We were traveling with a patient to kolkata early morning from NJP via sharabdi express @4:30 am. We booked ola cab to go NJP railway station. But at the end moment it messages that sorry we are unable to send a car. In a believe that ola cab will come we didn't book any other car. And how is it possible for a person to get a caar early morning at 4:30 am. It is wrong they should have informed before since I booked the cab 2 days ago.

    i booked a cab on 30 th may time 10:30 pm from Madhuram Royale-jodhpur to Airport Road Jodhpur.Time of arrival of cab was 10:40 pm and i boarded the taxi on 10:49 pm.delay was of 4 mins but Ola charged me for 24 mins.Spoken to customer care three times till now(Abdul, Shahrukh and Saumya) all three agreed the extra charged and saying money will be credited to my ola account within 24 hours, but no such refund is there in my account. wrote three emails no one has answered them.       Charged twice for the same ride

      I had taken a cab on May 29, 2015. My balance in Ola money was Rs. 119 at the time of booking. I had recharged Rs. 500 after I was picked up, the recharge was delayed for some reason and did not reflect in the Ola balance. My ride was complete and the total bill came up to 431, the app showed that I had to pay Rs. 312 after deducting that 119 (my old balance). I assumed that the new recharge didn’t get updated and paid the driver 315. Later...

      i had booked ola car for airport drop and total amount billed was Rs:679.00. This car was booked for our guest, but surprisingly same amount was collected in cash and also deducted from my account money. When i contacted driver he said sir today(Saturday)amount will be credit to my account as he is aware of this incident. I have given Mails to [protected]@olacabs.com but after repeated mails no response.

        i had never seen such type of poor service of customer care of any company. i written a mail to ola cab customer support regarding unjustified bill of cabs, normally 8 Kms charge comes 90rs to 95rs but ola cabs charged 150/-.i didnt received any response when i requested to ola cabs to provide that bill while i send the mail several times. i am completely unsatisfied from there services.

          I had made a booking for a Ola Cab Mini on 31st May 2015 for 05:00 Hours on 1st June 2015. The same was confirmed immediately via SMS. When the cab did not report on 1st Morning nor any SMS on the driver details, I called up their call centre to be told that the same has been cancelled due to non availability of cabs. On persisting, they confirmed me a sedan as an alternate arrangement. The sedan also did not arrive and neither the driver responded to my repeated calls. Mu train was at 06:00 and at 05:15 could not even get an auto. Finally, I had to ask people for Lift and switch 3 vehicles before I reached the station, just in time to catch the train. I need a clear action that will deter these people from being irresponsible and putting customers to tension and hardship.

              i booked cab from new ashok nagar to katwariya sarai from my email [protected]@gmail.com and the estimated cost of my ride was 300 to 400 but when my ride came and i told him to take from shortest path he said all paths are of equal length. When we reached at destination he told me the cost ride is 600 i was completely shocked but i cant do anything in it. My first ride was also from ola cab but it was good, so thought of booking by ola again but after this event sorry OLA...

                I had my wife book a ola a cab to drop my parents off of at the yeshwanthpur railways station on 26th May 2015. My wife recharged the ola money account so that my parents don't have to pay. (Trip Details:driver Kantha raju S C ([protected]) for CRN85849175. Red Ford fiesta KA 01 AA 8907) At the railways station the driver demands money from my parents telling them that ola money did not work. He collects money from them and does not give them a bill. Ola conveniently deducts the same amount from ola money account (Rs 396). I ended up paying twice for the same trip. I called their help line[protected] on the same day. They spoke to the driver and assured me that the money will be returned in 48 hrs. When the refund did not happen, I called them back on 29th may 2015. This time the help center guy pretended to raise a complaint (complaint number:2304854). You do not get an sms to indicate that a complaint has been raised, which essentially means that it's probably not. My advice ola money is bogus and does work well. Do not use ola money, or you will suffer the same fate. I wonder how long ola will keep cheating people

                  sir, I had booked ola taxi around 1430 on 29 may and my booking was confirmed with no. 86722724. At 2020 they informed me that my booking has been upgraded. I had a conversation with the driver at the same time and he told me that he will not come to pick me. A message came from their side that they are unable to pick me. Because of this I had missed my train form ernakulam to nizamudin.

                    We booked a ola cab CRN 87102886 on 30 may at 7 pm from Chennai sipcot IT park, driver was Shankar ([protected]), please give some basic ideas to your drivers of how to talk to customers, a lady was traveling with me, and this guy was behaving worse, we are not supposed to know the way that's why we take cab, please take immediate action against him

                      This is the worst Cab service that I have come across...I do not recommend anyone to book OLA cabs. Please do not book in OLA cab. They don't value your time and about your loved once... I booked the OLA Cab online one day before and they have not confirm whether the cab is available or not until I called them. The booking is for Secunderabad Station and they sent the cab to Nampally Rly Station...this is all possible with OLA only...When I enquirered about this, they said...cabs are not available and make your own arrangements.. The Worst...The Worst...The Worst..

                        driver name kumar piyush from kolkata. car number:1067 Ride: south city to IMI-kolkata and back from IMI-kolkata to salt lake City:Kolkata Driver contact number(provided by you while booking): [protected] Drivers duty is to drop passenger as instructed.Any enquiry by driver about the customer be it of any sex is a breach of his duty and also raises questions on customers' safety. This was a ride where the driver enquired about me(Ritika Singh) after dropping me at my place while taking my friend ahead to his destination. He enquired about my stay in kolkata, my family background, my history. Since he knows where do I live, I feel afraid of it. Unless you look into the matter i may have to take the case ahead. awaiting your reply

                          I was supposed to be picked up for a early morning flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai on 28th of May 2015. the cab was confirmed by ola and the pickup was scheduled one and half an hour before. the cab details were sent to me as usual but the strange part so happened is after the driver took address from me for the pickup he cancelled the pick and was stranded. I would have missed my flight and my subsequent meetings. this is highly unprofessional from OLA and according to me un ethical also.

                            This is the first time I availed olacab service. The experience of fleecing the customer is ingrained. This driver deliberately took a wrong turn, where he could have easily gone straight. My invoice also shows this. I may never be using olacabs service again. My crn number is crn87133049. This driver fleeced me 100 rs extra. Terrible service

                              Today, I have booked cab for yeswanthpur railway station from kodihalli. Driver supposed to come at 2pm. Even though we called him couple of times, there is no response from driver. Ola sent another cab 20 mins late. Due to this I missed the train. Total fare of tickets is 4900 rupees. First ac tickets 2 we booked. So, we need refund from ola.

                                Hello, My wife has booked a cab for my family members on 27th May 2015 from Andheri east to Kurla east at 12.34pm. The cab was in time and Booking reference number is CRN86129723. My family members asked them to take it via Santacruz Chembur Link road and despite of many requests the driver took them via JVLR and then took via Ghatkopar to Kurla east. The drop location was Kurla nehru nagar ST depot. However driver took them to Kurla Station and argued with my family members and asked them to get out of the car. When my family members argued that this is not a location, then he took them exact location, My wife called driver and asked him that why he took him via other way despite of taking them via Santacruz- chembur link road. He yelled at my wife and disconnected the phone. Also there was mistake total fare, he took Rs 456 instead of Rs 414. I have called OLA same day evening and spoke with supervisor Rahul and demanded him entire fare since it was not our mistake. He said he will be able to refund Rs 210, since this is shortest route and he gave TAT of Rs 48 hours. Till there is no refund in wallet. I called up the OLA and asked them again, he said he will check and revert back to you. I need to entire amount back in my OLA account, not Rs 210. Thanks

                                  On 30th May, 2015, I had book a cab from my house on sohna road to Artemis hospital in sector 51; My mom was travelling in the cab and as she was dropped at the hospital, I got a message for an invoice of Rs. 141 (reference number CRN[protected]. However, when I checked with my mother, she told me that the driver had obtained Rs. 200 and was not letting them go without paying Rs. 200. I am really amazed to see this criminal minds running cabs. How can such a big company let this happen???. When I called the customer care, the executive was n't bothered. I expect an action to be taken against the company.

                                    Hi I am Balajee... I have booked Ola cab for Majestic railway station drop from Hoodi. I booked just before 15 mins of journey (7pm - 20.5 2015). I have got the confirmation no.CRN 84355286. We were waiting for the cab to pick us in another 20mins. The cab driver JOHNSON [protected], made a initial inquiry for the pick up point (near Hoodi circle)and destination (majestic Railway station). We got a call after 30mins, that our booking was cancelled due to some network issue and he has picked another customer for drop. But we didn't get any such confirmation over mail for cancellation, other than the driver call. So we lost nearly 45mins of our time to reach the destination. When people don't want to provide the service for the request raised, should inform well in advance. I see this trend in Ola cab is now a recurring incident. I wont prefer Ola service in future and recommend others to avail the service.

                                      Sir I have made 6 to 8 calls spending around 90 rupees as all your executives kept my phone on long holds. My initial call was regarding booking a cab from sector 92 to New Delhi railway station On enquiry I was informed to book a sedan instead of mini which increased my cost by 50₹+₹6km On downloading the app and applying discount code FLAT25 it was showing an error I again called your executive and was informed by 2 executives and floor manager that this code has expired yesterday On again making a call I was informed by your executive that this code is valid today also and you can apply it till 4 pm and we shall refund you ₹50 due to our miscommunication On failure of code I called again and talked to miss nor She informed that you book a cab and call me back I'll apply your code from here I called again and talked to sohail he told that ma'am is busy on another call and transferred my call to his senior executive Akbar and he said that we cannot apply any coupons from here. I am highly dissatisfied by your service as every executive is misguiding And I now due to this I am paying full amount of your cab+₹90 for calling you and have not been given any discount. I swear not to use you cab next time and shall even not let others book it I want to track all calls I made from my number [protected] and update me why this sort of behaviour happened to me
