Booked an Ola Mini app from home to B'lore International Airport. The site said - 10 Rs /km. The distance was 38kms but the bill added upto Rs706! The customer care executive say the rate for airport is different - Rs 540 for 30 kms & additional for 30+. This is outrageous! Nothing of the sort is mentioned on their website! I hired a an ola from Dwarka to Gurgaon.as per the attached invoice, the total distance is approx 19 kilometer.The waiting charges are include for 35 minutes. OLA gives lot of advertisements that we can pay Auto drivers via ola money. Auto drivers are very rude and they do not accept the ola money.
