Hi,

1st incident - I have booked a cab for Apr 10, 2015 10:00 AM, CRN74067944. I have booked the cab a day before to avoid any last minute rush. On the next day the cab driver informed that he will be late by an hour. So I have cancelled the cab that day.

2nd incident - I have booked a cab for 23rd April at 10AM, CRN77356496. Again I have booked a cab a day before. When I called the cab driver multiple times, he informed me every time that he will reach in 10 mins. The cab came late by 1 hour saying that he have another passenger. My brother got delayed for his competitive exam. I have called an raised a complaint #16555932 and have not received any response as of 24th April.

3rd incident - I have booked a cab for 24th April at 10AM, CRN77356496. Again I have booked a cab a day before. When I called the cab driver multiple times, he informed me every time that he will reach in 10 mins. The cab came late by 1 hour saying that he have another passenger. My brother got delayed for his competitive exam.

I would like to ask who should be held responsible if he misses the exam and who will compensate for his loss of 1 year.

[protected] You are not giving to information about that so i have complaint to Ola head department and also consumer complaint.

      Ola cabs came with a ease to us earlier. I started taking ola cabs since the day it was launched in pune. But day by day experience is getting worst and worst. Would like to bring your attention toward last 3 experience of mine with OLA

      Experience 1: 17 Mar, 2015 : Pune
      OLA INVOICE NO.68299269
      I booked a cab for a Lady Guest from Bharati Vidyapeeth University through Ola App. The driver asked me to come outside the campus which I denied by saying if I wanted to do that I would have taken auto. I told him in Hindi where to come and he was not able to locate the college building .It’s a small campus he should have asked anyone. I tried to tell him the correct address he was being rude on phone and asking to come out I told him directly that I am paying you to pick me up from the pickup point. After reaching to the place he started shouting and misbehaving as I brought the money issue in between . Dude you being a service provider u should be polite. I am addressing him as Sir and he was shouting on me. I was worried about my guest all the time until she reaches her place.

      Experience 2: 21 Mar, 2015 Allahabad
      OLA INVOICE NO.69215345
      I booked ola mini which was showing near to railway station but didn’t reached. SO I got upgraded. But this guy even after telling the perfect way to the place he took me somewhere eals then he told me. Sir I m not from Allahbad hence I don’t know this place. Come on what the hell was that. I got down in middle and took auto. I paid for the ride too.

      Experience 3: 17th April: Pune: Time 10:10 P.M.
      I booked Ola from App just ride option (CRN[protected]. I need to go to MG road. I have been told a cab is coming to pick me up in 15 mins. At 10:22 I received that cab is delayed by 10 mins. I called the cab driver he kept my call on waiting and never bother to pick it up. I tried several times but no response from his end. I called ola care.Its 10:35 pm I have been told that cab will pick you up in 10 mins (CRN[protected] which never turned up. Ola care repeatedly booked another cab(CRN[protected] which was not able to pick me up. I wasted 40 mins waiting at the gate at Night for ola cabs. Frustrated I took auto as I reached 6 kms I found a ola cab ideally from my place.

      18th April: Next day even after rising complain no one bother to call me. So I made a call. I have been told that complain had been raised by Mr.Adil who I suppose a senior supervisor there during that time, action will be taken and 300 ola money will be credited to my account.

      23rd April: I wanted to know regarding the action taken on my complain, hence I called again. I had been told that complain was raised to wrong guy. It seems that was my fault that you guys have raised complain to wrong department and again ola 300 money will be credited soon in your account dialogue given to me which supposed to get credit 2 days back.

      23rd April : 8:39 pm
      I got a email from a Ola to call me back for the issue. Email was sent to me by a guy name Kevin. Its like

      I called as I got the email but I came to know this guy is not available. Then why you sent me email with your name on it.

      What’s the master plan to frustrate me to insanity and then a dialogue of 300 ola money given to me. I wanted to tell you guys don’t show that giving us 300 ola money is a very good gesture from your end. Its irritating when you tell me that we are giving you 300 Ola money. Do you think I will be requiring this 300 ola money to travel in pune.
      I am not a freeloader I am ready to pay you money .Come on 300 Ola money is not above safety and services. Keep this ola money with you. I am a customer who requires better services and safety. You have lost all your credibility which I had for Ola

      Imagine a lady waiting for the cab and same things would have happed with her .Cancelling of 3 cabs and then regretting not to pick you and then offering OLA money. Are you really waiting for a day something might unfortunate happen to your customer because you promised and then your cab get cancelled even after waiting for 40 mins.

      Remember then you won’t get a chance to apologize and you 300 ola money won’t compensate it

      I am just a frustrated and worried customer who once was a big fan of OLA.

        Dear Ola Cabs, My wife (name categorically withheld) has been using Ola Cabs for daily commute from her office at Cannught Place, New Delhi to residence in East Delhi. She, as every day, booked Ola cab for her trip back home on 22.04.2015. The cab allotted to her was white Tata Indica (UP 14 CT 5254) Basudev Mishra as its driver. This is to bring to your notice that my wife is seven months pregnant and therefore on humanitarian grounds becomes social responsibility of her convenience and respect is regarded utmost. Your driver dropped her at residence at 6.07 pm on 22.04.15. The charges applicable were Rs. 233/-. This is the responsibility of the driver to keep the changes spare when its their daily job. The driver not paying any regard to her state, denied any change and my had to roam all around seeking change from every and sundry passer by. But your driver did not buzz to extend her a helping hand. She then had to walk around half a kilometer from door to door and shop to shop to arrange for change. Her inconvenience was never paid any heed to and he kept sitting in the car watching my pregnant wife roam from post to pillar arranging sitting a change. It is noteworthy that she need not to carry a proof of her seven month pregnancy and it was made clear to him that no body is home so that she could arrange it from house members. Furthermore, after 30 mins of struggle when she finally got change, he still duped her of Rs. 13/- saying he has got no change. This is a feature with your drivers. In light of above, I need answers from you in serieatim. 1. Is this the training you provide for you customers and that too regulars? 2. Is this the standard of service you boast of? 3. Advise with adequate reasons why this case not referred to consumer forum? 4. Why this case is not referred to women rights wing? 5. Why this case is not referred to human rights? 6. Advise with documentary evidence of the what penal disciplinary action taken against the driver? 7. Why a public article in media amassing comments from such derogatorily treated women is published against Ola Cabs? 8. Who is going to take responsibility for any, God forbid, complexity arises out of such stress and physical inconvenience my wife was forced to go through after a whole day of working in office?           Hello ola team this is regarding compaint against your driver. Today I booked a cab for my female friend and share details with her to call driver to tell her correct location after dropping her he is repeatedly texting on her number nonsense things. So should i go to police for complaint against him or you will take any action against him.
          Contact me @[protected] i[censored] can do anything in this matter or later i would go for an FIR against him.

            OLA Cabs are just fooling their customers. They say they are only charging Rs 10/km however i[censored] calculate the same = total km/total bill, it will come around Rs. 16 – Rs. 20…sometimes it goes above Rs. 23 as they will cover all their money in waiting time (which includes travelling time)…in traffic you will be scrued man.. I have few things to mention which I have faced in last three days with OLA Cabs. a. Poor Service b. Drive’s behavior – cheated me, took taxi fare from my guest and the same amount was deducted from my OLA money account c. Waiting charge – the total travelling time was 46 minutes from pick up point to drop point and company charged me for all 46 minutes…Ridiculous !! d. Driver was informed prior to follow which route however he still took long route 1. Booking CRN 77105793, April 21, 2015 – the cab was booked from westend marg, near garden of five senses and dropping point was Hotel Delhi Aerocity, near mahipal pur. I told driver to go from qutab minar and then from vasant kunj to Mahipal pur and he agreed on the same (cab was booked for my uncle who was staying at Hotel Delhi Aerocity). However he took the long route and I don’t know why he went from IIT gate to Vasant vihar and from there he went to Rao Tula Ram Marg and from there he went to Hotel Delhi Aerocity. Due to this I had to pay for extra 4.5 – 5kms. Also, he is a big time , he cheated me by taking cash for the fare and the same amount was deducted from my OLA money. I was not aware until I got sms from my uncle that he has made the payment cash (big embarrassment for me). I called OLA customer care and told the whole story…I have still not received any call from customer care for the update on action taken. 2. Booking CRN 7681 3442, April 20, 2015 – the cab was booked from Gurgaon to saket. The total bill was Rs. 723. Rs. 259 was deducted from my OLA money and I was supposed to pay Rs. 464 however Driver’s mobile was showing around Rs. 636. Driver asked me to pay Rs. 636 and he said customer care will refund your money to your OLA money account. I spoke with customer care executive next day and he called driver to confirm the same. Till date I have not received my money (approx. Rs. 180). 3. Booking CRN 75759399, April 21, 2015 – the cab was booked for 9am in the morning and meter was closed at 9.46am at the dropping location. I DON’T UNDERSTAND HOW OLA GUYS ARE CALCULATING WAITING CHARGE. The total travelling time was 46 mins and they had taken 46 minutes as waiting time and I was charged for the same. PURELY CHEATING. I will not recommend this to anybody…Please enjoy rides with MERU and UBER, PRETTY GOOD SERVICE AND NO HIDDEN CHARGES…NO CHEATING IN FARES. Parveen Bhalla Delhi +[protected]

                Hello,

                This is to bring to your kind attention that the cab drives collected toll charges of Rs.22 from me against the CRN numbers CRN 76694207, CRN 76801529, CRN 76919370, CRN 77031454. I came to know that the toll charges are already included in the bill after checking your invoices.

                I have paid totally Rs.88 towards Toll charges against the above mentioned CRN numbers. Request you to refund the amount which I paid extra.

                  Hi. I'm Unnikrishnan.M.A, an architect from chennai. yeasterday evening I booked an ola cab for 23.04.2015 morning 7.00 AM. Booking ID was CRN77276688. Today morning around 6.30 i recived a call from one of your driver & he asked my pick up point. as i said the point he said he might not able to come. after that two to three drivers from ola called me & the same happened. finally i got an message from ola that, my booking have been cancelled because drivers are not available. In the last minute how can you cancel a booking & so easily you people send a message. This is the worst taxi service in chennai & irresponsible too. if you people have informed earlier i could have arranged another cab & meeting got cancelled because for OLA. Thank you

                    We booked a cab on April 18 2015.total bill for is 101 rupees.CRN76257125 .But driver did not come to pick up.After waiting for 30 minutes, We immediately cancelled ride and raised a ticket.Ola team is not responding properly and refunding my amount.I have not seen such a worst customer care and such worst replies to customers. When we call them, they just put line on hold and don't reply.Its nothing but cheating customers.

                      Booking No: CRN77061641 Driver Name: Cheluvaraju - [protected] Tata Indica - KA 01AA 8634 It was the second booking after the previous driver cancelled the booking. On waiting for 30 mins after communicating the address, he calls and abuses me telling I have provided wrong address. I told you can simply follow the GPS and you will reach since it is a pretty well known location but he was using abusive language in Kannada which took me completely by surprise. By this time I had already completed waiting 1:15 mins waiting for an OLA cab. To make matters worse I see that I have been charged for Rs 172, for the ride which I never took. I was left seething with anger because neither did I get the ride, on top of that misbehaviour of the driver over call and getting charged for ride not taken.

                        Sir, This incident happened in Chennai on 21st April, 2015. The driver (Kannan) picked up my relatives from near (Vanagaram Fish Market) at around 8:30 pm. They were headed to the destination Chennai Central. He did not show the bill to my relatives who left the car at chennai central. Instead he shouted at them to pay Rs. 350 /- I booked the cab from my mobile ([protected]) hence I received the bill amount as around Rs. 290 /- I do not have the SMS so I do not know the exact Vehicle number. Please trace down this driver with the information provided. You can use the bookings from [protected] as I booked only one cab on 21st April. Please forbid such people in your company.

                          CRN 77029846, Driver name, Sandip saha, Car no- WB 23D-0250. On 21st april i booked this car from ganesh avenue around 5.11pm, while showing 19mins in the app the person came around 5.56, which is a long time. After reaching the place sandip saha shouted with an ill attitude and asked me why did i call him 3 to 4 times to know where he is. He argued used slang words and invited me to make a complaint against him to ola cab, because he was so confident that he willnt have any kind of punishment for his ill behaviour. we are customers, i may b wrong but still i believe we are not suppose to get this kind of behaviour from a representative of a national brand. I will surely share my experience with all of social contacts and will aware them that they can save themselves from this kind of missbehaviour. We pay more for comfort and leisure, we dnt pay to listen to slang of a driver or see his attitude, we can have the same expericence booking a street cab. To avoid this inconveniece we pay more and go to brand like ola. Now its your call, , , you ignore my message or take an action. Have a good day.

                              I had booked a Ola Cab mini on 20 April, 2015. My pick time was 5:30 am. And CRN No was 76660773. But after several intimation on direction over phone driver did not turn up to my pick up location. So, Finally i had to walked down till his location which was 20 min away from my pick point. Driver misguided me over location. And without asking me he started to take the cab to some unknown direction. Almost after 1 km of drive he finally listened me and came on the right track. But then he started saying that I don't the Delhi roads and stop following my direction. His behaviour was very weird and objectionable. So i stooped the car mid way and stepped out of the cab. His GPRS system was also not working and he was quiet argumentative too. My concern is that how can put women security on stake without even checking that driver is well aware about Delhi roads, basic GPRS system is working or not. Really disappointed with your service OLA Cabs. And that ride was a nightmare to me.

                                I had booked a cab on arriving to Bajpe International Airport, Mangalore and received the confirmation message as well. Message : Say Ola to your driver M[protected] for CRN75918605 White Fiat punto KA 19 AA 8486 to pick you up at 8:15 PM, 16Apr. After about 10 mins on calling the driver on the above phone number, he hesitated to come and pick me up giving the reasons as local taxi association has a case filed on ola and they are not allowed to pick up. On calling the customer care the put me on hold for 30 mins and disconnected the call. After all these, I get a confirmation message saying that the booking has been cancelled. Stop the booking i[censored] cant pick up from a particular location or have the courtesy to inform when u are not able to provide the service.

                                  Driver Cab no is TN 10 V 3336 and his name is Thirunavu. This was the worst and pathetic service from your side. The cab was booked from chrompet, chennai to thiruvanmiyur at midnight. When we get into the cab, driver started yelling and saying his home is at chrompet and he cannot come back 20km freely and told us to get out. it happened at 12 am and I called your call centre thrice and no one helped to get other cab.

                                    Hi, I have booked an OLA cab to travel from Tirumala to Tirupati which is around 22kms along with 3 of my friends. The cab came in less than 5mins after booking and during the journey we were asked to pay the toll charge (Rs.25) which we paid. By the time we reached Tirumala, we asked the driver to show the bill and we got shocked after seeing that as it charged Rs.909. We called for the CustomerCare and no one responded properly, one said pay 350 to driver and leave, when I asked to tell the same to driver, they put the call on hold. I asked the driver about where this money will go, then he said it's for me only. At last, there came a person on call stating that he is the superior for OLA in Tirupati and he told we have to pay the full Rs.909, I argued with him what is that rate 40 Rs/km, then he told it is because of hillstation(but it never shows in their site nor the app, it showed the ride estimate as 230-240 for us) . As we are running out of time for darshan, we gave 850 which is the revised bill they sent by decreasing the wait time which showed 52mins( We never made the cab wait). This is so bad and they are looting people like anything. The driver said the money is for him and the superior said it is for OLA, when I asked him the same, its not my business. I think they are doing a fraud by generating bills like this. I suggest one not to take an OLA cab. Their service is poor and their customer care just wastes our phone bill but of no use. These type of people must be kept beyond bars. Is 40+ Rs/Km not too much ?

                                      I had booked a CAB on 19th April 2015 with booking number CRN76528328. Booking was done for date & timing 20th April 2015 at 4:00AM. At 3:51AM I got the driver details. On the same minute I got the 10 minutes delay regret message and at 3:56 I got the cab cancellation message. When I called the OLA cab number they said we did not canceled the cab, but the cab did not reached. After that the OLA cab people had arranged 2 cabs which were no where close to my pickup location.Hence they denied to come & pickup me. The third CAB that they gave was close to my pickup location but still reached at my place at 4:40AM. That CAB did not took me at my said destination on time due to which I had missed my flight with ticket worth rupees 4287/- . I was not having any option of cancelling my trip so I had to book another fight at last moment with ticket worth rupees 11366/-. I want a reimbursement for all my loss happened over here due to OLA cabs. I have all the calls recorded in my mobile & all the booking details of both OLA cabs & my flight details.

                                        Sir, As my cousin has booked a cab from your service on 17 April 2015 night from Durgakund Varanasi to Kashi Institute Of Technology Varanasi for 18 April 2015 8:15 AM as she along with 2 of hers friends has exam of Bank of Baroda at 10 AM on 18 April 2015. She received a message of conformation along with the driver no. his name and the registration no. of the vehicle but when they reached the pre-decided destination the cab was not present there and after repeatedly calling the driver's no. he was saying that mam i will be reaching in just 10 mins. but that 10 min was equal to eternity and he never reached after that she called your so called customer support which is proactive for booking the cab but at that time they replied that we do not provide cab for that destination. seriously while booking you are saying that your cab is booked and we will be happy to board you and at the last moment you just disappear from the sight leaving the customer helpless, disappointed and stressed. After 9 AM they booked a three wheeler but it was late and they reached the centre at about 10:45 and unfortunately not allowed to give the exam making the chance of selection a jeopardy. In your site you clearly state that for ever wait of 1 min you will be charging Rs. 2 but what about that longest wait of 45 mins and the exam they were not able to attempt who is going to take responsibility. Please do the needful or else i have to take a legal action against your firm for mental harassment. PFA 1- CALL DETAILS 2- BOOKING DETAILS 3-ADMIT CARD OF ALL THE THREE CANDIDTES
