Hello, I booked a ola cab from my home in ranchi and then received a message that the cab will delayed by 10 mins then the driver called me up and says he wont be able to come. Than i spoke on customer care of ola cab and they canceled my cab and then after 13 mins of argument resulted in another cab which also came 1 hr late due to which i missed my train I request a compensation regarding my loss.     I have booked a ola cab from my home at madurai to madurai airport on 28th march 2015 with CRN number 70872132. since i have got three luggage (2 trolley suitcase and 1 bag) i have booked higher vehicle (not ola mini). I have got the sms that mahindra logan TN 69 AX 0137 is assigned to me. He has come in time but refusing to take three luggage, as it seems his company(OLA) told him that he has to accept only two luggage and three are not allowed. He is not bothering what i am telling with out my concern he started his car and went away. He answered in a rough manner that you take auto and go. I know that three luggage can be allowed in logan since i am booking sedan type not ola mini. Is this the way to behave to the customer ? I have talked to customer care and clarified. But still he refuse to take luggage. Ola name will be spoiled with such drivers.All of my family member got tension since i have to be at airport at 1 o clock. some how i arrived airport with my relative's car but arrived late. By the time counter is closed. I have requested to the authorities to give boarding pass. i felt very bad on that day and i have got bitter experience.finally i have got sms from ola that "we regret for cancellation of booking" How the booking is cancelled without my concern? whatever the problem driver should talk to customer care and try to solve the problem This should not happen to any customer.       I recharged my mobile of Rs 50 from feecharge.com and received a Rs 250 OLA cab voucher FR37J7R22H1NJ which was valid until 31/03/2015.i booked an OLA cab on 29/02/2015 with CRN71300806.I used the voucher and it was applied while booking. After the ride, the total bill came upto Rs. 186 which was as per the coupon to be relieved. But the driver and his manager didnot agree for the coupon and I had to pay Rs. 186 unnecessarily. I have been cheated by the OLA cab service. I want my money back. If I didnot get my money back I will file a consumer complaint.

        I booked a cab for the airport for 3.30 am . the booking was confirmed. The driver details were shared. however, driver's phone was switched off. Later, I received an sms from olacabs 1.5 hours after the booking time i.e. at 5.00 am saying the booking was cancelled. I hold olacabs wholly responsible for causing me to miss my flight. Very poor operations by the company.

        I booked a cab around 9:15 from Noida Sector 64 to Indirapuram but it has been cancelled without any information and i have received an confirmation as well from the driver that he will arrived at the point on time but at the time of pick up, when I called the driver he simply said "I am @ Sector 125 Noida and the pick up has been cancelled". I would like to take a strict action against the same. Kindly let me know as well what actions you have have taken against the same.

          This is a complaint against Ola Cabs Service.My father had a flight on March 29th 2015, at 7:10a.m. The reporting time to BIAL was at 5 a.m. Hence I had called the "Ola Customer care" on March 28th 2015, morning, and booked the cab at 4 a.m, the next day morning (i.e at 4 a.m for March 29th 2015).The Customer Care Executive confirmed the booking for 4 a.m on March 29th 2015. I waited till night for the message having the drivers details, but I still DID NOT get it.Then again I called the Ola Customer Care saying that I did not get the drivers details. They immediately gave the drivers details, saying that the driver will come tomorrow at 4 a.m. Just after I spoke to Ola Customer Care, I got two miss-calls, from the designated driver, that they immediately gave. The driver thought he had to come in 10 min. I told him that I had already spoken to Customer care and he had to come tomorrow. Then the driver said that I had given a wrong information to the customer care, whereas actually the customer care had given wrong information to driver that he had to come now, instead of tomorrow. Again I called customer care. They again said that I will get the updated driver details by March 29th 3:15 a.m. I waited till 3:30 a.m Still I did not get the driver details. AGAIN I CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE. They said that there was some problem with message sending (which I dont believe) and I immediately got the driver details, for 4:00 a.m pickup. When i called the new driver and inspite of calling him multipletimes he was not responding. Then AGAIN I called the customer care at 3:55 a.m . Then at that time they are AGAIN saying that they will arrange another cab at 4:15 a.m. I was following up with them since yesterday and finally i am getting the answer at 4:00 a.m then they will book another cab at 4:15 a.m. I had lost confidence in them by then. Then I got Completely IRATE with them over the phone. Then they finally asked me to book another cab, at that time.My dad had to report to airport at 5 a.m and we are 30 kms far from airport. I did not know what to do, since I had a lot of trust on Ola cab service.WHAT A LOUSY AND DISSAPOINTING SERVICE . THEY ARE JUST PLAYING AROUND WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
          NOT ANYMORE!! I will never book for a OLA cab again. On 2nd May, 2015, at around 10:00 AM I have booked for a cab for the next day morning. After a while, they have sent me a message stating that my booking is confirmed and my cab would arrive at 9:45 AM. Next day morning at 9:30 I got a call from a cab driver. The driver said that he is engaged with some other customers and would only be able to reach my pick up point after an hour or so. I called up to the customer care centre immediately only to listen to 'Sorry for the inconvenience' kind of statements. After 10 minutes, I got a call from an other driver. This time, the driver told me that he is far off my pick up place and can't come now. I have dialled to the customer care centre once again. A lady on the other side said that she has taken my order and that the driver is ready and may arrive any time in another 10 minutes. After a moment, I got a call from the driver and he said that it takes atleast half an hour to come to my place. FRUSTATED I WAS!! My order was cancelled. OLA CAB services is the WORST ever I have seen. After posting the same on FACEBOOK, messages kept poring in from my FRIENDS saying that THEY TOO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SAME WITH OLA CABS previously. So folks, here is my sincere advice to everyone, plz don't waste ur time by booking for OLA cabs. A lot more better cab services are out there. DON"T GO FOR OLA CABS. NEVER!!

            OLACABS were introduced in indian market to tap unorganized car rental market . But in the race to grab maximum markets share OLACAB started putting customer trust and safety on hold . Not long back we read how a missed background check resulted in a unfortunate rape ordeal for a women in delhi . But seems the car rental companies (OLACAB) has not learnt any lesson and they still compromise the customer security with no provision to penalize the erratic driver .Moreover they don't value customer time and money and show no commitment to provide seemless services. I have booked OLA CABS thrice in last 2 months . 1) CRN[protected]Travel date - March 21 ) In the morning I got a message with following details Driver name - shafee, phone number - [protected] . But later somebody from number [protected] called saying that shafee pass on my number to him and he is at some place near MG road for a pickup although I have clealy mentioned the pickup address in the booking . That time it was already 6:45 (pickup time ) . Firstly driver was late and secondly OLA authorised driver passing details to his fellow driver for pickup is a grave seurity lapse . And when I tried cross-cheking the driver authenticity he cut the number and within a minutes booking got cancelled . Thereafter I twice call the OLA cusotmer care raising the Security concern and integrity issues .For which they said that they will report the issue to senior management . Similar things happened with me for Booking CRN[protected]From kundanhalli to airport ) Wherein driver (driver name : nagaraja, phone number - [protected] ) sends his friend for pickup . Since that time I was the one who was travelling so I have no option but to avail the cab otherwise I could have missed the flight . That time also driver ask for money in cash after reaching airport . Other booking with similar issues wherein driver cancelled the booking at the last moment and send his friend for pickup .(CRN[protected] Since all these are last minute cancellations customer sometimes has no options but to avail these non-authorised driver services .I have only 2 questions : 1) Who is responsible for this security lapse wherein customer booking information is been passed by OLA authorised driver to his friends who ultimately turned up for pickup ? 2) Why should customer suffer for OLA operations gaps . 3) What is OLA responsibility if customer misses the flight/trains because of above mentioned gaps in OLA operations management .               My Booking number is CRN71005443, DRIVER NAME IS Pramod his number is [protected]. My concern is before coming to me this driver given a ride to different person it may be his mistake. Once I reach to my destination he told me to give the full amount 412/- this is not my proper fair. I think according to the OLA rules, OLA software counts as soon as the cab starts. In the invoice you have mentioned 38 minutes delay, but that was not my delay. Actually the driver reach to me after some delay because he had given a ride to different person. We asked about that person and he told us due to some confusion that person ride on my cabs. Please give me justification and return my extra amount.

                Your Service is worst that I experienced at the very first time. I have booked your Mini cab for 22/03/3015 for 23/03/2015 to pick me up at N0: 34 Rajalakshmi Avenue Main Road, Near Montfort School, Perungudi, Chennai 60096 ( This was the address given clearly with landmark and Pincode) to pickup me at 04.15 am in the morning to drop me at Chennai International Airport for my flight. I have also got your confirmation SMS. But on the day of pickup the driver Mr.Siva from your company called at 03.45 AM misunderstood the location and he was in some other location which is 25 to 30 kms from my place. Your worst service would have made me to miss my flight on that day as I had arranged by my own to reach my destination. I would not recommend your company to anyone even who supports you.

I booked my cab by mobile app on 28th March 2015 11:20pm My pick up time was 4:30am because driver name and number before 20min that time I had word with him and he said that he was in Gandhinagar and he took 1hours to reach at my place and his answer was also like I don't have wing so I fly and come to pick you in 20min I was not satisfied with his answer so cancelled that cab and booked another ..I wasted my 30min on this and I missed my train because of driver

                    Have raised a complain on March 27, 2015 at 9.15 am. First was mentioned will get call in 2 he's. No call received . When again called said will receive a mail. Yet not received. Again called customer care and now they say the issue got raised before 6 hours. Then what was happening since 24 hours. Yet waiting for response. I was charged inr 100 from ola money before trip started. again had to pay the total charges after the trip. Hence inr 100 was not deducted. Horrible service of ola customer care and Service

                      EVERYDAY I GOT ATLEAST 2-4 CALLS FROM OLA DRIVERS FOR BOOKING IN MY NAME BY SOME ONE OR THERE MAY BE A SYSTEM DEFAULT WITH MY MOBILE AND LL NUMBERS. IRRESPECTIVE OF MY REPEATED MAILS AND REQUESTS AND ASSURANCE GIVEN BY THEM, THE SITUATION IS SAME. TODAY ALREADY I GOT 2 CALLS FROM OLA DRIVERS. WHY BOOKING AGAINST UN-KNOWEN PHONE NUMBERS ? WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY AND RESOURCES, PL. LOOK IT.

                        Note - I sent this mail to OLA CAB mail id [protected]@olacabs.com TO whom it may concern... This is Gaurav AGrawal form Noida. I am very angry and unsatisfied with Ola Cabs. For Last Wednesday[protected]. My Wife booked a cab for me from your ola app. She booked cab from New Delhi railway station to sector 20, Noida. I got message from ola of conformation. When I called your driver for coming First He called me to come out from station and said come to BHOJNALAYA BESIDES METRO STATION OF NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION. When I reached He did not get down form Cab and opened dicky. I have to put my luggage in car by myself. After It he staRtetd car and just after 10 meters I asked him to start AC. He said AC is not working and started to teach me SIR AC KI KYA ZARURAT HAI... AAJ TO MAUSAM WAISE HI THANDA HAI. I said him not to teach HOW weather is. Then He just stopped the car and said MAI NAHI JAUNGA AAPKE SATH, AAP BAHUT CHIK CHIK KAR RAHE HO. AFTER IT I WAS SHOCKED. I CALLED ON OLA CAB NUMBER([protected]). I COMPLAINT ABOUT DRIVER HOW HE MISBEHAVED WITH ME. THEY SAID SORRY AND TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE SENDING ME A NEW CAB. BUT IT WAS VERY PATHETIC THAT AFTER CONTACTING OLA CAB EXECUTIVE TILL HALF AN HOUR I DID NOT GET ANY CAB AND HAD TO GO FROM ANOTHER CAB WHICH SERVICE WAS MUCH BETTER THAN YOU.                           I have booked a cab from burdwan compound Ranchi to Ranchi airport dropping at 1113 hrs only and accordingly booking reference has been given to me CRN[protected] but at about 1045 hrs one msg has come cancelling my booking at wee hours, causing very much inconveni nice to me that times . If this type of treatment you people are doing with your customers then I am sorry to say that I will never book any further with you nor suggest any of my near and dear to book ola because at wee hour they can put you in trouble by cancelling your booking Amitabh Advocate

                            I used OLA cabs to come to Bangalore Airport. The driver called us, about 20 - 30 mins far away from my house before he start from there. Once he started driving to my place, that driver guy made an update that he has reached my house for pick up and he is waiting - but that guy was actually driving to my house. I know his intention that he wants to elapse the waiting time, so that the time he waits for the signal charges me. This is something what no one expected from ola cabs. This is the trip number : 68896971 I'm charged about rs.30 for the waiting charges, while am not.

                              Hi, I have downloaded ola app and I booked auto from ola cabs app. I can use 100 Ola money for payment I told driver I will pay by Ola money, driver said ok and he tried something from his app but he unable to do payment properly. So I have telephoned Ola customer service officer told everything and asked him to advice driver . I spoken so politely to customer service officer ask him to advice, he spoke 10 mins with driver and at last he told me pay by cash . My simple question to ola cabs services Why don't you train drivers properly so that they will do proper payment or why don't you hire efficient customer service officers. By right he should advice the driver and solve this simple problem What the hell this services for without proper service to customers. I paid whole amount by cash Today I faced, like there are many facing this kind of problems

                                Today took a cab from Jeevan Beema Nagar to Eco Space Bellandur. CRN70649403. Book Time - 11:30 Am Cab left at :11: 30 AM ( on time) Destination Time- 12:03 PM ( 33 Min) Km- 13.4 However I was also charged for 22 Min waiting time saying whenever cab stops the waiting charges are calculated. How is it possible that 22 Mins/33 Mins the cab was waiting? This is sheer cheating from OLA and a deliberate method to make more money stating illogical waiting time rule. I would request other customers also to take light of this and check how their fare is being calculated.

                                  NAs I booked an ola cab today, my mob is [protected], crn number is CRN70683501 when I booked the cab I put a free coupon code. But when I reached the destination he charged me the full payment when I called the customer service he told me that I didn't put the coupon code. But I did myself through the ola cab app. Its my first experience with ola cab and I feel they are misreably charge with the customer by wrong commitment. Trust me guys you are pathetic Its not about the amount of 250. It is all about commitment. Stop fooling the customers please.they are the real king in the market
                                  Dear Sir/Madam

                                  I, Vikas Goyal booked "OLA" cab for picking up at 5.05 p.m. from "Milap Nagar" to "Jaipur Junction" and I received the booking confirmation vide CRN72012283 at 2.35 p.m.Thereafter, the driver has cancelled the booking at 4.30 p.m. without any prior intimation inspite of knowing that it is just before 30mninutes from the picking up timings.
                                  Your company made a 2nd booking confirmation vide CRN72040352 at 4.42 p.m. and again the 2nd booking cancelled by your OLA driver/company.
                                  This kind of action by such a reputed company's executives is unacceptable. Due to this cancellation, I missed my train and not only sufferred financially; but also I cleared the perceptions about your company's services i.e. very poor.
                                  Your company's breach of commitment makes me clear that neither I have to use the OLA services nor I am going to suggest for the same in the near future.
                                  This is it.

I booked Mini Cab from Tempo Chowk Wadgaon sheri to reach DLF akruti IT park (Quadron Business Park), Car was fine and driver too, I kept my Ola App active for current trip info, after 10 minutes of journey driver told me that his mobile device does not have enough battery and its getting switch off, after that i guess he had restarted his phone and kept it for charging. once i reached destination Ola App in my device and Driver device shown 25.3 Km of journey with total bill of 344 rs but driver complained me saying his Car meter is showing trip of 28 km so he made some call to Ola and your representative asked me to pay a bill of 376 Rs so i refused to pay and dial customer care, in discussion your representative manually calculated distance of 31Km with the help of Google maps and asked me to pay bill of 412 Rs to driver so i did that. So now i have invoice on my mail of 344 Rs and 376 Rs and i have paid bill of 412 Rs. How customer care representative can manually calculate bill with Google map, there are 'N' number of ways to reach same destination?                                     Dear ola you are rated too much of cost today I have taken cab from you it's hardly 40-50km distance.i paid 982rs/- but am asking what is the exact cost of per km why you are cheating public it's really unbelievable and unbearable cost only for this kms.actually am planing to approach consumer forum we will see there this is too much of cost and giving fake statement for the public seriously I was faced problem today because of ola. You are the responsible for this so just am expecting call and reply from ola main branch otherwise I will take serious action.
                                    Don't cheat normal people by wrong caluclations doing any skam ah these types of things showing like that only so beautifully to give service to the public.

                                        I have Applied 250rs coupen which i got from freecharge app of recharge of 50rs. coupen applied succesfully, but still the driver make a bill of 186rs of 11kms.i was thinking that coupen was not applied succefully. Suddenly, what i see my ride is free and drivers take invalid amount from me.i got a mail that you ride bill is 0rs.but driver takes 186rs from me.i want my money baCK
