Hi There, I travel through Ola cabs whenever needed however, these new amendments have made it service unbearable... I travleed Khajrana to Nai Duniya premised RTO road, Indore distance around 10.7 Km... No waiting charges etc., now, the total payable amount was 277 Rs...and i don't buy this logic paying more than double the amount on travel just 10 Km...? My ola money got deducted twice for a single ride. I emailed them many times for this this but they never replied to that. I booked a Ola Mini cab on 13th May, 2015 at around 12:30 AM, but the driver never turned up and 80 Ola Money was deducted fro my account ([protected]).
