As discussed with one of your customer support executives, I was told that 50% amount of this invoice will be refunded back to my Ola money. This was happened due to the poor cab provided which require maintenance, cab driver was abusing in front of the lady passenger on top of it taxi was booked under my name and driver already picked one passenger other than us which was a stranger, when I complaint he de-boarded that stranger on mid way and did rash driving when even he was told that lady passenger is pregnant. I have sent few emails but did not get the resolution yet.

    Dear Sir, Complaint against OLA is given below: For above booking ID I was informed over sms that I got a free upgrade and vehicle TN10 T1678 will pick me up.The driver called and reached my residence.In the mean time I had a call from another driver TN02 AF3110 and asked where he should come. I told him already a vehicle has come. Then I get a sms that you regret that the booking is cancelled and you first car was also missing from the scene. Repeated calls to his number was of no avail. From this episode, it appears to me that you have asked another driver to attend to me in the last minute and asked the earlier driver to go for some other pick up.You did not also inform me accordingly.I had to take a auto to meet my schedules. The above is highly unprofessional of your organization and does not give any feeling of trust. You have been highly opportunistic and not trust worthy.Can you explain why such a thing has been done by your team.

      I booked the Match day ride on 10 May 2015 for the IPL Match#46 through OLA cab App. I got the confirmation msg and the driver details as well, but when I called the driver, I just couldn't believe the reply from him. The reply was like this way; " The same ticket is booked by 6 different users and I am not sure to whom should I give it as there is no confirmation from the OLA team to me." And later when I called him I got the reply; " I was told to not give this ticket anyone as we dont have any tickets. This kind of technical issues is not expected from OLA. Please do necessary actions to resolve it.

        Morning 9-May-2015 took a ola cab from railway station to vidyrarnyapura. Since I was with my parents and there was luggages with one big suitcase I asked the driver to come to the place where we were standing. After much altercation driver came to the place where w were standing and started shouting and yelling at me that I wasting his time and energy just calling him repeatedly. Altercation went on for 10 minutes. I was taken away by the extreme rude behaviour. What kind of drivers you guys hire, is this the way adriver behaves with the customer and he looked dangerous with his high tone completely dominating us. This is not acceptable. Driver's name is natarajan. Request you to sack this person. I do not want any other person face the same problem as me.

          Hi, Herewith I am attaching the screen shots related to fraud from OLA Cabs with respect to invoice sent by OLA as well as per the apps Ride details from my mobile is as below. Even I had the discussion with one of the customer support executive at 7.14 am (May 6, 2015) for 12 mins, she told that in her system it is showing that ride time is showing as 18 mins. Also she told that it has been charged as Sudan vehicle charges. However as per OLA tariff if we calculate it is as below: TOTAL DISTANCE: 9.76 km TOTAL RIDE TIME : 18.00 mins Base fare for 2 km: ₹ Rs.49.00 Rate for 7.76 km: ₹ Rs.93.12 Free ride time (5 min) ₹ Rs.00.00 Ride time charge for 13 mins: ₹Rs.13.00 [protected][protected][protected] Total Fare Rs.155.12 Which is similar to the fare shown in cab driver's mobile app, Driver details as below; Name : Akshay Kumar Tik Mobile No.: [protected] Vehicle No.: MH45 8204 (White Tata Indica) Note: My Complaint No. 1877478 INVOICE NO.             Respected Sir, I would like to draw your attention to my booking made at 8:47p. from my Ola App, it was confirmed CRN 81321909, Driver Name- HINDU SINGH (Phone Number [protected]) and Car Number RJ 19 TA 6418 who arrived outside my theatre from where he was supposed to pick me up and drop me to my destination - National Law University located in Mandore which is on the outskirts of Jodhpur 17-18 kilometres from my pick up. This particular Mr. Hindu Singh informed that he cannot drop us at the middle of the night bcause he would not get a pick up from my destination at this odd hour. There was no prior intimation of refusal until I met the driver- Mr. HINDU SINGH. At this point I was forced to book another cab CRN 81362549, Driver Name Karunanidhi (Phone Number [protected]). He seemed to arrive in 10 mins. He too was convinced and persuaded by Mr. HINDU SINGH as to the consequences of not getting a pick up and therefore Mr. Karunanidhi too refused because it apparently wasnt "profitable" and that Mandore did not fall within the territory of Jodhpur. I approached the call centre after the SECOND refusal. The call centre happened to book a sedan belonging to MR. HINDU SINGH with the same above particulars (Car Number: RJ 19 TA 6418) who happened to refuse yet again, a THIRD TIME, at 12; 15 in the night. THIS TIME HE MISBEHAVED ON THE TELEPHONE. I happend to call the Call centre a repeated fourth time for assistance, who were ind enough to book me a confirmed CRN 81364489, Driver Name- Mr. MAHENDRA SINGH CHANGAL ([protected]), Car Number- RJ 19 TA 3434 at 12:18a.m who refused ab initio and was pretty disrespectful asking us not to wait. By this time it was 12:30 and i was accompanying a female friend and there were genuine safety issues besides the lack of availability of transport. Upon a FOURTH REFUSAL, i called the call centre A 5th Time.. to which they again booked me Mr. MAHENDRA SINGH CHANGAL RJ 19 TA 3434 at 12:20 a, m who called me up on my number and blasted me for calling the call centre and that he would not drive becuase it was apparently his wish not to at that odd hour of the night, so I shouldnt waste my time waiting for his arrival, which i would Like to point out that this was THE FIFTH REFUSAL in a span of 45 minutes (11;46-12:28) with REPEATED MISBEHAVIOUR FROM THE DRIVERS. After which the call centre on the SIXTH call, happened to help me with Mr. PUKH RAJ CRN[protected]Car Number RJ 19 TA 6338, WHO HAPPENED TO DROP US TO OUR DESTINATION. I am indeed grateful to Mr. PUKH RAJ and the call centre for repeated assistance. However, I write this complaint and I DEMAND STRICT ACTION AT THE EARLIEST against Mr. MAHENDRA SINGH CHANGAL and MR. HINDU SINGH, who were genuinely disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope your agency understands the safety concern of women travelling a night and the massive inconvenience and panic created to me and my companion. I also hope you appreciate that such misbehaviour cannot be tolerated. I believe a cab service is only helpful because of its accessibility. I however would like to appreciate that Ola Cabs have done a fabulous job in National law University Jodhpur, but such INCONVENIENCE and MISBEHAVIOUR shall really go down as bad reputation from a group of students who actually rely on your brand in Jodhpur and other places of India. Therefore, I WOULD LIKE TO BE UPDATED on the action taken on behalf of your agency against MR. MAHENDRA SINGH CHANGAL and MR. HINDU SINGH at the earliest. I seek your co-operation and speedy assistance in this matter. Looking forward to your response.                 I used ola cab from vile parle to warden road in night. i start from vileparle around 9.30 pm for warden road. i went there from bandra worli sea link and i told him to add him in the bill which he said yes.When i reached my destination the total was 385 which included sea link toll and i paid him.But he asked him the extra 60 rs which i paid, i asked him why 60 he said i didnt add in the bill. the bill came later when i reached home and the toll was added in bill so i paid extra 60rs which he took it .the name of driver is rafique [protected] and his car was tata indica MH04ES3085.So please take urgent reaction

                  Hello, I booked a Sedan with booking id CRN : 81046657. The trip was automatically cancelled by the driver at the last moment due to which I missed my train . I tried calling the custome care no but they did not responded . This is the worst thing that could have happened to me on the day. I want to ask what ur company could do for me.

I am Booked the Our Cab on 30th April and journey date on 1st May morning 3.o clock.. cab came on 20 mins late.. its also ok.. but driver is sleeped driving and do to accident .. yr cabs details is TN 40 E 0662 i will go familY funtion.. so i am very upset ola service.. today only i returns in coimbatore.. mr.Raj [protected]
                    On 17.06.2015, Inspite of receiving an SMS 6 hours before booking, I did not get a cab and your operator said no such booking reference exists. Receied an SMS 20 mins later giving details of cab. Finally a wrong cab ( Logan instead of Indica ) and overcharged for Basic Fare - Rs. 150 instead of 100, Extra Kms. Rs. 59 instead of 40 & Extra Wait Rs. 5.13 - I dont know for what. I was made to wait and make numerous calls.

                    Booked one more cab on 17.06.2015 for today morning. and received a confirmation at 906 PM. Booking for 18.06.2015 at 0845 AM – CRN 92152968 – Driver Reddy [protected] did not turn up or respond to my calls today morning.

                      I booked Ola cab 23rd April for airport on 24th April morning @ 4.00Am CRN[protected] when i was call before 15 minutes in costumer support no. 33553355 he give me no. of driver number [protected] then After I called to Car Driver . he was asking I was cancelled your booking because i am at bapunagar 23 km from you. so cant possible. then after i was call again to 33553355 that time officer asking me we cant have cab "aap dusra kucha arrange kar lijiye" How can possible other Services on and time in Early morning? muje majburan meri Car leke jana pada aur vo kar 2 days tak Airport parking me rent pe padi rahi .                         On 5/5/15 I booked cab in OLA cabs at 7.45 and got confirmation sms from OLA about driver number n name my CRN: 80530434 driver name kannan.u n his no: [protected] we travels from TTK road to guindy Allundar, the cab drivery came at pickup point n v boarded the cab but unfortunately the driver has stop the meter device and said us to call customer care no. So v call immediately [protected] n told the suitation they said u travel madam v get noted the kilometer n after getting down u call us n Inform u the invoice amount, kindly inform the driver to switch off the meter device n switch on, v informed the same he did it, so v travel after 5 minutes of travel driver got a mgs abt another customer name as Mr. Parthasarrsty from tnager the driver told us they given u.details v asked for he told as the customer name v Said it's wrong name v told driver v do as ur people told, but when v got down in dropping point the driver was ii n very urgent he didt even given time to call the OLA people he was shouting at us n told to pay 265rs v asked y he told in the device it's shown but v asked the booking was not in our name, he was very restless n shouting at us so v paid but later v got the sms of our invoice amount as 120rs after seeing it v called customer care n explained n logged a compliant tic no: 1873921 now I need my money back the extra amount of 145rs which was taken by driver by cheating us

                          We had not booked any cab this afternoon @ 2:02 P.M. but we are getting multiple calls and messages that we had booked a cab from M.G. Road, which is very disturbing & irritating us. please do look into it and i hope this does'nt happen again.
                          With respect to the above comment. i think an employee from ola cabs is making anonymous booking by using our number and name.
                          I will not disclose the name of the employee now, but if needed i would like to disclose the name of that person from ola who is booking cabs on our name and troubling us.

                            I booked cab today for pickup time of 9:15am to drop my wife and 8 year old daughter at guduvancherry which is 30 kms away from my location. First of all AC didn't switched on and compuled my wife to getdown at Vandalur the location is 10kms before the actual destination. My wife Mrs. Induja refused to get down and finally the driver is so adamant and dropped at guduvancherry 2 kms before destination. With all their lugagge and my daughter, my wife managed to find auto in this hot summer and reached home with so much difficulties. The driver Name is Baskaran. M, Mobile No. [protected] and vehicle no. TN22 BT 8047. I never ever recommend any of my known people to travel in OLA CABS. Such an arrogant and rude driver you appointed.                                 On 5th May 2015 I booked the cab, my pickup time is 4:45AM I waited for the cab at right time and at right place, Before pick up time driver called at 4.30 AM then told he will come by 4.45 AM, later i waited until 5.0 AM, also i called cab driver so many times he didn't even bother to inform he will not come nor picked the call also. I didn't even get the cancellation message, I missed my train. I want to complain OLA but yet they are not responding.. DON'T BELIEVE OLA CRN79803605 OLA number : [protected] not responding also.

                                  Last Sunday I booked my cab from ola and I left my power bank. The cab driver confirmed for the same and he told that he will submit in Gurgaon office.                                     Sir, Madam I and my friend was on bike on the way from Bannerghatta road towards MG Road today at 10:15AM. This OLA cab (KA02 AD 1789) carrying 2 passengers, had hit our bike's left side mirror today at 10:15AM, and when we enquired on the reason, the driver abused us with all bad words, and threatened on the basis of regional discrimination. Seeing we taking the picture of his cab, he again stopped at St. Marks Road, in front o[censored]s and threatened again. We immediately dialled Police (100), and also logged a formal complaint with AshokNagar Police Station limits. Soon as the driver comprehended that we have dialled Police / OLA customer service; the driver stopped his cab again at St.Marks Road and got his passengers dropped there, and then he came to apologize to us. As a OLA customer, I am formally lodging this complaint to you as well, to bring into your kind notice of such illiterate drivers who should ideally be the ground carriers of OLA brand, are infact damaging your organisation reputation. Please take stern action; and a formal complaint is also logged with Ashok Nagar Police. Thanks.

                                      Hi All, Trip ID: CRN79633258 Driver Name: Lakhvir Singh([protected]) Cab detail: PB 01 A 1476 Complaint number: 1815875 Flight details: Chandigarh to Bangalore(Flt 151825); PNR number:U91FGI; I have booked the cab today for 11.30am, driver reached in time and even picked me at correct time. On the way, his OLA device got some issue and he stopped. I called to the customer care, they told him to drop me to the airport but driver initially refused to dropped until his device start working. After requesting a lot, he dropped me but I missed my flight. It’s an horrible experience, as I missed my flight by 10mints. Issue is totally at Ola cab driver and the device they used. Please take the proper action for this and please refund my flight charges. Thanks, Ashish

                                        Have tried to book play a few times but frustration to make a booking made me opt for easier booking options like meru Even though I wanted to book ola the call centre invariably replies systems under up gradation and please book via apps. Why shd one be forced to download an app which invariably makes you accept their terms and conditions regarding privacy which I don't want to share. .i say this is a very bad way to promote your services only after you get all private info about customer this shd be illegal
