    My ola money got deducted twice for a single ride. I emailed them many times for this this but they never replied to that. I tried calling them but as usual they kept me on hold for 5-10 mins and everytime they say that it will resolved in 2 hrs or 24 hours. My issues is still pending. I think this wallet system that ecommerce market has created has given them power to deduct any amount for the same. I don't know what to do now. I think government shall take action on them. No transaction shall be made without customers approval through wallet system.
    Hi, I too faced the same problem. For a single ride, I was charged twice from my ola money. I following up on OLA customer support, but they are not giving proper response.

    Please let me know if your issue was addressed by OLA.

    Ola is best cheater brand. 10days ago my ola wallet have 2417rs balance . after 4 5 days i need to bill payment of my sim card . when i go to pay bill by ola money it failed my transaction. When i email to ola money care or call to ola money care they say 0 balance in my ola account . But 2417rs show in my ola wallet . I dont know why ola money say that i have 0rs balance . 3 4 days ago i see another person on this ola page . it also face problem as me . ola cut balance of that person in fake transaction.
    SO my suggestion to never use this FAKE or CHEATER brand.

    NO OLA MONEY

    On the portal http://rsrtc.rajasthan.gov.in/ for online payment new option of OLA Money has been introduced since some times. While payment for the Volvo at 29/04/2016 17:30 from Delhi to Ajmer on 27/04/2016 at 16:56 through OLA money. OLA Money has deducted my amount twice Rs. 1095. I raised the complain with OLA money but I have not got any response so far. Even on Google, one can see such type of fraud for OLA Money is very common. While integrating such company in Govt. infrastructure, OLA money should take its responsibility of consumer satisfaction. I request to look into this grievance and take proper instructions to the department who is responsible for OLA Money integration with payment gateway of http://rsrtc.rajasthan.gov.in/ and I can get my money back. I am also attaching the auto replies from OLA money.. every time I am getting new complain number but no manual action or response on the complain. I have posted this complain to CM Complain registration Cell.

    Driver dint come for pick up

    I booked a cab (dated 1/6/2016)around 6.30 to pick me from office at 7.20. i got a message from ola saying booking is confirmed along with driver's details. driver was not responding to my call and he dint come to pick me at all. finally he has drover car for few kilometers in my name and i got the bill of rs 99.

    Misbehaviour with women

    The driver suddenly stopped the car amidst jungle where passengers were women with two small children who didn't know anything about the place stating the reason that the car is not fit enough to move any further. Instead of helping them he asked them to pay the bill. When they refused to pay he forced them.

    Money not refunded

    We travelled from metro cash and carry kolkata to howrah pilkhana on saturday evening 28th of may vehicle was swift wb04g 6186 driver was mohammed, mobile no: [protected], took 500 rs but didnt refunded balance amount of rs 200 after regular calls he initially promised to refund but later on he refused, request you to look into the matter

      Hi, This is regarding my first experience in Olacab on 23rd May. I booked the Ola cab for the trip from my house at Magarpatta city to Pune station at 7 am. I got the promotonal code as well for Rs. 100. I started at sharp 7 am from my place for Pune Railway station which is 10 km distance from Magarpatta city. When i reached Pune station; driver told me that total distance traveled was 21 km. I was completely surprised as driver demanded for Rs. 400. I told that distance is just 10 km, how can you charge this much but he started arguing. I really had such a bad experience in very first travel in Ola cab. Since i was in hurry to catch the train and could not talk to you on your number. Please suggest how can i get my refund the extra amount driver simply took it from me. Ashutosh

        Hello ola, I'm not at all satisfied with your service. I was charged extra from the actual amount. I noted this after reaching my home. So I called the Customer care to return back the extra amount. They told they'll credit back the amount within 24 hours. I keep calling daily, they keep saying the same words that it will be returned in 24 hours, but till now no amount have been refunded. Highly dissatisfied with ola.

          Hello OLA, I am highly dissatisfied with the kind o[censored]nsafe trip which my mother and small kinds went through this trip because of the following: - The driver took Rs.700 instead of Rs. 424 - Insulted my parents created nuance at the place at the end of the trip so that he can ask for ransom money of Rs 300 for the ladies - My daughter vomited in the cab due to rush driving by the driver and on the top of it the driver is asking for Rs 300 for cleaning charges - I thnk OLA has appointed “Gundas” as taxi driver (I thought at least my family is reached the destination otherwise the driver would have removed revolver or knife to randsom money from us) Let me explain you the qualities which OLA cab driver has rash driving, shouting at customers, insulting customer, giving wrong information and charging more to customer Thanks for giving such a wonderful ride and probably the last ride with OLA Regards, Anand Bagaria

            Hi, I am 1 of the frequent user of Ola cabs(can be verified by seeing booking in name of Nitin, Nishi and Praful). I have repeatedly had bad experience, below are details about the same 1) In last 2-3 days we found ola rate are uncertain as sometimes invoice comes including toll rate and sometime without toll rate. a) 3 days back one of the driver asked double toll as he has to cross toll to pick us up. (Which means paying toll before trip start) b) Once Trip end and invoice came without toll rate then driver called call centre then new invoice came with toll rate. 2) Estimated cab arrival time differ between mobile app and driver call. a) I booked the cab through mobileapp it showed me 12 mins wait time, then driver call me and said he is far away and will reach in 20 mins. And he was very rude while talking. b) Then we called customer care, then executive was also rude and misbehaved instead of coordinating with driver or arranging next cab. 3) Cab booking number showing busy for long a) I was trying to call ola booking number and it was busy for long time. I am send this suggestions/ feedback so that ola quality can be improved and customer should have better experience. Moreover activities of driver and customer care executive should be very closely monitored so that we can avoid any case similar to Uber Delhi. Thanks Nitin [protected]

              Hi, I booked 2 sedans using your website (olacabs.com) on Apr 20, for my wife and her colleagues in Kochi to reach airport. Booking Nos: CRN 76880722 & CRN 76882062 Booking date/time: Apr 20, 2015, 11:20 PM Trip date/time: Apr 22, 2015, 6.30 AM Pickup : Chottanikkara Drop: Airport I recd confirmed booking email and SMS from ola 1) As you can see it was a drop to the airport, but the cab drivers (both) refused to come and told us on Apr 22, 5:30 AM, i hour before departure 2) I called up Ola cabs helpline and they said since the pickup location is out of city limits, we cannot help. 3) Ola customer service asked us to try using the Ola APP, but I said that the App was not working properly, on 3G data connection, on mobile phone, it doesn't open up, even if the app opens up, it hangs while trying to find the current location Questions 1) If the pickup location is out of city limits, why did i get the confirmed booking message ? 2) How do you expect the customer to handle this situation when the cab drivers tells us that they can't come AT THE LAST MOMENT. As you can see the time of pickup was early morning 6:30 AM and BOTH drivers refused to come, telling us at 5:30 AM.. How do you expect customer to make alternate arrangement at SUCH AN ODD HOUR ? 3) This is a problem at your end, since if the pickup location was NOT in city limits, you should have denied at the booking itself, but sending me confirmed booking email and SMS and then drivers refusing to ply is DENIAL OF SERVICE OF WORST TYPE In the end, one of the cab driver agreed to come after we said we will pay MORE MONEY But still since we were 8 people, one cab was insufficient and I had to run around in the odd hour to make alternate arrangements How can you deny customer at the last moment, esp when he/she has to reach airport to catch a flight ? I demand : 1) An compensation for the mental frustration caused due to inefficiency of your App 2) Refund of the money I paid as I had to do alternate arrangement at the last moment which costed me more money I am going to escalate & publicise this in social media (twitter, facebook) so that other Ola users are aware of the issues at hand and having a confirmed booking doesn't mean they have a confirmed cab, which is very Ironic Pls escalate this to the Ola management / top level execs, otherwise too they will know once I post this bad experience on social media thanx, deepak

                Hi, Yesterday, I had booked an cab for my guest at 3:46 pm. Following are the details of the cab KA51 B7864 Kiran N for CRN85396334. It came to my notice that my guests were charged for the trip, however it has already been charged under my ola money account. As per driver, it did not showed up in his tracking mobile, that its a prepaid trip and he said after the complaint the money will be refunded. I have been trying your complaint number, however its been busy, therefore I am writing through this mode. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Thanks! Santhosh

                  I booked OLA Cab online from my residence to Ahmedabad Airport and received confirmation through mail and sms. I also got sms containing driver details 10 minutes before pick up time. Just when I tried to call the driver back, I got an sms regarding cancellation 5 minutes before pick up time. I then called customer care through which I got to know that driver himself had cancelled the booking. This is a very irresponsible act by OLA. In the scorching heat of 44 Degrees, I had to look for an auto. Thanks to God that I didnt miss my flight. I request that such type of irresponsible cab services should be immediately withdrawn from big cities like Ahmedabad because this is not the first time by OLA. They have earlier cancelled booking due to inconvenience of driver as he didnt want to cross certain distance

The driver took all the wrong route and i was overcharged, the ride should have cost me round 200 odd rupees but i was overcharged of 380rs.                         I always prefer uber cabs because ola just pathetic in bangalore as they don't have enough cabs or the courtesy in the call centre employee. Also the condition of cabs are pathetic &old
                        Since i had to do a advance booking so i had to prefer ola
                        But here comes the pathetic service again booking got confirmed one day back
                        Got the cab details
                        Call the driver the driver mobile rings and he disconnects
                        Then again called the driver the number is switched off
                        Now i receive a message saying that your booking is cancelled
                        Then after 30 minutes cc guy calls me thats more pathetic
                        Ultimately had to book uber as usual prompt & pleasing service from uber cabs
                        Tie and again uber have proved that they are far better than ola
                        I can say ola u bunch of stupid sitting in top positions please shut your services in bangalore as you don't know how to run cab services first learn from uber then come to do business
                        Note:- this is not one time experience i am sharing but 5-6 times experience.

                        Please shut your pathetic services in bangalore

                        Also i have ola money i wallet please refund it to my bank as i wan't to discontinue ola permanently

                          Dear OLS Cab Officer, Subject: Harassment of single lady passenger Issue related to my ride This is to bring to your kind notice that we had booked OLA cab for our relative (single lady passenger). Pick address was E 36/10, Phase 2, DRDO Township, CV Raman Nagar, Bangalore - 560093. Drop point was Vivek Marvel Apartments, Nehru Nagar, (near yelahanka) Bengaluru, 560064. After starting the driver took the cab towards Marathahalli, which is in totally opposite direction. He started taking the cab in the service road. Since we had booked the cab from our mobile, we were tracking the cab movement. We got alerted on the suspicious movement. We immediately called the driver and asked for his current location. He told lie that he is going towards the destination. We confronted him, saying that he is going in totally wrong direction. When we told him that we are tracking his movement, then only he told that there was traffic, so he took diversion. He told that he will take the correct route. Even after this he continued to travel in the wrong direction. Then again we called and warned him that he is still going in the wrong direction. Then only he took a U-turn, but by this time he had gone almost 7-8 Km in the wrong direction. Since the single lady passenger was travelling and the distance was quite long, we did not wanted to take a chance with the safety of our relative. We called and told the driver to stop, where ever he is. We told that we will come and explain the route to him, but he should stop the car immediately. We called out relative also and asked her to tell the driver to stop the car on the side at-once. But the driver did not listen to our calls or to the lady passenger’s requests. We kept on calling him and the lady passenger also kept on asking him to stop the car. But the driver did not stop the car. At this point we warned him that we are going to call the police and give his details. The passenger also threatened that she will start screaming for help and will call the police, if he is not stopping the car. After this only the driver stopped the car. We told our relative that we can see cab position on the map and we are coming there in 5 minutes. We asked our relative to get down from the car for her safety measures. But the driver started scolding the lady and told her to pay the fare, so that he can leave her on the road itself and go. He did not allow her to get down. When she told that she will scream, then only he let her get down from the car. We reached the car in next 5 minutes. After reaching there when we asked explanation for his behavior and wrong route, he started speaking in Kannada and did not answer to us in any other language. He closed the trip and ran away. Since we had our OLA Money wallet charged, the fare was deducted from the same and we could not stop the driver to take any action against him. Our relative was shaken with the shock and was not ready to go alone in any other cab or auto. Since she had family urgency, we requested her to board the bus instead of going by cab. Finally she agreed and boarded the bus to Hebbal. Kindly be informed that the point of drop is only 3 Km (approximately) away from the pickup point, where as the trip details were showing 19.9 Km. We request you to kindly take strict action against the driver as early as possible, before any unfortunate incidence happens with any other lady passenger. We also request you to kindly inform us about the action taken or we will be forced to lodge a police complaint. You are also requested to kindly refund the complete amount as the driver took a wrong route, inflated the km travelled, harassed the passenger, left the passenger in between and did not drop to the destination.                             Hello Team, I have booked the ola auto today morning in chennai(Velachery) and the driver name was Manohar D and auto number was TN22BQ7956. After booking the auto man has came to the place we were on the way to that place, he had gave missed call thrice and once we reach within 5minutes after we have booked, the auto man was about to leave from that place as when we about to enquire that we have booked the auto he harshly replied like “How long can I wait and I was waiting for about 15 minutes. So I cancelled the auto request like that.” I never expected such a behavior from your staff. I hope you will consider this seriously and take appropriate action.

                              I booked a Ola Mini cab on 13th May, 2015 at around 12:30 AM, but the driver never turned up and 80 Ola Money was deducted fro my account ([protected]). I lodged around 15th May, 2015 but nothing has been done till yet. I have called their customer care more than 20 times but no steps have been taken from their side. Their Support staff repeats the same thing every day that your money will be refunded by the day end. Pleas look into it.

                                Hello Sir/Madam, I booked a cab through my account for a friend on 20th May 2015 from Electronic City to the airport. My friend informed the driver not to cut from the ola money and gave him the complete amount of Rs.1127 in cash. I see that despite of the request from my friend there was money deduction of Rs. 1000 from my ola money account. Could you kindly please revert the Rs.1000 back into my account?                                   I booked the cab for 7.30pm on may 21st to go the railway station but the driver arrived half an hour late. If i had waited for him i would have missed my train. He called me when i reached the railway station and said that there would be a 100% cancellation fee. Why should i pay the cancellation fee if the driver cant make it on time.                                       I am writing on behalf of my relativies Mr. Munaf Kadar. We have already complained on your customer care for the travel today for Booking ID: 84442201 and provided details to “IQBAL”. We had worst experience with OLA Cab Service and their saftey. Instead of immediate action againest the driver, we need to pay unneccessary more more. Here is the brief details in mail. We booked the OLA cab from “tirumala theater agara” to “Dasarahalli” at 7 AM. We took OLA cab because we have admission process for our children and want to reach early at 8 PM. Cab driver started and took logest root from K.R. Puram (35 KM) instead of M.G. Road (21 KM) to earn more money. The child sitting in front sit, was not feeling well and did vomit because of rush driving outside the cab. Again he felt for vomiting and driver didn’t stopped immediately and he did outside the window because of that only some drops of vomiting were on cab outside the door which they cleaned up using water properly. Driver stopped in middle near to K.R. Puram and started using rough language and also was trying to beat the them. He also also abusing the them and started asking money for the clean up charges for 500 and didn’t drop to the destination. I called to customer care and talked with “IQBAL” regarding that he convinced to him to take 200 rupees for clean up charges and 300 rupees for half journey for longest root = 500 which is not valid. Instead of taking legal action on them immediately. It's not his fault but the company who doesn't provide enough authority to do the action to them. We paid because we want to go for the legal action instead of fighting with abusing guy. “IQBAL” had booked another cab and they started to reach their destination and paid other money. Here, the main points for which we suffer a lot. 1) Customer didn’t reach to their destination and may get problem for the admission process. We have used the OLA cab for safe journey and faced lots of problem. 2) We paid 800 rupees. 300 = Half longest root 200 = Clean up charges 300 (approx.) = Reaming Half longest root Who is the actual reason for this money? We didn't get the answer for the money which we had paid extra because of driver(OLACab company) fault. 3) Driver abused to the whole family and try beat them on the road. Who’s going to pay for that? 4) If someone is ill/pregnant then Driver responsibility is to reach them safely. Instead here, he did rush driving and didn’t stopped immediately and created health problem. Then where is safety with OLA cab. We want legal action and want to go the end till we will not satisfied and implemented in your policy.

                                        Hi, This is inform Ola Cab service that today I had money cum time loss because of wrong communication fro customer service executives. I had booked a cab - Booking No - CRN84272415.After entering cab at 1.45, I have been trying to recharge Ola cab through App which was not working.Since I had not taken my wallet, after reaching around midway I called Ola customer care, in which guy informed me there was some problems with server and assured me that it would work within 15 minutes.I had clearly informed him my condition, since I didnt have cash with me, and he gave total assurance that it would work so I went ahead.After reaching destination after 15 mins, still I couldnt recharge Ola money.I called up customer care and a lady informed me that ", after recharging ola money, it would take 8 hours to reflect in App ".So there is no point in trying to recharge Ola money and asked me to pay by cash. If this is the case, why didnt the previous guy didnt inform me before.I could have easily returned home and take wallet . And I wanted to know "is the timeframe which she mentioned is correct ? I missed an Important meeting because of this since after reaching destination, I had to travel all the way back home to take money to give driver. I have never faced such a absurd comments from customer care, instead of helping me, they just put me in trouble by giving false assurance. I hope proper action would be taken.
