I have booked cab, though i didnt informed or got pop up saying "extra charges per minute" They charged extra 60 Rs apart from tariff. Then i called customer care, here is a SUPPORT TEAM DID call 1 = talked for 12 mins, put on hold for 6 mins & they cut the call call 2 = talked for 15 mins put the call on hold & cut the call call 3 = 10 mins, CUT the call call 4 = Talked for 30 mins & said loded complaint on all ABOVE ISSUES and SAID, Complaint is sent through MAIL till now i have not recieved ANY MAIL WORST CAB in the world. dont choose OLA. SCRAP Today i called again and spoke with customer care for 1 Hour. No complaint recieved.

    Hello Team, I am writing this email from Utter frustration and pain.Yesterday I booked the CAB with CRN81711584 by calling customer care. I made very clear that I want the CAB on time as I had an early flight to catch. The CAB was supposed to come at 1:45 PM. One of the driver assigned, called me and told me that He is on M.G road and he just can't come to pick me up. He was speaking very rudely and he told me to initiate the cancel request. I called up the customer care and told the same story. They told me that there is no driver assigned to you( I AM STILL WONDERING HOW DID I RECEIVE THE MESSAGE AND CALL FROM OLA DRIVER) and they will send me the details of DRIVER 30 minutes before the RIDE. I again told them to keep this on track as it was urgent for me. I got the message at 1:15PM with driver details. The driver called me and showed disinterest to come and pick me up. I told him that I need to go to Airport on which he said that he would come to pick me up in another 20 mins. I waited and gave him multiple calls for which he didn't reply. Then he called me and told me that he is on his way and asked me to wait(very rudely). As I was out of option, I waited for him and finally I received an message saying that my trip has ended and my bill is Rs 540(Below Email). I called him up and his phone was switched off. I panicked and somehow I reached Hebbal to pick the bus. I reached airport late by 30 min of my reporting time and I missed my flight. I was so frustrated that I wanted to call you guys and throw a case against you for harassing general public with your utter nonsense driver. The customer care group says that we give preference to Airport drives and this is what you do, I had to re book the flight which cost me 3K more. Are you guys going to reimburse the same? What about the frustration and tension I went through in this whole process. I believe you guys are just minting and money and don't give a about customer satisfaction. I will go to whatever level possible(Social media/Consumer Court) to escalate this if you guys are not compensating me. Please counsel your drivers as in how to talk to customers, we are the one who are paying them.

      This driver kept his phone as unreachable and left when i was just 15mins late. However I have mentioned that I maybe late a bit. His way of talking was very bad. Please take actions. I will also give bad feedback for OLA everywhere possible if no actions are taken against this driver. I needed it on emergency basis and that driver left without giving me a call driver KALYAN JHA ([protected]) for CRN 81718819. White Maruti swift dezire WB 23 D 1818 to pick up @ 8:15 PM, 11May I am a frequent traveler of OLA, but after this incident I may have to think again before booking an OLA cab. After the driver left, I immediately attempted for another ride, but there was no cabs available at that time till 12 AM. I was 15 mins late as I was stuck in traffic, I explained that to the driver.I really required it on an urgent basis yesterday, and I was really angered by the driver due to his stubborn behavior and attitude. This was not expected from such a good cab service like Ola. I requested him to come back to the same location when his message came that he cancelled the ride, but he did not even listened and he said that I am most welcome to take any actions against him, he doesn't care. He said this as if he the CEO of OLA. I was even ready to give him extra waiting charge in addition to the waiting cost, as I really needed the ride urgently. I am really going to take action against and circulate my feedback through social media & other medium, iff he doesn't apologize.

        I have been getting many fraudulent invoices (for fraudulent bookings) from Olacabs since first week of April 2015. In reply to my complaint, Vraj sheth, customer service executive, OLA cabs (Vraj Pratikkumar <vraj.[protected]@olacabs.com) wrote the following apology letter on April 8, 2015: "it was really shocking that you hav recieved a mail / invoice regarding the ride which you havent ever done . I myself Mr. Vraj Pratikkumar Sheth (customer service executive) at olacabs feel really sorry for the inconvineincy created as it was the mistake from our executive in writting down the correct email id of the customer." Despite the above apology letter, I still keep receiving fraudulent fraudulent invoices (for fraudulent bookings) from Olacabs. Today 2 fraudulent invoices have arrived so far. Can anyone help to stop this constant nuisance? Thanks. PS: All emails to Vraj Pratikkumar <vraj.[protected]@olacabs.com are bouncing!

            Hi there, I introduce myself as Neha Gupta. My contact number is [protected]. I had booked an OLA cab today. The booking number was CRN82197782. The driver's name was Abdhesh Kumar (ph: [protected]) and he was driving a white Tata Indica with the registration number UP16 BT 9299. The pickup time was 8:45 am and the pickup location was Ramprastha Greens, Vaishali. We were told by the driver that the cab will reach us in 15 minutes. However, when he didn't reach us on time, we called him up. He said he would take another 24 minutes. We were getting late for work, so cancelled the booking and decided to take our own car. We were about to start our journey when we got a call from the driver, who said that he would reach us in 5 minutes. We thought that considering the driver has already reached, it won't be fair with him if we ask him to leave, so decided to take his cab. When we got into the cab, we told the driver that we had cancelled this booking, so he would have to reactivate it. The driver said that he had not got any message regarding the cancellation. He slowly drove the cab, while speaking to the customer care regarding the booking. We had moved about 1 km from our pickup location, when he stopped to continue speak on the phone regarding this confusion over the booking. Meanwhile, he started getting messages for some other booking and we started getting messages with some other cab details, though we had not booked any other cab. The driver continued to speak over the phone. We were already late, so asked him to drop us back at our pickup location. He bluntly refused to do so and asked us to get off on the road. We were accompanied by a 2-year-old child, but he did not pay any heed to it. He said I've seen thousands like you, it's my car and I refuse to go where you want me to go.               Hi, I have made the a booking and following are details :driver INDRA BHAN SINGH ([protected]) for CRN 82029784. White Wagonr HR 38 T 1328 to pick you up @ 5:30 AM, 12May. Driver called me up at 4:45 am and confirmed the address. But after that driver stopped picking my call and not arrived at my destination . I have called on OLA customer care no., their executive put my call on hold for 10 min and disconnected my call without giving any response . I have called 4 times at your customer care no. And then I got new cab details but new pickup time was 5:50 am . Finally I got the cab at 5:50 am but I missed my train. I was going for an urgent official meeting and it causes a huge loss to me.                 I had booked a cab on April 11th, 2015, prior a day for April 12th, 2015 at 6 PM from Wonderla Amusement Park, and went there with my two more female friends. This is verysad to tell you that there was no prior initimation from Ola team that they do not provide service to that area and left us alone and helpless there so far from the city that too knowing the fact that the booking was done by a female and it was very obvious by the name. Booking CRN no. is 74654342 After all I sent them email for this and in lieu of all this they rechared my Ola account with Rs. 300 to compensate their pathetic services and mistakes, but i am not at all satisfied with this as they left three females alone in the outskirts of the city, but there has not been any satisfactory response from them. So I am writing this email as a complaint against them.

The driver took a little longer route, giving reason of traffic. While booking on phone, we were informed that the driver will take us in whatever route we prefer. 03. Ride time charge is unfair, please explain ?? 04. The change in base rate was not informed. 05. When the demand is high, you must make alternative arrangements so that everybody can avail the cabs, instead of burdening the customer with peak time charges which is not customer friendly. We hope that the same would be explained & rectified.

                    I made a booking with OLA cabs via their customer care on 26th April at 12:45 PM for my journey on 27th April 04:00 AM from Kilpauk to Chennai Airport. I received the confirmation SMS from OLA immediately with CRN78195050. I called them in person on the same day at 22:00PM & confirmed my booking for the next morning. I again called them on 27th early morning 03:00AM & asked them to send driver's number & they too had sent it at 03:30AM saying driver is VIGNESH K (Mob.No. [protected]) Silver Tata Indica TN22BS3501. The driver called within a minute & asked for the drop place at 03:34AM and within a minute, I received a SMS from OLA saying that they regret to inform the cancellation of my booking as they are unable to find a cab near my pickup place. Driver started cutting my calls & the person at customer care started to repeat the same statement again and again. It was totally disgusting to be a victim of their irresponsible services. I don't understand how they dare to behave so idiotic at such an odd hour expecting me to find some other mean of travel to catch the flight.

                      I have been using ola cabs almost daily for the past 2 weeks, and just today had a look at the break up of the invoice emailed to me. 1) I have been paying for toll in cash at the sea link, however the driver has been charging me 60 rupees additionally on my bill. 2) There seem to be some exorbitant waiting times mentioned on the bill, which are not all true. Today for instance, the cab driver was 10 minutes late because he went to fill diesel and he levies a 16 minute waiting charge on the final bill! I was the one waiting for him to arrive not the other way around. On top of this they are charging peak fares. I am very disgusted with this service, and if not rectified i will take up this matter publically.

                        I registered with ola cab with my email id and credited the account with 2000 Rs but did not add my mobile number. So while booking, the site asked for mobile number but could not add because some stupid error was displaying that this number is already registered. When I see my ola profile, there is no phone number attached. I called them, mailed them. They are neither responding nor resolving this issue. It happened 2 months back and I am not able to book ride since then. I asked them to refund my whole amount. They are absolutely doing nothing at all. I want my money back.

                          Dear Sir ! My wife called up Ola Cab Mangalore at evening 09 May for a drop from coast guard officers mess to sridevi engineering collage. they told that there is no advance booking and directed to call at 0615 hrs on 10 may. when she called up at 0610 hrs on 10 may they told that vehicle cannot be provided. I, called up ola cab at 0552 hrs on 10 may for the same requirement. The operator(male) told me that there is no advance booking and I will get the vehicle and asked me to call at 0645 hrs. I called up 0645, 0650, 0652, 0653, 0654, 0656 and 0657. Finally call was attended at 0657 by a lady operator and informed that all booking up to 1200 hrs are full and vehicle cannot be provided. Request intimate following:- (a) If you cannot provide vehicle why it was not informed when we called up at PM 09 May?? (b) How all vehicle can get booked up to 1200 hrs full from 0552(when I called first time and agreed to provide vehicle) to 0657(when second call was attended by them)?? Request ensure that your operator must inform if you cannot provide vehicle as per the requirement. Please do not keep the customer in panic till last movement and finally not providing the vehicle.                             I was charged Rs1 for entire ride time. Why I am pissed off is that 1) On app it is mentioned that "Ride time charges - Traffic wait is chargeable - Rs1/minute" but It was not mentioned that it is for entire duration 2) I am already paying per km charges for using your cab then why do you charge me additional "Ride Time" charges? Just to sit in cab? Do you really expect me to book a cab and then not ride in it?

                              As discussed with one of your customer support executives, I was told that 50% amount of this invoice will be refunded back to my Ola money. This was happened due to the poor cab provided which require maintenance, cab driver was abusing in front of the lady passenger on top of it taxi was booked under my name and driver already picked one passenger other than us which was a stranger, when I complaint he de-boarded that stranger on mid way and did rash driving when even he was told that lady passenger is pregnant. I have sent few emails but did not get the resolution yet.

                                Dear Sir, Complaint against OLA is given below: For above booking ID I was informed over sms that I got a free upgrade and vehicle TN10 T1678 will pick me up.The driver called and reached my residence.In the mean time I had a call from another driver TN02 AF3110 and asked where he should come. I told him already a vehicle has come. Then I get a sms that you regret that the booking is cancelled and you first car was also missing from the scene. Repeated calls to his number was of no avail. From this episode, it appears to me that you have asked another driver to attend to me in the last minute and asked the earlier driver to go for some other pick up.You did not also inform me accordingly.I had to take a auto to meet my schedules. The above is highly unprofessional of your organization and does not give any feeling of trust. You have been highly opportunistic and not trust worthy.Can you explain why such a thing has been done by your team.

                                  I booked the Match day ride on 10 May 2015 for the IPL Match#46 through OLA cab App. I got the confirmation msg and the driver details as well, but when I called the driver, I just couldn't believe the reply from him. The reply was like this way; " The same ticket is booked by 6 different users and I am not sure to whom should I give it as there is no confirmation from the OLA team to me." And later when I called him I got the reply; " I was told to not give this ticket anyone as we dont have any tickets. This kind of technical issues is not expected from OLA. Please do necessary actions to resolve it.

                                    Morning 9-May-2015 took a ola cab from railway station to vidyrarnyapura. Since I was with my parents and there was luggages with one big suitcase I asked the driver to come to the place where we were standing. After much altercation driver came to the place where w were standing and started shouting and yelling at me that I wasting his time and energy just calling him repeatedly. Altercation went on for 10 minutes. I was taken away by the extreme rude behaviour. What kind of drivers you guys hire, is this the way adriver behaves with the customer and he looked dangerous with his high tone completely dominating us. This is not acceptable. Driver's name is natarajan. Request you to sack this person. I do not want any other person face the same problem as me.

                                      Hi, Herewith I am attaching the screen shots related to fraud from OLA Cabs with respect to invoice sent by OLA as well as per the apps Ride details from my mobile is as below. Even I had the discussion with one of the customer support executive at 7.14 am (May 6, 2015) for 12 mins, she told that in her system it is showing that ride time is showing as 18 mins. Also she told that it has been charged as Sudan vehicle charges. However as per OLA tariff if we calculate it is as below: TOTAL DISTANCE: 9.76 km TOTAL RIDE TIME : 18.00 mins Base fare for 2 km: ₹ Rs.49.00 Rate for 7.76 km: ₹ Rs.93.12 Free ride time (5 min) ₹ Rs.00.00 Ride time charge for 13 mins: ₹Rs.13.00 [protected][protected][protected] Total Fare Rs.155.12 Which is similar to the fare shown in cab driver's mobile app, Driver details as below; Name : Akshay Kumar Tik Mobile No.: [protected] Vehicle No.: MH45 8204 (White Tata Indica) Note: My Complaint No. 1877478 INVOICE NO.                                         Respected Sir, I would like to draw your attention to my booking made at 8:47p. from my Ola App, it was confirmed CRN 81321909, Driver Name- HINDU SINGH (Phone Number [protected]) and Car Number RJ 19 TA 6418 who arrived outside my theatre from where he was supposed to pick me up and drop me to my destination - National Law University located in Mandore which is on the outskirts of Jodhpur 17-18 kilometres from my pick up. This particular Mr. Hindu Singh informed that he cannot drop us at the middle of the night bcause he would not get a pick up from my destination at this odd hour. There was no prior intimation of refusal until I met the driver- Mr. HINDU SINGH. At this point I was forced to book another cab CRN 81362549, Driver Name Karunanidhi (Phone Number [protected]). He seemed to arrive in 10 mins. He too was convinced and persuaded by Mr. HINDU SINGH as to the consequences of not getting a pick up and therefore Mr. Karunanidhi too refused because it apparently wasnt "profitable" and that Mandore did not fall within the territory of Jodhpur. I approached the call centre after the SECOND refusal. The call centre happened to book a sedan belonging to MR. HINDU SINGH with the same above particulars (Car Number: RJ 19 TA 6418) who happened to refuse yet again, a THIRD TIME, at 12; 15 in the night. THIS TIME HE MISBEHAVED ON THE TELEPHONE. I happend to call the Call centre a repeated fourth time for assistance, who were ind enough to book me a confirmed CRN 81364489, Driver Name- Mr. MAHENDRA SINGH CHANGAL ([protected]), Car Number- RJ 19 TA 3434 at 12:18a.m who refused ab initio and was pretty disrespectful asking us not to wait. By this time it was 12:30 and i was accompanying a female friend and there were genuine safety issues besides the lack of availability of transport. Upon a FOURTH REFUSAL, i called the call centre A 5th Time.. to which they again booked me Mr. MAHENDRA SINGH CHANGAL RJ 19 TA 3434 at 12:20 a, m who called me up on my number and blasted me for calling the call centre and that he would not drive becuase it was apparently his wish not to at that odd hour of the night, so I shouldnt waste my time waiting for his arrival, which i would Like to point out that this was THE FIFTH REFUSAL in a span of 45 minutes (11;46-12:28) with REPEATED MISBEHAVIOUR FROM THE DRIVERS. After which the call centre on the SIXTH call, happened to help me with Mr. PUKH RAJ CRN[protected]Car Number RJ 19 TA 6338, WHO HAPPENED TO DROP US TO OUR DESTINATION. I am indeed grateful to Mr. PUKH RAJ and the call centre for repeated assistance. However, I write this complaint and I DEMAND STRICT ACTION AT THE EARLIEST against Mr. MAHENDRA SINGH CHANGAL and MR. HINDU SINGH, who were genuinely disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope your agency understands the safety concern of women travelling a night and the massive inconvenience and panic created to me and my companion. I also hope you appreciate that such misbehaviour cannot be tolerated. I believe a cab service is only helpful because of its accessibility. I however would like to appreciate that Ola Cabs have done a fabulous job in National law University Jodhpur, but such INCONVENIENCE and MISBEHAVIOUR shall really go down as bad reputation from a group of students who actually rely on your brand in Jodhpur and other places of India. Therefore, I WOULD LIKE TO BE UPDATED on the action taken on behalf of your agency against MR. MAHENDRA SINGH CHANGAL and MR. HINDU SINGH at the earliest. I seek your co-operation and speedy assistance in this matter. Looking forward to your response.
