UNRELIABLE EVERYTIME ANYWHERE

As usual the taxi booked got delayed and had to miss my flight and ultimately my friends wedding. This is the 2nd and last time when I have to pay such amounts for using ola cabs. They are never on time and they cancel the booking at the very last moment leaving GOD to your rescue. Everyday new type of charges they create and levy just in case they fulfill the deal. Before booking and after service (just in case you are the lucky one)...

Extra money collected as service charge

I have traveled 10 kms in hyd today in ola cab. I was told the charge would be 1.8x . Assuming the fare to be 180, I hired the cab and I m charged 326 rupees. The driver also has no clue why! When I call the customer care, I m told the rest after 180 is service charge. Who on earth would pay an almost equal amount as service charge. Why should I choose ola if this is the case. hi this is reshme .I am new user in ola but my first experienced was worst . I activate this service from one of my family member... She ask me to use your cab its fab service nd all ... From belgachia to Shealdah Moulali it charged 260...this is too much ... before that we take a ride on Taxi for sure they are better than your service ...atleast they will not add all fake charges( Peak Pricing charge (1.8x) ₹115.52) for what u ppl take...

Cab not provided after taking the booking

car did not turn up after accepting booking.

Last Friday I booked an Olacab at Cochin to go to railway station. Got sms confirmation (CRN[protected] with details of driver/car. Neither did the car come nor my repeated calls to the driver/customer care were successful. Finally a relative dropped me at the station just on time. It seems Ola ceased to exist after SMS confirmation! I wish I could say Ola to somebody in Ola!!!...

Driver Misbehaviour

Charged Much amount for riding

I travelled today 08/06/2015 from Kodambakkam (chennai) to Taramani.Usually they will charge 100 rs for first 5KM and 12rs for every 1 KM.Totally i traveled 12.4km.Actual charge is 188ra.but they charged me 357 rs.same happened friday also.that time they redude the amount.but today they charged too much rupees.If we ask they telling that peak charges.I totally disappointed with their services.They charged doubly.before i traveled many time...

Drivers rejects to come and cancelled booking himself

Peak time surcharge without informing for a non peak hour

I rode an Ola Cab on 5th june, 2015 and was literally taken for a ride (pun intended)!! The distance of the trip as per their invoice was 14.11 kms (although it should have been not more than 12), and i was charged Rs.390 for this distance!! Which is about Rs.28 per kilometre!!! cancelled the cab booking on time

I have booked a ola cab on 7-6-2015. But before the pickup time the company cancelled my booking for a silly reason. They said that auto driver create some problem at a time of night. Paid extra amount of Peak Pricing charge (1.7x) = ₹625.67

Today we booked an ola cab from bomanahalli 26/1 Hosur road to Bengaluru airport at 5:14PM and got a drop at airport at 6:55PM . And the amount we had to pay was 1596 Rs which is too much . When we called ola cabs call center, they said they have started applying surcharge (1.7x) which ends up with extra money to pay of Rs 625.67 . So net net we paid 625.67 Extra for our Aiport drop . They says while we book it shows that we have to pay 1.7xKms...
