using apps. Using apps always my mobile bill has turned out to be a nightmare. Why the hell Ola has Call Centers just for fun? CRN Number 92656851. The pickup time 3.30 pm. No driver information till I call the 33553355 for update until 3.20pm. Worst service. After a call driver is allocated. Drive calls and wastes time saying where I have to go and what is the place lost 4 minutes already. Car is not in sight for 5 minutes total 9 minutes lost. After finding a alternative left the place. Another driver is allocated at 3.32pm what a funny bone. Pick time 3.30pm car allotment at 3.32pm. After rejecting calls customer service calls and says sorry who doesn't it mean so that means if I didn't react my time for pick up the next day lol never use this service WORST WORST WORST

              Respected officer, Am G K Naren Krishna, I have booked a cab in madurai from vishal de mall, when I called up the driver, he told me that he will be reaching in 15-20 minutes about to the locality but the specified time in the booking content was within 5 minutes and he reached and called to my phone asked me to come down, and I came down to the locality and he shouted at me that he cannot call me in my number once again and he picked me up and took 10 to 20 metres and again he shouted at me and harassed me with local words and he asked me to get down from the cab and told me that the car belongs to him and not for ola and he can do anything he told me and again shouted at me using bad words and harassed me, finally I got down and felt really ashamed and it hurted me a lot and also I registered a complain about the happening, so would request you to file a complain and take strong action on this regard Details are as follows Booking time 07:14 PM, 18 Jun 2015 Pickup time 07:20 PM, 18 Jun 2015 Pickup address Tallakulam, Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India, Car type Mini Car Details: White Tata indica TN 59 BE 8974 Driver Details: Kumar [protected] And my registered mail id and contact number is [protected]@yahoo.com [protected] Awaiting for an action

                I booked for a cab at 515am on 15-Jun morning from Tambaram. Cab arrives in 10 min late. When we got into the vehicle I asked for the tariff, driver says normal tariff.. when we had to get down from vehicle, driver asks for 249 Rs. for 7.2 KM.. and he also says tariff is double.. I asked why the difference in statement from the driver.. he says some system issue. whatever his instrument shows, we have to pay the amount. Atleast with other service providers, we come to know the meter amount, when the vehicle is running.. OLA has made it invisible to ensure, you are made to pay, whatever they show you as a whole number by the end of the trip. This is completely unacceptable.

                  sir, i booked ola cab on dt. 6 may 2015 for pick up on dt. 7 may 2015 at 5.00 pm. my invoice no. is 80823889 of 6 th may 2015.my total journey time was for 45 minutes from 5.00 pm to 5.45 pm.In this short time ola charged wait time for 42 minutes Rs. 84.00 with 10 minutes free time. ola also pay discount of Rs. 50.00 for this trip. At last i pay Rs. 324 for my trip.i also complaint for above on ola customer care for refund but no result till today.

                    I had booked a ride today at 8.15am, and was informed that the cab would arrive within 12 minutes. This was OK. Later, when the driver phoned, he informed that he was at Velachery, and it would take him at least 20minutes to reach Thiruvanmiyur. When informed that I wished to go to Adyar, he said it would take him 30minutes to reach me! He suggested that I call for another cab. When I did, I was informed that the rate would be 1.4 times!! This is daylight robbery, and your drivers are no better than the notorious auto drivers of Chennai. Kindly look into this and revert. Janet Naraynen CEll no. [protected]

                      - Date of Incident : 17/06/2015 - Company : Ola Cab ( ANI Technologies ) - Description of Incident : I am from kolkata and i booked a cab from Howrah railway station till my home which is about 11 Kms. The usual bills (amount payable) are Rs 170-180 in Ola and 145-160 in Uber. I am a regular user of Ola so i know the bill amount. Today, the bill was Rs 515 and the parking charged i paid was Rs 30 so total of Rs 545 /- . I can make 3 same distance trips with that money. i called these folks and they showed no mercy and said it was peak time charge! it was 1:45 PM in the afternoon! are these guys joking around with passengers ? i emailed the customer support team and they do not have the courage to respond atleast. I want 50% of the amount refunded to me ASAP.

                        Yesterday, on 16.06.2015, I had tried to recharge my Ola money account with Rs.999/- through net-banking. After the money got debited from my bank account, the app stopped working and my session got abandoned. I was asked to go for a fresh transaction. I again went for a recharge of Rs. 599/-, which was unsuccessful first and session again was abandoned but when i clicked on the manual link 'to continue', it was successful. But till date the first failed transaction for which Rs. 999/- was debited from my account is yet to be credited. I had made innumerable calls OLA customer case for no resolution. The support team's callous attitude is astonishing and apart from apologizing and taking action, they did nothing so far. They have even stopped picking up my calls. It seems now they have resorted to cheap tactics to rob users of their money and they have been doing this for long now. I saw similar complaints dated 8 months back. OLA have deliberately not corrected this glitch in their app so that they keep on robbing customers of their money this way. Deepanshu Yadav +91-[protected]

                            I was driving a two wheeler in the Beach road (Chennai) when i heard a honking sound. I saw that there was ola cab behind me who was continuously honking through my rear view mirror. I indicated that there was a Government bus ahead me so I had to drive according to that bus speed. Inspite of that indication he overtook and drove past in a very high speed. After few minutes, I spotted the same cab in a signal and he saw me too. He waited for me to start and repeated the same thing but this time he drove so closed to me that I was on the verge of falling down. And on top of all this, in front of his customers he was abusing me. His car number is TN 21 AC 5969.

                                It's very bad experience wid ola cab service n there drive .. ola cab promise tht giving gud service for passengers .bt as I have a worst experience ... cab number 1542 assam.. guwahati airport ...when I ask for cab booking driver did misbehaver n use very slang language wid me finally I came to know thts...Driver was having alcohol .. . ola cab I wll never travel wid u ...n I believe not only me there are many people who might face like this problem. ...

                                  I have been actively using OLA app since last 2 months +; however since last 3 days suddenly the app has been giving Error as described below When using the OLA app from my android phone - Sony Xperia It gives the error - "Unable to reach our Servers' Any technical help/suggestions would be appreciated From an OLA fan/active users Noel [protected]

                                    I booked OLA today morning ie, 16th JUN 2015 at 5:00 AM from JP Nagar 2nd phase to Central Railway station Bangalore. The booking number is CRN91686636. My parents took the ride to railway station. The invoice amount was Rs 148 but the driver collected Rs 250 as my parents were not aware of the invoiced amount. After they made payment they called me and informed me. I immediately called driver but his phone was switched off. Later I called driver at the same number around 10:00 AM but he lied to me saying he was not the guy who drove the vehicle in the morning. I called up customer care and reported the issue. They informed me that they will check with driver and refund my money. Till now I did not receive any update from your customer care. Please find below the driver and vehicle details.                                       My son along with two friends booked a cab from Nagarbhavi, Banglore law school to railway station on 11.6.2015, time was 7.00 pm, cab reached at 7.30pm, driver made no attempts to even try to reach station, as a result all three boys missed their train and had to travel by unhooked means of transport . This has caused me great mental trauma and loss of money . Kindly resolve this by compensating the money towards train ticket and bus ticket .

                                        Dear sir, I hope, I am a regular user of Ola. I have complaint against Ola cab that they are charging the different amount for the same place in every visit, while the pick up place and drop place are the same. sometimes they charge 103 for sedan, sometimes they charge 136 for mini cab. sometimes Rs.80 by mini cab. all the time having different bill. I dont know how they do it. The services are also poor u can not rely on Ola when u r going to catch flight or train, They are so late in pick up and I don't know what they do with gps that they can not find the locations. Highly dissatisfied with the services of OLa.
