I am in receipt of your email dated 24.04.2015 and I thank you very much for the credit of
Rs.39/- to my OLA Money Account. However, on the same day ie., on 23.04.2015
(Invoice No:[protected] again there was an excess billing of mileage and I had
lodged a complaint and I was told credit of Rs.15/- would be given but so far
the credit has not yet come to my OLA account . I am surprised as to how such
mistakes happen and as such I am unable to accept your reason of technical
glitch, since this has happened with every trip of mine for which the drivers
have charged excess and for which you need to refund me. Please note that
refund of Rs.39/- is not a gesture since it is due to me legally
since your Driver have charged me excess Practically on
all trips made by me, there is an excess charged by you both in turns of
mileage as well as waiting time. I own a vehicle and I have a driver and as such I used one route only
and also I have used one route only from my office ie., from Chakala to my
residence ie., at Ghatkopar and vice versa. Since my driver was on vacation, I
had hired OLA, taxi for sure, black and white taxies etc. If you observe from
the OLA invoices, you will find that distance is different for different trips
although the route is same, same place for pick-ups and same place for drop-off
and vice versa are constant. So also I have observed that the pick-up time
which is mentioned in the invoice is earlier than the actual pick-up time when
the vehicle arrives. This you can find out from the second SMS you send, where
in you say your cab has arrived i.e., first message which we receive says that
OLA cab will pick-up at ……. whenever the second message says OLA cab has
arrived. In all the below mentioned cases there is no waiting time from my
side, but you have charged me wrongly. The distance between Chakala to
Ghatkopar [the same route taken everyday] is 7.05 kms and from Ghatkopar to
Chakala is 6.98 kms [see your invoice 75446644 dated 15.04.2015]. The details
of excess billing is as per attached. I would appreciate if you can depute a
representative so that he can drive on my car or your OLA car both from
Ghatkopar to Chakala and vice versa for reconfirming the actual mileage.
Please arrange o refund me immediately Rs. 290.30 as per the attachment
