Dear Team,

One of my worst experience I have been gone through, Yesterday I have booked a OLA Cab with CRN64727579, With coupon code App200. After completing my Ride I receive a bill from Cab driver for Rs.508 and ola amount deducted with Rs.100 and amount payable to cab driver For Rs.408. Which was very surprised. As driver told what can we do sir what was showing you have to pay. So I have paid the same.

For this I have contacted for charges I came to know that I have to pay only Rs.61 as per your invoice received from your side. For this I have to talk to your customer care for almost 60mins which i have wasted my talk time of Rs.55. I am not satisfied with the service you have provided at customer care to resolved the issued to take more than hour. My complaint has been resolved against complaint number.793441, But I need an compensate for the same the harassment has been done from you Customer care which i have gone through for more than an hour.. I want my full amount to be refunded in my OLA wallet insteatd of Rs.347

    This is regarding the 50% off offer. My CRN no. is 64562808. 1- I had transferred money to OlaMoney to be able to avail this offer. But I was charged full for the journey. When i contacted customer care, they told me I had to recharge OLA MONEY before booking the travel so as to avail this offer. I had gone through the 50% offer thoroughly and nowhere found this information. 2- the cabbie was late himself and I was fine with that. On the contrary, I was also charged me Rs.20 for waiting charges telling me that when they wait at red-signals that is also counted under waiting time. THIS IS RIDICULOUS and so UNPROFESSIONAL !! Do you think OLA is going to work out in the long run like this!!?

      I booked Ola on 1st March from Malviya nagar to Greater Kailash M Block market
      1) He does not know Malviya Nagar
      2) Does not know G.K
      3) Cab was late but received your cab arrived and waiting charge started
      4) Cab 7484 indigo Dirty and out of condition
      5) Full of mosquitoes inside the cab.
      6) Cab was stinking smell of shoe.
      2nd March
      Booked auto but :
      1) Driver call up and informed that he dont want to go and feel sleepy so he is not coming.
      2) Call up the call center, instead of resolving the customer care agent was argueing " If the auto driver dont want to come to pick up then its not Ola problem" I booked the auto through Ola only and if any problem whom to contact as she flatly refused that its not ola problem... such pathetic service and Govt should stop their license.
      I will never ever use their service and so sorry to say that their service is really pathetic.
      I booked a cab using Ola app from my home for yesterday 8.30 PM. Booking was confirmed and i got a SMS with driver contact number at 8.20. But cab doesn't come, Driver says that he is too far from the my location. When I call customer care they say that Ola does not have service in my area. Can You please answer, why the hell did you confirm the booking. Please refund my money which I have in my OLA wallet.

      OLA Recharge failed, but money got withdrawn from bank

      Hi, yesterday when I tried to transfer Rs. 300 from my SBT account to OLA, the App stopped and the transaction failed. But the money got withdrawn from my bank account. Please refund this amount.

      We booked ola cab thrice but last minute the message comes that no cabs available. Its very bad service
      1. Extremely pathetic App. It gets hang anytime.
      2. Not at all reliable.
      3.Drivers don't accept request.
      4. & by chance if they do, they cancel it anytime.

          I booked an ola cab on Saturday (28th Feb 2015) and i was reminded by Ola cab driver named Sujit that if i use mobile app, I will be entitled for 50% discount on the total travelling charges. To my wonder, the cab driver who came for the pickup named Malaji said that there is no discount applicable to me. I would like that Ola cabs should apologise for the confusion and would demand immediate refund of 50% out of 190/- which was charged to me.

            I booked a Ola mini cab for my senior who is 7 months pregnant, pick up from Idea Towers, richmond road to drop point near Harlur police station on 2nd March 2015 at 5:20pm as "Ride Now". CRN 64698352, Driver : MAHADEVA M ([protected]) was allotted whose call I got at 5:30pm. Three times I confirmed the pickup point with him and he confirmed that yes he does know the place. At around 6pm I got a call that he is standing at the gate of Office. My senior went to the gate and saw there was no cab. After confirming Driver said he missed the pick up point and has moved approx 50m from the actual point. Since it's a one way road he is unable to trace back so requested her to walk to the cab. It was fine till then but as she gets near to the given location by Driver, he would increase the distance. He made her walk approx 1 km in this condition in such heavy traffic. Issues: 1. Cab came late ... extremely late 2. Made a pregnant lady suffer by not coming to correct pick up point and refusing to rectify his mistake. Made her walk 1km unnecessarily 3. Despite of their fault, delay by Ola counted as waiting and extra charge taken for same 4. Din even receive bill invoice I want full refund. Along with written apology from Ola for the misbehaviour, mental & physical harassment that my senior suffered due to irresponsible attitude of Ola.

              My earlier complaint of overcharging was dealt by Mr. Deepak stating that he is from Ola and ensured that uick money can be made. His cell no. is +[protected].He rings up asking for your Credit card number and CVV. Do not give any details. He reiterated that he will refund money and asks you to withdraw the complaint. Found out that a web site www. mobikwik.com is being run and he does all such things of cheating gullible people.

                My wife had booked a Ola Mini for a travel from Anna Nagar to Valluvar Kottam, Nungambakkam of Chennai. The booking was done through telephone. No "apps" was used. Her Name is Mrs. Mythili Raghuram - cell number is [protected]. The CRN no. is 64653734. The distance travelled is 9.6 kms - travel time of 35 minutes. Ola Mini had charged 33 minutes as waiting time and has charged accordingly. Details of the travel never comes by email giving particulars. The distance was travelled is around 1500 hrs on 2 mar 2015. This is the second time the "overcharging "of waiting time is done, although I overlooked on her first trip. The matter was discussed with Ms. Easwari @1620 hrs on 2/3/15. She has raised a complaint thru' intra mail which will be settled thru' the Relationship Mgr. of Ola. The complaint tkt. no. is 788146 I want a credit note to be raised and settled in cash as i wish not to take Ola henceforth repeat Ola again.                   Booked the OLA service for the first time in Pune (Availing service from another provider (Wings) since 2012). On Sunday, March 1, 2015 I downloaded and configured the app then credited Rs1000 to OLA account. At approx 3:00PM I booked the cab from web site @9:45 PM pickup from my Home to airport also booked the same service back to home fro airport. @ 10:45 pickup from pune airport. And I HAVE BEEN SAID from OLA customer care that you will receive driver/car details 30 Minutes prior to pickup. Ironically, 30 minutes before pickup time i ma getting SMS that " Sorry, we regret, cannot find CAB right now near your area. Then I called customer care, they said we will arrange, bla bla bla, finally wasted my 20 minutes. Mean while i got the SMS & driver details. Called driver but no response. I again called customer care, that said " Driver is asking that you have cancelled booking" How pathetic, making fool of customer. After few minutes of conversation, i came to know this driver has been asked to come at airport, which was my destination for IST pickup. Then I enquired/scold to customer desk executive and he dropped the call. Meanwhile, i am getting another SMS from OLA regarding second pickup that " SORRY, WE REGRET, CANNOT GET CAB NEAR YOUR LOCATION." This is the service and response from yours.                   very irresponsible drivers

                  Driver was very harsh on speaking and he dint know the route and is blaming on us that we told the wrong route. If we tell the drop point he should there and should not ask us the route.. Never prefer ola autos

                    On 28th Feb I used Ola App from my mobile number to book a cab for a drop on 1st March at 2.30pm to Railway Station ( from C V Raman Nagar to Bangalore Cantt) I got a confirmation No, . CRN 64052671 confirming my booking on 28th 1.52 pm On 1st March again I got a confirmation saying that a free upgrade has been given to me and the Driver is Name is Arun ([protected]) Silver Touota Etios KA 51 A 9262 will pick me at 2.30 pm on March. I did not get any call from the driver hence I had the confirmation from Ola I gave him a call at 2.30 (the pick-up time) to find where he had parked the vehicle. To my shock he told me that he tried to call me couple of times since I did not take the call he cancelled the trip. I had no time to argue with such person who is not honest as I did not get any call from him from the his mobile. I had to rush to the railway station to catch the train for Bihar as I brother who had an operation had to go back. It gave me a lots of mental stress and I am totally disappointed with the kind of work culture Ola and his drivers has. At 6.14 pam I got a message from OLA "we will try to connect you to the driver as soon as possible. But nothing happened How can we trust your serives Rosy Varghese - Mobile [protected]

                      I had recharged my OLA Account with 500 INR using HDFC net banking on 19th Feb 2015.
                      Money was deducted from my account but I didnt get the recharge.

                      My multiple attempts to call and mail ola support went in vain.
                      They are just denying that they have not received the money.

                      I has called HDFC to verify and they have confirmed that money is deducted from my account and there is no fault from bank side.

                      Request OLA to refund my money ASAP.

                      People reading this post. Please be aware.
                      Please don't be trapped by OLA executives.
                      They will ask for your credit/debit card details for refund and then the fraud will start.
                      The same happened with me yesterday. I recharged for Rs.1000 through mobile app on number - [protected] and the money got deducted from ICICI account but got an error on the OLA app that recharge is unsuccessful. It seems now they have resorted to cheap tactics to rob users of their money and they have been doing this for long now!

                        EXCESS BILL AND NON RECEIPT OF BILL

                        I have booked one OLA Cab from Bangalore Airport. CRN No. 63926387. Driver took Rs.120.00 for toll tax at Banglore Airport but receipt was not provided to me check the amount and get the reimbursement. Further, I booked for mini and i had to pay Rs.640.00 to driver for 36 KM ride. The Driver also take payment of 20 minutes waiting charge while I was forced to wait for taxi due to his late arrival. Further en-routed we stopped for less...

                          Today i booked a cab from Shahdara, Delhi to Pragati Medan, New Delhi, Total distance is max to max 16 KM The device in cab counted it 21 KM The driver waited for 10 min but he charged me for 32 mins Contacted the Customer service team ... the agent and supervisor was so arrogant and are not ready to accept the fault ..Agent and supervisor say different statements on same matter.                               My friend used my referal code E6TW6J and took the ride. However I didnot receive any credit in my ola walletas per the company's policy. Also my friend booked cab for me yesterday. He used voucher for Rs.200 free ride. I took the ride and when the bill came it was Rs.222 but I had to pay Rs.120 extra, while I was supposed to pay nothing at all

                                CRN 63684639 Driver name - Salman ([protected]) Indica - MH04ES 8481 Driver misbehaved in cab and later constantly made inappropriate calls and sent messages from 4 different numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] and harassed me for an hour. Made 4 calls to the call centre - spoke to 2 supervisors and no action was taken. Please check audio recording. This is disgusting and Ola's attitude to the issue is shocking - i will take this up and ensure there are strong consequences.

                                  I have faced issue with my booking reference(CRN[protected]. The booking was done in advance for ride on today(10.Feb.2015) at 6:00 A.M for Pune Airport drop to catch the flight at 7:35 A.M.Cab arrived at 6:10 A.M and I have informed the driver to drop me at Pune airport. The distance from my pickup location(Pimple Saudagar) - Pune Airport is 19 K.M.Driver unnecessarily took me on the wrong route and roam for around 1.5 hours 52 K.M far to reach the airport. Due to that, I have missed my flight. I have raised the complaint by calling on customer care number and ask to refund my flight money.They have accepted their mistake but not taking issue that seriously and now they are not responding my mails and calls. They have suggested to send you the copy of the ticket and i have provided them all scan copy of my tickets. I have purchased new ticket of cost Rs.12, 197and amount paid to driver.                                   I am sill chasing with OLA company for my refund amount and issue is yet not get resolved. They are not responding in positive way and not taking any action.

                                  OLA cab is still not taking my issue seriously, yesterday i got a call from unknown no. And told me i am vishal calling from OLA cab company regarding your refund. we will refund you 13000 RS of your ticket cost so please provide all the details of your Debit card.
                                  such as Debit card No., expiry date, 3 digit no. as well as 3d secured password and which i asked him you guys can refund me by cheques also as a person how can i provide them all the details of my debit card as it can be missused and what is the proof that tha vishal who called me as a ola employee is real or a fake.

                                  so please suggest them to refund my 13000 through cheque only ans i will provide them all the details of my bank account.

                                  worst cab service never book again i m also facing problem of extra charges
                                  Hi,

                                  They are still not responding my mails and not refunding my amount of 12900 RS.
                                  on 21 feb MANJULA and her TL called me regarding the discussion on same but not they are not responding my mails and calls and daily i am calling there customer care to escalate the issue but didnot get any positive response from them.

                                  Daily i am wasting my time to call and explain the issue and wasting my money too they keep my call on hold for 15 min every time .

                                  i have a proof of every call which is recorded by me.

                                  i just want my money as soon as possible.

                                  please take action otherwise i am going to put all details on face book and i will do FIR as well.

                                  Please take serious action against ola cab as there are so many people facing same kind of problem.

                                  My issue is still in discussion and not get resolved yet i am chasing and calling the daily but no positive respond i have received from them.

                                  Neha they should ask Debit card details, he must be a froud. Be careful next time.

                                  I totally agree with you about thier unprofessional customer support. They don't bother to reply an email untill it's escalated.

                                  They can't even controls thier drivers, you might be noticed that they just simply cancel any ride they want.

                                    I booked a cab in Calcutta with the booking id CRN 23193458. Boarding location was HHI near exide, the have booked it for some HHI in College Street. I am not aware of any HHI there. I called up 300 minutes before after seeing my email and when I told them, they said sorry Sir " we cannot give you CAB. When I asked why? they asked me where you want to go. I told them Liluah (Howrah). He replied" Sorry Sir, our cabs do not go there." and he hung up. If that was the case, he should have told me earlier. It was night 11PM and I felt like being in the middle of nowhere. Extremely poor service by Ola.

                                      Hi, I booked my ride with Ola on 25th Feb'15. I saw from the website that there is a 50% discount if I pay through Ola Money. So, I put Rs.1000 in Ola money (for the first time). On my travel, i didn't get a discount. On calling the customer care on 26th Feb'15 in morning, I was told it's a mistake from their end and I will get my money refunded. However, when it did not happen, on calling again I was told that since "There should be a positive balance in Ola Money AT THE TIME OF BOOKING' and since I booked at 2pm and deposited money at 2.05pm(took the cab at 3pm), I was not eligible for 50% discount. It is nowhere mentioned in their terms and conditions on their website as of 26th Feb'15 @6.45pm. (http://www.olacabs.com/chaloniklo). It's just mentioned "Offer is auto-applied and applicable only when you pay with Ola money." I felt cheated as they boast of being entirely transparent but are not. Very Bad on this part. Also, I did not get any prompt of promo code while booking my first ride to avail Rs.200 off.
