I booked an Ola mini cab for traveling a distance of 10.53 Km and according to Ola, I am supposed to pay Rs. 80.00 for the first 4 Km an then Rs.10.00 for ever kilometre after. Considering these charges including the tax I am supposed to pay for the above mentioned distance an approximate of Rs.150.00 In this case for the first time, I have been charged Rs. 34.00 extra in the form of ride time charges. Which is calculate at Rs. 1.00 for every minute of the journey where the first 5 minutes are free. I brought this to the notice of the Ola support team and all they wanted to tell me is how they charge. If this is the case, what is the difference between Ola which is a reputed taxi service provider and an independent auto driver who charges his customers as he pleases? It simply is not logical by a taxi operator to charge its customers on the basis of distance and time unless the time that is being charged is in the form of waiting charges. I humbly request the members of the forum to help me out with the same. It is not about the Rs.34.00 that I have paid Ola that irritates me, but the way they have taken the same. Justice needs to be served for people who use their service on a regular basis from this looting.

    At 15/05/2015 i booked a OlA cab [CRN83070938 White Tata indigo WB 04 G 2736] from kolkata Apollo Hospital. Previously i am using their service from chennai from february 2015. I am 100% satisfied with their services. All the previous cab i used only for my brother who is a liver transplant patient & each n every time i used to say before starting that please took time but drive carefully & each n every time driver cooperate with us more than 100%. On 15th also i repeat the same, but driver is continuously driving without noticing the bumper & from 0 he is picking the speed to 50-60 km/hr. Again i ask him that we r not in hurry but please drive consciously, he replied i can't. I told him the situation in detail that my brother is a patient please consider the situation. Now he replied rudely that i cannot drive more with a patient, step down from my car right now & the attitude is very very very rude. I said I am using OLA cab on regular basis but never face this type of problem, then what is the difference between normal taxi with OLA? He replied in bengali "Ami kono OLA r tabedarite kaaj kori na..." I told him that i am not leaving anywhere though my brother is a post liver transplant patient & he cannot stand at pollution full roadside for another cab. He stop the car at roadside & stop the AC also. I asked him to start the AC & after behaving abnormally rude he started the AC but didnot start the cab. My brother with musk stepping down from the car saying enough is enough. At that time i call Ola cab customer care & while i describing the situation they handover the call to another person & line disconnect. Suddenly Mr. Bechu call OLA & saying over telephone twisting the situation & after some seconds he started the cab driving slowly & saying over telephone that see my speed sir... track my speed i am driving slowly but the party is blaming me. So lying he is over telephone. While i asked him that why r u lying, he again threat me that i cannot move any more you took another cab, my sister contentiously requesting him that please don't do that, please reach us at home[though we are bound with a post liver transplant patient[Liver transplant done at Apollo Chennai on 25thy of February 2015]]. After reaching destination I called OLA, in the mean time he using slang saying about us to the caretaker. Though he is behaving like a street boy & using slang i paid the amount but OLA told me that they are taking it as a complain & i will receive a mail with complaint number in my mail id. TILL NOW I DIDNOT RECIEVE ANY MAIL REGARDING THAT COMPLAIN. PLEASE DO TAKE A NEEDFUL ACTION WITH THAT DRIVER Mr. BECHU KHAN.

      I raised a concern with regards to my travel last week. Reminders after reminders yet no reply from the support team. Is this the way you treat your customers?? And this isn't the first time, last month I had an issue with this cab services and they resolved it in 24 hours. And I was my fault to trust someone the second time. Deepthi K

        Dear Team Very Good Morning I have booked the cab on 17/05/2015 morning at 9 AM. The driver came late and the car seat was shabby. When I asked the driver he said this is what can be done and started abusing me in front of my house. He was ruthless and challenged me to complain to any level. He used ruthless words and my family was embarrassed. This has lead to me in mental agony and deeply stressed, Confirmed CRN 83378660 for your reference. I don't know the name of the driver and would demand an apology letter from your side.

          I have booked ola cab on[protected]ref no.[protected]cab no.javed shaikh-mh 12 kn 3485) Cab was expected to reach at my place 19.27..but at 19.25 driver switch of the phone and customer care opolizes on this incidence.i have to catch train at 20.40 and at final time ola denied to give service...customer care person ask me to waith form mre 20 minuts more where as i have to rush railway station before 20.20pm... I must say a worst commitment...the hight is, suddenly a massage arrived to me that on my request of ride is cancelled(ref no.[protected] on my request...??????? great service..i will reccomend to every body dont use ola cab...

            i ordered a cab from pune on 16/05/2015 from my mobile phone, but the agent who picked my call said he will not book any cabs for me as the quota was full for mobile bookings and I need to use my apps to book it. when i went to book one with the help of the app, the app also did not work.

              I had booked a cab for my parents as they had to reach bus stand by 2240 hrs.but the stupid cab driver didn't come till 2235 hrs, when i called him he irresponsibly said that the tyre of his cab is punctured and he will be only be coming after it is fixed...i called at customer support, they offered to send me a new cab in 15 mins, however the departure time of BUS was only after 10 mins...with no options left i hired a local rikshaw and somehow my parents reached on time...OLA sucks.

                the drivers won't even pick up the call. Look I have my grandparents who are in need of cab, how dare the drivers don't answer the call when the aged people call? Huh? And when we say the drop point those can't come they say book another driver and in last minute when we are in hurry how are we supposed to cancel ride and book another driver? Please look into it. You cant have degenerated drivers in your company.

                  Hello, This is to bring to your notice the situation happened when I traveled by the Ola cab on last Thursday in Bangalore. I booked a Ola cab for traveling from pick up point (Bageecha, 42/3, Airport to Whitefield Road, Marathahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka) to my home (PURVA PARK APARTMENTS, Jeevanhalli, Cox Town, Bengaluru, Karnataka). The booking CRN is 82857538. When I got into the Cab, I asked the driver to start the meter. However, he told me that he already has started the meter when I was getting into the car. Ideally, the driver asks the passenger before starting the meter, which he did not. However, I believed the driver and traveled to my destination. When I reached my home and bill was generated, the amount to be paid was Rs. 286. Now, the maximum distance possible between the two aforesaid location is Max 13 Kms (attachment of the google maps given). However, the distance was recorded as 19.53 KM!! My traveled time was approx. 45 minutes. I tracked the time when the driver called me up (9:43 PM) (attachment given) when he reached the pick up spot and time when I reached my destination. However, travel time in the receipt was 55 minutes. Also, pick up time as per the invoice is 9:37 PM, which proved that driver started the meter even before picking me up. Moreover, the car waited in the traffic at very few locations. However, the waiting time as per the receipt was 15 minutes!! So, I should have paid the following amount: First 4 KM: Rs 80 Next 9 KM: 10 * 9 = Rs. 90 Travel time: (45 min - 5 min free ride) = 40 X 1 = Rs. 40 Total = Rs. 210 However, I ended up paying Rs 286. So, I hereby sincerely ask you to look into it and pay back the differential amount (Rs. 76). I and my acquaintances have a high respect for kind of the service Ola provides to its customers. Please ensure it does not get hurt because of incident like this. Please refer to 3 attachments for more info.

                    This is Barry Thomas from kolkata and I had booked a cab on the night of 12th May 2015...I booked an OLA CAB to pick me up from new Alipore kolkata. The driver SANJIT KUMAR VERMA driving a White Maruti Swift Dzire WB 11 C 5876 refused to pick me up after calling me up and saying that he will not come. My CRN82364906...I was later on given another cab after I yelled at customer service. I want a complaint registered against this driver as I had a small baby along with me at that part of the nite.

                      With reference to the captioned subject i would like to inform you that my few rides with #OLA were never been fruitful as per my wish, Herewith mentioned below few references codes 1) CRN81117306 2) KRN12935763 3) KRN 13139825 4) KRN13185261 I would like to explain in detail the hazel stories that took place recently 1) CRN81117306 : I had book this ride on 8th May (FRIDAY), 2015 @5.00AM & I got an instant confirmation from #OLA with driver details. I tried reaching him from 5.15AM, the driver informed me that he would reach my place within 10mins i, e 5.25AM. Again i tried reaching driver @5.30AM driver says he is having tea and would take 5mins to reach my place. I could not control my anger I repeatedly called driver from 5.35-5.45AM there were no response from him, As I was getting delay to the airport it was difficult to arrange an alternate. However, I was glad that immediately I could find an alternate from other services. I brought this issue to the customer care immediately. Till now there is no action taken against CRN81117306. I have stressed very much against this wherein I could say mentally disturbed and would like to file in consumer forum pertaining to CRN81117306. 2) KRN12935763: I had booked this ride on 12th May, 2015 (Tuesday) driver says he not closer to my place and he cancelled the drive. I request you to kindly educate/training the auto drivers properly. 3) KRN 13139825 : I had booked this ride on 13th May, 2015 (Wednesday) driver called me and asked me the dropping point and smartly says he is far away from my destination and he himself cancelled the ride without any proper communication. I ended up finding alternate services and reach my destination. I request you again to trainee them to perfection. As I believe “TIME IS MONEY” the pain is extracting too long, 4) KRN13185261: Finally fourth ride in a row, I booked this ride today i.e 14th May, 2015. The driver says he is very far from the location and however I yelled him saying why did you attend my ride? Then apologized and said however I would attend your ride. After few mins driver says his vehicle is in problem and could not attend in time. Overall the four drives lost trust with #OLA. ONLY PAIN AND NO GAIN Final conclusion, I demand an proper explanation to my quires raised and action taken immediately or within 24hrs. Failing which I will take an legal opinion and file case in consumer forum and an compensation should be certain. Do feel free to call me on +[protected].

                        This is Akhil(Mob:[protected]) writing from Bangalore. This is to inform you that last day(16th May) I had a very terrible experience with one of your OLA cab drivers . The driver was very rude, he was rude enough to abuse my female colleagues . The incident took place 9.18 p.m yesterday 15/5/2015. When we four o[censored]s thought to hire an OLA cab . Since female colleagues in my team was from Karnataka they talked the OLA cab driver for specifying our location and told him our pick up point.But the driver was so arrogant that he said he wont come to that place, instead he ask us to come to the place where he stands. we hired this guy and its his responsibility to pick us from the location mentioned. This indecent behavior of that driver made us to hire another cab. But that time this OLA cab driver called these girl back and started abusing them.That driver used un parliamentary words which no females can with stand. This behavior is totally unacceptable and we are planing to file a police complaint against the driver. Request you to take the adequate action against the driver. We had been using OLA cab for past few months, service which you guys are providing in Bangalore is highly appreciate. You have to look into the above mentioned case seriously, since these are the persons who are really damaging the brand name of OLA. Hope that this complaint will be treated properly.                           I booked a Ola cab on 10th april early morning. A message was recieved to me as follows: Say Ola to your driver MANJEET ([protected]) for CRN81669831. White Santro HR 69 A 4282 to pick you up @ 5:37 AM, 10May. A different car came to pck me up I got a call from number stating that white color accent(sedan car..i dont remember which car exactly) is waiting at some location. I sat just only bcoz he was waiting for guy named Nishant(me). I want to bring this into notice that something bad might have happend and got very disappointed to what ola did. Take a action against this though i reached my destination safely. Car number that came to pick me up was different that was mentioned in message. I noticed the car type and number is different when i was in car. I saw car number on the front glass.
                          whn I log in with my cell I'm finding a difficuilty to book a cab telling like ur no is not exceeding I wnt my no to make possible fr the cab booking

                            I Kishor Jashnani giving complaint for Ola cab service. My today's Ola cabs invoice No. CRN82810979 Dt. 15/5/15, Pick up time 9:05 am driver did not reach on time. He did not have the mobile number, Pick up details, He shouted on me that, " he was not come for pick up." This service we got from Ola.

                              I book cab on may 04th & 14th. we travel local route only but OLA charge rs. 30 for toll charges, but there is no toll. we travel local city i already complaint this issue but no body take response for this. and also this is second time they make rs 30 toll charges. here i attach my both CRN numbers CRN 82707248 & CRN 80147733 both time i not getting my refund. single Paise also money know.

                                Ola cabs are the worst and irresponsible cab services I have ever used . MY CRN Number is[protected]. I had booked Ola Cabs for 30th April(mid night 11:30 pm). That day was auto strike in Banaglore .I had booked the cab one day prior and asked repeatedly if they are working incase the are supporting the strike. and they said we are working and cabs will be available on time . By 11 pm i called them up to ask about driver details .they sent me the message after that .Then the driver called us and enquired reg the pick up and Destination .(From Vignan Nagar to bangalore Cantonment). he said will confirm as it very far from his current location and asked us to check with Ola cabs . I repetaedly called Ola cabs ..but they didnt pick my call and keet sending me message that i have to contact driver . Bloody persons @ night 12 pm on an auto strike day where the hell would i get an alternate booking .I had provided the pick up and destination details while booking one day prior . Why didn't they see that . An alone girl at night 12 pm where do u people expect me to go and find a taxi .and in case u had to cancel it why did u do it at last moment in 30 mins i had my train .and they don't have a minimum responsibility of informing also that we are not able to provide the cab ...Nonsense till date i am calling those people till date but they dont pick the call rather keep sending me same message of contact the driver .. I want a legal action to be taken aginst these People .I have suffered like Hell .For the monetray loss and mentall harassment caused due to these people 's so called service .

                                  Hi, I had a very bad experience from Ola cab service on last Monday, 11/05/2015. I have booked a cab for traveling from Singasandra to ITPL, bangalore. I have received confirmation SMS, even i called the driver for explaining the route. Finally he has come to the building, he had some confusion about the building. We had a conversation and I asked him to wait for 5 minutes, so that I can go and take my stuff. Later once I returned, the cab was not there. When I called he was not picking the call. Later I connected with him, his answer was rude, irresponsible. Simply was saying, he got another trip and if I have any complaint I can reach customer care. It was clear that he didnt want to travel to ITPL, because it happened with me before also. When i tried to reach customer care, no where its connecting. I was trying almost 1 hour and got connected to customer care. Mean time, I got alert saying trip completed and the amount got deducted from my OLA account. When I explained all these to the OLA customer, executive was not believing first. Later informed me saying money going to refunded and action going to be taken against the driver. Now its more than 24 hours, till now neither update nor money got refunded.                                     I have booked cab, though i didnt informed or got pop up saying "extra charges per minute" They charged extra 60 Rs apart from tariff. Then i called customer care, here is a SUPPORT TEAM DID call 1 = talked for 12 mins, put on hold for 6 mins & they cut the call call 2 = talked for 15 mins put the call on hold & cut the call call 3 = 10 mins, CUT the call call 4 = Talked for 30 mins & said loded complaint on all ABOVE ISSUES and SAID, Complaint is sent through MAIL till now i have not recieved ANY MAIL WORST CAB in the world. dont choose OLA. SCRAP Today i called again and spoke with customer care for 1 Hour. No complaint recieved.

                                      Hello Team, I am writing this email from Utter frustration and pain.Yesterday I booked the CAB with CRN81711584 by calling customer care. I made very clear that I want the CAB on time as I had an early flight to catch. The CAB was supposed to come at 1:45 PM. One of the driver assigned, called me and told me that He is on M.G road and he just can't come to pick me up. He was speaking very rudely and he told me to initiate the cancel request. I called up the customer care and told the same story. They told me that there is no driver assigned to you( I AM STILL WONDERING HOW DID I RECEIVE THE MESSAGE AND CALL FROM OLA DRIVER) and they will send me the details of DRIVER 30 minutes before the RIDE. I again told them to keep this on track as it was urgent for me. I got the message at 1:15PM with driver details. The driver called me and showed disinterest to come and pick me up. I told him that I need to go to Airport on which he said that he would come to pick me up in another 20 mins. I waited and gave him multiple calls for which he didn't reply. Then he called me and told me that he is on his way and asked me to wait(very rudely). As I was out of option, I waited for him and finally I received an message saying that my trip has ended and my bill is Rs 540(Below Email). I called him up and his phone was switched off. I panicked and somehow I reached Hebbal to pick the bus. I reached airport late by 30 min of my reporting time and I missed my flight. I was so frustrated that I wanted to call you guys and throw a case against you for harassing general public with your utter nonsense driver. The customer care group says that we give preference to Airport drives and this is what you do, I had to re book the flight which cost me 3K more. Are you guys going to reimburse the same? What about the frustration and tension I went through in this whole process. I believe you guys are just minting and money and don't give a about customer satisfaction. I will go to whatever level possible(Social media/Consumer Court) to escalate this if you guys are not compensating me. Please counsel your drivers as in how to talk to customers, we are the one who are paying them.

                                        This driver kept his phone as unreachable and left when i was just 15mins late. However I have mentioned that I maybe late a bit. His way of talking was very bad. Please take actions. I will also give bad feedback for OLA everywhere possible if no actions are taken against this driver. I needed it on emergency basis and that driver left without giving me a call driver KALYAN JHA ([protected]) for CRN 81718819. White Maruti swift dezire WB 23 D 1818 to pick up @ 8:15 PM, 11May I am a frequent traveler of OLA, but after this incident I may have to think again before booking an OLA cab. After the driver left, I immediately attempted for another ride, but there was no cabs available at that time till 12 AM. I was 15 mins late as I was stuck in traffic, I explained that to the driver.I really required it on an urgent basis yesterday, and I was really angered by the driver due to his stubborn behavior and attitude. This was not expected from such a good cab service like Ola. I requested him to come back to the same location when his message came that he cancelled the ride, but he did not even listened and he said that I am most welcome to take any actions against him, he doesn't care. He said this as if he the CEO of OLA. I was even ready to give him extra waiting charge in addition to the waiting cost, as I really needed the ride urgently. I am really going to take action against and circulate my feedback through social media & other medium, iff he doesn't apologize.
