Hi, Please find attached the email about my detailed invoice. It says my wait time is 33 minutes. May I know what wait time is this? There was no wait time from my side, in fact the cab came late. I also got an SMS which said “Ola! Your cab has arrived. While we regret the delay, let’s make up by giving you an awesome ride”. Could you please clarify what this wait time is? Hi, I was charged unreasonable 1.5x times of my bill from Jayanagar to Airport. I was shocked to see the tall claim that you accepted the app terms while booking.
