CRN NO : 67150224 Please read this carefully I am jenulyn from Madurai i booked a cab through OLA call center at 11.31 pm 12 mar 2015 for 7.45 AM 13 mar 15 . Silver colour Tata Indica. I booked the cab, He reached our home exact @ 8:05 Am, So exactly just 20 mints late, its his mistake of roaming around here and there without knowing the address but the scenario was I got sms before he reach my home, your car is ready, when I enter to the taxi at 8.15 am, I ask to the driver, how should I pay for this 20 min late, where he started using highly abusive words in tamil which i do not want to put in forum, and he ask me to get down from the taxi, and ask me to cancel the taxi, He started yelling me continuously for.. So, ola r u running this cab service for providing cab or for something else ???????????? Ola kindly take this as a complaint and i need justice for the same . and i want him to get chukked off from OLA or else i would never ever book cab through OLA in my lifetime and even my family members or my friends, , , , I want you to make him realize what he did was the biggest mistake of life .

I was so worried because of your stupid a$$ company and it's CEO.Shut down the services if you are not capable of providing the services on time.It's not the cost that brings the Org good name, it's quality.Better convey this to your stupid %^^& vijayawada operations head and your CEO. I have booked the cab with the above booking reference for picking up @ 2:30 but no one turned up even after 45 minutes past the pickup time.My family(including 1 elder and 1 infant) has missed the train because of your pathetic bloody nasty waste service.I had to cancel the booking finally and went by some other means and missed the train in just 5 minutes and It's because of you.Whom do i need to blame for my money and my Mental tension ???If you can't provide the service, you shouldn't send the confirmation.‪#‎olasucks‬ ‪#‎olacabs‬ ‪#‎ola_vijayawada‬
    faced a similar incident. they are always late and on top of it they over charge you plus their call centre is full of illiterate uncouth people. totally a waste. their drivers have no manners

      OLA cabs driver took a wrong route on the way to Rajiv Gandhi International airport. Signboards were clearly giving the route but the driver failed to even notice them as he drove carelessly and with overconfidence. I noticed that he deviated from the route after i saw the signboard indicating we had to take the left exit but he continued going straight. I alerted him immediately but he kept insisting that he was taking the correct route. After 10 mins he realized he had the taken the wrong route and then he tried taking the service road but this was closed. After this there were few more unsuccessful attempts of trying to go back on track and in this process we came over a bump on the road, he did not slow down during this and my husband hurt his head hard against the roof of the cab. I called the OLA Cabs customer service and she very carelessly and with attitude insisted that she would talk to the driver only. Finally she guided the driver and we reached the airport half an hour before the scheduled flight departure. The driver presented us with a bill of Rs 1000 inspite of all that happened and we paid him 600Rs as the estimated fare that was shown by OLA while booking and as per indigo check in policy we were denied onboarding and were re accommodated into the next flight which costed us 5000Rs. Ola cabs not only cause financial loss but also physical injury due to the carelessness of the driver

        Hello, My name is Sooraj Rajmohan and I am a regular customer of Ola cabs. I have never faced anything like what I have faced recently when I booked a cab from Indranagar to Kumbalgudu last Sunday 8th March 2015 . The cab number was KA 05 AD 2232. When I had to drop my friend in Jayanagar, I told him to go by that way. Since then, he was behaving indecently and impolitely. He was not just rude but acting as if he was giving us a free ride. After I dropped my friend, we reached Kumbalgodu and I asked him the fare and it was Rs 1009!. Even when they dropped me in my hostel which is 4 kms more, I had never paid more than Rs 500. When I asked, he said this is the fare and he just drove away. The main reason why we opt Ola cab is because we trust them and we know that they won't charge more. But this is something which points towards that trust with a doubt. At least give me an explanation of why the fare was that much. The behaviour of the driver was also not acceptable but right now just give me an explanation for this. Regards, Sooraj Rajmohan

          Dear Ole team I have booked one OLA car at 9:00 pm on[protected] for 10:30 pm, The booking is conformed but the Driver said to me I can"t come because I am so far but even I said to him that come I am wait for you then he said sir please cancel the cab and book another cab its too late now.When I mention my complain to customer care then costumer care person said what driver said is true we can"t do any think and without intimated to me cancel my trip.This is the service at jodhpurs I hate and I never refer to any one .even the voice recording of driver is with me.             On 10/03/2015 my brother had a seminar to attend near HMT road, so he booked ola cab through ola mobile app. So that day he faced below issues: Different driver Than photo. (Somebody else driving that cab) Came late but updated status as "reached". Didn't knew the route so had to use his phone map which took the long route and bill came high. Stopped for latrine. Didn't knew Hindi or English.

              Hi, I had booked OLA for 7th March airport drop my CRN65665856. After the drop I was waiting for bill details to be received on my phone but did not receive it. The driver show me on this app bill of Rs. 310 which I paid. Later after 10 minutes I got message from OLA confirming my bill amount to be 160 Rs. I would request OLA to upgrade their system and take stern action against such drivers. Regards Samit

                Hi This is on the march 3rd morning, somewhere between 9;30 - 10;30 on road no 45 jubliee hills, close to peddamma temple, hyderbad, telangana... one of your driver, was driving really rash and in the process was about to hit my car and also showed his hand while murmering something with an expression that leads me to believe that he was abusive. i request you to take stick discliplainary action on him. BTW, you just lost a whole family of customers, the drivers you hire dont seem to be decent people, , and we cant risk being driven but OLA when the authorities dont properly screen their drivers before hring.. with the increasing number of thefts n rapes around IndIa...                 Car number MH 03 BC 2402, had hit my two wheeler very badly on 24th DEC 2015 at Nahar Amrit Shakti, Chandivali, Mumbai, n he promised me to pay my dues after repair. but now he is neither picking my calls and nor paying my money. I request you to kindly take very strict action against him. both vehicle pics are attached. total expenses for repairing of my vehicle is 6500/-. I expect at least half money to be bearded by the culprit.

                  Dear Team Ola, I made a call on 11th March 2015, 02:49 pm. while I got a helpless, irresponsible response from the call executive. I gave my destination point (Khader Nawas Khan Road) and she asked me to search and find out the place where this road is. Being one of the best accepted cab service in India, I expected a little bit more responsiveness from you. A customer who may not know the exact destination can use a little bit assistance from your call executives, afterall we would have booked the cab from the ola app if we had internet access to search the exact destination at that time.                     Sir, i am a regular user of ola cab .With eference to your mail, On 28.02.2015 i travelled through ola cab to Thuraipakkam from Chitlapakkam to my sons house for which i am using cab of often.The fare is Rs 266. On return journey on 03.03.2015 from same place and no waiting for signal the fare is Rs362 ? Why there is a difference of distance and fare .The difference is Rs 96The same is happened once i travelled to Anna nagar 10days before and I reported through phone.Please check with driver .It is a positive feed back since i am a ola customer .                       CRN 65540848: HSR Layout Bangalore to Yeshvantpur Rail station, Bangalore on 6th March 2015. Journey start time as per booking 8:15 a.m., end time as per the final SMS is 9:48 a.m., in this 93 min it traveled 18 K.M. and charged Rs. 170 (before tax) for a so-called 85 min. Waiting time! It was pretty easy to prove the gross calculation mistake either by their system, or by the driver, I could not care less about. Writing to [protected]@olacabs.com since then, they have accepted that it was a "temporary" technical fault on their side. Then what? They "refunded" Rs. 170 as "Ola Money" to my A/c. After this experience I have decided not to take a cab from Ola ever in future. I do believe it is illegal and unfair on their part to bound me to a future-contract that I do not agree to enter into. I have provided them with my Bank A/c details. They responded with the rhetoric that Ola Money cannot be refunded! If I had myself acuumulated this money by pre-payment etc., then that logic is fair enough. But in this case, it is a money they stole from me few days back and now wants to further drag me into a "future ride"! I would keep you posted with the next steps I take, should they refuse to refund the money (in Rs. and not in any illegal currency like Ola Money).

                        I have had 2 back to back incidents ion the same day. I would like to start off with- 1. I had booked a taxi this morning[protected] for pick up at Chennai Airport at 1:46 pm. I received a confirmation message from Ola at 10:54 am with the booking number "CRN66541185" for the same (confirming pick up at 1:46pm). [I still have the message in my phone and submit as proof if required.] Later i received a message with the drivers details. My flight landed at 1:00 pm and i made my way outside the airport and was waiting before the scheduled time of pickup - 1:46pm. I was waiting patiently and called the driver, he said he is stuck in traffic and will reach soon. I receive a message from Ola at 2:01 pm- "your cab has arrived. While we regret the delay, lets make up by giving you an awesome ride." Doesn't this message clearly mean that the Ola cab is late? Nevertheless the taxi arrived at 2:05 pm and i got on to it. I had called the customer care meanwhile and spoke to Ms. Jennifer regarding the delay and she apologized for the same. So i chose to forget it. But on arriving my destination the driver hands out the bill (for CRN[protected] Rs. 290) including Rs. 19.433 WAITING CHARGES FOR 9.716 MINS. This was ridiculous, i had to pay waiting charges for the taxi being late??? On asking the driver, he doesn't reply properly and i could not waste my time arguing with him for 20 minutes and face such humiliation in front of my neighbours and surrounding locality. Later i called the customer care again, and spoke to Mr. Saleem wherein he claims that the taxi was booked at 2:05 pm. I told him i have the message with the booking details for 1:46 pm. Later after nonstop talking to him, i asked him to transfer the line to a senior executive, and spoke to Mr. Srinivasa, who also claimed that the taxi was booked for 2:05 pm. I told him i have the confirmation message as well as the message i got from ola regretting the delay of the taxi. Still he stuck to his ground and finally told me to complain online and said he would refund my waiting charges of Rs. 19.433. Who expects this kind of service from such a reputed taxi company. A refund of Rs. 20 after so much of argument. 2. Secondly, I had booked a taxi earlier this morning at Ahemdabad for pick up at 8:31 am (i had clearly mentioned the pickup address) and received a confirmation message for the same with booking number- CRN 66506260. Again, i was waiting for the taxi to come, and called the driver at 8:45 am to check his whereabouts. He said he had reached the destination, but actually he had reached around 150-200 m away from the actual destination. However, after coordination he reached the actual destination, upon reaching he said the address he received from the company was 150-200 m away and thats why he was waiting there. I thought may be some issue and i got on to the taxi. On arriving the airport, the driver hands out the bill for CRN[protected] Rs. 223 with waiting charges of Rs. 10.966. On asking him about the waiting charges, he says i had reached the destination (address given to him by the company) and was waiting there, so what if the actual destination was a little away, so thats why the waiting charges. He said we receieve message from the company server in bombay, so you cn go ahead and complain. My point was it is not about the extra 10rs, but the kind of service we get from such a reputed company. They charge us for their mistake and dont even apologize for the same. I will wait to see what reply do i get for this and what does the company have to say for this.

                            Hi, Would like to bring to your notice that Currently OLA CABS in Chennai have came up with a New billing technique by the way indirectly bills more to the Customer in the name of Surcharge for Peak Hour Journey.There is no clear description provided by OLA on this billing structure and there no clarity of what is the Peak hour timings defined by them and what is the billing for that.When i spoke to customer care regarding this it had been told as a Dynamic Billing with respect to demand.I no way see any transparency here in this where by customers are indirectly made to pay more for their journey when they have their money in OLA Money and limited chance to look for other service providers as most o[censored]s are hurry looking for the journey to start.Also there is no communication with respect to change in this tariff structure to the registered customers. Hope OLA looks into it and takes necessary steps to have much more transparency in billing.

                            That's correct. Yesterday, neither the customer care executive nor the driver told me upfront that they will charge a "surcharge" to me. When I reached the destination, they told me that this is a new charge (of Rs. 25/-) and that I have to pay it. Even today when I called the customer care, they did not explicitly mention about it to me till I myself asked. They told that they would charge Rs. 50/- as surcharge (more than what I was charged the previous day). I told them to advance the booking time by one hour (4 PM) to avoid peak timings and thus the surcharge. To my surprise, whatever time I requested for between 1 PM to 6 PM would draw a surcharge of Rs. 50/-! (It was 12 noon when I called them, perhaps the surcharge would be charged no matter what time of the day it is in the name of "peak hours"). Absolute malpractice, the customer base drawn by Ola because of their offers will be lost at twice the rate if they continue with such practices.
                            I travelled in morning 4.30, its no more peak hour but they put Surchage..total old
                            I too had been charged with the surcharge. Customer care keeps repeating the same story about dynamic rates and there is no explanation on surcharge timings. I even had to pay waiting charges for no fault of mine. Customer care replied back saying the cab waited in traffic signal and hence the waiting charges. Very dynamic rating indeed !!!
                            Completely agree with this. Not just in Chennai, OLA has this Peak Time Surcharge (PTS) obscurity in Hyderabad as well. On booking a cab at 9:00 PM from airport to city as well, i was chaged for the Peak time surcharge and made to pay 1.3 times the fare. There is also no clarity in terms of what peak time surcharge is? Sometimes the peak time surcharge is a flat amount over your total bill (eg Rs 50/- or so) and sometimes it is a percentage times your total bill (eg. 1.3 times etc).
                            While it might be agreeable be dynamic in business, but what is not agreeable is that there is no justifications provided around the same by the customer care nor there is any written guielines/process around this PTS on their website. Looks like this has become a way for OLA to mint money from the Customers.
                            total . starting to HATE OLA. i was asked to pay rs 135 surcharge for a bill of 187 rs. thats like 1.6 times, they are going the meru way of high price, just that they are not admitting it. call it surcharge or call it Rs. 21 a km, its one and the same for me. Sad to see OLA doing this in such a short span of time. OLA YOU SUCK.
                            Highly unprofessional and unethical company, book a cab anytime in a day and you see peak time surcharge, also the drivers follow their own route .
                            OLA cab should define the
                            - timing for the peak ours surcharge.
                            - on what basis they are collecting the surcharge, I mean why 1.6 times of the base charges
                            - They should intimate the customers before riding or during the call that they are going to charge this much.
                            This is simply cheating to the customers.
                            I still don't understand why the customer should pay for non availability of the taxi with Ola. And to call it as peak time rate is bull crap. Ola in Chennai calls 6:30 AM on a Saturday as peak hour rate and also calls 11:30 AM on a Sunday as also peak hour rate.

                            Happy to move back to Fast Track, he tells one rate and charges only that. Fast Track is superb now
                            I travelle at 2:30pm they charged ride time charge of 22 rs ..I didnt understand y shoul pay ride time charges ..as per customercare totall travelling time 27 min first 5 min free after that charged 1rsper min..idint y it is we r paying per km na after 4km
                            That means if travel time is 60 mints we have to pay 55 rs plus tax after bill

                            Whenever am trying to book a cab in OLA, its showing peak time, either it may be 06:30 or 11:45 or 16:15 or 21:00.. Frustrated with these, though the road is damn free. So nowadays, am not at all using OLA cabs to book the cabs. Am going for the competitor who don’t charge the peak hrs extra fare at all. My suggestion is to either remove this crap kind of extra fares or keep some specific 1hr time for a day.

But I was charged Rs.726 stating that 240 percentage is peak hour charges and the pricing is called as Dynamic fare. these private taxis are looting common public like us and we are suffering heavily because of them. I request your goodself to kindly look into this issue and order for necessary and immediate action. Kindly consider this as a plea by public and not by an individual.

                            Today I travelled from Chennai Central Railway Station to Velachery for this they usually charge 260/- but I booked the cab at 11.30 pm and there is no traffic but they charged 3.x . Finally I paid 260*3= 784

                            Dear all, I too heavily suffered from ola within 2 days, I will explain now, 1st day I was booked the cab from egmore to icf at 1 oclock afternoon, they hve charged 150 rs @6.6km, 2nd day I have booked taxi a on sunday morning 9 am, they r charged 250 for 4km and told that as peak hr charge, then same day night 9.0pm again I hve booked the cab for icf to egmore railway stn, they were charged rs 402 as fare and told that it was 3x times fare. Bt one geniouity was I told abt this 3x fare matter while booking time itself, bcoz my urgency to get the train And no more options I booked, another big drawback was however they knew our urgency through our continue tries to book cab.they were deliberately delaying our booking and not selecting our calls in order to make it as peak hr/dynamic fare.its totally not acceptable one, govt have to interven this issues and to regularate the fares.
                            same was my experience yesterday ... i got 3 times peek charges... my bill was rs 1149 travelling from canaught place to gurgaon... i request ola to refund my money else consumer forum to take care of this... my ola ride CRN number was CRN[protected]
                            I have recharged my ola account with 500 INR on 23rd March and the amount has not yet been credited to my account. Numerous mails have sent and they kept on asking for 1 more business day but the issue still persist.

                            I have been victimized of similar incident today when I did not care to read 3x higher charges and booked in hurry due to which I paid 482/- for less than 10kms that too on Sunday 12.30 afternoon which I don''t think acceptable from any given point of view. I guess OLA feels over confident that they established enough their Brand in the market specially marketing "cheaper than auto" and it''s nice time looting the customers by over charging..
                            Today morning I booked the ride through ola app...for 16km from egmore to puzhal as actual cost is 230 inc tax for ola mini...but I paid 675 rs ...because of peak hour...even I got the cab at 5.45 am only..they are charging too much...and also bill is not showing the full details... I felt very worst...
                            OLA in Mumbai are charging surcharge even at 11 am on Saturday. This not a peak rush hour by any means. They are simply duping people and earning extra money.

                            I don't understand why government is not taking any action when these guys are troubling public and taking undue advantage.
                            OLA is cheating customers with peak surcharge, fake cash back campaigns, etc. OLA should be made to pay hefty fine and if they dont stop this Peak surcharge, they should be completely banned from operations!! They don't pay tax on surcharge its on actual cost, and surcharge goes to OLA not even drivers!!

                            Booked sharing cab d come at pickup point, had to walk 1km and on reaching his spot he informed time is over book another cab.

I was travelled on Monday the 11th July 2016 I travelled from NSC Bose Road, Chennai central to Adayar Exchange for which the actual travel cost is Rs.227/- incl tax collected its ok. And I was returned to the same place from Adayar Signal to NSC Bose Road, Chennai central they are charged Rs.545/- stating that 240 percentage is peak hour charges and the pricing is called as Dynamic fare. these private taxis are looting common public like us and we are suffering heavily because of them.                             Peak time charges are a headache now a days. Showing low fare while booking and end of the trip showing too much bill. Saying its peak time charge which is double and triple the actual fare. When we came from Central to Tambaram actual price around 400 to 430, but 2 days back they charged more than 1000 which is horrible to bare it. One flight ticket between metro cities is less than this. With in city around 30 Km will charge this much? Night 10 PM is the Peak time for U????

                            Why you guys are charging this much over price from the customers. if it is peak time and your cabs are busy..then how you are getting a cab with high rate?. No chance to get a cab because its peak and rush time. In your business mind, Evening time, Night time and week ends are peak time????

                            Charging 100 or 150 more is reasonable and any one can bear it. But charging like this twice and trice is too high. One day when i booked Medavakkam to Velachaery it's charged 750/- which is very high like 4 times. normally its 120 rupees.Not even showed it while booking.

                            Dear Ola, If you want to charge more... clearly mention how much you are going to charge extra from us. As per banking and other standards 1.2 X, 1.6 X is usually 1 to 2 % extra you are going to charge. But in reality its totally different and its going to be double the amount. If it is differing this much why you are simply showing 1.2 X, 2.1 X what is this X... Instead of this you can show approximate price or clearly mention the customer its going to be double the fare.

                            ***** Many guys don't know your foolish logic of peak time charges and loosing the valuable money...

                            If the time is really peak and you don't have cabs...please don't provide service that time which is good instead of charging over price and putting the hole on customers pocket.
                            I took ola ride - crn no.[protected] at 2.30 pm from sankara netralaya main, college road nungambakkam to tambaram east velachery main road. There was no indication for estimated fare. I availed it however because of my treatment for eyes. I was forced to pay rs.804/ whereas I paid Rs.394 including advance booking fees, for onward trip by ola for the same distance, same destination, same timing. This is per se illegal and GOVERNMENT MUST STOP OLA LOOTING PEOPLE.. Enforcement Machinery must black list ola immediately.

                                OLA driver took longer route and added wrong wait time

                                Hi, Please find attached the email about my detailed invoice. It says my wait time is 33 minutes. May I know what wait time is this? There was no wait time from my side, in fact the cab came late. I also got an SMS which said “Ola! Your cab has arrived. While we regret the delay, let’s make up by giving you an awesome ride”. Could you please clarify what this wait time is? I still have that SMS with me. Also, couple of complaints...

                                This is ridiculous that 2nd time in a row Ola cab company has cancelled the cab which I tried to book. I do not understand that if these guys do not have efficient service why do you take up the bookings. Today I booked a cab from Pashan Sus road to Hinjewadi Phase 2 for 10 am. The booking was confirmed. Just couple of minutes back, I recieved a sms saying that Ola cab regrets to cancel your booking. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. Moreover, this happened second time in a row. The previous one was booked for station and minutes back it was cancelled. I suggest either Ola cabs shut down their services completely or do not take up bookings (for name sake) if they cannot provide the services. I will completely ensure that none of my friends and relatives ever avail your Ola cab facilities.
                                Most horrible cab service ever experienced.

                                  EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED WITH OLA CABS KOLKATA: This was supposed to be my first ride after downloading the mobile app.Got entitled for the "Rs 200 off on first ride" offer during the booking.Had a confirmed booking on 09/03/2015 at 6:30 am (booking numbr: CRN[protected].Recieved an sms with driver and car details (DRIVER- GAYA;PH.NO-[protected], CAB- SWIFT DZIRE : WB 05 0590) at 5:45 am .The driver suddenly calls up at 6:01 am to announce the car has broken down and requests to book once again by calling the call centre or through the app. Tried the same multiple times BUT!!THE APP SHOWED "NO CABS AVAILABLE" and the 24*7 Call Centre was too busy to answer our call...much to our dismay no one answered at the call centre either.Quite obviously even the driver stopped picking up our call and the end result of it all...I MISSED MY VOLVO FROM ESPLANADE. A later aftershock: my husband had another booking (CRN[protected] at 8:30 am and guess what..the driver (SAJID [protected]) calls up 45 mins before the ride to notify even that cab (white tata indica WB 11B 0473) has broken down.However the call centre guys pitied him and recieved the call this time and after denying availability of a cab at first, finally sent one after being threatened of consumer complaint. So OLA guys...whats your take on this disappointing service of yours??Is it a mere sorry??or that would even be too much!WHAT A SHAME! TIME TO BID OLA ADIEU!

                                    Dear Concern, I have booked a cab on 1st march night for morning of 2nd march 04:21 am. I received sms on 2nd march morning at 04:17 am for driver details.Driver name was Nitin and his number was [protected] for CRN 64478482.Car detail;s sent to me were Silver Indica UP15 AT-7694 but car wasn't came and driver's mobile was switched off and when I called customer care number at [protected] than they told me that my booking is cancelled due to non availability of car/driver. I received cancellation message same day at 16:59. I have to catch a train that morning and its scheduled departure was 04:55 am.Your last minute cancellation without any intimation put me in trouble and I know that how much pain I have taken to reach railway station.My question is that what type of service is this where you booked a cab without availability of car and what should i expect from your company in future.I have records of everything with me so do not taking my complaint lightly and do revert within shortest possible time.

                                    Hi,

                                    I, Megha Modi, in Hyderabad had booked an OLA mini on 31.05.2015 in the name of "Vaibhav Kumar modi" at 11:48pm for 01.06.2015 for 6:00AM for the Airport. I had asked the customer executive about the status of the request to which he replied saying it was confirmed.

                                    My booking no. was CRN87478799.

                                    On 01.06.2015 I called up OLA services again at 5:30 am, since I hadnt yet received any cab details. The executive assured me the confirmation of the booking once again saying the required details would be available in the next 4 mins.
                                    At around 5:56 am I received a message from OLA saying they have upgraded my booking to OLA xylo free of charge, . However, the very next moment I received another message stating that my booking has been cancelled since u could not find a cab near my pick up loaction.

                                    Considering the entire chain of events, I would like to bring to your notice that its really harassing on your end. I missed my flight due to incompetent services provided by OLA CABS.
                                    Moreover, rendering such services would not help you create a strong customer base since in a competitive market as today, quality of service is all that matters.
                                    This incident has only led me to the belief that OLA should not be trusted and informing other people of the event on social media sites would not yield desirable results either.
