Hi, This is sukanaya singh... frequent user of ola cabs.. last month i took ride nearly for a complete month to and fro ... once i was going through the invoice ..i got to know that additional toll fare charges were added in my bill ...without even crossign the toll... i called customer care almost 6 times and spent lot of money connecting with them and explaining them... even I have mailed twice at [protected]@ola.com...i never got any reply... and believe me...every time i cal your customer support that make sure that they will do the needful...and reimburse the money...but such has never happend till now... Today again I called and the lady says...you will get the response within 2hrs...and am still waiting... this is very ridicuolous and unprofessional... i literally spent 40 minutes talking to support team...and explained the issue, ...none action has been taken till now... PFA screenshot for your reference...similarly another 16 invoices contains such additional extra money. I want my money to be reimbursed. And more important ...i need reply from the customer support team. Thanks, Sukanaya Singh

    My father a senior citizen, used Ola Cab today and the behaviour of the driver was bad. He was behaving like a ruffian and his favourite tool was shouting. More over the car was fairly in a rundown condition. The fare structure of Ola is also fairly confusing. And it goes something like this a. First 4 Km Rs 80 b. After that Rs 10 per Km c. Since it is a peak hour there is a 50% mark-up on the fair d. you would be charged Rs 1 per minute you would be using the cab e. Since you called the cab over telephone there is a convenience charge f. The cab reaches the pick-up point late, but there is a waiting charge as the cab was stuck in traffic g. There is a tax component in the fair but we can't give you a bill. Please call the call centre and reconfirm the bill amount. Condition of the Car : very very basic ( see nothing which calls for surcharge over surchare) Behaviour of the driver ... ill-mannered, shouts, and body language is intimidating. Had no courtesy to help a senior citizen with luggage.

I received a confirmation message from the services stating the details of the driver which is as follows: Name of the Driver- Mahendra Pal, Phone no- [protected], Vehicle No- UK07 TA 9069 The driver called at 10:15 saying that he would be delayed for another 2 hrs and talked not only in a disrespectful manner rather in a very insulting way. I had a bus booked to Delhi at 12 which I will not be able to catch now. Requesting you for quick action towards my complaint.         today i had my flight in air india AI696, to catch this on time i booked a cab on ola app on 27 may for 28may 9:30 am. which was perfect as per plan i had flight to catch on 11:25 if i would have got my cab on time i would have reached there around 10:30 which was prescribed for domestic travelers BUT i got a call from your driver at 9.08 and he said that he is in sarnath at his home he'll leave his home soon to pick me and this will take 45min to him to reach to me...BOOM all plan smashed...NOW i called your call center for helping me they said "they cannot do any thing in this matter and even if they do by sending new driver it'll take 1 hour for him to reach...so now after having no option left i went on to road for auto and ultimately i reached to the airport and i was late now tell me what should i do my ticket was of 5473 rupee i demand for refund you have OPTION to refund as ola cash but you have to compensate me for that and to i demand action against cab driver my booking details are CRN85957828

          I am registered customer of Ola Cabs. I have used Ola services first time on 28.03.2015. My registered e-mail id is [protected]@gmail.com and registered mob. number is [protected]. 2. We as a family of three brothers made a plan in April, 2015 that we all would visit Nainital together with families for three days. One of my brother is residing in Lucknow and he will reach Nainital/Kathgodam R.S. from Lucknow and we two brothers i.e. myself and my youngest brother, Vishal bansal would catch train from Delhi to Kathgodam Railway Station on 23.05.2015. The train bookings were done in advance in April, 2015. The train was Anand Vihar-Kathgodam Shatabdi Express with time of departure as 6-15 a.m. from Anand Vihar Railway Station ( which is about 25 kms from our home). 3. Accordingly, I and my brother booked two taxis for the respective family for transportation from their respective home to Anand Vihar R.S. on 23.05.2015. 4. Therefore, I booked Mini on 21.05.2015 with CRN 84657316 for our journey from Pushp Vihar to Anand Vihar railway Station on 23.05.2015. However, on 23.05.2015. I was informed that my request has been upgraded from Mini to Bigger one car (Mahindra Xylo) and accordingly, I changed plan and informed my brother who is residing nearby to my home to cancel his taxi booking and come to my place in his car so that we all family can go together in one big car (Mahindra Xylo) as now all can be accommodated in one car. I asked him what is the vehicle, he told, it is mini...i informed him that we are six adults...I shouted at him and threatened him that I would sue Ola Cabs in Court of Law etc. etc. and asked him to cancel my booking. However, as evident from above details, I have to cancel my booking and we have to managed to go to Anand Vihar railway Station in our own car. In tension, there was an accident in which our car brushed with each other’s car. Somehow, we all reached Anand Vihar Railway Station and parked cars there for which we have to shell out parking charges for three days. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it is requested that I may be adequately compensated in cash for the mental agony, trauma and anguish I suffered due to negligence of Ola Cabs and deficiency of service with registered customers of Ola Cabs. There is breach of contract also on the part of Ola Cabs because they fail to fulfil the promise made to customer for providing taxi on time for which customer has to suffer a lot. They also failed to intimate customer before scheduled pick-up time (in my case, it is 4-45 a.m. on 23.05.2015). Further, I have to change my position due to offer o[censored]p-gradation of taxi to me which I accepted. After acceptance, the upgraded taxi didn’t came which cause embarrassing position for me in front of my brother and other family members. 7. Hope you would not force me to take legal course in the matter and consider my request in just and fair manner for adequate compensation which would also include cost of repair of my car and my brother’s car due to accident, parking charges at Anand Vihar railway Station for my car and brother’s care for three days etc. etc. 8.             I have booked vola cab from Hyderabad air port on 27th night at 20.51 hrs. The driver Narender (CRN[protected]. Soon after sitting in the cab he asked us to pay the 30 mnts parking charges, Rs 130. which we were not aware at all. Neither the cab driver nor the Vola management informed us that we need to pay the parking charges, when we asked him about this he started talking in a filthy langauge and abusing in very vulagar language. We are a couple plus 60 years age and travelling two o[censored]s from the airport. At one stage he even stood up and was about to beat us. He started telling I know the home minister of Telangana and no one can do any thing to me. Throughout the journey we were shivering with fear he did not stop the car and continued abusing till we reached our destination. This is the safty we have in Vola cabs. They employ people from villages many times they cannot even drive properly nor talk politely. They only think about the money. Very un proffessional. If we have such drivers driving our taxis, what kind of impression we will have in front of national or international guests. There is no saftey for ladies nor elders. Vola should be banned from Inida. They are not proffessional at all. I had such experience several times and I brought to the notice of Vola management but they just appologized. Thats all.

              We had booked a car ...driver came late and said many excuses...then he said again to book the cab ...BCD he just deleted the msg...we just had a ride...when we reached the place ..he told that he forgot to on the meter...he charged me 300 rs... And we asked about the bill through the company...he just avoid the speech and went...pls take some action against the driver...                 on[protected] i had booked a cab to travel from doddakammanahalli to mg road. bill no CRN83536087, car details: KA 05 AD 8156, DRIVER : PRAVEEN. L[protected] pick up at 3.09 pm. i already had 300 re in mt ola money, which was not credited automatically, hence paid the driver an extra amount of 310 re/-. after a while i receive a message telling 300 re has been credited from my ola money. i would like a refund of that amount back to me. regards rachel shruthi [protected]

                  Today on 27.5.15 at 9.20am I booked a cab for which driver details were shared with me & CRN# 86081649. 9:20 - T.Indica# 7281 was confirmed pick up time 9.32. 9.26 - SMS received there is a 10min delay. 9:27 - Driver details changed to T.Indigo#3152 pick up time 9:32 9:46 - another change Swift Dzire #3186..surprisingly pick up time 9:32 9:50 - another change Hy.Santro#9758 Finally cab arrived on 10:20. I was talking to 'N' no of drivers explaining routes, everytime new person would call up understand the route & no one was turning up. There was a delay of 1hour & so much of confusion resultant of which I was delayed for my meeting. Why was there such a chaos?? I had so much of inconvenience, delay & bad start of day. What if I had to catch a flight...I would have surely missed the same...

                      Hi There, I travel through Ola cabs whenever needed however, these new amendments have made it service unbearable... I travleed Khajrana to Nai Duniya premised RTO road, Indore distance around 10.7 Km... No waiting charges etc., now, the total payable amount was 277 Rs...and i don't buy this logic paying more than double the amount on travel just 10 Km...? Ola charge its customers, waiting charges, Ride time charges, and Kilometers charges... It's sounds unrealistic, why shuould we pay Ride time charges and where do they come from? For an instance, 2 Km can take 5 min and more than an hours depending on the trtaffic, road blocks etc., can't help it... and where does the fault lie, why should customer bear unveiling loss... which has no logic... In bottom line, Ola fools around customers and i would recommend not to cab with ola... Thanks, Abhinav Singh Rana

                          My ola money got deducted twice for a single ride. I emailed them many times for this this but they never replied to that. I tried calling them but as usual they kept me on hold for 5-10 mins and everytime they say that it will resolved in 2 hrs or 24 hours. My issues is still pending. I think this wallet system that ecommerce market has created has given them power to deduct any amount for the same. I don't know what to do now. I think government shall take action on them. No transaction shall be made without customers approval through wallet system.
                          Hi, I too faced the same problem. For a single ride, I was charged twice from my ola money. I following up on OLA customer support, but they are not giving proper response.

                          Please let me know if your issue was addressed by OLA.

                          Ola is best cheater brand. 10days ago my ola wallet have 2417rs balance . after 4 5 days i need to bill payment of my sim card . when i go to pay bill by ola money it failed my transaction. When i email to ola money care or call to ola money care they say 0 balance in my ola account . But 2417rs show in my ola wallet . I dont know why ola money say that i have 0rs balance . 3 4 days ago i see another person on this ola page . it also face problem as me . ola cut balance of that person in fake transaction.
                          SO my suggestion to never use this FAKE or CHEATER brand.
                          NO OLA MONEY

                          On the portal http://rsrtc.rajasthan.gov.in/ for online payment new option of OLA Money has been introduced since some times. While payment for the Volvo at 29/04/2016 17:30 from Delhi to Ajmer on 27/04/2016 at 16:56 through OLA money. OLA Money has deducted my amount twice Rs. 1095. I raised the complain with OLA money but I have not got any response so far. Even on Google, one can see such type of fraud for OLA Money is very common. While integrating such company in Govt. infrastructure, OLA money should take its responsibility of consumer satisfaction. I request to look into this grievance and take proper instructions to the department who is responsible for OLA Money integration with payment gateway of http://rsrtc.rajasthan.gov.in/ and I can get my money back. I am also attaching the auto replies from OLA money.. every time I am getting new complain number but no manual action or response on the complain. I have posted this complain to CM Complain registration Cell.

                          Driver dint come for pick up

                          I booked a cab (dated 1/6/2016)around 6.30 to pick me from office at 7.20. i got a message from ola saying booking is confirmed along with driver's details. driver was not responding to my call and he dint come to pick me at all. finally he has drover car for few kilometers in my name and i got the bill of rs 99.

                          Misbehaviour with women

                          The driver suddenly stopped the car amidst jungle where passengers were women with two small children who didn't know anything about the place stating the reason that the car is not fit enough to move any further. Instead of helping them he asked them to pay the bill. When they refused to pay he forced them.

                          Money not refunded

                          We travelled from metro cash and carry kolkata to howrah pilkhana on saturday evening 28th of may vehicle was swift wb04g 6186 driver was mohammed, mobile no: [protected], took 500 rs but didnt refunded balance amount of rs 200 after regular calls he initially promised to refund but later on he refused, request you to look into the matter

                            Hi, This is regarding my first experience in Olacab on 23rd May. I booked the Ola cab for the trip from my house at Magarpatta city to Pune station at 7 am. I got the promotonal code as well for Rs. 100. I started at sharp 7 am from my place for Pune Railway station which is 10 km distance from Magarpatta city. When i reached Pune station; driver told me that total distance traveled was 21 km. I was completely surprised as driver demanded for Rs. 400. I told that distance is just 10 km, how can you charge this much but he started arguing. I really had such a bad experience in very first travel in Ola cab. Since i was in hurry to catch the train and could not talk to you on your number. Please suggest how can i get my refund the extra amount driver simply took it from me. Ashutosh

                              Hello ola, I'm not at all satisfied with your service. I was charged extra from the actual amount. I noted this after reaching my home. So I called the Customer care to return back the extra amount. They told they'll credit back the amount within 24 hours. I keep calling daily, they keep saying the same words that it will be returned in 24 hours, but till now no amount have been refunded. Highly dissatisfied with ola.

                                Hello OLA, I am highly dissatisfied with the kind o[censored]nsafe trip which my mother and small kinds went through this trip because of the following: - The driver took Rs.700 instead of Rs. 424 - Insulted my parents created nuance at the place at the end of the trip so that he can ask for ransom money of Rs 300 for the ladies - My daughter vomited in the cab due to rush driving by the driver and on the top of it the driver is asking for Rs 300 for cleaning charges - I thnk OLA has appointed “Gundas” as taxi driver (I thought at least my family is reached the destination otherwise the driver would have removed revolver or knife to randsom money from us) Let me explain you the qualities which OLA cab driver has rash driving, shouting at customers, insulting customer, giving wrong information and charging more to customer Thanks for giving such a wonderful ride and probably the last ride with OLA Regards, Anand Bagaria

                                  Hi, I am 1 of the frequent user of Ola cabs(can be verified by seeing booking in name of Nitin, Nishi and Praful). I have repeatedly had bad experience, below are details about the same 1) In last 2-3 days we found ola rate are uncertain as sometimes invoice comes including toll rate and sometime without toll rate. a) 3 days back one of the driver asked double toll as he has to cross toll to pick us up. (Which means paying toll before trip start) b) Once Trip end and invoice came without toll rate then driver called call centre then new invoice came with toll rate. 2) Estimated cab arrival time differ between mobile app and driver call. a) I booked the cab through mobileapp it showed me 12 mins wait time, then driver call me and said he is far away and will reach in 20 mins. And he was very rude while talking. b) Then we called customer care, then executive was also rude and misbehaved instead of coordinating with driver or arranging next cab. 3) Cab booking number showing busy for long a) I was trying to call ola booking number and it was busy for long time. I am send this suggestions/ feedback so that ola quality can be improved and customer should have better experience. Moreover activities of driver and customer care executive should be very closely monitored so that we can avoid any case similar to Uber Delhi. Thanks Nitin [protected]

                                    Hi, I booked 2 sedans using your website (olacabs.com) on Apr 20, for my wife and her colleagues in Kochi to reach airport. Booking Nos: CRN 76880722 & CRN 76882062 Booking date/time: Apr 20, 2015, 11:20 PM Trip date/time: Apr 22, 2015, 6.30 AM Pickup : Chottanikkara Drop: Airport I recd confirmed booking email and SMS from ola 1) As you can see it was a drop to the airport, but the cab drivers (both) refused to come and told us on Apr 22, 5:30 AM, i hour before departure 2) I called up Ola cabs helpline and they said since the pickup location is out of city limits, we cannot help. 3) Ola customer service asked us to try using the Ola APP, but I said that the App was not working properly, on 3G data connection, on mobile phone, it doesn't open up, even if the app opens up, it hangs while trying to find the current location Questions 1) If the pickup location is out of city limits, why did i get the confirmed booking message ? 2) How do you expect the customer to handle this situation when the cab drivers tells us that they can't come AT THE LAST MOMENT. As you can see the time of pickup was early morning 6:30 AM and BOTH drivers refused to come, telling us at 5:30 AM.. How do you expect customer to make alternate arrangement at SUCH AN ODD HOUR ? 3) This is a problem at your end, since if the pickup location was NOT in city limits, you should have denied at the booking itself, but sending me confirmed booking email and SMS and then drivers refusing to ply is DENIAL OF SERVICE OF WORST TYPE In the end, one of the cab driver agreed to come after we said we will pay MORE MONEY But still since we were 8 people, one cab was insufficient and I had to run around in the odd hour to make alternate arrangements How can you deny customer at the last moment, esp when he/she has to reach airport to catch a flight ? I demand : 1) An compensation for the mental frustration caused due to inefficiency of your App 2) Refund of the money I paid as I had to do alternate arrangement at the last moment which costed me more money I am going to escalate & publicise this in social media (twitter, facebook) so that other Ola users are aware of the issues at hand and having a confirmed booking doesn't mean they have a confirmed cab, which is very Ironic Pls escalate this to the Ola management / top level execs, otherwise too they will know once I post this bad experience on social media thanx, deepak

                                      Hi, Yesterday, I had booked an cab for my guest at 3:46 pm. Following are the details of the cab KA51 B7864 Kiran N for CRN85396334. It came to my notice that my guests were charged for the trip, however it has already been charged under my ola money account. As per driver, it did not showed up in his tracking mobile, that its a prepaid trip and he said after the complaint the money will be refunded. I have been trying your complaint number, however its been busy, therefore I am writing through this mode. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Thanks! Santhosh

                                        I booked OLA Cab online from my residence to Ahmedabad Airport and received confirmation through mail and sms. I also got sms containing driver details 10 minutes before pick up time. Just when I tried to call the driver back, I got an sms regarding cancellation 5 minutes before pick up time. I then called customer care through which I got to know that driver himself had cancelled the booking. This is a very irresponsible act by OLA. In the scorching heat of 44 Degrees, I had to look for an auto. Thanks to God that I didnt miss my flight. I request that such type of irresponsible cab services should be immediately withdrawn from big cities like Ahmedabad because this is not the first time by OLA. They have earlier cancelled booking due to inconvenience of driver as he didnt want to cross certain distance
