Referring to CRN64724060 which was for booking of 5:40 am on 5th March(Holi Festival) In kolkata, I am logging my complain here. That was the day of HOLI, and I knew that normal taxies will not be available I booked Ola for that day. This booking was confirmed for a week before the day of boarding. But I got a call in early morning just before half an hr of my boarding time, that the booking is cancelled. How a customer (female) is supposed to react in that case. They should have confirmed the booking only if they knew vehicle will be available or not. How is it different or better from the normal taxi service available in kolkata. No customer value in OLA. They think they just informed half an before about cancellation and their job is done. They do not have any sense of responsibility that if a booking is confirmed by them, it has to arrive and pick the customer, I never had such experience with MEGA or UBER. On going forward i am going to opt for MEGA as it provides both flexibility and surety of bookings.Not suggesting anyone to rely on OLA for your odd hours specially if you are a female person, as they can back out anytime leaving you helpless.

    Yesterday night I had a ride in Kali peeli and at the end it showed you can pay in ola money but the system on the cab drivers phone didn't hav this system My id was akash.[protected]@yahoo.com I had 150 rs in ola money And the bill generated was 188 I spoke to the head of Kali peeli Mumbai division from his phone he said HE'll personally look into the matter I hope u'll give the compensation soon as promised by him Driver name - Samay Singh Driver number -[protected]

      I booked an Ola cab on 7th March, 2015 and the pick up time was 7pm. After I got the confirmation, I received a call from the driver around 6:15 pm and he told me he won't be able to wait till 7pm so I should cancel my booking and try to book again. Driver details : Name : Vahidulla ([protected]) Booking ref no. : CRN65919164 After that I again tried to book another cab and this time also the same thing happened . The driver told me to cancel my booking because he can't wait till 7 pm. Driver Details : Nagaraj ( [protected]) Booking ref no. : CRN65919164 Please look into this matter because it caused a lot of problems.

        i had booked a cab from KIIT University Bhubaneshwar; which is a destination that u people show in your map. the pickup time was 5:15 am. the driver called me up at around 5:00 am and asked me to reach big bazaar which is of a walking distance of 20 mins. when i was unable to reach that place.. my ride just got cancelled(in 5 mins only). i had used the code APP200 as it was my 1st ride.. now i am unable to use that code again due to your irresponsibility. i want reimbursement for my loss.

          Fake generation of login details with my number

          Either the company or someone registered my number with ola cab.Now when I tried registering my number with ola, it's saying number already used.I called customer care, they refused to help . they said your number is already registered with different name and email id.you have used app to register and took first ride free as a promo offer. But I have never used the app. I tried today to register for app. This Is very pathetic service and...

          I have booked OLA cab one day before to travel to Airport from my home. The booking is at 6:00 a.m in the morning Driver/customer care no one was responsible and called me for the ride before 30 minutes I almost called both of them 5 to 10 times without any proper help Finally they cancelled the booking just before 5 to 10 mins before Due to this i had to book alternative car, for more price...in order not to miss flight I have almost lost 2000 to 3000 Rs with this booking Its a worst and stupid service i have ever seen in hyderabad

            I have booked cab (booking no CRN[protected] on 07/03/2015 at 5 am from Taramani to Central railway station. Driver called me around 4.30 and told that he is at central station the pick up point is for away from his location. therefore he cancelled the booking and told that people from ola will call me within 10 minutes. But no one called me. I called the customer care and they told me that right now cab is not available in my location and said sorry! We have missed our train and faced lot of mental agony.

              I have booked a cab details of which are as below. The cab didn't turned up and on calling the driver he disconnected the call saying wrong number. My phone battery was running low and i couldn't book other car. I was waiting at NIHMANS hospital and ordered cab to take a patient. I had to hire a auto and take patient in auto exposing to dust and wind. It's really shameful of OLA to have such pathetic service and the inconvinience caused to customer. I would avoid OLA in future, thanks for you great service.                 I have booked ola cab from my place to railway station for my friend. There were money in my account and according to the bill my friend need not to pay anything to driver. Still driver demand for rent to my friend. I really dont understand this. If driver knows that he need not to take money from passenger still he take money. After I called him ffor this then he return money. It's really ashamed how can driver take money if he knows everything.

                    Dear Ola - This is in reference to CRN65471175 I took a 19.62km ride in Cab No. KA 13 B 5902. The ride started at 5.26PM and ended at 6.30PM. Yet I was charged Rs 21 for "Waiting Time", though I boarded the taxi as soon as arrived - Since the TAXI WAS 11 MIN LATE! The customer service representative tells me that the "waiting time" was the time spent in traffic signals. Including the 10 min "free", total waiting time was 21 min I'm told. In the world that we currently live in, "waiting time" means the time that the driver has spent waiting for the customer to board the cab, or if the customer makes a personal stop in-between. However, charging Rs 2 per minute for time spent in traffic and signals is stooping to new lows. Not even Auto Rikshaw drivers do that!! Until and unless OLA changes this policy, you can be rest assured I will not be utilizing your service any more. P.S: YOU ARE INCENTIVIZING YOUR DRIVERS TO DRIVE SLOW

                      I tried to book a more cab from #256, Secretariat Colony, Throaipakkam, Chennai – 600097, but due to low network I could not book the cab from the mobile app and that is when I spotted OLA mini (Tata Indica White color) who dropped a customer in the above said location at 6:10AM on 5th Mar 2015, I talked to the driver and he boarded me in his cab and dropped to my residence H93, F3, TNHB apartments, 1st Seaward, Valmiki Nagar, Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai 600041. I missed to pick up my mobile from the cab, I called my mobile multiple times and the driver did not pick the call and after sometime the mobile is switched off. I have requested the OLA team to check the GPS position of the cab which dropped the customer at #256, Secretariat Colony, Throaipakkam, Chennai - 600097 around 6:10AM and help me get my mobile back as it has very important official data.                         Dear Ola Team With regard to the subject mentioned CRN, would like to inform you that the waiting charge, a laymen would understand is the time he/she has made the cab to wait before boarding it. But what i understand from the conversation i had with the Call Center is that, it also en-composes, the wait that i as a customer and you as cab service provider wait in the pathetic traffic signals as well. My logic totally defies this...why would i be charged for waiting in the traffic...the cab is stationary and not moving...why the charge then?????? CS response...AC and device will be On...Then switch it off... Please understand, out of Rs 308/- i paid, Rs 138 is for travelling and Rs 169/- is for 69 minutes of wait in signals and traffic...who is responsible for the traffic...YOU or ME... Also, please enlighten me what is Peak charges then... Utterly disappointed with the service... Will never come back to you...shall make sure to enlighten others of your fabulous service as well...                           On 26 i booked ola cab and did not get cab at provided address same thing happens 7 times drivers replayed that book another cab all said that my car in garage. how it possible that all cab was in garage got repairing.

                          Very bad service.

                            Ola charges Rs 2/min on the trip even while the car is stuck in traffic or at a signal. I am charged anywhere for 35min to 55min for a trip from Sahakarnagar to Electronics city depending on the peak hour traffic conditions.On top of this OLA charges 1.2-1.5 times the usual fare at peak hours. Shouldn't waiting time be charged only for the duration that the cab is made to wait before the trip starts ? OLA has turned a deaf ear to this in spite of repeated requests and complaints. Kindly resolve the same Thanks Ashwin
                            I do agree on this and there is no clarity from OLA stating the Peak hours and the Billing plan during the Peak hour.If this billing is there they are no way different from the Auto riksha person demanding for more.

                              Hi, Today i had booked OLA Cab at 7.20 am for afternoon 2.30 pm. I received an SMS confirmation & also called up the customer care to confirm the booking. Around 2.07 pm, I received an SMS confirmation regarding the driver details Mr Ramesh - Mobile No. [protected] that he will receiving me. But after 5 mins the driver called me to say that he is some different location ie. Chennai egmore & my location is Pammal which he will not be able to reach.After 5 mins at 2.10 pm without my consent your driver Ramesh sent me a cancellation SMS. My complaint is 1st of all why a driver is calling from different location & do you give driver rights to cancel the customer's request. Is this the OLA cabs operate??. When i called up the customer care, she is explaining to me that even if the confirmation is received there is no guarantee that the cab would reach at that time. If this is the case, why to book OLA cab ?? Rather than that i can book some other CAB which is more responsible that you people. Iam irritated because this has happened with twice now within 10 days. last time some waiting charge was claimed from one which i had to fight with you people to get it back. I need proper explanation for all these lapses and also want compensation for damages. I have to seriously think ten times now before booking OLA cabs with the kind of responsibility you are showing.                                 We have yesterday booked OLA Cabs through Customer care number of[protected] and Mr.Anirban talked to me. I have clearly mentioned from Bazarghat to Airport we need by 4pm and return by 6.30 pm Airport to Bazarghat. And he told me you will be charged toll tax and waiting charges while going and while coming i will do new one booking . For going 499/- will be charged for 30 kms and 12 extra per km if it crossed 30 kms. And while coming 499/- and 25/- surcharge he told. and when we have taken 6.30 pm from airport today. Driver Mr.Jagan he was saying you need to pay parking and waiting charges because we were talking to customer care. Yesterday they have told about parking. I have called to customer care and they were saying about our employee has made mistake. I have told him to check the recording. and He has transferred the call to supervisor named. Mr.Sumanth. He was just saying to pay parking charges to the driver and saying sorry. If possible we will revert back to you in next booking. Why this people are making fools, means we need to think about this. Like jaago grahak jaago saying by our government. Stringent action to be taken among them.

                                  I booked a cab on 28 feb 2015 having CRN 64136041 from mobile no:[protected], form vikas puri to sarai rohilla railway station.while booking your tel-caller told me that the distance would be 15km approx(plus/minus 2 km) and amount would be Rs 260/- approx(plus/minus Rs 20/-)but your drive charged me Rs 362/- for 24km.moreover, i booked the cab for 8:15pm(boarding time) but due to some reasons i bored it on 8:02 pm that means 13 min before my boring time but still i have charged extra Rs 29/- for 14 min waiting charges. Contact me on [protected] as soon as possible, otherwise i am going to complaint in consumer coat.you don't know who m i, I am having a power to send a legal notice from consumer coat within a week.so it's better to contact me as soon as possible..                                       On 28th February 2015, I had to fly from Chennai to Ahmedabad. My Flight was 'Air Costa' at 5:20am. I was in Srinagar Colony, behind Saidapet Court, Chennai. I had booked the Ola Cab for Chennai Airport drop from Srinagar colony on 27th February night. I had asked them to report at 3:45am. The booking reference was CRN63886983. I received the SMS before one hour that "driver Mohamed ([protected]) Maroon Tata indigo TN 12 E 3109 will pick you [protected]@ 28Feb, 3.45AM" I was on road at 3.45am and cab does not come. I wait for 10 minutes and then phoned the driver but unfortunately, the cab driver was totally unknown of given address and he was only Tamil knowing, so could not understand my instructions and was roaming here and there. I phoned to head office ([protected]) thrice to instruct the cab driver or to send another known driver because, i had to catch the 5:20am flight. But he also could not managed the situation. At last the driver reached at my address at 4:45am. I reached at airport at 5:05am, obviously, I missed the 5:20 flight. Then, I had to book new air ticket for flight at 14:00 for Rs. 11289/-, I had missed my important meeting at Ahmedabad.
