I had booked a cab for a pickup from Podanur to Sowripalayam on 22-Feb-2015 @ 9:00 PM which was confirmed. The driver calls @ 8:40 PM and says he will come by but never reaches. Ola cab services are very bad. I started using it only for the past 3-4 weeks but so far 3 times I came across cheating by way off waiting charges. Today we started on time and no waiting anywhere including signal. But when the invoice came it was Rs. 58 waiting charges for 29 minutes. I am sasmita. Booked a cab from Nanganallur to Sholinganallur on 25-Feb-15 @2:45 PM. I paid 530 rupees hence I got a message like i should pay 364 rupees. When I asked for clarification I got the reply like GPS problem, mobile got switched off and so on. If you actually calculate its 15 kms.so it comes around 320 rupees. I have boarded a Mini Ola cab today and was charged much more than normal . The total amount charged was 622+230(parking fees) from RGIA to Gachibowli Hyderabad .The shortest distance is 33 kms while the driver took an extremely long and crowded route of 38.44 kms .
