    I Amit Vikram Bakshi, registered my bike in Ola Driver after onboard my customer account has been blocked by Ola. Now I have changed the Mobile Number and email ID on Ola Driver / Partner App but still my account is showing blocked I am unable to make payment of my outstation olamoney amount which is 4725/-. & also getting late payment Charges.

    After mail to [protected]@olacabs they reply (same copy paste mail)

    Having checked our records, we see that the mobile number "XXXXXXXX" has been updated under the driver-partner/operator contacts hence, you are unable to use the Ola app as a customer

    We request you to use a different number or contact partner care team to release the existing number associated with Ola.

    As I spoke to Partner Care, They said that my number not associate with Ola Partner and there are not any system to release the existing number associated with Ola.

      On 3rd of December I had avail the service of Ola auto from home to work place. Without my knowledge I mistakenly selected wrong option "postpaid money", but later on I had paid the amount via cash. Why would someone will pay the amount twice. This is not justify reason to ask someone for money which has already paid

        I booked an ola cab today from my residence at AL/1/C/21, New Town, Kolkata 700156 to Ramkrishna Mission Seva Protisthan, Kolkata 700026.
        When I started the booking it Rs.301/ as fare charges, but when the booking was completed, it showed Rs.359/- as fare. And I had to pay the same. If had I cancel the trip, they would deduct another cancellation charges.
        So I think, it is a kind of fraud.
        Hence I demand refund of excess money I e.Rs.58/-

          I had booked ola cab in bangalore to travel from banglore airport to btm. The following details were sent to me.
          Say ola to your driver Arun prasad for crn[[protected]]. White desire to pick you up @ 07:28 pm, 02 feb 2022
          after completing trip amount was deducted automatically by gpay and transaction was successful but driver denied that he didn't receive the money and asked me to pay cash
          The bill for the ride was 1281 . When i paid him 1300 he said he did not have any change and left. When i went to gpay for complain it showed transaction successful asked to raise complain to marchent when I opened ola app it froze as usual so I tried calling customer care but it didn't get connected after some time I again tried ola app it worked As per ola help page, they sent an otp to customer's phone to confirm payment but that never happened.
          When i raised this to ola support, they refused to have taken any cash and closed the topic.

            I have taken 3 rides from Dec 29 2021 till Jan 7 2022. I have pay full payment in cash to all 3 auto drivers.

            The Auto drivers never said that OLA paid them for ride and took the cash from me.

            OLA Customer care is harassing me to pay the fare again for which i have already paid on the same day of travel.

            Please stop calling me and torturing me. I have paid the money to the drivers. OLA should recover the money from the drivers.

              There is lot of problems with Ola Dash. The promised delivery time is 10 mins -

              1. The actual delivery happened after 40 mins.
              2. Items were missing and no refund provided after 48+ hours.
              3. There is no in app support feature. The app is not made properly - being integrated in Ola app but there is no way you can see past orders or raise complaints.
              4. The email id mentioned in terms and conditions is irresponsive
              5. Posts on FB, Twitter, Google Play ratings makes there bot ask you to DM your contact for help but does nothing.
              6. Parent Ola company - ola cabs does nothing to support and say Ola dash is a different entity altogether (why integrate in the app the first place?)

              It looks like a hurried launch of the app with proper technical maintenance or customer support. Currently I have not received a refund and the only option one has is to file a complaint in consumer forum.

                Order placed on 30th Jan invoice No5607552, Order placed for 10 Qty but delivered only 5 Qty and said for the balance we get a refund but till date there is no update from OLA Dash.
                When we try to Contact through OLA Chat, Again it is a hopeless Customer care always we need to wait for 30-40 minutes and before our turn chat will get disconnected and again we need to start from the beginning.

                It seems OLA is trying to cheat the customers in a different ways.

                      We have processed the amount from our end with UTR N[protected] on the date 2/12/2021. You should receive the amount based on the processing timeline of the bank - tyically 5-7 days. However, if you don't receive the payment within the aforementioned timeline, request you to send a copy of the bank statement from the UTR date till today to further investigate and resolve the issue.

                        I took Ola auto ride on 31st January 2022 at 4:36 PM and paid for the ola auto through google pay, but in the ola app it is still showing pending payment. Pls check details with the driver and resolve my pending payment issue.

                          I took a cab on 20th January in Delhi. Total fare for the ride was Rs 210/-. I paid using phonepe wallet but the app kept showing payment pending even after 5 successful payments. After 6th payment it cleared the payment. Effectively i was charged Rs 1260/- for a ride of Rs 210/-.

                          I called the support team multiple times. They said they cant do anything in this regard.

                            On 30 Jan 2022 evening at 0646 hrs, I book a Ola auto (TN14-S-2926) from marina mall chennai to our society in kellampakkam . Ola auto driver drop me in midway in place where dark and dangerous place and no body is there. Auto driver start to abuse with me and demand for more money.I’m with my family so therefore I’m afraid with him. Auto driver drop me there and pass away.

                            So therefore it’s requested that take strict action against auto driver so that it’ll be not happened in future.

                              He thing is OLA is spamming my inbox daily with annoying promotional messages multiple times in a day.
                              It may be regarding Ola money, ola store or ola postpaid, whatever stupid service/offer that am not intersted in.
                              I Am getting sms from JM-OLADSH, TM-OLADSH, TM-OLAMNY and I want OLA to stop annoying people like this.

                                There is no proper reply from OLA/ANI Technologies, but instead an automated call is coming thrice a day to pay the dues, which we have never used.
                                I have raised grievance in cyber crime portal against ola.
                                Without our knowledge, they created post paid account. Without our consent they withdrew money from that account. We didn't select postpaid as payment however they took money from that account. This is cheating. Ola is a fradulent company. Please submit issue in cyber crime.

                                I raised similar issue with ola customer care. Told them specifically that I paid driver with cash. But the customer care person put me on hold stating that he is verifying with driver and then told me simply that driver denied taking payment. I disputed it. They opened a ticket but later I received email from them asking me to provide proof of credit/ debit/ upi payment made to driver. They said the issue is resolved. That's when I logged a complaint in cyber crime portal.

                                And then i informed them about my complaint in cyber crime. Now they have asked me to provide CRN number. I have shared it and waiting for an update. You can also do the same.

                                  I ordered a few things from ola dash store and they deducted money from the account but they are not showing whether the order is accepted or not nothing they just deducted the money and not responding now. I want full refund to this order its a very bad service problem to them.

                                        To save time and to reach safe, it always best to book an auto/car/bike as per the convenience through online apps. To get the maximum benefit and to ease the trouble of looking for mode of transportations i too downloaded the Ola app.

                                        But i just got cancellation of Rides repeatedly and then cancellation fees. Then later getting on to Ola support team to waive off the fees and all.

                                        I Really want to know, dont Ola Cabs have a monitoring system to look into this kind of activites, where people like me is suffering and drivers going their way.

                                        I seek for every individual patience which is getting effected by OLA Cabs.
